Abstract

一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,包括1)纱线选择,2)络筒,3)整经,4)浆纱,5)织造,6)染整加工过程,在织造过程中在毛圈内部嵌入低捻度或无捻度的纱线或者长丝长浮线,染整过程中,由于纬向收缩,嵌入的纬浮线收缩并膨胀,进而支撑毛圈挺立不倒伏;同时蓬松的无捻纱和网络丝浮线除了本身的柔软特性外,还与其余固结毛圈的纬纱形成层叠立体结构,有助于毛圈的伸展,扩大毛圈在烘干和晾干过程中的散湿面,进而为毛巾创造快干的条件,从而获得一种风格独特,手感蓬松柔软,且洗后依然蓬松柔软的毛圈织物。

Description

一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体涉及一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法。
毛巾类产品,是量大面广的日用纺织品。一方面,使用频次高,洗涤频率高,洗后经常长出现手感板结,偏硬,洗后晾干或烘干慢等问题,这些问题是消费者非常关切的问题,因此急需解决。
最佳的日用毛圈织物应该具备以下性能:(1)取材天然环保,尤其是与皮肤接触部分材料天然健康环保。(2)手感柔软蓬松舒适。(3)吸水性好。(4)洗后毛球少,脱羽率低。(5)手感持久性。(6)烘干时间短,或晾干时间快。
通常,前四个性能通过现有技术即可轻松实现,但要实现毛圈织物的手感持久性及快干性,则需要配合其他技术:如毛圈采用天然纤维与具有快干性能的化学纤维混纺,或两种不同成分的纱线并捻或排纱,通过染整处理后获得这种性能。
现有公开的各类毛巾发明专利中, 多为毛圈本身材料采用特殊纤维或特殊纤维与天然纤维的混纺,或者毛圈采用两种组分的纱线来实现手感的持久性和快干性能的。
专利号为EP2534987A1的一种毛圈织物就描述了这种结构毛巾,该专利阐述的是一种细度小于0.6dtex的合成纤维纱线(主要是长丝)与天然纤维纱线通过相邻排列进而织造、染色得到的一种高低毛结构的持久柔软毛巾,尽管专利描述的产品确实能够产生易湿快干、持久柔软的特性,但用该种方法织造毛巾,在生产过程中存在着诸多问题,品种结构也受到局限,如纤维细度小于0.6dtex的纱线,该描述在实际生产过程中其实锁定了该纱线必须为长丝,而且是超细纤维长丝,而目前实现纤维细度低于0.6dtex的技术方法主要是海岛结构型合成长丝,这种长丝与天然纤维纱线共同织造时,存在着四个方面的问题:1、超细长丝纱线必须是加节点的网络丝,否则,在整经、浆纱和织造过程中极容易出现毛丝,严重影响织造质量和开车效率;2、由于超细纤维长丝纱线与天然纤维纱线存在着较大的弹性伸长模量,在生产过程中的织造工序必须采用双毛穿同综同停经片的穿法,即毛巾行业中讲的双双毛结构,否则会因为两种纱线的张力差异造成织造受阻,质量低下;3、染色能耗高,由于天然纤维和超细纤维合成长丝的染色特性差异,必须采用两浴两步法进行染色,能耗高。
专利号为CN101165246的一种超柔软高吸水中空棉毛巾及其制造方法采用的是混纺中空毛圈与六纬起毛方式制作的毛巾,采用这种方法织造的毛巾洗后柔软持久性差,且不具备快干功能。
显然已公开的专利都存在着一些不足,与本发明提到的技术有本质的区别。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供了一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,具体提供了一种兼具毛巾织物基本性能、可控的、具有洗后柔软持久性及快干功能的毛巾生产方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,主要包括1)纱线选择,2)络筒,3)整经,4)浆纱,5)织造,6)染整加工过程,具体步骤如下:
1)纱线选择:毛圈织物的地经纱和毛经纱的成分、纱支不作特殊要求,毛经纱进一步优选为5-40s无捻天然纤维纱或天然纤维混纺纱;纬纱分为固结毛圈纬纱和浮线纬纱,其中:固结毛圈纬纱,成分和纱支不做特别要求,进一步优选为12-21s纯棉纱;浮线纬纱为捻系数小于260的小捻度或无捻度纱线,进一步优选为5-16s涤纶无捻纱或200D-800D涤纶DTY长丝。
在形成毛圈的过程中,织入低捻纱或无捻纱或化纤网络丝浮线,经过染整后无捻纱或网络丝蓬松支撑毛圈根部,促使毛圈挺立不倒伏,同时蓬松的无捻纱和网络丝浮线除了本身的柔软特性外,还与其余固结毛圈的纬纱形成层叠立体结构,有助于毛圈的伸展,扩大毛圈在烘干和晾干过程中的散失面,进而为毛巾创造快干的条件。
2)络筒:采用常规技术进行络筒;
3)整经:采用整经机对毛经和地经分别进行整经,整经机优选本宁格分批整经机;
4)浆纱:为满足织造要求,对地经进行浆纱,以提高纱线的可织造性能;
5)织造:单面或双面毛圈织物,毛圈组织采用2/1变化经重平组织,底组织采用2/1经重平组织,每形成一个毛圈需二次短打纬,一次长打纬;毛圈织物的嵌入浮线纬纱所跨越的经纱根数不低于6根,进一步优选为10-32根;所述嵌入浮线纬纱的根数不低于1根,进一步优选为2-4根,所述嵌入浮线纬纱与地经的交织为13/1或16/1或24/1或32/1的纬重平组织。采用G6300型毛巾剑织机织造。
6)染整加工,具体为依次进行以下过程:
退水溶丝:90℃入布,100℃处理50min;
涤纶去油:涤纶去油剂用量:3g/l,100℃处理30min;毛圈织物的去油整理目的是去除化纤纬浮线或毛巾成分中的化纤中的拒水成分,以保证毛巾的亲水性能;
精炼、漂白:按照0.5g/l螯合剂、5g/l双氧水(质量浓度27%)、8g/l离子膜烧碱(质量浓度为32%)、0.3g/l双氧水稳定剂、1.5g/l高浓缩精炼剂的用量,98℃进行漂白60min;
染色:升温过程以30℃为起点,以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30分钟,染料使用活性染料(例如雷马素(活性)藏青RGB,雷马素金黄RGB,雷马素红RGB等);
热洗、皂洗:85℃条件进行热洗10min,95℃进行皂洗15min;
抛光:使用抛光酶进行抛光,用量0.05%owf,55℃处理40min;所述的抛光酶为中性抛光酶,更进一步优选为诺微信中性抛光酶8000L。
柔软整理:用柔软剂进行柔软整理,在处理过程中要选择具有抗静电功能的柔软剂,以保证产品的外观及避免在后处理过程中织物上掉落的短纤维因静电作用粘到毛圈间;例如:huntsman柔软剂SFC,使用量3g/l,条件40℃x30min进行柔软整理,能够赋予涤纶等化学纤维以防静电功能;
脱水、烘干、缝纫,优选松式烘干机进行烘干;制得上述毛巾织物;
松式烘干机是一种无张力松弛烘干机,热风通过上下交叉的喷嘴狭缝强力喷风,使织物在烘燥过程中被风搓揉,同时与输送网布同步行走,织物处于无张力状态下烘燥处理,故收缩效果较好,织物手感丰富、舒服柔软。
本发明以上所述的嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法的具体步骤中未进行详细说明的工艺步骤和试剂用量均为本领域常规技术,在此不再进行赘述。
本发明通过对纱线的选择,通过蓬松的无捻纱和网络丝浮线本身的柔软特性,提升织物的柔软性能;配合相应的本发明的染整加工及织造工艺,蓬松的无捻纱和网络丝浮线与其余固结毛圈的纬纱形成层叠立体结构,有助于毛圈的伸展,扩大毛圈在烘干和晾干过程中的散失面,进而为毛巾创造快干的条件,使得该织物具有更好的柔软蓬松及快干功能,并能够更加稳定持久。

