背景技术
随着清洁方式的多元化,扫地机器人已经出现在越来越多的家庭中。扫地机器人的工作方式主要分为“吸”和“扫”。与传统吸尘器一样,扫地机器人的“吸”也离不开风机,而风机的结构与“吸力”的大小密不可分。通常,扫地机器人中使用的风机类型包括图1所示的轴流式风机A,轴流式风机A通过电动马达C驱动动叶轮B旋转将空气甩向四周以产生吸力。扫地机器人中风机类型还包括图2所示的离心式风机D,离心风机D的风道结构与蜗壳相似,通过离心风机D中心处的马达驱动定叶轮旋转产生吸力。以上风机中风道主要由风机壳体限定形成,该风道对出风导向性不好,导致风机的吸力偏小,从而使得扫地机器人清扫不干净,效率低。

本发明实施例提供了一种扫地机器人的风机组件和扫地机器人,电机用于提供动力,使电机输出轴带动动叶轮旋转以将自进风口进入风罩内的空气甩向动叶轮四周产生吸力。被甩向动叶轮四周的空气气流沿着定叶轮的叶片之间空隙向出口流去。定叶轮能够有效对空气气流进行导向,使风机出风更加顺畅,风向更显著,提高了风机的吸力和吸尘效果。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清除、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,如有术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或隐含只能所指示的技术特征的数量。

本发明第一方面实施例提供了扫地机器人的风机组件,参见图3~5所示,本发明实施例 的扫地机器人的风机组件包括电机10、定叶轮20、动叶轮30和风罩40;定叶轮20设有轴孔25,电机10安装在定叶轮20的一侧,电机10的输出轴11穿过轴孔25;风罩40安装在定叶轮20的另一侧,风罩40远离定叶轮20的端面设有进风口41;动叶轮30安装在电机10的输出轴11上,且位于风罩40和定叶轮20之间。
本实施例中,电机10的输出轴11从位于定叶轮20中心的轴孔25中穿过,并与动叶轮30的中心相连以带动动叶轮30旋转。轴孔25的外径大于输出轴11的外径。风罩40一端端面安装在定叶轮20上,另一端端面设有进风口41。动叶轮30设置风罩40内并位于进风口41和动叶轮30之间。由此,风罩40的尺寸只需略大于动叶轮30,风机组件各部件之间结构紧凑,能够有效减小风机组件高度,以便更好地满足扫地机器人对低高度的要求。定叶轮20对进入风机组件中的空气气流进行导向,有效提升了风机组件的真空度和吸力。
在本发明一个可选的实现方式中,风罩40的形状为与动叶轮30相配合的圆筒形,进风口41为圆形,进风口41的直径与风罩40或动叶轮30的直径比的取值范围为1/5~4/5。进一步地,进风口41的直径与风罩40的直径比为2/5。
相同电机10功率下,进风口41的直径与风罩40或动叶轮30的直径比为1/5~4/5时,风机组件的吸力相对较大。图4示例性地示出了扫地机器人的风机组件的一个可选结构的剖视图,其中,进风口41的直径为28mm,风罩40直径为69mm,进风口41、风罩40、动叶轮30、定叶轮20和电机10均同轴设置。
在本发明另一个可选的实现方式中,定叶轮20包括叶轮前盘、叶轮后盘和若干叶片22;叶轮前盘包括圆板21和环边29,环边29设置在圆板21的周边且朝向电机10的方向延伸,轴孔25位于圆板21中心;叶轮后盘包括底板23和第一凸边27,底板23中间开设第一圆孔28,第一凸边27沿第一圆孔28的周边设置在底板23上,且朝向风罩40的方向延伸;若干叶片22间隔固定在环边29和第一凸边27之间,若干叶片22之间的间隙形成若干导风通道。
进入风机组件中的气流在叶片22的导向下由第一圆孔28排出。若干叶片22沿定叶轮20轴线均匀间隔设置,叶片22的数量可根据需要进行调整。定叶轮20上还设有若干个走线缺口60,走线缺口60便于风机组件线束的安装和定位。图5示例性地示出了扫地机器人的风机组件的爆炸图,其中,定叶轮20上的走线缺口60位于底板23上。
在本发明一个可选的实现方式中,扫地机器人的风机组件还包括第一紧固件(未图示),电机10上设有第一安装孔12,圆板21上设有与第一安装孔12相对应的第二安装孔26,第一紧固件穿设于第一安装孔12和第二安装孔26,以将电机10紧固连接在定叶轮20的一侧。
为了保证定叶轮20和电机10连接的稳固性,第一紧固件、第一安装孔12和第二安装 孔26可以根据需要设置若干个。第一紧固件包括但不限于螺栓和螺钉。如图5所示,电机10的端面沿周向设有间隔均匀的三个第一安装孔12,叶轮前盘21沿周向设有三个与第一安装孔12一一对应的第二安装孔26,将紧固件穿设第一安装孔12和第二安装孔26以将定叶轮20固定在电机10上。
在本发明另一个可选的实现方式中,风罩40套设在第一凸边27外侧,风罩40与第一凸边27过盈配合。
如图3和图5所示,风罩40通过与第一凸边27过盈配合固定在定叶轮20上。安装方式简单方便。
在本发明另一个可选的实现方式中,扫地机器人的风机组件还包括支座50和第二紧固件,定叶轮20安装在支座50上;支座50包括基板51和第一支脚52,基板51中间开设第二圆孔54,基板51沿第二圆孔54径向的两端分别设置第一支脚52;叶轮后盘还包括沿第一圆孔28径向的两端分别设置的第二支脚24,第二紧固件穿过第一支脚52和第二支脚24,以将定叶轮20紧固连接在支座50上。
