本願は、2018年5月16日出願の日本特許出願第2018-94407号「光硬化性樹脂組成物及びそれを用いた粘接着剤」の優先権を主張する。その全体を、参照により本明細書に援用する。
(技術分野)
本発明は、光硬化性樹脂組成物及びそれを用いた粘接着剤に関する。
それゆえ、光硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化物とした際に要求される機能や特性、例えば、優れた高温接着性を満足するような、特定の構造及び組成を有する光硬化性樹脂組成物が求められていた。
本発明の課題は、即ち、上記問題点を解決し、優れた高温接着性を有する光硬化性樹脂組成物及びそれを用いた粘接着剤を提供することにある。

本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物は、高分子架橋材(A)と、高分子材(B)とを含み、高分子架橋材(A)が、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを含み、高分子材(B)が、ポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造を含み、アクリル基を有さないポリウレタン樹脂を含む。
高分子架橋剤(A)が、ポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造を含む、(メタ)アクリル基を末端に有するウレタン(メタ)アクリレートであることが好ましい。
本発明において、「ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート」とは、ポリウレタン(メタ)アクリレートとも表記され、末端が(メタ)アクリル基を有するウレタンアクリレートを示す。
本発明において、「(メタ)アクリル基」とは、(メタ)アクリル基を少なくとも1つ有する原子団又は、(メタ)アクリル酸の水酸基を除いた官能基を示し、アクリル基又はメタアクリル基を示す。
本発明において、高分子架橋材(A)は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを含む。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、ポリオール由来の構造と、ポリイソシアネート由来の構造と、(メタ)アクリレート由来の構造とを有することが好ましい。
他の高分子架橋材の例は、例えば、ポリエステル、エポキシ、ウレタンなどの骨格に(メタ)アクリロイル基、ビニル基等のエチレン性不飽和二重結合を2個以上有するポリエステル(メタ)アクリレート、エポキシ(メタ)アクリレートである。
高分子架橋材(A)において、ポリカーボネートポリオール系ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの量の下限は、高分子架橋材(A)に対して、20質量%、好ましくは30質量、より好ましくは40質量%、特に60質量%、特別に90質量%である。ポリカーボネートポリオール系ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの量の上限は、高分子架橋材(A)に対して、50質量%、好ましくは70質量、より好ましくは80質量%、特に90質量%、特別に100質量%である。
ポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造とは、ポリカーボネートポリオールの分子構造のうち、ウレタン化反応に関与する基以外の部分構造のことを示す。ポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造は、ポリカーボネートポリオールによりウレタン(メタ)アクリレートに導入される。
ポリカーボネートポリオールは、ポリオール由来の構造と、場合により、ラクトン由来の構造と、カーボネート結合とを有する。ポリカーボネートポリオールは、例えば、ポリオールと、炭酸エステルとを、触媒の存在下で反応させることによって得られる。
ポリカーボネートポリオールを構成するポリオールは、2つの分子が結合する反応(例えば、重縮合反応及びエステル化反応)を生じさせる反応基を有する化合物、例えば、ジオール及びラクトンを包含する。ラクトンは、ジオールと同様に、ポリカーボネートポリオールを生成する。ポリオールは、3つ以上の水酸基を有するポリオール(例えば、トリオール及びテトラオール)であってよいが、2つの水酸基を有するポリオール(ジオール)であることが好ましい。
ジオールは、式:

[式中、R1は、炭素数2~22の二価の炭化水素基もしくはその一部にエーテル結合を含む]
で示される炭化水素基含有ジオールであることが好ましく、その一部にエーテル結合を有していても良い。
前記「炭素原子数6~18の二価の環状脂肪族炭化水素基」とは、「炭素原子数6~18の環状脂肪族炭化水素」から2つの水素を除いた基を示す。「炭素原子数6~18の二価の環状脂肪族炭化水素基」としては、例えば、1,3-シクロヘキシレン基、1,4-シクロヘキシレン基、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメチレン基などが挙げられるが、好ましくは1,4-シクロヘキサンジメチレン基である。
前記式(1A)で示されるポリオール(ポリオール(1A))としては、例えば、エチレングリコール、プロパンジオール、ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、ヘプタンジオール、オクタンジオール、ノナンジオール、デカンジオール、ウンデカンジオール、ドデカンジオールが挙げられるが、好ましくは、直鎖又は分岐鎖を有する炭素原子数2~10の脂肪族ポリオールであり、さらに好ましくは、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオールである。
ポリオール(1A)は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。また、目的とするウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの機能や特性などを損なわない程度に、前記ポリオール(1A)の分子中にエーテル結合が少量含まれていても良く、分岐状の脂肪族ポリオールが少量含まれていても良い。
前記式(1B)で示されるポリオール(以下、ポリオール(1B)と称することもある)としては、例えば、1,3-シクロヘキサンジオール、1,4-シクロヘキサンジオール、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノールなどが挙げられるが、好ましくは1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノールが使用される。
ポリオール(1B)は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。また、目的とするウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの機能や特性などを損なわない程度に、ポリオール(1B)の分子中にエーテル結合が少量含まれていても良く、芳香族ポリオールが少量含まれていても良い。
ラクトンとは、環状エステルであり、同分子内のヒドロキシル基とカルボキシル基が脱水縮合することにより生成される化合物である。
ラクトンの具体例としては、δ-バレロラクトン、ε-カプロラクトンが挙げられる。
ポリカーボネートポリオールの製造方法は、特に限定されないが、例えば、ポリオール及び炭酸エステル及び触媒を混合して、低沸点成分(例えば、副生するアルコールなど)を留去しながら、反応させるなどの方法によって好適に行われる。
なお、反応は、一旦、ポリカーボネートポリオールのプレポリマー(目的とするポリカーボネートポリオールより低分子量)を得た後、更に分子量を上げるためにプレポリマーを反応させるなど、反応を複数回に分けて行うこともできる。
