Description

内視鏡光学系
 本発明は、内視鏡光学系に関する。
 内視鏡用の対物光学系として、特許文献1に記載された対物光学系がある。この対物光学系は、物体側から順に、負の屈折力を有する第1レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第2レンズ群と、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズ群と、から構成されている。
 この対物光学系では、第2レンズ群が光軸に沿って移動し、通常観察と拡大観察との切り替えが行われる。
特許第6279195号公報
 撮像素子の高画素化に伴って、画素ピッチも小さくなってきている。このため、光学系の色収差、ザイデル5収差(球面収差、コマ収差、非点収差、像面弯曲、歪曲)も良好に補正されていることが必要となる。
 特許文献1の対物光学系では、第3レンズ群は、1つの正レンズと2つの接合レンズとを有している。接合レンズは、2枚のレンズからなる。この接合レンズでは、2つのレンズの屈折率差やアッベ数差が大きいとはいえない。そのため、色収差の補正が十分とはいえない場合がある。
 また、使用者が、内視鏡自体を取り扱う場合、内視鏡の対物光学系を有する先端硬性部を、壁、床などに接触させしまうことがある。このとき、内視鏡は、軽衝撃を受ける。この結果、内視鏡光学系のレンズが本来の位置からシフトしてしまうおそれがある。
 本発明は、このような課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、色収差が良好に補正され、軽衝撃によるレンズのシフトを防止できる内視鏡光学系を提供することを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明の少なくとも幾つかの実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系は、
 物体側から順に、固定の負の第1レンズ群と、可動の正の第2レンズ群と、固定の明るさ絞りと、固定の正の第3レンズ群と、を有し、
 第2レンズ群を光軸に沿って移動させることによって、通常観察状態と拡大観察状態を切り替えることができる内視鏡光学系であって、
 第3レンズ群は、物体側から順に、正レンズ、負レンズ、正レンズの3枚のレンズを接合した3枚接合レンズと、正レンズ、負レンズの2枚のレンズを接合した2枚接合レンズと、からなり、
 以下の条件式(1)、(2)を満足することを特徴とする。

 本発明によれば、色収差が良好に補正され、軽衝撃によるレンズのシフトを防止できる内視鏡光学系を提供することができる。

 以下に、実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施形態により、この発明が限定されるものではない。
(実施形態)
 図1(a)は実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系の通常観察状態のレンズ断面図である。図1(b)は実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系の近接観察状態のレンズ断面図である。通常観察状態から近接観察状態では、第2レンズ群G2が像側へ移動する。
 本実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系は、物体側から順に、固定の負の第1レンズ群G1と、可動の正の第2レンズ群G2と、固定の明るさ絞りSと、固定の正の第3レンズ群G3と、を有し、
 第2レンズ群G2を光軸AXに沿って移動させることによって、通常観察状態と拡大観察状態を切り替えることができる内視鏡光学系であって、
 第3レンズ群G3は、物体側から順に、正レンズL5、負レンズL6、正レンズL7の3枚のレンズを接合した3枚接合レンズCL1と、正レンズL8、負レンズL9の2枚のレンズを接合した2枚接合レンズCL2と、からなり、

