为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供一种用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,后备箱盖总成包括后备箱盖和后备箱装饰件,后备箱装饰件在朝向车头的方向上和在车体的 高度方向上安装在所述后备箱盖的下端。
图4A根据本申请的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成的结构示意图;图4B是图4A沿B-B的视图;图4C是图4A沿A向的视图;图4D是图4C沿C-C的视图。
参照图4A-图4D,后备箱盖包括后备箱外板10和后备箱内板20,为了方便用户打开和关闭后备箱盖,在后备箱尾部区域,后备箱外板10与后备箱内板20之间存在空间,以形成向用户突出的并且方便用户施加力的着力点,因此为了进一步增强后备箱盖的强度,后备箱外板10下端通过基本水平设置的加强板30连接到后备箱内板20。
后备箱装饰件40设置在后备箱外板10的下方,通常具有平行于后备箱外板10的外围并且位于后备箱外板10的下方的可视装饰条41以及与可视装饰条垂直并且向车头方向延伸的安装结构42,即安装结构42平行位于加强板30的下方,并且向车头的方向延伸直至与后备箱内板20接触并且通过螺纹连接50安装在后备箱内板20上。具体地,安装结构42与后备箱内板20接触的端部具有向后备箱内板20突出并且具有外螺纹的螺纹连接轴51,并且后备箱内板20在相应位置具有与螺纹连接轴相对应的孔,螺纹连接轴穿过该孔并通过具有与该螺纹连接轴上的外螺纹向耦合的内螺纹的螺母52固定,以将后备箱装饰件40在朝向车头的方向上安装在后备箱内板20上,即将后备箱装饰件40在朝向车头的方向上安装在后备箱盖的下端。另外,安装结构42与后备箱内板20连接方式可采用本领域的其它常规安装方式进行安装。
根据本申请的实施例,安装结构42可通过多个螺纹连接50安装到后备箱内板20。可选地,螺纹连接的个数为4,分别为第一螺纹连接50-1、第二螺纹连接50-2、第三螺纹连接50-3以及第三螺纹连接50-4,并且以车体的纵向轴向为中心轴对称地均匀分布,以在车体的宽度方向均衡地固定后备箱装饰件,增强后备箱装饰件与后备箱盖之间的连接强度。另外本申请的螺纹连接的数量以及分布不限于此。
根据本申请的实施例,后备箱装饰件40平行地位于加强板30的下方并且通过连接机构60在车体的高度方向上安装到加强板30。具体地,后备箱装饰件40的安装结构42通过连接机构60安装到加强板30,即通过 连接机构60,加强板30向安装结构42提供相对于车体的高度方向向上的支撑力,以保证安装结构42与加强板30之间在车体的高度方向的较小间隙,也就是说,从后备箱盖总成的外观来看,保证了后备箱装饰件40的可视装饰条41与后备箱外板10之间在车体的高度方向上的较小间隙,改善了后备箱盖总成的强度和外观质量。
根据本申请的实施例,后备箱装饰件40通过多个连接机构60安装到加强板30。可选地,后备箱装饰件40通过两个连接机构60安装到加强板30。两个连接机构60分别为第一连接机构60-1和第二连接机构60-2。第一连接机构60-1和第二连接机构60-2以车体的纵向轴线为中心轴对称地分布。可选地,第一连接机构60-1位于第一螺纹连接50-1与第二螺纹连接50-2的中轴线上,第二连接机构60-2位于第三螺纹连接50-3与第四螺纹连接50-4的中轴线上。另外,本申请的连接机构60的数量和分布不限于此。
在车体的长度方向上,连接机构60位于螺纹连接50与可视装饰条41之间,即连接机构60相比螺纹连接50更靠近可视装饰条41,也就是说,连接机构60相比螺纹连接50更靠近后备箱装饰件的外边缘,即更靠近可视装饰条41。如图4C和图4D所示,螺纹连接50与后备箱装饰件的外边缘之间的间距为72mm,连接机构60与后备箱装饰件的外边缘之间的间距为47mm或很小。由此,相比在朝向车头方向上与后备箱内板20的安装点,后备箱装饰件40通过连接机构60在车体的高度方向上与加强板30的安装点更靠近后备箱装饰件40的外边缘,这样在车体的高度方向上,能够给后备箱装饰件40提供更有利的向上支撑力,保证了后备箱装饰件40的外边缘与后备箱外板10之间的满足质量要求的较小间隙G。另外本申请的连接机构60与后备箱装饰件40的外边缘之间的间距不限于此。
