- the system can receive the real-time availability status of the vehicle waiting place 4 and can operate the system without wasting time and energy.
- the communication network 5 is a predetermined wireless telecommunication line network such as the Internet for performing bidirectional information communication between the server 1 and the in-vehicle terminals 2A and 2B, and the user terminals 3A and 3B. Further, as described above, when the communication network is installed in the vehicle standby location 4 and the use status of the vehicle standby location 4 is transmitted in real time, the server 1 can receive the usage status information via the communication network 5. It becomes.
- step S101 the server 1 checks whether or not there is a next use reservation from the user.
- the state in which the next use reservation is made refers to, for example, a state in which another user B makes a use reservation for a commercial vehicle on which the user A is riding after the transfer of the user A is completed.
- the process proceeds to step S108, and the commercial vehicle receives the output of the command to dispatch to the boarding position of user B immediately after the transfer of user A is completed from server 1, and is dispatched. You. If there is no next use reservation after the transfer of user A is completed, the process proceeds to step S102.
- step S102 the server 1 acquires the position information of the vehicle waiting place 4 which is empty in the parking space and is closest to the current position of the commercial vehicle, and waits for the target vehicle from the current position of the commercial vehicle. It is determined whether the distance to the location 4 is within a predetermined distance or whether the estimated time required to arrive at the target vehicle standby location is within a predetermined time. If the target vehicle standby location 4 can be reached within a predetermined distance or within a predetermined time, the process proceeds to step S107, and the server 1 moves the commercial vehicle to the vehicle standby location 4 Output command. Conversely, if the target vehicle waiting place 4 is farther than the predetermined distance or the arrival takes longer than the predetermined time, the process proceeds to step S103.
- step S103 the server 1 checks the demand level of the target commercial vehicle.
- the server 1 determines whether the registrant for using the commercial vehicle operation system currently has X or more persons or less than X persons within a predetermined range from the current position of the target commercial vehicle. , The number of registered users of the system and the current position information of the user. The larger the number of people, the higher the demand level of the system at the present time, and the higher the possibility that the next use reservation will be made. Therefore, it is determined that the target business vehicle should be made to travel around the current position.
- step S107 the server 1 issues a command to the commercial vehicle to move from the current position of the commercial vehicle to the nearest vehicle standby location 4 and wait until the next use reservation is made. If the number of registrants using the system around the vehicle is 100 or more, it is highly likely that the next use reservation will be made around the current position, so it is determined that the commercial vehicle should travel around the current position, The process proceeds to step S104.
- a traveling route is generated.
- An optimal traveling route is generated according to the conditions input by the traveling route condition input unit 1262 described above.
- step S105 the server 1 outputs a command to the commercial vehicle to travel on the traveling route generated in step S104, and the commercial vehicle starts traveling.
- step S106 the server 1 determines whether to end or continue the excursion according to the elapsed time after the commercial vehicle starts the excursion.
- the server 1 terminates the excursion of the commercial vehicle when the excursion traveling time has passed the predetermined time Z or more, and in the process of step S107, moves to the vehicle standby location 4 closest to the current position with respect to the commercial vehicle. And a standby command until the next use reservation is made. If the migration travel time has elapsed less than the predetermined time Z minutes, the process returns to step S101, and the server 1 checks again whether the next use reservation has been made based on the latest use reservation information. If not, the processing of steps S102, S103 and S106 is repeated.
- the second and subsequent repetition processing are not executed and are skipped. If a new use reservation is entered while the commercial vehicle is in a round trip, it is determined that there is a next use request in the processing of step S101 for the second and subsequent times, and the process proceeds to step S108. The processing of the dispatch instruction to the boarding position of the user is executed.
- the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a traveling traveling execution determination process based on the use history in step S204 is added. Therefore, the processing in steps S201 to S203 and S205 to S209 is described in the first embodiment.
- step S204 the server 1 calculates the system use histories of all the system use registrants who are within a predetermined range from the current position of the target business vehicle, and determines the target business vehicle based on the frequency of use. It is determined whether the vehicle should travel around the area or move to the nearest vehicle standby location 4 and wait until there is a use request. In the example of FIG. 4, the number of use histories of all the registrants who are presently around the target vehicle is counted, and it is determined whether the number is Y or more.
- step S203 More specifically, assuming that the number of system use registrants who are presently within a predetermined range from the current position of the target business vehicle counted in step S203 is 100, all the 100 registered users in the past month If the total number of system use cases is 100 or more, it is determined that the commercial vehicle should travel around the current position. On the other hand, if the total number of use cases of the system in the past month for all 100 persons is less than 100, the server 1 moves the commercial vehicle from the current position to the nearest vehicle standby place 4, and It outputs a command to wait until there is a use request.
- step S204 conditions other than the specific examples described above can be set.
- the period for calculating the usage history is extended to the past year, the date of obtaining the history is set as the usage history of the same previous year as the current day to make it closer to the current situation, or the usage history between the same day of the week and the same time zone is used.
- the target business vehicle By acquiring the information, it may be determined whether or not the target business vehicle should be moved around.
