Abstract

The present invention relates to a bolted fastener assembly suitable for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons, composed of: a T-shaped bolt, a nut, a flat washer, an elastic strip, an insulating gauge block, a sub-rait pad and a preembedded iron base, wherein: the pre-embedded iron base is pre-embedded in advance on a concrete foundation, the T-shaped bolt is installed on the pre-embedded iron base to tighten and install the elastic strip, and the insulating gauge block is provided between steel rails and the preembedded iron base; meanwhile, left and right positions of the steel rails are adjusted by the change of the insulating gauge blocks of different thicknesses, and then the sub-rail pad is provided under the rail to provide elasticity for a fastener system. The present invention is suitable for railways with an axle load of 35-40 tons. The present invention cancels the gauge baffle and optimizes the dovetail groove design of the preembedded iron base. This structure is capable of realizing all of the functions of the existing bolted fastener; moreover, it needs fewer parts and a simpler structure, and facilitates the maintenance and repair

BOLTED FASTENER ASSEMBLY SUITABLE FOR HEAVY HAUL RAILWAY WITH AXLE LOAD OF 35-40 TONS
Technical Field
The présent invention relates to an elastic strip fastener system for rails, particularly relates to a bolted fastener assembly suitable for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons.
Backgrounds
Due to its large transport capacity, high efficiency and low transport cost, heavy haul railway transport has drawn wide attention from countries ail around the world, for instance, heavy haul trains hâve been started in quantity in America, Canada, Brazil, Australia, South Africa etc., and hâve also been started in Europe on passenger-freight mixed transport main lines predominated by passenger transport. As one of the important components of a rail structure, fasteners play an important rôle in maintaining gauge and enhancing the stability of the rail structure.
Bolted fasteners are capable of adjusting the height and position of steel rails, and the attenuated fastening pressure of the elastic strip can be restored after the elastic strip is tightened, as a resuit, the maintenance and repair of railway lines are greatly facilitated, and bolted fasteners are widely welcomed.
Currently, the most commonly used fastener structure in the heavy haul railway with an axle load of 30t is mainly composed of a T-shaped boit, a nut, a fiat washer, an elastic strip, an insulating gauge block, a gauge baffle, a sub-rail pad and a preembedded iron base.
The shortcomings of this existing bolted fastener mainly lie in the comparatively large number of fastener parts, high manufacture cost, and complex installation and disassembly.
Summary of the Invention
The technical problem targeted by the présent invention is to provide a bolted fastener assembly suitable for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons, so as to overcome the shortcomings in the above backgrounds.
The technical problem targeted by the présent invention is solved by using the following technical solution:
a bolted fastener assembly suitable for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons, composed of: a T-shaped boit, a nut, a fiat washer, an elastic strip, an insulating gauge block, a sub-rail pad and a pre-embedded iron base, wherein: the preembedded iron base is provided with a dovetail groove and is pre-embedded in advance on a concrète foundation, the T-shaped boit is installed within the dovetail groove of the pre-embedded iron base to tighten and install the elastic strip, the elastic strip stretches into an elastic strip receiving groove of the pre-embedded iron base, and the insulating gauge block is provided between Steel rails and the pre-embedded iron base; meanwhile, left and right positions of the Steel rails are adjusted by the change of the insulating gauge blocks of different thicknesses, and then the sub-rail pad is provided under the rail to provide elasticity for a fastener system.
Further, retaining ribs are provided within the dovetail groove of the pre-embedded iron base.
Further, the numberofthe retaining ribs is three.
Further, the three retaining ribs form a U-shaped structure.
Further, the elastic strip receiving groove is a concave groove.
The bénéficiai effects of the présent invention are as follows: improvements are performed for existing bolted fastener so as to simplify the fastener structure, facilitate installation and maintenance, and reduce cost specifically by canceling the gauge baffle and optimizing the dovetail groove design of the pre-embedded iron base. This structure is capable of realizing ail of the functions of the existing bolted fastener; moreover, it needs fewer parts and a simpler structure, and facilitâtes the maintenance and repair.

As shown in the drawings: a bolted fastener assembly suitable for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons, composed of: a T-shaped boit 3, a nut 5, a fiat washer 6, an elastic strip 4, an insulating gauge block 7, a sub-rail pad 2 and a preembedded iron base 1, wherein: the pre-embedded iron base 1 is pre-embedded in advance on a concrète foundation and is provided with a dovetail groove, the T-shaped boit is installed within the dovetail groove of the pre-embedded iron base, the T-shaped boit 3 tightens and installs the elastic strip 4, the elastic strip 4 stretches into an elastic strip receiving groove 9 of the pre-embedded iron base 1, and the insulating gauge block 7 is provided between Steel rails and the pre-embedded iron base 1 ; meanwhile, left and right positions of the Steel rails are adjusted by the change of the insulating gauge blocks 7 of different thicknesses, and then the sub-rail pad 2 is provided under the rail to provide elasticity for a fastener system. Retaining ribs 8 are provided within the dovetail groove of the pre-embedded iron base 1 and form a U-shaped structure, wherein the number of the retaining ribs 8 is three.
