- the first insulating substrate 6 of the first printed wiring board 2 has a rectangular shape in plan view.
- the board mounting holes 60 are formed at three of the four corners of the rectangular shape.
- a module mounting hole 33 is formed in the molding resin of the power module 30.
- two module mounting holes 33 are formed in the power module 30.
- a through-hole 41 is formed in a portion of the first insulating substrate 6 that faces each module mounting hole 33. The diameter of the through hole 41 is larger than the diameter of the module mounting hole 33.
- a screw 42 is passed through the module mounting hole 33 from the side of the through-hole 41, and is then fastened to a screw hole or the like at a mounting position of the printed circuit board 1.
- a screw (not shown) is also passed through each of the board mounting holes 60, and is fastened to a screw hole or the like at a mounting location. In this manner, the printed circuit board 1 is attached using at least the screw 42 as the fastening means passed through the module attachment hole 33.
- a control circuit of a compressor mounted device such as an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is mounted.
- the printed circuit board 1 is attached and fixed to a housing of such a compressor-equipped device via, for example, a bracket or the like.
- the heat sink 32 of the power module 30 is adhered to a metal bracket or the like. Therefore, heat generated during the operation of the power module 30 can be efficiently dissipated.
- the second insulating substrate 18 is attached in a state where the second insulating substrate 18 stands upright with respect to the first insulating substrate 6.
- the connecting portion 23 provided at one end of the second insulating substrate 18 is disposed so as to penetrate the mounting hole 15 from the first surface 6a side.
- the center of gravity of the second insulating substrate 18 is arranged on the first surface 6 a side of the first insulating substrate 6.
- the power module 30 which is a kind of the electronic component 3 is arranged on the second surface 6 b side of the first insulating substrate 6. More precisely, the center of gravity of the power module 30 is arranged on the second surface 6b side of the first insulating substrate 6. That is, the second insulating substrate 18 and the power module 30 are arranged on opposite sides of the first insulating substrate 6. In this configuration example, the weight of the power module 30 is equal to the weight of the second insulating substrate 18.
- the power module 30 which is a kind of the electronic component 3 also functions as a balance weight for adjusting the weight balance of the entire printed circuit board 1, particularly with respect to the second insulating substrate 18.
- the weight of the power module 30 is not completely equivalent to the weight of the second insulating substrate 18, but can function as a balance weight.
- the printed circuit board 1 when the printed circuit board 1 is attached to a compressor-equipped device, vibration generated by the operation of the compressor is transmitted, and the printed circuit board 1 vibrates.
- the first insulating substrate 6 is directly fixed to a housing or the like of the compressor-equipped device with screws or the like, whereas the second insulating substrate 18 is fixed to the first insulating substrate 6 only by soldering. is there.
- the second insulating substrate 18 vertically protrudes from the first insulating substrate 6. For this reason, if the weight balance of the printed circuit board 1 is biased toward the second insulating substrate 18, the vibration of the second insulating substrate 18 will be amplified. Then, as a result of the vibration of the second insulating substrate 18 being amplified, there is a possibility that the fixing of the second insulating substrate 18 and the first insulating substrate 6 by solder may be released.
- the power module 30 functions as a balance weight for adjusting the weight balance of the entire printed circuit board 1, particularly with respect to the second insulating substrate 18. I also use it. Therefore, when the vibration of the device on which the printed circuit board 1 is mounted is transmitted to the printed circuit board 1, the vibration of the second insulating substrate 18 can be suppressed. Therefore, it is also possible to prevent the second insulating substrate 18 and the first insulating substrate 6 from being fixed by soldering. At this time, since it is not necessary to provide a dedicated balance weight, the overall weight of the printed circuit board 1 does not increase.
- the power module 30, which is a type of the electronic component 3, has a rectangular shape in plan view.
- the power module 30 has a rectangular shape in which the width in the y-axis direction is larger than the width in the x-axis direction. That is, the longitudinal direction of the power module 30 and the direction in which the second insulating substrate 18 is arranged are both in the y-axis direction, that is, parallel.
- the leads 31 of the power module 30 are arranged along the y-axis direction on both sides of the mold of the power module 30. Therefore, the two lead mounting portions 50 and the mounting holes 15 are arranged in parallel along the y-axis direction.
- the width of the power module 30 in the y-axis direction is equal to the width of the second insulating substrate 18 in the y-axis direction.
- the center of gravity of the second insulating substrate 18 is disposed on the first surface 6a side of the first insulating substrate 6.
- the distance between the center of gravity of the second insulating substrate 18 and the first surface 6a of the first insulating substrate 6 may be set to a certain distance or less.
- the thickness is preferably 30 mm or less.
- the present invention can be used for a printed circuit board provided in, for example, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which is a device equipped with a compressor.
