Claims (11)
- 一种蒸煮器具的控制方法,所述蒸煮器具设置有泄压装置,所述控制方法包括加压泄压步骤,所述加压泄压步骤包括间歇泄压过程,在所述间歇泄压过程,控制所述蒸煮器具间歇性地进行多次泄压,根据待烹饪食物的蒸煮量对所述间歇泄压过程的泄压次数和单次泄压的持续时长中至少之一进行调节。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述待烹饪的食物包括米饭,所述蒸煮器具的米量模式包括大米量模式、中米量模式和小米量模式,所述大米量模式、中米量模式和小米量模式对应的米量分别为V1、V2、V3,其中,V1、V2、V3均为正整数,0<V1≤1/3V,1/3V<V2≤2/3V,2/3V<V3≤1V,V为所述蒸煮器具的最大蒸煮量体积;在相同的米饭类型的情况下,所述大米量模式、中米量模式、小米量模式对应的泄压次数分别为M1、M2、M3,其中,M1、M2、M3均为正整数且M1>M2>M3;和/或,在相同的米饭类型的情况下,所述大米量模式、中米量模式、小米量模式对应的单次泄压的持续时长为T1、T2、T3,其中,T1、T2、T3均为正整数且T1>T2>T3。
- 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,在所述间歇泄压过程之前,所述控制方法还包括:统计所述蒸煮器具在单次烹饪过程中从加热到第一温度点到加热到第二温度点所需要的时长,其中,所述第一温度点小于所述第二温度点;根据所述时长判断所述米量模式。
- 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,M1的取值范围为7至9次,M2的取值范围为4至6次,M3的取值范围为1至3次。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述控制方法还包括:在所述间歇泄压过程,还根据待烹饪的食物类型对所述间歇泄压过程的泄压次数进行调节。
- 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其中,所述待烹饪的食物包括米饭,所述米饭的类型包括丝苗米、珍珠米和糙米,在相同米量的情况下,所述丝苗米、珍珠米、糙米所对应的泄压次数分别为N1、N2、N3,其中,N1、N2、N3均为正整数且N1>N2>N3。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的控制方法,其中,所述控制方法还包括:在所述间歇泄压过程,每间隔预定时长对所述蒸煮器具进行单次泄压,其中,所述预定时长的取值范围为1-2min。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的控制方法,其中,所述加压泄压步骤还包括间歇泄压过程之后进行的持续加压过程。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的控制方法,其中,所述控制方法还包括以下至少之一:加压泄压步骤之前进行的前期烹饪过程,在所述前期烹饪过程包括泡米吸水阶段和加热升温阶段,当加热至所述蒸煮器具内的液体沸腾时,控制所述蒸煮器具进行所述加压泄压步骤;加压泄压步骤之后进行的后期烹饪过程,在所述后期烹饪过程包括持续沸腾阶段和焖饭阶段。
- 一种蒸煮器具,所述蒸煮器具设置有泄压装置,所述蒸煮器具在工作时执行如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的控制方法。
- 根据权利要求10所述的蒸煮器具,其中,所述蒸煮器具具有煮饭模式,在所述煮饭模式,所述蒸煮器具执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的控制方法。