支座50优选由具有降噪减震功能的材料制作,如支座50为橡胶件。由于定叶轮20与电机10相连,电机10处于工作状态时,电机10自身或电机10与定叶轮20之间会震动,产生噪音,支座50能够吸收声波,降低震动及噪音。为了便于定位和安装风机组件线束,支座50上也可根据需要设置走线缺口60。第二紧固件包括但不限于螺栓和螺钉。如图3所示,沿基板51周向间隔设有三个走线缺口60,电机10穿过第二圆孔54与定叶轮20相连,支座50围设在电机10四周,有利于提高降噪效果。
在本发明另一个可选的实现方式中,第一支脚52上设有凸块53,第二支脚24上设有与凸块53相配合的凹槽,凸块53伸入凹槽内。
将凸块53伸入凹槽中可以完成初步装配,便于安装定位。第二紧固件提高了两者连接的稳固性。图5示例性地示出了扫地机器人的风机组件一种可选结构的爆炸图,其中,每一个第一支脚52上均设置一个凸块53,凸块53朝向定叶轮20凸出。
在本发明一个可选的实现方式中,叶轮后盘还包括第二凸边201,第二凸边201沿第一圆孔28的周边设置在底板23上,且朝向电机10的方向延伸;基板51沿第二圆孔54的周边设有与第二凸边201相配合的环槽55,第二凸边201扣入环槽55内。
第二凸边201扣入环槽55内不仅能够使定叶轮20与支座50的配合更紧凑,还能够提高密封效果,减少风机组件内气流外流,提高风机组件吸力。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的扫地机器人包括上述实施例所述的扫地机器人的风机组件。由于根据本发明实施例的扫地机器人的风机组件具有上述效果,因此,根据本发明实施 例的扫地机器人也具有相应的技术效果,即结构紧凑。定叶轮20能够有效对空气气流进行导向,使风机组件出风更加顺畅,风向更显著,提高了风机组件的吸力,提高了扫地机器人的吸地效果和吸地效率。
根据本发明实施例的扫地机器人的其他结构和操作对于本领域技术人员而言都是可以理解并且容易实现的,因此不再详细描述。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述扫地机器人的风机组件包括:电机、定叶轮、动叶轮和风罩;所述定叶轮设有轴孔,所述电机安装在所述定叶轮的一侧,所述电机的输出轴穿过所述轴孔;所述风罩安装在所述定叶轮的另一侧,所述风罩远离所述定叶轮的端面设有进风口;所述动叶轮安装在所述电机的输出轴上,且位于所述风罩和所述定叶轮之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述风罩的形状为与所述动叶轮相配合的圆筒形,所述进风口为圆形,所述进风口的直径与所述风罩或所述动叶轮的直径比的取值范围为1/5~4/5。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述进风口的直径与所述风罩的直径比为2/5。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述定叶轮包括叶轮前盘、叶轮后盘和若干叶片;
    所述叶轮前盘包括圆板和环边,所述环边设置在所述圆板的周边且朝向所述电机的方向延伸,所述轴孔位于所述圆板中心;
    所述叶轮后盘包括底板和第一凸边,所述底板中间开设第一圆孔,所述第一凸边沿所述第一圆孔的周边设置在所述底板上,且朝向所述风罩的方向延伸;
    若干所述叶片间隔固定在所述环边和所述第一凸边之间,若干所述叶片之间的间隙形成若干导风通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述扫地机器人的风机组件还包括第一紧固件,所述电机上设有第一安装孔,所述圆板上设有与所述第一安装孔相对应的第二安装孔,所述第一紧固件穿设于所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔,以将所述电机紧固连接在所述定叶轮的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述风罩套设在所述第一凸边外侧,所述风罩与所述第一凸边过盈配合。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述扫地机器人的风机组件还包括支座和第二紧固件,所述定叶轮安装在所述支座上;
    所述支座包括基板和第一支脚,所述基板中间开设第二圆孔,所述基板沿所述第二圆孔径向的两端分别设置所述第一支脚;
    所述叶轮后盘还包括沿所述第一圆孔径向的两端分别设置的第二支脚,所述第二紧固件穿过所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚,以将所述定叶轮紧固连接在所述支座上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述第一支脚上设有凸块,所述第二支脚上设有与所述凸块相配合的凹槽,所述凸块伸入所述凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的扫地机器人的风机组件,其特征在于,所述叶轮后盘还包括第二凸边,所述第二凸边沿所述第一圆孔的周边设置在所述底板上,且朝向所述电机的方向延伸;
    所述基板沿所述第二圆孔的周边设有与所述第二凸边相配合的环槽,所述第二凸边扣入所述环槽内。
  10. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的扫地机器人的风机组件。
