- 一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:由T型螺栓、螺母、平垫圈、弹条、绝缘轨距块、轨下垫板和预埋铁座组成,所述的预埋铁座上开设有燕尾槽,在混凝土基础上预先埋设预埋铁座,预埋铁座燕尾槽内安装T型螺栓,T型螺栓将弹条紧固安装,所述的弹条伸入预埋铁座的弹条接受槽中,在钢轨和预埋铁座间设置绝缘轨距块,同时通过更换不同厚度的绝缘轨距块进行钢轨左右位置的调整,然后在轨下设置轨下垫板,提供扣件系统的弹性。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于,所述的预埋铁座上的所述的燕尾槽中设置有档肋。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:所述的档肋的数量为三个。