前記炭酸エステルとしては、例えば、炭酸ジメチル、炭酸ジエチル、炭酸メチルエチルなどの炭酸ジアルキル;炭酸ジフェニルなどの炭酸ジアリール;エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネートなどの環状の炭酸エステルが挙げるが、好ましくはジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネートが使用される。
なお、炭酸エステルは、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記炭酸エステルの使用量は、総ポリオール1モルに対して、好ましくは0.8モル~2.0モル、更に好ましくは0.9モル~1.5モルである。炭酸エステルの使用量をこの範囲することで、十分に高い反応速度で、効率良く目的とするポリカーボネートポリオールを得ることができる。
ポリカーボネートポリオールを合成する際の反応温度は、ポリオールや炭酸エステルの種類に応じて適宜調整することができるが、好ましくは120℃~180℃、更に好ましくは130℃~170℃である。
また、ポリカーボネートポリオールを合成する際の反応圧力は、低沸点成分を除去しながら反応させる態様となるような圧力ならば特に制限されず、好ましくは常圧又は減圧下である。ポリカーボネートポリオールを合成する際の反応圧力をこの範囲とすることで、逐次反応や副反応の発生を抑制でき、効率良く目的とするポリカーボネートポリオールを得ることができる。
ポリカーボネートポリオールを合成する際に使用する触媒としては、公知のエステル交換触媒を使用することができ、例えば、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、亜鉛、アルミニウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、コバルト、ゲルマニウム、スズ、セリウムなどの金属、及びそれらの水酸化物、アルコキシド、カルボン酸塩、炭酸塩、炭酸水素塩、硫酸塩、リン酸塩、硝酸塩、有機金属などが挙げられるが、好ましくは水素化ナトリウム、チタンテトライソプロポキシド、チタンテトラブトキシド、ジルコニウムテトラブトキシド、ジルコニウムアセチルアセトナート、オキシ酢酸ジルコニウム、ジブチルスズジラウレート、ジブチルスズジメトキシド、ジブチルスズオキサイドが使用される。
なお、触媒は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記触媒の使用量は、総ポリオール1モルに対して、好ましくは0.1ミリモル~100ミリモル、更に好ましくは0.5ミリモル~50ミリモル、より好ましくは1ミリモル~20ミリモルである。触媒の使用量をこの範囲とすることで、後処理が煩雑となることを抑制でき、効率良く目的とするポリカーボネートポリオールを得ることができる。
なお、当該触媒は、反応開始時に一括で使用(添加)してもよいし、反応開始時、及び反応開始後に分割して使用(添加)しても良い
ポリエーテルポリオール由来の構造とは、ポリエーテルポリオールの分子構造のうち、ウレタン化反応に関与する基以外の部分構造のことを示す。ポリエーテルポリオール由来の構造は、ポリエーテルポリオールによりウレタン(メタ)アクリレートに導入される。
ポリエーテルポリオールとしては、分子中にエーテル結合を有するポリオールであれば特に限定されず、例えば、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール、アルキル側鎖を有するポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール、ポリピロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、及びこれら2種以上の共重合体;エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとのランダム共重合体やブロック共重合体又はエチレンオキシドとブチレンオキシドとのランダム共重合体やブロック共重合体等が挙げられ、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール、アルキル側鎖を有するポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール、ポリピロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、及びこれら2種以上の共重合体等が好ましい。
ポリエステルポリオール由来の構造とは、ポリエステルポリオールの分子構造のうち、ウレタン化反応に関与する基以外の部分構造のことを示す。ポリエステルポリオール由来の構造は、ポリエステルポリオールによりウレタン(メタ)アクリレートに導入される。
ポリエステルポリオールとしては、分子中にエステル結合を有するポリオールであれば特に限定されず、例えば、カルボン酸と多価アルコールとの縮合により得られるポリエステルポリオール、カルボン酸エステルと多価アルコールとの縮合により得られるポリエステルポリオール、カルボン酸とカルボン酸エステルとの混合物と多価アルコールとの縮合により得られるポリエステルポリオール、環状エステルを開環重合して得られるポリエステルポリオール、多価アルコールにヒドロキシカルボン酸を縮合して得られるポリエステルポリオールなどが挙げられる。
ポリエステルポリオールの具体的な化合物としては、例えば、ポリエチレンアジペートジオール、ポリプロピレンアジペートジオール、ポリブチレンアジペートジオール、ポリペンチレンアジペートジオール、ポリヘキシレンアジペートジオール、ポリエチレンブチレンアジペートジオール、ポリへキサメチレンイソフタレートアジペートジオール、ポリエチレンサクシネートジオール、ポリブチレンサクシネートジオール、ポリエチレンセバケートジオール、ポリブチレンセバケートジオール、ポリ-ε-カプロラクトンジオール、ポリ(3-メチル-1,5-ペンチレンアジペート)ジオール、1,6-へキサンジオールとダイマー酸の重縮合物等が挙げられるが、好ましくはポリプロピレンアジペートジオール、ポリブチレンアジペートジオール、ポリペンチレンアジペートジオール、ポリヘキシレンアジペートジオール、ポリ-γ-ブチロラクトン、ポリ-δ-バレロラクトン、ポリ-ε-カプロラクトンジオールであり、さらに好ましくはポリブチレンアジペートジオール、ポリヘキシレンアジペートジオール、ポリ-ε-カプロラクトンジオールである。
ポリイソシアネート由来の構造とは、ポリイソシアネートの分子構造のうち、ウレタン化反応に関与する基以外の部分構造のことを示す。ポリイソシアネート由来の構造はポリイソシアネートによってウレタン(メタ)アクリレートに導入される。
ポリイソシアネートは、2官能以上のイソシアネートを使用することができるが、ジイソシアネートであることが好ましい。
OCN-R2-NCO

で示される化合物であることが好ましい。
ポリイソシアネートは、目的や用途に応じて適宜選択することができるが、例えば、
ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートなどの直鎖状脂肪族ジイソシアネート;
2-又は3-メチル-1,5-ペンチルジイソシアネート、2,2,4-又は2,4,4-トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートなどの分岐状脂肪族ジイソシアネート;
1,4-シクロヘキシレンジイソシアネート、メチルシクロヘキシレンジイソシアネート、4,4’-メチレンビスシクロヘキシルジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、シクロヘキサン-1,3-ジイルビス(メチレン)ジイソシアネート、ノルボルニルジイソシアネートなどの環状脂肪族ジイソシアネート;
等が使用される。
