Abstract

一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法及其装置,其中方法包括:接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据(S10);将增重变化数据与商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较(S20);若增重变化数据与预设重量数据不匹配,则判定退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息(S30)。退货方法及其装置实现了在开放式的购物环境中,对于用户退回的商品,自动判断其放置位置是否出现错误,进而对于未放置于正确位置的商品进行提示其放回摆放区,从而智能的保持自动售货机内商品按照一定位置摆放,为消费者在购物时提供方便,提高了用户体验,避免了现有的自动售货机中,只能通过人工进行摆放商品,浪费大量人力成本的问题。

一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法及其装置
本申请是以申请号为201810744840.7、申请日为2018年7月9日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及图像识别技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法及其装置。
背景技术
物质流通是人类社会的最基本要素。零售行业或直接面向消费者销售的开放式的相关行业(以下简称为零售行业或零售企业)作为当前物质流通的重要手段,需要雇佣大量的收银人员来实现商品的买卖工作,收银人员对消费者所购物品逐件的进行统计,统计完成后,与消费者共同完成支付。
而自动售货机,则解决了零售行业的人工统计和人工结算的缺陷,是一种面向消费者的无人售货、自动结算的售卖方式。可通过用户的选择,统计出用户所选择的商品的品种种类和总价值,以供用户进行结算,完成支付过程。但在基于开放式的自动售货机中,用户购物过程中,在用户不喜欢等原因需要将获取放回时,需要将商品放回至原有的区域,以便于其他的消费者更方便的根据清晰的摆放位置去选择商品,但是现有的自动售货机,并不能对商品是否放回原位进行判断,在用户反复拿取过程中,导致商品出现位置混乱的情况,给用户的购物带来了不便。
总之,目前现有自动售货机,只能通过人工对于消费者由于不需要所返还退回的商品进行摆放,并不能直接自动识别商品位置,耗费大量人力 成本,给其他消费者的购物过程造成麻烦,用户体验差。
申请内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法及其装置以解决现有技术的不足。
为解决上述问题,本申请提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,包括:
接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据;
将所述增重变化数据与所述商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较;
若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
优选地,所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”包括:
若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,并且除所述商品展示区以外,存在其他的商品展示区对应的预设重量数据与所述增重变化数据相匹配,则获取所述商品展示区的当次购物商品取出记录;
若所述当次购物商品取出记录中不存在与所述增重变化数据相对应的重量数据,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
优选地,所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商 品陈列图像;
通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商品数量;
根据所述退货商品信息,确认与所述退货商品信息对应的预设商品展示区,以便于用户将所述退货商品放置于所述预设商品展示区。
优选地,所述“接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据”之前,还包括:
通过图像识别,确认用户所拿取的目标商品的购买商品信息;所述购买商品信息包括用户所拿取目标商品的第二商品品种和与所述第二商品品种对应的第二商品数量;
所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商品陈列图像;
通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商品数量;
若所述退货商品信息中的第一商品品种和第一商品数量与所述购买商品信息中的第二商品品种和第二商品数量一致;或者,所述第一商品品种与所述第二商品品种一致,但第一商品数量与所述第二商品数量不一致,则生成比较结果,并根据所述比较结果生成退货清单;

所述比较模块,用于将所述增重变化数据与所述商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较;
所述判定模块,用于若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配, 则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