 以下、本実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系において、このような構成をとった理由と作用を説明する。本実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系は、物体側から順に、負の第1レンズ群G1と、フォーカシング時に移動可能な正の第2レンズ群G2と、明るさ絞りSと、正の第3レンズ群G3と、を有する。
 この構成により、通常観察状態と拡大観察状態が切り替えできる。そして、本実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系は、長いバックフォーカスを確保しながらも、フォーカシング時の収差変動が小さく、製造誤差に強い光学系である。
 第3レンズ群G3は、物体側から順に、正レンズL5、負レンズL6、正レンズL7の3枚のレンズを、空気間隔を介在させること無く接合させた3枚接合レンズCL1を有する。
 さらに、第3レンズ群G3は、正レンズL8、負レンズL9の2枚のレンズを、空気間隔を介在させること無く接合させた2枚接合レンズCL2を有する。これにより、色収差の補正が可能になり、特に軸上の色収差を良好に補正できる。
 条件式(1)は、3枚接合レンズCL1の適切な屈折率を規定している。条件式(1)の範囲内であれば適切な屈折率であるため、各レンズ面に極度に強い曲率をつける必要が無い。このため、色収差およびザイデル収差を良好に補正できる。
 条件式(1)の上限値を上回ると、レンズ硝材の入手性が著しく悪くなってしまう。この場合、レンズの製造コストが高くなるため好ましくない。
 条件式(1)の下限値を下回ると、第3レンズ群G3で必要な正の屈折力(パワー)を得るために各レンズ面に極度に強い曲率を付与する必要がある。これにより、色収差及びザイデル収差を良好に補正できなくなるため好ましくない。
 条件式(2)は、2枚接合レンズCL2の適切な屈折率を規定している。条件式(2)の範囲内であれば適切な屈折率である。この場合、各レンズ面に極度に強い曲率を付与する必要が無い。これにより、色収差およびザイデル収差を良好に補正できる。
 条件式(2)の上限値を上回ると、レンズの硝材の入手性が著しく悪くなる。この場合、製造コストが高くなるため好ましくない。
 条件式(2)の下限値を下回ると、第3レンズ群G3で必要な正の屈折力を得るため、各レンズ面に極度に強い曲率を付与する必要がある。この場合、色収差及びザイデル収差を良好に補正できなくなるため好ましくない。
 条件式(1)に代えて、以下の条件式(1)'を満たすことが望ましい。

 これにより、色収差およびザイデル収差をより良好に補正できる。
 本実施形態に係る内視鏡光学系の第3レンズ群G3は3枚接合レンズCL1と、2枚接合レンズCL2と、からなる。3枚接合レンズCL1では、正レンズL5、負レンズL6、正レンズL7の3枚のレンズを空気間隔を介在させること無く接合している。2枚接合レンズCL2では、正レンズL8、負レンズL9の2枚のレンズを空気間隔を介在させること無く接合している。
 このように、接着固定された接合レンズにより、軽衝撃によるレンズのシフト移動を防止できる。
 また、本実施形態の好ましい態様によれば、以下の条件式(3)を満足することが望ましい。
 1.01<ω(wide)/ω(tele)<5.0 …(3)
 ここで、
 ω(wide)は、内視鏡光学系の通常観察状態での半画角、
 ω(tele)は、内視鏡光学系の拡大観察状態での半画角、
である。
 条件式(3)は、フォーカシング時における画角の変化を表した条件式である。ω(wide)/ω(tele)の値が条件式(3)の範囲内にあれば、適切な画角の変化が得られる。
 条件式(3)の下限値を下回ると、本実施形態の構成が必要なくなってしまう。
 条件式(3)の上限値を上回ると、画角の変化が大きすぎる。このため、第2レンズ群G2に大きな屈折力を付与する必要がある。この結果、レンズの製造誤差が敏感になる。即ち、レンズの製造誤差の影響が大きくなるため好ましくない。
 条件式(3)に代えて、以下の条件式(3)'を満たすことが望ましい。

 これにより、フォーカシング時におけるより適切な画角の変化を得ることができる。

 条件式(4)は第3レンズ群G3の3枚接合レンズCL1の最も像側のレンズL7に関する適切なシェイプファクターを規定している。
 条件式(4)の範囲内であれば、適切なレンズ形状である為に色収差およびザイデル収差を良好に補正できる。条件式(4)の上限値を上回るか、または下限値を下回ると、レンズの物体側面またはレンズの像側面の曲率が極端に強くなりすぎてしまう。この場合、良好に収差を補正できなくなるため好ましくない。
 条件式(4)に代えて、以下の条件式(4)'を満たすことが望ましい。

 条件式(5)、(6)の下限値を下回ると、最も物体側の正(凸形状)レンズL5の肉厚または最も像側のレンズL7の肉厚が薄くなる。このため、レンズL5またはレンズL7のフチ肉が確保できないため好ましくない。
 条件式(5)、(6)の上限値を上回ると、負(凹)レンズL6の肉厚が薄くなりすぎてしまい割れ、欠けの原因になる、または正(凸)レンズL5、L7の肉厚が厚くなりすぎて内視鏡光学系全体が大型化してしまうため好ましくない。
 条件式(5)に代えて、以下の条件式(5)'を満たすことが望ましい。

