背景技术
现在市面上的电饭锅的煮饭过程,通常是把米和水整体置于一个内锅里面,然后对这个内锅加热,水沸腾乃至汽化最后饭熟,这种煮饭方式由于加热主要依靠底下部加热,热量是始终是通过水从下向上传递的,而且在沸腾以前的升温过程中,内锅里面的水和米基本处于不流动的静止状态,这种状态必然导致下部温度高,上部温度低,除非沸腾,不能均匀。所以此情形的这锅饭来说,一定是下面的先熟,上面的后熟,一锅饭里面的米吸水糊化的程度一定不一样。换句话来说,下面的可能吸水糊化过度或者烧糊,上面的可能刚刚好或者还没熟,特别是对于煮大米量时这种现象尤为明显,现在市面上的大电饭锅煮(10杯以上)出来的饭口感不好,普遍上硬下软,此为主要原因。此外,现有的电饭锅操作起来,尤其是对于视力不好的人群,多少米加多少水对于他们来说比较难以掌握,饭的软硬也就不可控。
因此,现有做饭技术仍有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有做饭技术中的不足之处,提供一种糊化更均匀、操作简单的电饭锅。

实施例三,如图3所示,本发明公开了一种在实施例二电饭锅基础上增加了排水系统10、接水盒11和破泡加热器12的电饭锅,排水系统10的水路结构为“Y”型结构,其中,第一端与集水腔2c连通,第二端通过水泵7b与上水系统连通,第三端设置有排水开关装置7c,可以在排水开关装置7c的配合下将集水腔内的水(米汤)排至设置在外壳与锅之间的接水盒11内,破泡加热器12设置在集水腔内。煮饭过程中,用户将淘好的米和适量水放入锅中并选择相应的煮饭指令,控制系统8控制水泵7b将集水腔内的水从锅底部侧壁上的开口2b泵至上水系统5的水管中,被底部加热器4和上水加热器5a加热后从上水口2a注入锅中,使锅内的水强制对流,当锅中的米糊化到预设效果时,水泵7b停止工作,排水开关装置7c打开将锅内的水(米汤)排入接水盒11内,锅内水位降至预设高度,底部加热器4和破泡加热器12继续加热锅内的水和米直到米饭煮好。
实施例四,如图4、图5所示,本发明公开了一种电饭锅,包括:设置在外壳1内部可以装米和水并且开口朝上的锅2,分别设置在锅的上部侧壁和底部的 上水口2a、出水口2b,覆盖锅的上部开口的锅盖3,能够对锅进行加热的底部加热器4,通过水管分别与上水口2a和出水口2b连通的上水系统5,至少包覆上水系统的部分水管的上水加热器5a,与上水系统连通的水箱6,控制水箱内的水进入上水系统5的上水开关装置7a,控制系统8,设置在锅内的滤网9,排水系统10,接水盒11,破泡加热器12。其中,滤网9与与锅2的内壁形成一个集水腔2c,滤网9能够让水通过并防止米或饭进入集水腔2c;排水系统10的水路结构为“Y”型结构,其第一端与集水腔2c连通,第二端通过水泵7b与上水系统连通,第三端设置有排水开关装置7c,可以在排水开关装置7c的配合下将集水腔内的水(米汤)排至设置在外壳与锅之间的接水盒11内;破泡加热器12包覆在集水腔所对应的锅外壁壁上;加热器4、上水加热器5a、上水开关装置7a、水泵7b、排水开关装置7c、破泡加热器分别与控制系统8电气连接;上水开关装置7a与水泵7b分别与上水系统5连通,上水系统5的部分水管与底部加热器4贴合设置。煮饭过程中,用户将淘好的米放入锅中并选择相应的煮饭指令,控制系统控制上水开关装置7a将水箱内的水放入上水系统5经底部加热器4上水加热器5a加热后上水口2a注入锅中,当加入锅中的水达到预设位置时,上水开关装置7a关闭,停止供水,水泵7b将锅内的水经出水口2b抽出并被底部加热器4和上水加热器5a加热后从上水口2a再次注入锅中,使锅内的水强制对流。当锅中的米糊化至预设效果时,控制系统控制水泵7b停止工作并打开排水开关装置7c,将锅内多余的水(米汤)排至接水盒11内,锅内水位降至适当的位置,底部加热器4继续加热锅内的水,同时启动破泡加热器,防止集水腔内产生的汽泡堆积并与米饭接触而影响口感,直到米饭煮好。
本发明通过在外壳和锅之间设置上水系统以及与其配套使用的水箱和/或排水系统等,可以使锅内的米糊化均匀和/或解决加水量不好控制的问题,做出 的米饭口感好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电饭锅,包括:设置在外壳内部可以装米和水并且开口朝上的锅,覆盖所述锅的上部开口的锅盖,加热所述锅的底部加热器,其特征在于,还设置有开口于所述锅上部侧壁或锅盖上的上水系统,上水系统可以将水或蒸汽从所述锅上部导入锅内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,还设置有与所述上水系统水路连通的水箱。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,流经所述上水系统的水能被底部加热器加热。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,所述上水系统还设置有上水加热器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,设置有开口于锅底部的排水系统,锅内设置有能够让水通过并防止米或饭进入排水系统的滤网。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,所述滤网设置在锅底部并与锅内壁形成一个集水腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,所述集水腔对应的位置还设置有破泡加热器。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,所述上水系统与排水系统的水路相互连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,当所述电饭锅设置有水箱时,所述排水系统和水箱各自通过水管与上水系统连通。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电饭锅,其特征在于,当所述电饭锅设置有水箱时,所述排水系统、水箱和上水系统依次连通。