此外,为解决上述问题,本申请还提供一种用户终端,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器用于存储开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序,所述处理器运行所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序以使所述用户终端执行如上述所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法。
此外,为解决上述问题,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序,所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序被处理器执行时实现如上述所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法。
本申请提供的一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法及其装置。其中,本申请所提供的方法为通过在商品展示区放置退货商品时,重力传感器生成一增重变化数据,将增重变化数据与该商品展示区对应的预设重量数据进行比较,如果不匹配,则判定位置放置错误,以进行提示。本申请实现了在开放式的购物环境中,对于用户退回的商品,自动判断其放置位置是否出现错误,进而对于未放置于正确位置的商品进行提示,以便于用户将其放回摆放区,从而智能的保持自动售货机内商品按照一定位置摆放,为消费者在购物时提供方便,提高了用户体验,避免了现有的自动售货机中,只能通过人工进行摆放商品,浪费大量人力成本的问题。

如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的终端的硬件运行环境的结构示意图。
本申请实施例终端可以是的设于自动货柜机中的PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器、MP4播放器、便携计算机等可移动式终端设备。此外,也可以为自动货柜机本身所带有的计算机硬件装置。
如图1所示,该终端可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏、输入单元比如键盘、遥控器,可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器,例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
此外,终端包括图像采集设备,具体可以为摄像头,相机等。
此外,终端还包括红外传感设备,用以对用户的购物行为进行判断。
此外,终端还包括重力传感设备,用以对自动售货机中的商品的质量进行实时或定时的监控。
可选地,终端还可以包括RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。此外,移动终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机可读存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、数据接口控制程序、网络连接程序以及开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序。
本申请提供的一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法及其装置。其中,所述方法实现了在开放式的购物环境中,对于用户退回的商品,自动判断其放置位置是否出现错误,进而对于未放置于正确位置的商品进行提示其放回摆放区,从而智能的保持自动售货机内商品按照一定位置摆放,为消费者在购物时提供方便,提高了用户体验,避免了现有的自动售货机汇中,只能通过人工进行摆放商品,浪费大量人力成本的问题。
实施例1:
参照图2,本申请第一实施例提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,包括:
步骤S10,接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据;
上述,本实施例所提供的开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,可以 适用于开放式的购物环境,例如商场、超市等场所,即无人值守,用户可进行自由拿取货物。在本实施例中,可以为开放式的自动售货机,用户开始购物后,自动售货机的柜门打开,用户进行对内部的货物直接拿取,而自动售货机通过图像采集设备对用户的购物行为、所购物品进行识别和统计,实现对于用户的所购商品的最终结算。
上述,商品展示区,为自动售货机的购物仓内的摆放商品的区域。购物仓内,可包括有不同的有区别的商品展示区,每个商品展示区对应的放置有单一品种或相关联品种的商品。例如,一个商品展示区为一个单元格,购物仓内为货柜,货柜中包含有多个相连且具有间隔板的单元格,每个单元格里放置有单一品种的商品,间隔板将不同的商品间隔开来。
上述,每个商品展示区设有一与其对应的重力感应器,用于实时感知所述商品展示区内摆放商品的重力的变化。
上述,退货商品为用户在购物过程中,需要退回的商品。当用户将该退货商品放置在任意一商品展示区时,该商品展示区的重力感应器感知到该重力变化,并根据该变化生成一增重变化数据,该增重变化数据为退货商品对应的增重变化数据。例如,放置一瓶可乐于商品展示区,该瓶可乐的重量为400g,当放置后,该商品展示区的重力感应器感知到该重力变化,生成一包含有该400g的增重变化数据。