(メタ)アクリレート由来の構造とは、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの分子構造のうち、ウレタン化反応に関与する基以外の部分構造のことを示す。(メタ)アクリレート由来の構造は、(メタ)アクリレートによって、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートに導入される。(メタ)アクリレート由来の構造の導入には、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート、イソシアナト基を有する(メタ)アクリレート等を使用することができるが、イソシアネートと反応する水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートが好ましい。
水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートは、特に限定されず、その分子構造の一部に水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートエチレンオキシ基やプロピレンオキシ基などのアルキレンオキシ基で変性されているものを好適に用いることができる。また、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート中には、(メタ)アクリレートは複数(例えば2~6、特に2又は3)有していても良い。水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートは、多官能(メタ)アクリレート又は単官能(メタ)アクリレートであってよい。多官能(メタ)アクリレートにおいて、(メタ)アクリル基の数は、例えば2~6、特に2又は3であってよい。
水酸基を有する多官能(メタ)アクリレートとしては、例えば、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、又は、これらのエチレンオキシ変性品やプロピレンオキシ変性品、ラクトン変性品が挙げられ、
好ましくはペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレートが挙げられ、
より好ましくは、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレートとペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレートとの混合物(東亜合成株式会社、アロニックス(登録商標)M306、トリ体;65~70%)、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタアクリレートとジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートとの混合物(東亜合成株式会社、アロニックス(登録商標)M403、ペンタ体;50~60%)が使用される。
水酸基を有する単官能(メタ)アクリレートとしては、例えば、ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシ(ヘプチル)メタアクリレート、ヒドロキシオクチル(メタ)アクリレートなどが挙げられるが、好ましくはヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレートが使用される。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、例えば、ポリカーボネートポリオールと、ポリイソシアネートと、水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートとを、反応させることによって得ることができる。
その反応形態は特に限定されない。反応方法としては、例えば、公知のワンショット法やプレポリマー法を適宜選択できるが、ポリカーボネートポリオールとポリイソシアネートとを反応させてポリウレタンを製造した後に、水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートを反応させる方法が好適に採用される。
モル比率(NCO基/OH基)をこの範囲とすることにより、ポリウレタンの末端水酸基又は末端イソシアネート基が、実質的に(メタ)アクリル基を複数有する末端基に変換され、残存する未反応のイソシアナト基を低減させることができる。
なお、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの末端にイソシアナト基が残存する場合であっても、続く硬化物への変換を阻害しないのであればそのままでも良く、イソシアナト基と反応性を有する化合物を更に反応させて不活性化させても良い。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの反応においては、反応速度を向上させるために公知の重合触媒を用いることができる。重合触媒の具体例としては、例えば、ジブチルスズジアセテート、ジブチルスズジラウレートなどの有機スズ化合物や、チタンテトラアセチルアセトネート、チタンジイソプロポキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)などの有機チタン化合物、ジルコニウムテトラアセチルアセトネート、ジルコニウムジブトキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)などの有機ジルコニウム化合物、2-エチルヘキサン酸ビスマス、ネオデカン酸ビスマス、ナフテン酸ビスマス、リン酸ジブチルビスマスや、トリエチルアミンなどの三級アミンが好適に使用される。
重合触媒は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記触媒の使用量は、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、及び水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートの合計量に対して、好ましくは0.0005質量%~0.1質量%、更に好ましくは0.001質量%~0.05質量%である。
触媒の使用量をこの範囲とすることで、十分な反応速度を得ることができるとともに、触媒の残存量が少ないため後処理が煩雑とならない。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの反応においては、反応に関与しない溶媒を適宜使用することができる。好ましく用いられる溶媒の具体例としては、例えば、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、シクロヘキサノンなどのケトン類;酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート、プロピレングリコールモノエチルエーテルアセテート、ジプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテートなどのエステル類;エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、エチレングリコールジエチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールジエチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、ジオキサンなどのエーテル類;ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、テトラメチルベンゼンなどの芳香族炭化水素類;ジメチルホルムアミド、ジエチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミドなどのアミド類;ジメチルスルホキシドなどのスルホキシド類が使用できる。
