但是由于人们在进行存件操作时,将物品放入存取件口托盘内时往往是很随意的,物品摆放可能不是合理的,当摆放的物品高度、位置不合理时,由于物品没在托盘的中心,会造成物品在旋转、上升的运输过程中,容易被甩出掉落,而且存入货架的物品高度比实际所需的高度大,占用货架的层数多,造成一定的存储空间浪费。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种翻转装置及储物柜,能够通过所述翻转装置将不合理放置的物品进行翻转,再将物品摆放在托盘的合理位置,在保护物品的同时还提高了储物柜的存件空间利用率。

在一实施例中,如图1和图5所示,所述转动机构包括设置为使翻转装置本体100转动的转盘21和设置为驱动所述转盘21转动的第一驱动组件22,所述第一驱动组件22与转盘21联接,所述转盘21设置于所述支撑架1上,通过所述第一驱动组件22带动转盘21进行转动,然后再通过转盘21带动夹紧机构3、翻转机构和升降机构转动,即带动整个翻转装置本体100转动。在一实施例中,通过所述转动机构使整个翻转装置本体100实现竖直方向(Z轴方向)的转动。
请继续参阅图1和图2,所述夹紧机构3包括设置为夹持物品300的夹紧组件31和设置为根据物品300的尺寸规格以控制夹紧组件31张合的平移组件32,所述平移组件32通过安装片6设置于所述转盘21上,所述升降机构设置于所述平移组件32上,所述夹紧组件31设置于所述升降机构上。所述升降机构带动夹紧组件31下降至物品高度方向的中间处,且夹紧组件31位于物品的两侧,再通过所述平移组件32使夹紧组件31合拢夹持物品300,之后升降机构使夹紧组件31和物品上升一定高度,再由所述平移组件32将物品300移动至最佳位置,再结合所述升降机构,使夹紧组件31和物品下降将物品30放置在托盘的最佳摆放位置,最后平移组件3使夹紧组件31松开物品300,使物品300摆放在托盘上。
在一实施例中,所述夹紧组件31包括两个吸盘311和设置为安装所述吸盘311的连接片312,所述吸盘311设置于连接片312上,所述连接片312设置于升降机构上,通过所述两个吸盘311可以通过吸附的方式夹取物品300,能进一步地保护物品300不受损伤。所述连接片312套设于导向柱51上,使吸盘311能在导向柱上升降滑动。
请继续参阅图1和图7,所述升降机构包括两组导向柱51和设置为驱动吸盘311沿导向柱51升降的第三驱动组件52,所述连接片312套设于所述导向柱51上,所述第三驱动组件52驱动所述连接片312沿导向柱51升降,通过所述第三驱动组件52驱动连接片312沿导向柱51上升,进而带动吸盘311夹取的物品300上升,以达到物品300翻转所需高度,再通过翻转机构将物品300进行水平翻转(可沿X轴 或Y轴),然后使调整好高度的物品300下降放在托盘上,之后使所述夹紧机构3松开。
如图1和图8所示,所述平移组件32包括设置为与转盘21连接的支撑杆321、设置为带动导向柱51移动以调节两吸盘311之间的间距的滑块322和驱动所述滑块322在支撑杆321上滑动的第四驱动组件323。在一实施例中,所述支撑杆321通过安装片6设置于转盘21的底部,所述滑块322设置于支撑杆321上,所述导向柱51设置于所述滑块322上,所述第四驱动组件323驱动所述滑块322在支撑杆321上滑动,通过所述滑块322与支撑杆321的配合,使吸盘311能夹取物品300并移动至最佳位置。在一实施例中,所述支撑杆321的两端均设置有防止滑块322滑出的挡块323。
在一实施例中,所述翻转机构与夹紧机构3联接,如图6所示,该翻转机构包括设置为驱动所述吸盘311转动使物品300翻转的第二驱动组件4,所述吸盘311可转动地安装于连接片312上。在吸盘311夹取物品300后,通过升降机构根据物品300的尺寸上升至物品300翻转时所需要的高度,再通过所述第二驱动组件驱使吸盘311进行转动,使物品300完成沿两个吸盘311之间的连线进行翻转,使物品300翻转到最佳的摆放高度。