以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容做进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围,除特殊说明外,下述实施例中均采用常规现有技术完成。
实施例1
一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软单面毛圈织物,如附图1和图3所示为3纬起毛分别嵌入1和3根涤纶长丝纬浮线的单面毛圈毛巾的结构,其制备步骤如下:
采用机织织造工艺生产嵌入纬浮线毛圈织物的方法:生产流程为:络筒、整经、织造、染色、缝纫。
1.纱线选择:采用公知技术准备好毛经纱为12s纯棉无捻纱;地经纱为21s/2涤纶色纱,固结毛圈纬纱为16s纯棉纱,嵌入纬浮线纬纱为涤纶600D/576F DTY长丝。
2.络筒:采用现有公知技术在日本萨维奥络筒机上进行络筒
3.整经:采用现有公知技术,在本宁格分批整经机上准备好毛经轴和地经轴。
4.浆纱:采用现有公知技术,在kal-mayer浆纱机上对地经轴进行上浆,
5.织造:单面毛圈织物,固结毛圈组织为毛圈组织采用2/1变化经重平组织,底组织采用2/1经重平组织,每形成一个毛圈需二次短打纬,一次长打纬;所述嵌入纬浮线与地经的交织为13/1的纬重平组织。采用G6300型毛巾剑织机织造。
6.染整加工,工艺步骤为:
退水溶丝:90℃入布,100℃处理50min;
涤纶去油:传化涤纶去油剂TF-129T用量:3g/l,100℃处理30min;
精炼、漂白:按照0.5g/l螯合剂、5g/l双氧水(质量浓度27%)、8g/l离子膜烧碱(质量浓度32%)、0.3g/l双氧水稳定剂、1.5g/l高浓缩精炼剂的用量,98℃漂白60min;
染色:升温过程以30℃为起点,以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30分钟,染料使用活性染料雷马素藏青RGB等;
热洗、皂洗:85℃条件进行热洗10min,95℃条件进行皂洗15min;
抛光:用诺微信中性抛光酶8000L进行抛光,用量0.05%owf,55℃处理40min;
柔软整理:huntsman柔软剂SFC,使用量3g/l,条件40℃进行柔软整理30min;
脱水、烘干:松式烘干机烘干;缝纫,制得单面毛巾织物。
实施例2
一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软双面毛圈织物,附图2和图4所示为3纬起毛分别嵌入1和3根涤纶长丝纬浮线的双面毛圈毛巾的结构,其制备步骤如下:
采用机织织造工艺生产嵌入纬浮线毛圈织物的方法:生产流程为:络筒、整经、织造、染色、缝纫。
1.纱线选择:采用公知技术准备好毛经纱为12s纯棉无捻纱;地经纱为21s/2涤纶色纱,固结毛圈纬纱为16s纯棉纱,嵌入纬浮线纬纱为涤纶600D/576F DTY长丝。
2.络筒:采用现有公知技术在日本萨维奥络筒机上进行络筒
3.整经:采用现有公知技术,在本宁格分批整经机上准备好毛经轴和地经轴。
4.浆纱:采用现有公知技术,在kal-mayer浆纱机上对地经轴进行上浆,
5.织造:双面毛圈织物,固结毛圈组织为毛圈组织采用2/1变化经重平组织,底组织采用2/1经重平组织,每形成一个毛圈需二次短打纬,一次长打纬;所述嵌入纬浮线与地经的交织为13/1的纬重平组织。采用G6300型毛巾剑织机织造。
6.染整加工,工艺步骤为:
退水溶丝:90℃入布,100℃x50min;
涤纶去油:传化涤纶去油剂TF-129T:3g/l,100℃x30min;
精炼、漂白:0.5g/l螯合剂、5g/l双氧水(质量浓度浓度27%)、8g/l离子膜烧碱(质量浓度为32%)、0.3g/l双氧水稳定剂、1.5g/l高浓缩精炼剂,98℃x漂白60min;
染色:升温过程:以30℃为起点,以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30分钟,染料使用活性染料;
热洗、皂洗:85℃x10min条件进行热洗,95℃x15min条件进行皂洗;
抛光:用诺微信中性抛光酶8000L进行抛光,条件OWF0.05%,55℃x40min;
柔软:huntsman柔软剂SFC,使用量3g/l,条件40℃x30min进行柔软整理;
脱水、烘干:松式烘干机烘干,毛巾用松式烘干机江苏江阴生产,型号WMH240;
缝纫,制得毛巾织物。
所述夹持毛圈的纬纱为天然纤维纱线,所述嵌入纬纱浮线为化纤无捻纱或化纤DTY长丝。
实施例3
一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软单面四纬起毛毛圈织物,其制备步骤在实施例2的基础上起毛结构由三纬起毛更改为四纬起毛,其他过程相同。
实施例4
一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软双面四纬起毛毛圈织物,其制备步骤在实施例2的基础上起毛结构由三纬起毛更改为四纬起毛,其他过程相同。
综上所述,以上实施例所生产的毛巾织物经过试验,表现出优异的的柔软蓬松持久性,高吸水和快干性能,与市面现有普通毛巾相比,其性能更佳,非常适合推广使用。