溶媒は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。また、溶媒を使用することで、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの溶媒溶液を得ることができる。
前記溶媒の使用量は、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、及び水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート又はイソシアナト基含有(メタ)アクリレートの合計量に対して、好ましくは5質量%~200質量%、更に好ましくは10質量%~100質量%、より好ましくは20質量%~80質量%である。
溶媒の使用量をこの範囲とすることで、反応液の均一性や攪拌性が向上する。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの反応においては、原料の水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート、生成したウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの重合や酸化を抑制するために、重合禁止剤や酸化防止剤を存在させることが望ましい。重合禁止剤や酸化防止剤としては、例えば、ハイドロキノン、p-メトキシフェノール、2,4-ジメチル-6-t-ブチルフェノール、2,6-t-ブチル-p-クレゾール、p-ベンゾキノン、2,5-ジヒドロキシ-p-ベンゾキノンなどが使用される。
なお、これらの重合禁止剤や酸化防止剤は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記重合禁止剤や酸化防止剤の添加量は、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリイソシアネート、及び水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートの合計量に対して、好ましくは0.00005質量%~0.01質量%、更に好ましくは0.0001質量%~0.005質量%、より好ましくは0.0003質量%~0.003質量%である。
重合禁止剤や酸化防止剤の添加量をこの範囲とすることで、十分に重合や酸化を抑止でき、またこれらの後処理が煩雑とならない。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの反応においては、分子量を増大させることを目的として、鎖延長剤を用いることができる。使用する鎖延長剤としては、目的や用途に応じて適宜選択できる。鎖延長剤の具体例としては、例えば、
水;
エチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、1,10-デカンジオール、1,1-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、トリシクロデカンジメタノール、キシリレングリコール、ビス(p-ヒドロキシ)ジフェニル、ビス(p-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、2,2-ビス[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]プロパン、ビス[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]スルホン、1,1-ビス[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]シクロヘキサンなどの低分子ポリオール;
ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエステルアミドポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエーテルエステルポリオール、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリオレフィンポリオールなどの高分子ポリオール;
エチレンジアミン、イソホロンジアミン、2-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジアミン、アミノエチルエタノールアミン、ジエチレントリアミン、トリエチレンテトラミン、テトラエチレンペンタミン、ペンタエチレンヘキサミンなどのポリアミン等
が使用される。鎖延長剤は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
得られたウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、特に限定されるわけではないが、光や大気中の酸素に必ずしも安定ではないため、特に単離・精製することなく、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの溶媒溶液として必要な用途に使用するのが望ましい。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、その機能を更に向上させるために、適宜、その他のポリオールを存在させて製造することもできる。換言すれば、本発明のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、その他のポリオール由来の構造を更に含んでいてもよい。
その他のポリオールとしては、例えば、エチレングリコール、プロパンジオール、ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、ヘプタンジオール、オクタンジオール、ノナンジオール、デカンジオール、ウンデカンジオール、ドデカンジオール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコールなどの直鎖状のポリオール;
2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,5-ヘキサンジオールなどの分岐状のポリオール;
1,3-シクロヘキサンジオール、1,4-シクロヘキサンジオール、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノールなどの環状のポリオール;
などが挙げられる。好ましくはウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを構成するポリカーボネートポリオールを製造する際の原料としたポリオール(好ましくは、式(1A)で示されるポリオール、式(1B)で示されるポリオール)である。
その他のポリオールは、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの機能を更に向上させるために、適宜、更に、酸性基含有化合物を存在させることもできる。
酸性基含有化合物としては、例えば、プロピオン酸、ブタン酸、ペンタン酸、ヘキサン酸、シュウ酸、コハク酸、アジピン酸、安息香酸、フタル酸、テレフタル酸などの有機カルボン酸類;前記有機カルボン酸の一部又は全部の炭素が硫黄に置き換えられたチオカルボン酸類;メタンスルホン酸、エタンスルホン酸、ベンゼンスルホン酸、p-トルエンスルホン酸などのスルホン酸類;フェノール、クレゾール、カテコール、ハイドロキノンなどのフェノール類などが挙げられる。
なお、酸性基含有化合物は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの重量平均分子量は、3,000~30,000であってよく、5,000~20,000が好ましく、5,500~17,000がさらに好ましい。この範囲とすることで、光硬化性樹脂組成物と基材を積層体として高温に曝した場合の反りを低減することができる。