 条件式(7)の下限値を下回ると、空気間隔が小さすぎるため、枠やレンズ公差によって3枚接合レンズCL1と2枚接合レンズCL2が接触してしまう。この場合、レンズにひびが入ってしまうことや、割れてしまうことが生ずるため好ましくない。
 条件式(7)の上限値を上回ると、空気間隔が広くなりすぎるため、特に2枚接合レンズCL2が大型化してしまう。この場合、内視鏡光学系が大きくなりすぎてしまうため好ましくない。

Claims (7)

  1.  物体側から順に、固定の負の第1レンズ群と、可動の正の第2レンズ群と、固定の明るさ絞りと、固定の正の第3レンズ群と、を有し、
     前記第2レンズ群を光軸に沿って移動させることによって、通常観察状態と拡大観察状態を切り替えることができる内視鏡光学系であって、
     前記第3レンズ群は、物体側から順に、正レンズ、負レンズ、正レンズの3枚のレンズを接合した3枚接合レンズと、正レンズ、負レンズの2枚のレンズを接合した2枚接合レンズと、からなり、
     以下の条件式(1)、(2)を満足することを特徴とする内視鏡光学系。
     1.70<(nd3G1+nd3G2+nd3G3)/3<2.0 …(1)
     1.72<(nd3G4+nd3G5)/2<2.0 …(2)
     ここで、
     nd3G1は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最も物体側のレンズのd線における屈折率、
     nd3G2は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの物体側から2番目のレンズのd線における屈折率、
     nd3G3は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最も像側のレンズのd線における屈折率、
     nd3G4は、前記第3レンズ群の前記2枚接合レンズの物体側のレンズのd線における屈折率、
     nd3G5は、前記第3レンズ群の前記2枚接合レンズの像側のレンズのd線における屈折率、
    である。
  2.  以下の条件式(3)を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡光学系。
     1.01<ω(wide)/ω(tele)<5.0 …(3)
     ここで、
     ω(wide)は、前記内視鏡光学系の通常観察状態での半画角、
     ω(tele)は、前記内視鏡光学系の拡大観察状態での半画角、

  3.  以下の条件式(4)を満足することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡光学系。
     0.8<(R3G3front+R3G3rear)/(R3G3fron-R3G3rear)<1.2 …(4)
     ここで、
     R3G3frontは、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最も像側のレンズにおける物体側面の曲率半径、
     R3G3rearは、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最も像側のレンズにおける像側面の曲率半径、
    である。
  4.  以下の条件式(5)、(6)の両方を満足することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡光学系。
     2.0<DG31/DG32<3.5 …(5)
     1.4<DG33/DG32<1.9 …(6)
     ここで、
     DG31は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最も物体側のレンズのレンズ中肉、
     DG32は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの物体側から2番目のレンズのレンズ中肉、
     DG33は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最も像側のレンズのレンズ中肉、
    である。
  5.  前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズと、前記第3レンズ群の前記2枚接合レンズとの間隔は、通常観察状態と拡大観察状態の切り替えに際して固定であり、
     以下の条件式(7)を満足することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡光学系。 
     0.02<DG3Gair/fw<0.3 …(7)
     ここで、
     DG3Gairは、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズと、前記第3レンズ群の前記2枚接合レンズとの空気間隔、
     fwは、通常観察状態での前記内視鏡光学系全系の焦点距離、

  6.  前記第1レンズ群のレンズと、前記第2レンズ群のレンズと、前記第3レンズ群のレンズは、すべて球面レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡光学系。
  7.  以下の条件式(8)を満足することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡光学系。
     0.6<ER3G1/ER3G2<0.9 …(8)
     ここで、
     ER3G1は、前記第3レンズ群の前記3枚接合レンズの最大外径、
     ER3G2は、前記第3レンズ群の前記2枚接合レンズの最大外径、