步骤S20,将所述增重变化数据与所述商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较;
上述,预设重量数据,为与商品展示区对应的摆放商品的重量数据,即为,预设的商品展示区应当放置的商品对应的重量数据。例如,每个单元格对应放置一种商品,其中一单元格放置的为可乐,每瓶可乐的重量为400g,则该预设重量数据为400g或者400g的整数倍。
上述,增重变化数据与预设重量数据进行比较的过程,即为判断用户所放置的在该区域的商品的重量是否为该区域应该放置商品的重量的过程。
步骤S30,若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
上述,匹配,可以为相同,或者增重变化数据为预设重量数据的整数倍。如果不匹配,则可判定放置错误,生成一提示信息,该提示信息可进一步通过可视化的屏幕显示提示信息、声音模块播放提示音、或通过网络传输到用户的终端以提示用户。
上述,在所述“接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据”之前,可以为用户的对于退货流程的前置步骤,包括:
在用户出现于摄像头视野中后,采集用户面部图像,并提示用户移动至相应图像采集区域;
若所述用户处于所述图像采集区域,则提示用户开始进行姿态认证;
通过显示屏,显示信息提示用户做相应的肢体动作,并采集相应肢体动作所对应的肢体图像;
对所述肢体图像进行测距,以获得所述用户对应的肢体测距数据;
将所述肢体测距数据与用户数据库中的已认证用户信息进行比对;
如果比对通过,则对所述面部图像进行识别,将面部图像的特征信息与已认证用户信息中的预存特征信息进行比对,若比对通过,则判定用户为已认证用户,生成所述退货指令;
接收退货指令,并且根据所述退货指令开启所述自动售货机的柜门,以便于开始退货。
上述,为在退货之前对于用户认证的过程。在本实施例中,为基于图像识别技术的对于用户的认证。图像采集区域,为摄像头视野中,可进行对于用户的全身进行图像识别的区域。例如,在屏幕中显示人型轮廓图像,提示用户将身体在摄像头的视野中移动至人型轮廓图像之中。
在开始进行姿态认证后,通过显示屏,提示用户做相应的肢体动作,当用户做出动作后,即可对当前用户的肢体动作进行图像采集,得到包含有用户肢体动作的图像,并对该图像进行肢体动作定位,进而进行肢体测距数据的获取。
所述肢体测距数据为人体中不同部位的大小和比例,例如,提示用户两臂侧平举,获得到人体身高和两臂的总长度,从而得到身高和两臂总长的比例,作为肢体测距数据。再例如,提示用户抬右腿,测量用户从立档至左腿的长度,作为肢体测距数据。再例如,提示用户双手向上举,获取上端手指至脚部的长度数据,以及腰部的宽度数据,作为肢体测距数据。
用户数据库,为存储有用户的已认证用户信息,已认证用户信息包括预存储的用户的肢体测距的数据,通过将当前测得的肢体测距数据与预存储的用户的测距数据进行比对,从而确定用户的身份。
通过对用户所进行的肢体动作认证,实现了在进行对于用户面部识别之外的肢体测距数据的比对,提高了对于用户认证的准确性,以防止其他用户冒用信息,提高购物的安全性,同时增加用户购物的趣味性,增加用户粘度。
此外,用户的退货流程,也可以发生于用户在刚刚抓取到所需要的物品,而需要马上退货时,通过红外传感器感知用户的当前所处的状态,当用户抓取该商品递进自动售货机内时,则可判断出需要进行退货流程。
上述,在用户拿取商品后,有可能会出现用户拿错商品或者不喜欢该 商品的情况,则用户会将商品放回至自动售货机中。如果用户将需要退回的商品放置于其他商品的位置,则会使售货机内的商品摆放出现混乱,不同的货物未按照正确的分类和正确的区域进行摆放,影响其他消费者的购物,为其他消费者进行购物时的选择过程带来不便,所以本实施例中,判断用户所退回的目标商品是否放回至摆放区,具体的可以为通过重力传感技术对商品的重量进行识别,并且根据商品的摆放区应当正确放置的商品的重量,以判断该商品和该区域是否匹配,从而判断是否归位正确,此外,也可通过其他固定装置或设备、技术进行判断,例如图像识别技术,当商品放置于其他不正确位置时,通过该技术识别出商品、位置,并判断商品与位置的匹配度,如果不匹配,则提示用户放置错误。
本实施例所提供的方法为通过在商品展示区放置退货商品时,重力传感器生成一增重变化数据,将增重变化数据与该商品展示区对应的预设重量数据进行比较,如果不匹配,则判定位置放置错误,以进行提示。本实施例实现了在开放式的购物环境中,对于用户退回的商品,自动判断其放置位置是否出现错误,进而对于未放置于正确位置的商品进行提示其放回摆放区,从而智能的保持自动售货机内商品按照一定位置摆放,为消费者在购物时提供方便,提高了用户体验,避免了现有的自动售货机汇中,只能通过人工进行摆放商品,浪费大量人力成本的问题。
实施例2:
参照图3,本申请第二实施例提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,基于上述图2所示的第一实施例,所述步骤S30,“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”包括:
步骤S31,若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,并且除所述商品展示区以外,存在其他的商品展示区对应的预设重量数据与所述增重变化数据相匹配,则获取所述商品展示区的当次购物商品取出记录;
上述,当次购物商品取出记录,该记录中包括用户在进行购物时,由自动售货机中取出商品时,重力传感器所保存的取出商品的减少重量数据。例如,用户取出一瓶可乐,则当次购物商品取出记录保存有该瓶可乐在对应的商品展示区所减少的400g。
