本发明涉及一种绘图机械臂,尤其是一种机械臂绘图机构。
背景技术
由于传统的机械臂大多采用纵横移动的方案,造成机械臂成本居高不下、结构复杂、体积庞大,限制了其只能应用在工业领域而无法应用在消费场景。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对以上现有技术的不足,而提供一种机械臂绘图机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种机械臂绘图机构,包括支撑平台和升降平台,其中所述升降平台与支撑平台之间通过升降机构连接,在所述升降平台上分别设有上电机和下电机,在所述下电机上连接有主臂,在所述上电机上连接有辅臂,在所述辅臂的另一端铰接有连杆,在所述连杆的另一端铰接有工作臂,在所述工作臂的另一端设有笔夹,所述主臂的另一端与所述工作臂铰接。
进一步改进:所述主臂、辅臂、连杆和工作臂之间构成一个平行四边形。
进一步改进:所述主臂与辅臂的长度相同。
进一步改进:所述上电机与下电机的旋转中心处于同一直线上。
进一步改进:所述升降机构包括升降电机和升降轴,所述升降轴设置在支撑平台上,所述升降轴的顶部穿过升降平台后连接有限位板,所述升 降电机设置在支撑平台的一侧,在所述升降平台与支撑平台之间设有凸轮,所述凸轮与所述升降电机连接。
进一步改进:在所述升降轴上套有弹簧,所述弹簧位于升降平台与限位板之间。
本发明的优点:本实用新型,通过上电机与下电机的配合,使得工作臂前端的笔夹可以落在画板的任意一个位置,整个装置的成本低、结构简单、体积小,适用范围大。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明做以下详细说明。
如图所示,一种机械臂绘图机构,包括支撑平台1和升降平台6,其中所述升降平台6与支撑平台1之间通过升降机构连接,在所述升降平台6上分别设有上电机7和下电机13,在所述下电机13上连接有主臂12,在所述上电机7上连接有辅臂8,在所述辅臂8的另一端铰接有连杆9,在所述连杆9的另一端铰接有工作臂10,在所述工作臂10的另一端设有笔夹11,所述主臂12的另一端与所述工作臂10铰接。
所述主臂12、辅臂8、连杆9和工作臂10之间构成一个平行四边形;所述主臂12与辅臂8的长度相同;所述上电机7与下电机13的旋转中心 处于同一直线上;所述升降机构包括升降电机3和升降轴4,所述升降轴4设置在支撑平台1上,所述升降轴4的顶部穿过升降平台6后连接有限位板5,所述升降电机3设置在支撑平台1的一侧,在所述升降平台6与支撑平台1之间设有凸轮2,所述凸轮2与所述升降电机3连接;在所述升降轴4上套有弹簧41,所述弹簧41位于升降平台6与限位板5之间。
其工作原理是:工作时,通过上电机7与下电机13转动的配合,分别带动辅臂8和主臂12摆动,从而带动工作臂10完成绘图工作,在绘图时,如果需要画笔离开画板,此时则通过升级电机3的转动,带动凸轮2转动,当凸轮2呈竖直状态时,凸轮2将升降平台6顶起,画笔离开画板,此时可以调整画笔的位置,当需要继续绘图时,再通过控制升降电机3转动,使得凸轮2呈水平状态,此时升降平台6下落,画笔与画板接触,继续完成绘图。

  1. 一种机械臂绘图机构,包括支撑平台和升降平台,其特征在于:所述升降平台与支撑平台之间通过升降机构连接,在所述升降平台上分别设有上电机和下电机,在所述下电机上连接有主臂,在所述上电机上连接有辅臂,在所述辅臂的另一端铰接有连杆,在所述连杆的另一端铰接有工作臂,在所述工作臂的另一端设有笔夹,所述主臂的另一端与所述工作臂铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械臂绘图机构,其特征在于:所述主臂、辅臂、连杆和工作臂之间构成一个平行四边形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械臂绘图机构,其特征在于:所述主臂与辅臂的长度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械臂绘图机构,其特征在于:所述上电机与下电机的旋转中心处于同一直线上。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4其中任意一项所述的一种机械臂绘图机构,其特征在于:所述升降机构包括升降电机和升降轴,所述升降轴设置在支撑平台上,所述升降轴的顶部穿过升降平台后连接有限位板,所述升降电机设置在支撑平台的一侧,在所述升降平台与支撑平台之间设有凸轮,所述凸轮与所述升降电机连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种机械臂绘图机构,其特征在于:在所述升降轴上套有弹簧,所述弹簧位于升降平台与限位板之间。