图6A是根据本申请的连接机构60的结构示意图;图6B是图6A沿B向的视图;图6C是图6A沿C向的视图;图6D是图6C沿D-D的剖面示意图。根据本申请的实施例,连接机构60包括与加强板30连接的第一部和与后备箱装饰件40连接的第二部。其中第一部和第二部一体成型。通过一体成型的第一部和第二部,可以在车体的高度方向将后备箱装饰件40安装到加强板30,即将后备箱装饰件40的安装结构42安装到加强板 30。
根据本申请的实施例,第一部包括第一连接轴61以及分别设置在第一连接轴61的上端和下端的第一阻挡块63和第二阻挡块64,并且加强板30上设置有与第一阻挡块63向对应的连接孔(未示出)。第一阻挡块63可以从加强板30的下方向上穿过连接孔,第一连接轴61位于连接孔中,并且第一阻挡块63和第二阻挡块64分别位于连接孔的上方和下方,然后旋转第一阻挡块63,使得第一阻挡块63被卡在连接孔的周围的加强板30的上方,第二阻挡块64被卡在连接的周围的加强板30的下方,这样实现了将第一部固定在加强板30上。
根据本申请的实施例,第一连接轴61、第一阻挡块63和第二阻挡块64一体成型,第一阻挡块64从连接孔下方向上穿过连接孔后,旋转第一部即可。
根据本申请的实施例,第一阻挡块63与连接孔的形状相匹配,可以使得第一阻挡块以某一角度穿过连接孔,并且在被旋转预定角度后可以被卡在连接孔之外,即不能从连接孔向下穿出去。并且第二阻挡块64的形状被配置成使得当第一阻挡块63旋转预定角度后第二阻挡块64可以被卡在连接孔之外,即不能从连接孔向上穿过去,也就是说,第一阻挡块63和第二阻挡块64分别被卡在加强板30的上下两侧。
根据本申请的实施例,连接孔可以为椭圆形、长方形或边界相对点的间距不相等的其它形状,第一阻挡块63可以具有与连接孔的尺寸和形状相同的横截面,当第一部旋转在某一角度时,第一阻挡块63可以从连接孔下方向上穿过去,由于第一阻挡块63的边界相对点的间距不相等,其在旋转预定角度时,第一阻挡块63的具有较大间距的边界会被卡在连接孔的具有较小间距的边界外,从而使第一阻挡块63被卡在加强板30的上方。第一连接轴61可以具有与连接孔的形状相同、尺寸比连接孔略小的横截面,使得当第一阻挡块63被旋转预定角度而被卡在加强板30的上方时,第一连接轴61可以穿进连接孔内并且位于连接孔内。第二阻挡块64具有圆形、方形或其它可以被卡在连接孔外的任意形状,另外第二阻挡块64的形状不限于本申请实施例所示的形状。
根据本申请的实施例,第二部包括设置在第二阻挡块64下方的第二 连接轴62以及设置在第二连接轴62的下端的第三阻挡块65。后备箱装饰件40设置有与第二连接轴62相对应的连接槽43,并且第三阻挡块65的尺寸大于连接槽43的尺寸,使得连接槽43在将所述第二连接轴62插入连接槽43后可以被卡在第三阻挡块65的上方,从而将后备箱装饰件40安装在连接机构60上。可选地,第二连接轴62和第三阻挡块65一体成型。
根据本申请的实施例,连接槽43为具有朝向车头方向的开口,使得可以将后备箱装饰件40从连接槽43的开口位置向车头方向滑进,使得第二连接轴62被插入在连接槽43内,位于第二连接轴62下端的第三阻挡块在车体的高度方向向上支撑连接槽43,即支撑后备箱装饰件40,并且第二连接轴62可以在除了连接槽43的开口方向,即朝向车头的方向的其它方向上限制连接槽43的位置。根据本申请的实施例,第二连接轴62可以具有圆形、方形等其他任意形状的横截面,第三阻挡块65可以具有圆形、方形等其他任意形状的横截面,另外第二连接轴62和第三阻挡块65的横截面不限于本申请实施例所例示的形状。
第二阻挡板64与加强板30之间设置有密封件66,以减小后备箱装饰件朝向车头的方向安装时第二阻挡板64与加强板30之间的摩擦力。可选的密封件为泡棉材质,并且通过胶粘剂固定在第二阻挡板64上。在将第一阻挡板63从连接孔的下方向上穿过去时,密封件66可以被挤压在第二阻挡板64与加强板30之间。