上述,当次购物商品取出记录,是与每一个商品展示区对应的数据记录,并且该记录根据改用户的当前购物行为相对应。
上述,在进行对于商品是否放置于错误的位置的判断时,需要考虑两方面的问题,第一方面,为增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,即该商品不属于所放置的区域;第二方面为除所述商品展示区以外,存在其他的商品展示区对应的预设重量数据与所述增重变化数据相匹配,即为,用户所退回的退货商品,为自动售货机中其他商品展示区对应的的商品。
步骤S32,若所述当次购物商品取出记录中不存在与所述增重变化数据相对应的重量数据,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
上述,通过对当前的商品展示区对应的当次购物商品取出记录中,不存在与增重变化数据相对应的重量数据,即为并没有从该商品展示区所取出的与增重变化数据想匹配的商品。则判定,该商品不应当放置于所述商品展示区,并且,该商品放置于错误的区域,并生成提示信息。本实施例中,对于用户所退货的退货商品,进行对于其是否为从其他商品展示区中取出而进行判断,从而在判断时,可进一步确认该商品是否为该用户从自动售货机中取出的商品,防止出现用户将错误的不属于该自动售货机或不 属于当次购物流程中所抓取的商品进行退货的问题,提高了判断的准确性,为用户购物、退货的流程提供了方便。
实施例3:
参照图4,本申请第三实施例提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,基于上述图2所示的第一实施例,所述步骤S30,“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
步骤S40,通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商品陈列图像;
上述,图像采集设备,为可对于商品展示区进行图像采集的设备,可以为每个商品展示区对应的设有一图像采集设备。图像采集设备,可以为摄像头、相机等采集设备。
上述,商品陈列图像,为图像采集设备所采集到的当前在该展示区内的情况图像,作为商品陈列图像。图像中包括有在展示区内的所有商品。
步骤S50,通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商品数量;
上述,利用人工神经网络,通过预先训练的模型对商品陈列图像进行识别,从而可进一步确定该图像中所包括的退货商品,具体的可确定其退货商品信息,包括其品种和数量。
步骤S60,根据所述退货商品信息,确认与所述退货商品信息对应的预设商品展示区,以便于用户将所述退货商品放置于所述预设商品展示区。

参照图5,本申请第四实施例提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,基于上述图2所示的第一实施例,所述步骤S10“接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据”之前,还包括:
步骤S70,通过图像识别,确认用户所拿取的目标商品的购买商品信息;所述购买商品信息包括用户所拿取目标商品的第二商品品种和与所述第二商品品种对应的第二商品数量;
上述,在进行接收所述增重变化数据之前,对用户进行购物过程中所抓取的商品进行识别,得到购买商品信息,其中包含有品种和对应的数量。
所述步骤S30,“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
步骤S80,通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商品陈列图像;
步骤S90,通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商品数量;
上述,图像采集设备,为可对于商品展示区进行图像采集的设备,可 以为每个商品展示区对应的设有一图像采集设备。图像采集设备,可以为摄像头、相机等采集设备。商品陈列图像,为图像采集设备所采集到的当前在该展示区内的情况图像,作为商品陈列图像。图像中包括有在展示区内的所有商品。
上述,利用人工神经网络,通过预先训练的模型对商品陈列图像进行识别,从而可进一步确定该图像中所包括的退货商品,具体的可确定其退货商品信息,包括其品种和数量。
步骤S100,若所述退货商品信息中的第一商品品种和第一商品数量与所述购买商品信息中的第二商品品种和第二商品数量一致;或者,所述第一商品品种与所述第二商品品种一致,但第一商品数量与所述第二商品数量不一致,则生成比较结果,并根据所述比较结果生成退货清单;
上述,将退货商品信息与购买商品信息进行比较,即为判断退货商品信息与购买商品信息是否匹配,并生成一比较结果,根据比较结果得到退货清单。该步骤,即为判断用户所退货的退货商品是否为当次购物从自动售货机中所拿取的商品,并且,可进一步判断在用户拿取多个商品时,是否将所有商品或者部分商品退回的情况。即数量不一致,但品种一致的情况。
步骤S110,根据所述退货商品信息,确认与所述退货商品信息对应的预设商品展示区,并且,根据所述退货清单,更新所述用户的购物清单,以便于用户将所述退货商品放置于所述预设商品展示区,并且根据所述购物清单结算。
上述,根据所识别出的退货商品信息,可进一步获知与该退货商品对应的正确的预设商品展示区。根据所获知的预设商品展示区,可向用户通过多种方式进行提示,从而使用户更加方便的获知,商品放置在错误的位 置,商品应当放置在什么位置,为用户的退货流程提供了方便。此外,可进一步根据该退货清单,更新用户的购物清单,比如用户拿取多个商品,退回其中一部分的情况,需要对用户的购物清单进行更新,从而使用户在将退货商品放回预设商品展示区后,根据该购物清单进行结算,为用户的购物过程提供了方便。