以下、高分子材(B)の実施形態について説明するが、特に記載がないものについては、前記高分子架橋材(A)の実施形態と同じであってもよい。
本発明において、高分子材(B)とは、熱硬化性樹脂であり、熱硬化性樹脂としては、例えば、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂等が挙げられる。ポリウレタン樹脂は、アクリル基を有さない。
高分子材(B)は、ポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造を含み、アクリル基を有さないポリウレタン樹脂(ポリカーボネートポリオール系ポリウレタン樹脂)のみ(高分子材(B)に対して100質量%)からなってよく、あるいはポリカーボネートポリオール系ポリウレタン樹脂以外の他の熱硬化性樹脂を含んでよい。他の熱硬化性樹脂の例は、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネートポリオール系ポリウレタン樹脂以外のポリウレタン樹脂等である。
ポリウレタン樹脂の製造方法は、特に限定されず、例えば、ポリカーボネートポリオールと、ポリイソシアネートとを反応(以下、「ポリウレタン化反応」と称することもある)させることによって得ることができる。
なお、目的とするポリウレタン樹脂の機能や特性などを向上させるために、複数種のポリカーボネートポリオールや、同一種であっても分子量が異なるポリカーボネートポリオールを併用しても良い。また、同一の理由により複数種のポリイソシアネートを併用しても良い。
モル比率(NCO基/OH基)をこの範囲とすることにより、残存する未反応のイソシアナト基を低減させることができる。
なお、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートの末端にイソシアナト基が残存する場合であっても、続く硬化物への変換を阻害しないのであればそのままでも良く、イソシアナト基と反応性を有する化合物を更に反応させて不活性化させても良い。
ポリウレタン化反応においては、反応速度を向上させるために公知の重合触媒を用いることができ、例えば、第三級アミン、スズ又はチタンなどの有機金属塩が使用される。
重合触媒の具体例としては、例えば、ジブチルスズジアセテート、ジブチルスズジラウレートなどの有機スズ化合物や、チタンテトラアセチルアセトネート、チタンジイソプロポキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)などの有機チタン化合物、ジルコニウムテトラアセチルアセトネート、ジルコニウムジブトキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)などの有機ジルコニウム化合物、2-エチルヘキサン酸ビスマス、ネオデカン酸ビスマス、ナフテン酸ビスマス、リン酸ジブチルビスマスや、トリエチルアミンなどの三級アミンが好適に使用される。
前記触媒の使用量は、ポリカーボネートポリオール及びポリイソシアネートの合計量に対して、好ましくは0.0005質量%~0.1質量%、更に好ましくは0.001質量%~0.05質量%である。
触媒の使用量をこの範囲とすることで、十分な反応速度を得ることができるとともに、触媒の残存量が少ないため後処理が煩雑とならない。
また、ポリウレタンには、目的に応じて、熱安定剤、光安定剤、可塑剤、無機充填剤、滑剤、着色剤、シリコンオイル、発泡剤、難燃剤などを存在させることができる。
得られたポリウレタンは、軟質ポリウレタンフォーム、硬質ポリウレタンフォーム、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、溶剤系ポリウレタン溶液、水性ポリウレタン樹脂分散体などとすることができる。また、これらを使って、人工皮革や合成皮革、断熱材、クッション材、接着剤、塗料、コーティング剤、フィルム等の成形体などに加工することができる。
高分子材(B)の重量平均分子量は、3,000~30,000であってよく、6,000~20,000が好ましく、8,000~20,000がさらに好ましい。この範囲とすることで、優れた高温接着性を有する光硬化性樹脂組成物を得ることができる。
本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物は、重合性化合物(C)(ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを除く)を更に含んでいてもよい。重合性化合物(C)を含むことにより、光硬化性樹脂組成物の粘度の調整や、得られた硬化膜の物性、例えば塗膜の柔軟性や耐湿熱性を向上させることができる。
重合性化合物(C)は、エチレン性不飽和二重結合を有する化合物である。好ましい重合性化合物は、(メタ)アクリレート化合物、特に(メタ)アクリル酸エステルである。重合性化合物において、エチレン性不飽和二重結合の数は、1、又は2以上(例えば2~6、特に2又は3)である。
ブタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、オクタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ノナンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ドデカンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシ化ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、プロポキシ化ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシ化ネオペンチルグリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシ化トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、プロポキシ化トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、トリス(2-ヒドロキシエチル)イソシアヌレートトリ(メタ)アクリレート、グリセリントリ(メタ)アクリレートなどのトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンヘキサ(メタ)アクリレートなどの多官能(メタ)アクリレート化合物、又は、これらのエチレンオキシ変性品やプロピレンオキシ変性品、ラクトン変性品が使用できる。
重合性化合物は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物は、光重合開始剤(D)を更に含んでいてもよい。光重合開始剤(D)としては、特に制限されず、例えば、アセトフェノン、2,2-ジエトキシアセトフェノン、p-ジメチルアミノアセトフェノン、ベンゾフェノン、2-クロロベンゾフェノン、4,4’-ビスジエチルアミノベンゾフェノン、ベンゾインエチルエーテル、ベンゾイン-n-プロピルエーテル、ベンゾインイソプロピルエーテル、ベンゾインイソブチルエーテル、ベンゾインn-ブチルエーテル、ベンゾインジメチルケタール、チオキサントン、p-イソプロピル-α-ヒドロキシイソブチルフェノン、2,2-ジメトキシ-2-フェニルアセトフェノン、1-ヒドロキシシクロへキシルフェニルケトン、2-メチル-1[4-(メチルチオ)フェニル]-2-モルフォリノプロパン-1-オン、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-フェニルプロパン-1-オン、2,4,6,-トリメチルベンゾフェノン、4-メチルベンゾフェノン、ビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-フェニルフォスフィンオキサイド、ジフェニル(2,4,6-トリメトキシベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド、2,2-ジメトキシ-1,2-ジフェニルエタノン等が挙げられるが、好ましくは1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン、ビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)フェニルフォスフィンオキサイド、ジフェニル(2,4,6-トリメトキシベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド、等が挙げられる。