图5A和图5B为根据本申请的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成的组装示意图,也就是说将后备箱装饰件组装到后备箱盖的安装示意图。
首先将连接机构60安装在加强板30上,然后将后备箱装饰件40朝向车头的方向上安装在后备箱外板下端,使得后备箱装饰件40的安装部42抵达后备箱内板20并且后备箱装饰件40的可视装饰条41平行于后备箱外板的外围位于后备箱外板的下方。连接机构60的第二连接轴62可以从连接槽43的开口方向插进连接槽43中并且第三阻挡块65位于连接槽43的下方,以提供向上的支撑力。后备箱装饰件40的螺纹连接轴51插入后备箱内板20上的相应孔中,然后通过螺母52固定,完成后备箱盖总成的组装。
本申请另一方面还提供一种车辆,具有上述方案的车身侧围结构。
综上所述,本申请提供了一种用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其包括后备箱盖和后备箱装饰件,其中后备箱装饰件在朝向车头的方向上和在车体的高度方向上安装在后备箱盖的下端。由此后备箱装饰件不仅在朝向车头的方向上被固定安装在后备箱盖上而且在车体的高度方向上被固定安装在后备箱盖上,因而保证了后备箱装饰件与后备箱盖在车体的高度方向上的较小间隙,改善了现有技术中后备箱装饰件由于仅在朝向车头的方向上安装而在车体的高度方向与后备箱盖仅接触相抵,导致在使用过程中在后备箱装饰件与后备箱盖之间产生较大的间隙的问题,从而增强了后备箱盖总成的强度并且改善了后备箱盖总成的表面质量。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,包括后备箱盖和后备箱装饰件,其中所述后备箱装饰件在朝向车头的方向上和在车体的高度方向上安装在所述后备箱盖的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述后备箱盖包括后备箱内板和后备箱外板,并且所述后备箱外板的下端通过基本水平设置的加强板连接到所述后备箱内板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述后备箱装饰件在朝向车头的方向上安装到所述后备箱内板,并且在车体的高度方向上安装到所述加强板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述后备箱装饰件在朝向车头的方向上通过螺纹连接方式安装到所述后备箱内板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述后备箱装饰件在车体的高度方向上通过连接机构安装到所述加强板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括与所述加强板固定的第一部和与所述后备箱装饰件连接的第二部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述第一部包括第一连接轴以及分别设置在所述第一连接轴的上端和下端的第一阻挡块和第二阻挡块,并且所述加强板设置有与所述第一阻挡块相对应的连接孔,使得在所述第一阻挡块穿过所述连接孔后,通过旋转所述第一连接轴预定角度,使所述第一阻挡块和所述第二阻挡块分别被阻挡在所述加强板的上下两侧,以将所述连接机构固定到所述加强板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述第二部包括设置在所述第二阻挡块下方的第二连接轴以及设置在所述第二连接轴下端的第三阻挡块,并且所述后备箱装饰件设置有与所述第二连接轴相对应的连接槽,使得所述连接槽在将所述第二连接轴插入所述连接槽后被卡在所述第三阻挡块上方,以将所述后备箱装饰件安装到所述连接机构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成,其特征在于,所述后备箱装饰件与所述加强板的安装位置比所述后备箱装饰件与所述后备箱内板的安装位置更靠近车体的外边缘。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的用于车辆的后备箱盖总成的车辆。