Claims (6)

1、一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,包括1)纱线选择,2)络筒,3)整经,4)浆纱,5)织造,6)染整加工过程,其特征在于:纬纱选择分为两部分,一部分为固结毛圈的纬纱;另一部分为浮线纬纱,为捻系数小于260的纱线;其中,固结毛圈的纬纱与浮线纬纱的比例为3-7:n,其中n≥1;所述的步骤5)织造过程中,毛圈组织采用2/1变化经重平组织,底组织采用2/1经重平组织,每形成一个毛圈需二次短打纬,一次长打纬;毛圈织物的纬浮线所跨越的经纱根数不低于6根;所述嵌入纬浮线的根数不低于1根,所述嵌入纬浮线与地经的交织为13/1或16/1或24/1或32/1的纬重平组织。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的浮线纬纱为5-16s涤纶无捻纱或200D-800D涤纶DTY长丝。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的毛圈织物的纬浮线所跨越的经纱根数为10-32根;所述的嵌入纬浮线的根数为2-4根。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤6)染整加工,具体为依次进行以下过程:退水溶丝:90℃入布,100℃处理50min;涤纶去油:涤纶去油剂用量:3g/l,100℃处理30min;精炼、漂白:按照0.5g/l螯合剂、5g/l双氧水、8g/l离子膜烧碱、0.3g/l双氧水稳定剂、1.5g/l高浓缩精炼剂的用量,98℃进行漂白60min;其中双氧水质量浓度为27%,离子膜烧碱质量浓度为32%;染色、升温:以30℃为起点,以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30分钟,染料使用活性染料;热洗、皂洗:85℃条件进行热洗10min,95℃进行皂洗15min;抛光:使用抛光酶进行抛光,用量0.05%owf,55℃处理40min;柔软整理:在处理过程中要选择具有抗静电功能的柔软剂;脱水、烘干、缝纫;制得上述毛巾织物。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的抛光酶为中性抛光酶。
6、根据权利要求4所述的一种嵌入式纬浮线持久蓬松柔软毛圈织物的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的烘干为松式烘干机进行烘干。