光重合開始剤(D)は、単独を用いてもよいし、あるいは2種以上を併用してもよい。
本発明の光硬化性樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて更に光増感剤、酸化防止剤、黄変防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、可視光吸収剤、着色剤、可塑剤、安定剤、充填剤等の添加剤を本発明の効果が損なわれない範囲で添加されていてもよい。
好ましく用いられる光増感剤の具体例としては、例えば、トリエチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、N-メチルジエタノールアミン、エタノールアミン、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸メチル、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸エチル、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸イソアミル等が挙げられる。
好ましく用いられる熱可塑性有機重合体の具体例としては、例えば、ポリスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、メチルメタクリレート-エチルアクリレート共重合体、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン-(メタ)アクリル酸共重合体、(メタ)アクリル酸-メチルメタクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルブチラール、セルロースエステル、ポリアクリルアミド、飽和ポリエステル等が挙げられる。これらの熱可塑性有機重合体のうちの1種のみを単独で用いてもよいし、複数種類を混合して用いてもよい。
光硬化性樹脂組成物は、高分子架橋材(A)、高分子材(B)、場合により、重合性化合物(C)、光重合開始剤(D)及びその他成分を特定の割合で配合し、混合することによって製造することができる。
各成分の混合方法については、特に制限されず、例えば、ホモキミサーやホモジナイザー等によって攪拌してもよい。また、各成分の混合の順序については、特に制限されず、例えば高分子架橋材(A)に高分子材(B)を加えて混合し、更に重合性化合物(C)、光重合開始剤(D)の順番に加えて、逐次混合してもよいし、成分(A)~(D)を同時に加えて混合してもよい。
光硬化性樹脂組成物は、高分子架橋材(A)と高分子材(B)の割合は質量比で、5:95~95:5であることが好ましく、5:95~60:40が更に好ましく、5:95~50:50が特に好ましい。あるいは、高分子架橋材(A)と高分子材(B)の割合は質量比で、2:98~95:5、例えば3:97~80:20、特に5:95~60:40又は5:95~30:70又は51:49~80:20であることが好ましい。高分子架橋材(A)と高分子材(B)の割合をこの範囲とすることで、光硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化させる際に柔軟性を付与することができ、更に、優れた高温接着性を有する硬化膜を得ることができる。
その他の成分の量は、光硬化性樹脂組成物に対して、0~15質量%、例えば0.01~10質量%、特に0.2~5質量%であってよい。
光硬化性樹脂組成物は、25℃における粘度が、10Pa・s以上、例えば、100以上、特に150Pa・s以上、特別に200Pa・s以上であってよい。光硬化性樹脂組成物の25℃における粘度の上限は、30000Pa・s又は20000Pa・s、例えば1000Pa・sであってよい。
粘度を所定の範囲とすることで、例えば、湾曲した基材に塗布した際にダレを防止することができる。
光硬化性樹脂組成物を基材に塗布する方法として、ディスペンス方式やコーター方式、印刷方式などがあり、特に限定されない。塗布方法の具体例は、リバースグラビアコート法、ダイレクトグラビアコート法、スピンコーティング法、ディップコーティング法、スプレーコーティング法、ロールコート法、ダイコート法、バーコート法、カーテンコート法などである。
本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物は、紫外線等のエネルギー線を照射することによって硬化させ、硬化物とすることができる。本発明の光硬化性樹脂組成物は、具体的には、例えば、キセノンランプ、キセノンー水銀ランプ、メタルハライドランプ、高圧水銀ランプ、低圧水銀ランプ、UV-LEDランプ等の紫外線光照射装置を用いて所定の紫外線を照射することによって硬化させることができる。
光硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物(厚さ0.3mm)のヘイズ値は、2%以下、例えば1%以下、特に0.5%以下であってよい。ヘイズ値の下限は、0.001%又は0.01%であってよい。
本発明に係る粘接着剤は、上記光硬化性樹脂組成物を含む。
なお、本明細書において、「粘接着剤」には、粘着剤と接着剤との両方が含まれるものとする。
エネルギーを照射する前の本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物は、粘性を有するため、粘着剤を構成することができる。 また、上述のように、エネルギー線の照射により本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物は硬化するため、接着剤を構成することができる。
本発明に係る粘接着剤は、本発明に係る光硬化性樹脂組成物に加え、他の成分を含んでいてもよい。
本発明は、粘接着剤を含む層と、ガラス基材又はプラスチック基材からなる層とを有する積層体である。
本発明に係る粘接着剤を、例えば、プラスチック基材、フレキシブルプリント基材、ガラス基材及びこれらの基材にインジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)等の薄膜を形成した基材等の上に塗布し、場合により紫外線等のエネルギー線を照射して硬化させることにより、粘接着層と、基材とからなる積層体とすることができる。
基材として好ましく用いられるプラスチック基材としては、例えば、アクリル樹脂、PC(ポリカーボネート)、PBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、PPS(ポリフェニレンサルファイド)、変性PPE(ポリフェニレンエーテル)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、COP(シクロオレフィンポリマー)、TAC(トリアセテートセルロース)等からなる基材が挙げられる。
基材は、反射防止フィルム、防汚フィルム、タッチパネルを構成する透明導電フィルム等であってもよい。
積層体は、粘接着剤層/基材層の2層構造、又は第1基材層/粘接着剤層/第2基材層の3層構造であってよい。
粘接着層の厚さは、0.1μm~5mm、例えば1μm~1mm、特に10μm~300μmであってよい。
[数平均分子量(Mn)、重量平均分子量(Mw)の測定]
