Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a cosmetic material.
  • Patent Document 1 to Patent Document 3 There are a wide variety of design expressions in decorative materials.
  • a decorative material that expresses the irregular pattern of the wall shape of the scar.
  • an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic material having a structure capable of giving a different texture and enhancing added value.
  • the inventor has studied a cosmetic material imitating the surface unevenness of a wall surface shape (such as wrinkles) by a plastered surface of a stone material, a plaster such as cement or gypsum, and as a result, the gradation of height in the uneven shape is, for example,
  • the present inventors have found that there are only two gradations of high and low, and even if there is an inclined surface, there is only one kind of inclination angle, so that it is monotonous. Based on this finding, the present invention was completed by embodying a pattern form different from the conventional one visually and tactilely. The present invention will be described below.
  • One aspect is a decorative material having a concavo-convex pattern formed on a surface thereof, and has a base material and a concavo-convex pattern formed on one surface of the base material. , Having a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface, and by connecting one end of the first inclined surface and one end of the second inclined surface, the top of the convex portion forms a ridge line,
  • the decorative material includes a concavo-convex pattern in which an inclination angle formed with the sheet surface is smaller than an inclination angle formed between the second inclined surface and the sheet surface.
  • You may comprise so that the surface roughness of the 1st inclined surface in a ridgeline part may become larger than the surface roughness of the 1st inclined surface in the valley line part of the recessed part adjacent to a ridgeline.
  • a pattern layer may be further laminated on the substrate.

    Lshort=min(L15、L16)=L16
 (3-1)
  Lshortが4/3mm(≒1.3)より大きい場合;
 (3-2)
  Lshortが4/3mm(≒1.3)以下の場合;
 <θ1、θ2の測定>
 <Ra1、Ra2の測定>
 <結果>