所述的储物柜的翻转装置还包括设置为带动翻转装置本体100移动的移动机构400,如图11所示,所述支撑架1设置于所述移动机构400上,通过结合所述移动机构400和转动机构,使吸盘311夹取的物品300可多方位的移动及转动,使物品300达到最佳摆放位置,以最大程度的节省占用空间。
翻转装置本体100设置为根据用户需要摆放物品300,以下结合图3和图4,对物品300进行旋转和移动的方式进行详细说明:
当物品放置位置为如图3a所示的位置时,需要使夹紧机构3将物品300夹起,再通过升降机构将物品300上升至翻转所需高度,再通过翻转机构使物品300沿X轴线翻转,翻转方向如图3a的箭头所示,最后通过升降机构和夹紧机构3,将物品300下降至托盘201处,并松开吸盘311,即可使物品300摆放于如图3所示的最佳位置。
当物品放置位置为如图3b所示的位置时,当吸盘311夹紧物品并使物品上升一定高度后,只需通过翻转机构结合夹紧机构3使物品300沿Y轴线进行翻,即使吸盘311按图3b的箭头方向转动,然后使翻转装置沿X轴平移一定的距离,即可使物品摆放于最佳位置。
当物品放置位置为如图3c所示的位置时,当吸盘311夹紧物品并使物品上升一定高度后,需要控制转盘21旋转使翻转装置本体100沿Z轴方向转动90度,即,使翻转装置本体100按图3c中箭头方向转动90度,再通过翻转机构结合夹紧机构3使物品300沿Y轴线进行翻,即可摆放于最佳位置。
当物品放置位置为如图3d所示的位置时,当吸盘311夹紧物品并使物品上升一定高度后,需要通过转盘21使翻转装置本体100沿Z轴线转动90度,即使翻转装置本体100按图3d中箭头方向转动90度,再通过翻转机构结合夹紧机构3使物品300沿X轴线进行翻,即可摆放于最佳位置。
因此,无论用户将物品摆放于什么位置,通过所述翻转装置可以将物品300摆放至如图4所示的最佳位置,便于储物柜200中的伸缩机车取放托盘及旋转升降装置旋转和升降时,不会甩出物品,而且还可以合理利用货柜的储放空间,以提升储物柜的存储空间。
请继续参图2、图9和图10所示,基于上述的储物柜200的翻转装置,本实施例还相应提供了一种储物柜200,该储物柜200包括柜体,所述柜体内设置有托盘201,所述柜体内还设置有设置为检测物品300尺寸及在托盘201上的摆放位置的检测机构20、翻转装置和设置为控制检测机构20和翻转装置100的工作状态的控制机构10,所述控制机构10根据检测机构20的检测结果,控制翻转装置本体100把物品300摆放在托盘201的指定位置。
在一实施例中,所述柜体中还设置有存取件口202和伸缩车机构203,所述翻转装置设置于存取件口202或者伸缩车机构203处。在一实施例中,所述翻转装置设置于存取件口202或伸缩车机构203的上部,所述翻转装置也可设置在储物柜的其他位置,只要不影响储物柜的正常使用即可。
以翻转装置设置在存取件口202处为例,当用户将物品300放入托盘201上后,通过所述检测机构检测物品300的尺寸、位置、方位等,由控制机构10判定是否需要调整。如需调整,控制机构10计算需要进行哪些方位的调整能达到最佳摆放位置后,并将控制信号发送给翻转装置以控制翻转装置完成物品300的方位调整,之后将物品300摆放在托盘的最佳位置后,由储物柜的伸缩车机构203取托盘,再由旋转升降装置带动托盘旋转入升降对设定的货架处,将托盘存放在货架上。本实施例通过对物品300进行三维翻转,实现物品300摆放在最合理的高度,一方面保证物品300在旋转上升的运输过程中,不被轻易甩出掉落,另一方面最大化利用柜机的高度空间,提高存储空间利用率。
在一实施例中,所述储物柜200为快递柜、物品寄存柜或者图书借阅柜,因此本实施例中的储物柜200可用于快递存、寄、出等环节,也可用于商场周边物品暂存,以及图书馆的图书借阅等。
本实施例中,所述翻转装置设置于储物柜中,该翻转装置包括支撑架1、设置为控制翻转装置旋转的转动机构、设置为夹持物品的夹紧机构、设置为控制夹紧机构翻转物品的翻转机构和设置为控制夹紧机构升降的升降机构,所述转动机构、夹紧机构、翻转机构和升降机构均设置于支撑架1上,通过所述转动机构、夹紧机机构、翻转机构和升降机构实物品可以实现多方位的翻转及移动,使物品的摆放最合理,一方面保证物品在旋转上升的运输过程中,不被轻易甩出掉落,另一方面最大化利用储物柜的高度空间,提高存储空间利用率。
