Definitions
- the present invention relates to a photocurable ink composition for inkjet printing. More specifically, the photocurable ink composition for ink jet printing is excellent in storage stability and ejection properties, and has a curability by ultraviolet rays using a light emitting diode (LED) as a light source, and has good adhesion, flexibility and tackiness. It is related with the ink composition for photocurable inkjet printing which is.
- the photo-curing ink has excellent performance such as quick drying, no volatile solvent, no volatilization of components harmful to the environment, and printing on various substrates. In addition to printing, gravure printing, screen printing, letterpress printing, it is used in various fields such as various coatings and ink jet printing.
- photocurable ink-jet printing has been used in various printing fields such as logos, graphics, and photographic images because it can easily and inexpensively create images regardless of the material or shape of the substrate.
- low-viscosity nozzle heads have been developed as nozzle heads for discharging photocurable inkjet printing ink compositions.
- a low-viscosity nozzle head is used, it is difficult to achieve both nozzle head adaptability and coating film properties.
- the use of an oligomer with a low glass transition temperature can be considered in order to achieve both nozzle head adaptability and coating film physical properties.
- a method of reducing the viscosity by using a low-viscosity monomer having high dilutability is also conceivable, but most of them are low-molecular compounds having high volatility, and there is an odor, and the coating film properties such as tackiness are lowered.
- a problem occurs (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- a method of using many polyfunctional monomers having a high glass transition temperature is also conceivable. However, the viscosity becomes high, the discharge property is lowered, and the flexibility and adhesion are also lowered.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a glass transition temperature in addition to the use of methyl 2- (allyloxymethyl) acrylate as an ink composition for photocurable ink jet printing when a low-viscosity nozzle head is used.
- Storage stability is achieved by blending a polyfunctional monomer and / or oligomer having an amino group and / or an amide group with a viscosity of 30 mPa ⁇ s or less at 25 ° C. It is to obtain a photocurable ink composition for ink jet printing which has excellent properties and ejection properties, has curability by ultraviolet rays using a light emitting diode (LED) as a light source, and has good adhesion, flexibility and tackiness. .
- LED light emitting diode
- a photocurable ink composition for ink jet printing containing a photopolymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, A. 2- (allyloxymethyl) methyl acrylate is contained in an amount of 5 to 40% by mass in the total photopolymerizable compound, B. 5 to 20% by mass of a polyfunctional monomer and / or polyfunctional oligomer having a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. or less is contained in the total photopolymerizable compound, C. containing a monomer and / or oligomer having an amino group and / or an amide group, D.
- the viscosity of the ink composition is 30 mPa ⁇ s or less at 25 ° C.
- a photocurable ink composition for ink jet printing satisfying A to D. 2.
- the photocurable ink composition for ink jet printing of the present invention by containing a specific photopolymerizable component, it is excellent in ejection stability even when a nozzle head for storage stability and low viscosity is used, and emits light.
- Excellent curability by ultraviolet rays using a diode (LED) as a light source excellent adhesion to substrates such as flooring, vinyl chloride, polycarbonate, etc., flexibility, tackiness, and excellent solvent resistance
- LED diode
- these effects can be further improved by containing a specific amount of an acylphosphine oxide photopolymerization initiator.
- a photopolymerizable compound of the present invention and a photocurable ink composition for inkjet printing (hereinafter also referred to as an ink composition) containing a photopolymerization initiator will be described in detail.
- categories of compounds A to C there are compounds included in a plurality of categories. Such a compound is counted as overlapping with each content as belonging to each of the plurality of categories.
- the amount of methyl 2- (allyloxymethyl) acrylate used in the present invention is in the range of 5 to 40% by mass in the total photopolymerizable compound. If the content is less than 5% by mass, tackiness tends to be reduced, whereas if it is more than 40% by mass, adhesion and bendability tend to be reduced.
- the polyfunctional monomer and / or polyfunctional oligomer having a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. or lower for example, the following compounds can be employed.
- the amount of the polyfunctional monomer and / or polyfunctional oligomer having a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. or lower in the present invention is in the range of 5 to 20% by mass in the total photopolymerizable compound.
- the content is less than 5% by mass, tackiness and friction resistance tend to be reduced.
- adhesion and bending resistance tend to be reduced.
- Monomer and / or Oligomer having Amino Group and / or Amide Group for example, the following compounds can be employed.
- Acrylic amine compounds such as CN371, CN373, CN386, CN501, CN550, CN551 (manufactured by Sartomer), which are various (meth) acrylamide monomers such as acrylamide and acryloylmorpholine, and N-vinylamide monomers such as N-vinylcaprolactam. It is.
- an acrylated amine compound having two photopolymerizable functional groups and two amino groups in the molecule and acryloylmorpholine and / or N-vinylcaprolactam in combination.
- the content of the monomer and / or oligomer having an amino group and / or an amide group can be arbitrarily determined. However, from the viewpoint of curability, the content is preferably 5 to 45% by mass in the photopolymerizable compound. If the content is less than 5% by mass, curability and tackiness may be reduced.
- the viscosity of the ink composition is 30 mPa ⁇ s or less at 25 ° C.> A light containing the photopolymerizable compounds A to C, and if necessary, a photopolymerizable compound E described below, a polymerization initiator, a photosensitizer, a colorant, a surfactant, various additives, etc.

Abstract
Description

Woodの式:1/Tg=W1/Tg1+W2/Tg2+W3/Tg3+・・・・・・・・・+Wx/Tgx