表1に得られたウレタンアクリレート及びウレタン樹脂の分子量を示す。当該平均分子量は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)にポリスチレン換算値であり、測定条件は以下の通りである。
測定装置本体(製品名HLC-8220GPC、東ソー社製)、カラム(Shodex KF-G+KF-805L×2本+KF-800D)、展開溶媒(テトラヒドロフラン(THF))。
硬化前の樹脂組成物の粘度を、レオメーター(TA社製レオメータDHR-2)を使用して25℃にてせん断速度0.01~1000まで測定し、せん断速度1.0の値を粘度とした。
(光学特性測定用試料の作製方法)
ガラス基板の端に厚み0.3mmのシリコーンシートをのせ、スペーサーとした。このガラス基板上に各実施例及び各比較例において得た光硬化性樹脂組成物を載せ、さらにその上にガラス基板を上に載せて2枚のガラス基板で光硬化性樹脂組成物層を挟持した積層体を作製した。この積層体にUV照射装置(UB-15201BY-A、USHIO電器(株)製、光源UVL‐1500M2‐N1)を用いて算光量5J/cm2となるようにUVを照射し、光学特性測定用試料を得た。
光学特性測定用試料のヘイズ(%)を、濁度計(日本電色工業社製NDH5000)を用いてK 7361-1:1997に準じて測定した。
(接着性試験用試料の作製方法)
ガラス基板上に厚み50μm、幅25mmで、各実施例及び各比較例において得た光硬化性樹脂組成物を塗布後、その塗布層の上に、各種樹脂フィルム(ポリカーボネートフィルム(PC)、トリアセチルセルロースフィルム(TAC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET))を貼り合せた。その後、UV照射装置(USHIO電器社製、UB-15201BY-A、光源UVL‐1500M2‐N1)で積算光量5J/cm2となるようにガラス基板側からUVを照射し、接着性試験用試料を得た。
上記接着性試験用サンプルを、23度、湿度50%の雰囲気下で200mm/minの速度で90度剥離強度を測定し、接着力とした。
(高温接着性試験用試料の作製方法)
厚み1mmのガラス基板の端に厚み0.3mmのシリコーンシートをスペーサーして利用し、このガラス基板上に各実施例及び比較例において得た光硬化性樹脂組成物を載せ、さらにその上に厚さ2mmのポリカーボネート板を載せて樹脂を充填させた。その後、この積層体にUV照射装置(UB-15201BY-A、USHIO電器(株)製、光源UVL‐1500M2‐N1)を用いて積算光量5J/cm2となるようにガラス板面からUVを照射し、高温接着性試験用試料を得た。
上記高温接着性試験用試料を一晩静置下のちに、95℃のオーブンに1時間放置し、基板の剥離及び反りの有無、白濁、発泡の有無を目視により確認し、評価した。

撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)214.3g(0.240モル)、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)0.09gを窒素を導入しながら仕込んだ。その後、60℃で撹拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)70.3g(0.316モル)を加え30分攪拌した。その後触媒としてジブチルスズジラウレート0.03g加え80℃で1時間撹拌した。次に、空気を導入し、空気雰囲気下にした。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)16.6g(0.143モル)を加え、2時間反応させてウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(UA-1)を得た(Mn:7,000、Mw:14,000)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)127.2g(0.142モル)、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)0.06g、触媒としてジブチルスズジラウレート0.04gを窒素を導入しながら60℃で撹拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)51.6g(0.232モル)を加え80℃で1時間撹拌した。次に、空気を導入し、空気雰囲気下にした。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)20.0g(0.181モル)を加え、2時間反応させてウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(UA-2)を得た(Mn:3,800、Mw:7,200)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:PH-100、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価111.1mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,5-ペンタンジオールと1,6-ヘキサンジオールであるポリカーボネートジオール)213.3g(0.0.202モル)、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)0.09gを窒素を導入しながら仕込んだ。その後、60℃で撹拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)61.7g(0.277モル)を加え30分攪拌した。その後触媒としてジブチルスズジラウレート0.06g加え80℃で1時間撹拌した。次に、空気を導入し、空気雰囲気下にした。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)17.1g(0.147モル)を加え、2時間反応させてウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(UA-3)を得た(Mn:5,900、Mw:12,000)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)140.3g(0.157モル)、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)0.07g、触媒としてジブチルスズジラウレート0.04gを窒素を導入しながら60℃で撹拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)63.3g(0.285モル)を加え80℃で1時間撹拌した。次に、空気を導入し、空気雰囲気下にした。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)29.8g(0.257モル)を加え、2時間反応させてウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(UA-4)を得た(Mn:3,000、Mw:5,700)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)161.46g(0.181モル)、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)0.07g、ジブチルスズジラウレート0.04gを窒素を導入しながら仕込んだ。その後、60℃で撹拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)53.1g(0.239モル)を加え80℃で30分間攪拌した。次に、空気を導入し、空気雰囲気下にした。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)6.56g(0.056モル)を加え1時間撹拌した。