- the server 1 determines the number of the registrants who are presently within the predetermined range of the target business vehicle and the usage history of the currently used registrants in the determination of the excursion traveling as an index of the demand degree. Although it is determined whether or not to perform the excursion, it is not limited to this. That is, the index of the demand level is not limited to the registrant who is currently present, and may be an index of the demand level in consideration of the characteristics of the current position of the target business vehicle. Specifically, if there is a commercial vehicle that has not been reserved for the next use after the final use, it will be located around the city, train station, or commercial facility where the demand for mobility services is generally high.
- the server 1 may make the determination.
- the server 1 accepts, by the route condition input unit 126, an input of a travel route condition set by an administrator who manages the commercial vehicle operation system.
- Types of travel routes include a dispatch route, a pick-up route, and an excursion travel route.
- the dispatching route is a route from the current location of the target business vehicle to the boarding position of the user.
- the pick-up route is a route from the user's boarding position to the destination.
- the excursion traveling route is a route that keeps traveling on the road without parking the vehicle when there is no use reservation and there is no place where the commercial vehicle parks and stands near the current location of the vehicle.
- the conditions for determining the vehicle allocation route include, for example, the following conditions.
- the condition may be a single condition or a combination of conditions.
- the energy consumed by the commercial vehicle should be minimized.
- the travel distance of the commercial vehicle should be the shortest.
- ⁇ Use a toll road.
- the conditions for determining the excursion route include, for example, the following conditions.
- the condition may be a single condition or a combination of conditions.
- ⁇ Average of the reach of all registered users of the system within the predetermined range from the current position of the business vehicle to the current position must be the shortest.
- traveling route generation processing will be specifically described with reference to FIGS.
- FIG. 4 is an example of the traveling route when the traveling route condition is set such that the access distance from the target user to the commercial vehicle is shortest.
- FIG. 4 it is assumed that two users having the user terminals 3A and 3B, respectively, who have registered use of the commercial vehicle operation system are within a predetermined range from the current position of the target vehicle. .
- the route is generated so as to travel as much as possible on a road adjacent to the current position of the user.
- the excursion traveling route shown in FIG. 4 is generated such that the commercial vehicle passes through each point in the order of (1) to (7). After passing through the point (7), the business vehicle repeatedly travels on a route sequentially passing through (2) to (7) for a predetermined time.
- FIG. 5 is an example of a traveling route when the traveling route condition is set so that the commercial vehicle travels with energy saving.
- energy is saved by generating a road with no traffic light as a traveling route as much as possible.
- a route is generated such that the commercial vehicle travels on a road with as few traffic signals as possible.
- the excursion traveling route shown in FIG. 5 is generated such that the commercial vehicle passes through each point in the order of (1) to (5).
- the commercial vehicle After passing through the point (5), the commercial vehicle repeatedly travels on a route sequentially passing through (2) to (5) for a predetermined time.
- the conditions which can realize energy saving are not limited to the example shown in FIG.
- using map information to preferentially select routes with small slopes and road gradients and height differences use traffic information to avoid repeated starting and stopping, and avoid traffic jams as much as possible
- An excursion traveling route that saves energy under conditions may be generated.
- the number of pedestrian crossings and the number of intersections may be considered as conditions under which energy can be saved.
- the commercial vehicle operation system of the present embodiment can determine whether the target commercial vehicle should travel around the current position based on the current position information of the commercial vehicle, such as a parking lot that manages the vehicle. This makes it possible to suppress the time and energy consumption for traveling back and forth, and to provide an excellent effect that the service of the system can be provided to the user more quickly and inexpensively.
- the permanent vehicle operation system obtains user information including at least the current position information of the user, and automatically obtains the business vehicle having no reservation for the vehicle allocation according to the current position information of the user. Since it is possible to determine whether or not to travel around the current position of the vehicle, it is possible to provide an excellent effect that the service of the system can be provided to the user more quickly and with less energy consumption.
- the commercial vehicle operation system can determine whether or not to make a round trip based on the current use reservation information. Therefore, if there is a use reservation, the service can be provided to the user without loss of time, and even if there is no use reservation, the business vehicle moves around and the time and energy consumption for going back and forth to the parking lot that manages the vehicle is suppressed. On the other hand, there is an excellent effect that a service can be provided after waiting for a future use reservation.
- the commercial vehicle operation system can determine whether or not to perform an excursion based on the presence or absence and position information of a parkable vehicle standby location near the commercial vehicle, so that energy consumption due to useless traveling can be determined. And an excellent effect that it can be suppressed.
- the commercial vehicle operation system includes information on the number of registrants of system users who are currently in a specific area within a predetermined range from the current location of the target commercial vehicle, and the past information of all current users in the specific area.
- the potential system demand of the commercial vehicle operation system can be estimated based on the usage history within a certain period or the usage history of the specific area itself within a certain past period. Therefore, only when the availability of the system is higher, it can be determined that the target vehicle should be used for excursion, so that it is possible to suppress the consumption of time and energy due to the fact that the commercial vehicle remains unused. It works.
- the commercial vehicle operation system of the present embodiment can freely set the route for the excursion, for each vehicle type, so that the excursion can be freely performed in consideration of various conditions (energy saving, shortest and shortest user access distance, running environment, etc.). It has an excellent effect that running can be managed.