此外,也可以通过图像识别,对于用户的所拿取的商品的条码进行获取,从而可进一步确认商品的唯一性。
例如,步骤S10之前,包括:
通过图像识别,确认用户所拿取的目标商品的购买商品信息;所述购买商品信息包括用户所拿取目标商品的第二商品品种对应的条码和与所述第二商品品种对应的第二商品数量;
在步骤S30,之后,包括:
通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商品陈列图像;
通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种对应的条码和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商品数量;
若所述退货商品信息中的第一商品品种对应的条码和第一商品数量与所述购买商品信息中的第二商品品种对应的条码和第二商品数量一致;或者,所述第一商品品种对应的条码与所述第二商品品种对应的条码一致,但第一商品数量与所述第二商品数量不一致,则生成比较结果,并根据所述比较结果生成退货清单;
根据所述退货商品信息,确认与所述退货商品信息对应的预设商品展 示区,并且,根据所述退货清单,更新所述用户的购物清单,以便于用户将所述退货商品放置于所述预设商品展示区,并且根据所述购物清单结算。
上述,确定退货商品的条码,可确认退货商品是否为用户在当次购物过程中所抓取的商品,每个商品的条码可确认该商品的唯一性,根据商品的条码,可确定商品的生产批次、生产日期和保质期,可进一步防止用户将相同类别的过期的或者假冒伪劣的商品充当从自动售货机中所拿取的商品,进行以假乱真,通过本实施例可为商家通过系统自动确认退货商品的正确性,为管理人员提供了方便,避免了开放式购物存在的漏洞,为商家杜绝损失。
本实施例中,通过利用图像识别技术,确认用户购物时所拿取的商品,以及用户在退货时的返回的退货商品,并判断购买商品和退货商品是否一致,或是否品种一致但数量不一致,进而进行进一步的结算,为用户在购物过程中的退货流程提供了方便。
实施例5:
参照图6,本申请第五实施例提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,基于上述图2所示的第一实施例,所述步骤S30,“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
步骤S120,根据所述提示信息控制所述预设商品展示区对应的LED指示灯亮灯,以提示用户将所述退货商品放置于所述LED指示灯对应的所述预设商品展示区内。
上述,本实施例中,每个预设商品展示区设有一与其对应的LED指示灯,在进行退货过程中,与该退货商品对应的正确的商品展示区,即预设 展示区进行点亮LED指示灯,以指示用户将该商品放置于正确的位置,为用户的退货提供了方便。
实施例6:
参照图7,本申请第六实施例提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,基于上述图2所示的第一实施例,所述步骤S30,“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
步骤S130,根据所述提示信息控制所述预设商品展示区的LED指示灯和判定放置于错误位置的所述商品展示区的LED指示灯以颜色不同的形式点亮,以提示用户将所述退货商品放置于所述LED指示灯对应的所述预设商品展示区内。
上述,本实施例中,每个预设商品展示区设有一与其对应的LED指示灯,每个LED指示灯可根据系统的设置和控制显示不同的颜色,例如,红色和绿色。在进行退货过程中,与该退货商品对应的正确的商品展示区,即预设展示区进行点亮LED指示灯,并且,在退货商品所放置的错误的商品展示区显示一与预设商品展示区不同颜色的LED指示灯,用以区别提示作用,从而可更进一步清晰的是用户获知,错误的位置和正确的位置,为用户的退货提供了方便。例如,各单元格设置有一LED指示灯,放置错商品的单元格亮黄灯,应该放置的单元格亮绿灯。
此外,参考图8,本申请还提供一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货装置,包括:接收模块10、比较模块20和判定模块30;
所述接收模块10,用于接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据;
所述比较模块20,用于将所述增重变化数据与所述商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较;
所述判定模块30,用于若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
此外,本申请还提供一种用户终端,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器用于存储开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序,所述处理器运行所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序以使所述用户终端执行如上述所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法。