さらにネオペンジルグリコール5.73g(0.055モル)加えて反応させてウレタンアクリレート(UA-5)を得た(Mn:4,800、Mw:9,300)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価128.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)154.0g(0.176モル)、ポリプロピレングリコール(富士フィルム和光純薬社製、水酸基価104mgKOH/g)8.77g(0.0082モル)、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)0.07g、ジブチルスズジラウレート0.02gを窒素を導入しながら仕込んだ。その後、60℃で撹拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)54.4g(0.245モル)を加え80℃で30分間攪拌した。次に、空気を導入し、空気雰囲気下にした。その後、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)13.0g(0.11モル)を加え4時間撹拌しウレタンアクリレート(UA-6)を得た(Mn5800:、Mw:11000)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)886.9g(0.992モル)を加え60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)134.9g(0.607モル)を加え1時間撹拌した。次に、触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.1gを加え、80℃で3時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-1)を得た(Mn:4,900、Mw:10,000)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)368.7g(0.412モル)を加え60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)65.2g(0.293モル)を加え1時間撹拌した。次に、触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.04gを加え、80℃で2時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-2)を得た(Mn:6,200、Mw:12,000)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)127.2g(0.142モル)、触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.04gを加え60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)51.6g(0.232モル)を加え80℃で2時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-3)を得た(Mn:4,400、Mw:8,300)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)604g(0.676モル)、触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.05gを加え60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)112g(0.502モル)を加え80℃で2時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-4)を得た(Mn:6300、Mw:12700)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価125.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)300g(0.335モル)、触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.04g加えを60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)56.4g(0.254モル)を加え80℃で2時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-5)を得た(Mn:7250、Mw:14400)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリカーボネートジオール(商品名:UM-90(1/3)、宇部興産(株)製、水酸基価128.5mgKOH/g、ポリオール成分が1,6-ヘキサンジオールとシクロヘキサンジメタノールであるポリカーボネートジオール)396g(0.453モル)、ポリプロピレングリコール(富士フィルム和光純薬社製、水酸基価104mgKOH/g)20.7g(0.019モル)を加え60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)79.7g(0.359モル)を加え60℃で10分間撹拌したのちに触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.05gを加え80℃で3時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-6)を得た(Mn:7700、Mw:17000)。
撹拌機及び加熱器を備えた反応装置に、ポリプロピレングリコール(富士フィルム和光純薬社製、水酸基価55mgKOH/g)201g(0.103モル)、を加え60℃で攪拌した。次に、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)17.8g(0.0802モル)を加え60℃で10分間攪拌した後に触媒としてジブチルスズラウレート0.04gを加え80℃で6時間攪拌してポリウレタン樹脂(PU-7)を得た(Mn:14000、Mw:28500)。
表1に示す種類の高分子架橋材(A)、高分子材(B)、重合性化合物(C)、光重合開始剤(D)及びその他の成分を表1に示すように秤量(質量部)し、均一になるまで攪拌・混合した。その後、細孔1.0μmのシリンジフィルターでろ過して光硬化性樹脂組成物を得た。光硬化性樹脂組成物について試験を行った、結果を表1に示す。

高分子材(B)が、ポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造を含み、アクリル基を有さないポリウレタン樹脂を含む、光硬化性樹脂組成物。 - 高分子架橋材(A)におけるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートがポリカーボネートポリオール由来の構造を含む、請求項1に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 高分子架橋材(A)と高分子材(B)との質量割合が、(A):(B)=5:95~95:5である、請求項1又は2に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。

- 25℃における粘度が150Pa・s以上である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化してなる硬化物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物を含む、粘接着剤。
- 請求項9に記載の粘接着剤を含む層と、ガラス基材又はプラスチック基材からなる層とを有する、積層体。
