一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,由T型螺栓(3)、螺母(5)、平垫圈(6)、弹条(4)、绝缘轨距块(7)、轨下垫板(2)和预埋铁座(1)组成,在混凝土基础上预先埋设预埋铁座(1),预埋铁座(1)上安装T型螺栓(3)紧固弹条(4),在钢轨和预埋铁座(1)间设置绝缘轨距块(7),同时通过更换不同厚度的绝缘轨距块(3)进行钢轨左右位置的调整,然后在轨下设置轨下垫板(2),提供扣件系统的弹性。该结构可实现现有有螺栓扣件的全部功能,且零部件少,结构简单,养护维修作业方便。

Description

一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件 技术领域
本发明涉及铁轨用弹条扣件系统,尤其涉及一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件。
背景技术
重载铁路运输因其运能大、效率高、运输成本低而受到世界各国铁路的广泛重视,如美国、加拿大、巴西、澳大利亚、南非等重载铁路上大量开行重载列车,在欧洲以客运为主的客货混运干线上也开始开行重载列车。扣件作为轨道结构的重要组成部分之一,对保持轨距、增强轨道结构稳定性具有重要作用。
有螺栓扣件因其具有钢轨高低位置调整能力,且弹条扣压力衰减后可通过复紧恢复扣压力,大大方便铁道线路的养护维修作业,而受到广泛欢迎。
目前国内30t轴重重载铁路采用最多的一种扣件结构主要由T型螺栓、螺母、平垫圈、弹条、绝缘轨距块、轨距挡板、轨下垫板和预埋铁座组成。
现有的该种有螺栓扣件在自身不足主要表现为扣件零部件较多,生产制造成本高,安装拆卸复杂。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件。以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:由T型螺栓、螺母、平垫圈、弹条、绝缘轨距块、轨下垫板和预埋铁座组成,所述的预埋铁座上开设有燕尾槽,在混凝土基础上预先埋设预埋铁座,预埋铁座燕尾槽内安装T型螺栓,T型螺栓将弹条紧固安装,所述的弹条伸入预埋铁座的弹条接受槽中,在钢轨和预埋铁座间设置绝缘轨距块,同时通过更换不同厚度的绝缘轨距块进行钢轨左右位置的调整,然后在轨下设置轨下垫板,提供扣件系统的弹性。
进一步地,所述的预埋铁座上的所述的燕尾槽中设置有档肋。
进一步地,所述的档肋的数量为三个。
进一步地,所述的三个档肋围成了U型结构。
进一步地,所述的弹条接受槽为凹形槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:在现有有螺栓扣件基础上进行的改进设计,以简化扣件结构、方便安装维修、降低造价,具体措施为取消轨距挡板,优化预埋铁座的燕尾槽设计。该结构可实现现有有螺栓扣件的全部功能,且零部件少,结构简单,养护维修作业方便。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图所示:一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,由T型螺栓3、螺母5、平垫圈6、弹条4、绝缘轨距块7、轨下垫板2和预埋铁座1组成,在混凝土基础上预先埋设预埋铁座1,预埋铁座上开设有燕尾槽,预埋铁座燕尾槽内安装T型螺栓,T型螺栓3将弹条4紧固安装,弹条4伸入预埋铁座1的弹条接受槽9中,在钢轨和预埋铁座1间设置绝缘轨距块7,同时通过更换不同厚度的绝缘轨距块7进行钢轨左右位置的调整,然后在轨下设置轨下垫板2,提供扣件系统的弹性。预埋铁座1的燕尾槽中设置有档肋8,档肋形成U型结构,档肋8的数量为三个。

  1. 一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:由T型螺栓、螺母、平垫圈、弹条、绝缘轨距块、轨下垫板和预埋铁座组成,所述的预埋铁座上开设有燕尾槽,在混凝土基础上预先埋设预埋铁座,预埋铁座燕尾槽内安装T型螺栓,T型螺栓将弹条紧固安装,所述的弹条伸入预埋铁座的弹条接受槽中,在钢轨和预埋铁座间设置绝缘轨距块,同时通过更换不同厚度的绝缘轨距块进行钢轨左右位置的调整,然后在轨下设置轨下垫板,提供扣件系统的弹性。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于,所述的预埋铁座上的所述的燕尾槽中设置有档肋。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:所述的档肋的数量为三个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:所述的三个档肋围成了U型结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于轴重35~40吨重载铁路的有螺栓扣件组件,其特征在于:所述的弹条接受槽为凹形槽。