此外,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序,所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序被处理器执行时实现如上述所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据;
    将所述增重变化数据与所述商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较;
    若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,其特征在于,所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”包括:
    若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,并且除所述商品展示区以外,存在其他的商品展示区对应的预设重量数据与所述增重变化数据相匹配,则获取所述商品展示区的当次购物商品取出记录;
    若所述当次购物商品取出记录中不存在与所述增重变化数据相对应的重量数据,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,其特征在于,所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
    通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商品陈列图像;
    通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商 品数量;
    根据所述退货商品信息,确认与所述退货商品信息对应的预设商品展示区,以便于用户将所述退货商品放置于所述预设商品展示区。
  4. 如权利要求1所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,其特征在于,所述“接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据”之前,还包括:
    通过图像识别,确认用户所拿取的目标商品的购买商品信息;所述购买商品信息包括用户所拿取目标商品的第二商品品种和与所述第二商品品种对应的第二商品数量;
    所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
    通过与所述商品展示区对应的图像采集设备采集所述商品展示区的商品陈列图像;
    通过预先训练的商品识别模型对所述商品陈列图像进行识别,确定所述商品陈列图像中的所述退货商品对应的退货商品信息;所述退货商品信息包括所述退货商品的第一商品品种和与所述第一商品品种对应的第一商品数量;
    若所述退货商品信息中的第一商品品种和第一商品数量与所述购买商品信息中的第二商品品种和第二商品数量一致;或者,所述第一商品品种与所述第二商品品种一致,但第一商品数量与所述第二商品数量不一致,则生成比较结果,并根据所述比较结果生成退货清单;
    根据所述退货商品信息,确认与所述退货商品信息对应的预设商品展示区,并且,根据所述退货清单,更新所述用户的购物清单,以便于用户将所述退货商品放置于所述预设商品展示区,并且根据所述购物清单结算。
  5. 如权利要求1所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,其特征在于,所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
    根据所述提示信息控制所述预设商品展示区对应的LED指示灯亮灯,以提示用户将所述退货商品放置于所述LED指示灯对应的所述预设商品展示区内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法,其特征在于,所述“若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息”之后,还包括:
    根据所述提示信息控制所述预设商品展示区的LED指示灯和判定放置于错误位置的所述商品展示区的LED指示灯以颜色不同的形式点亮,以提示用户将所述退货商品放置于所述LED指示灯对应的所述预设商品展示区内。
  7. 一种开放式自动售货机中商品的退货装置,其特征在于,包括:接收模块、比较模块和判定模块;
    所述接收模块,用于接收在商品展示区放置退货商品触发与所述商品展示区对应的重力传感器而生成的增重变化数据;
    所述比较模块,用于将所述增重变化数据与所述商品展示区对应的摆放商品的预设重量数据进行比较;
    所述判定模块,用于若所述增重变化数据与所述预设重量数据不匹配,则判定所述退货商品放置于错误位置,并生成提示信息。
  8. 一种用户终端,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器用于存储开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序,所述处理器运行所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序以使所述用户终端执行如权利要求1-6中任 一项所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法。
  9. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序,所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一项所述开放式自动售货机中商品的退货方法。