本实施例提供的翻转装置结构简单,成本低,还可以在相关技术中的储物柜上进行改造,而不破坏现有储物柜的主体,适合广泛推广。
同时,本实施例的储物柜可用于快递存、寄、取等环节,也可用于商场周边物品暂存,适合在多种场所下使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种翻转装置,所述翻转装置设置于储物柜中,所述翻转装置包括翻转装置本体,所述翻转装置本体包括:
    支撑架;
    设置为驱动翻转装置本体旋转的转动机构;
    设置为夹持物品的夹紧机构;
    设置为驱动所述夹紧机构翻转物品的翻转机构;及
    设置为驱动所述夹紧机构升降的升降机构;
    其中,所述转动机构、所述夹紧机构、所述翻转机构和所述升降机构均设置于所述支撑架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转装置,其中,所述转动机构包括设置为使翻转装置本体转动的转盘和设置为驱动所述转盘转动的第一驱动组件,所述第一驱动组件与转盘联接,所述转盘设置于所述支撑架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的翻转装置,其中,所述夹紧机构包括设置为夹持物品的夹紧组件和设置为根据物品尺寸控制夹紧组件张合的平移组件,所述平移组件包括安装片,所述平移组件还设置为通过所述安装片设置于所述转盘上,所述升降机构设置于所述平移组件上,所述夹紧组件设置于所述升降机构上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的翻转装置,其中,所述夹紧组件包括两个吸盘和设置为安装所述吸盘的连接片,所述吸盘设置于所述连接片上,所述连接片设置于所述升降机构上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的翻转装置,其中,所述翻转机构与所述夹紧机构联接,所述翻转机构包括设置为驱动所述吸盘转动以使物品翻转的第二驱动组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的翻转装置,其中,所述升降机构包括两组导向柱和设置为驱动所述吸盘沿所述导向柱升降的第三驱动组件,所述连接片套设于所述导向柱上,所述第三驱动组件驱动所述连接片沿所述导向柱升降。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的翻转装置,其中,所述平移组件包括设置为与所述转盘连接的支撑杆、设置为带动所述导向柱移动以控制两个所述吸盘之间的间距的滑块和驱动所述滑块在所述支撑杆上滑动的第四驱动组件,所述滑块设置于所述支撑杆上,所述导向柱设置于所述滑块上,所述第四驱动组件驱动所述滑块在所述支撑杆上滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转装置,还包括设置为带动所述翻转装置本体 移动的移动机构,所述支撑架设置于所述移动机构上。
  9. 一种储物柜,包括柜体、检测机构、控制机构及如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的翻转装置,所述柜体包括托盘,所述托盘设置于所述柜体内,所述检测机构设置于所述柜体内,且所述检测机构设置为检测物品尺寸及在所述托盘上的摆放位置,所述控制机构设置为控制所述检测机构和所述翻转装置的工作状态,以根据所述检测机构的检测结果,控制所述翻转装置把物品摆放在所述托盘的指定位置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的储物柜,还包括设置于所述柜体内的伸缩车机构,所述柜体上还设置有存取件口,所述翻转装置设置于存取件口或者伸缩车机构处。
