背景技术
精雕机是数控机床一种,金属激光精雕机可对金属或非金属板材,管材进行非接触切割打孔,特别适合不锈钢板、铁板、硅片、陶瓷片、钛合金、环氧、A3钢、金刚石等材料的激光切割加工,该设备运行稳定可靠、加工质量好、效率高、操作简单维护方便。
目前精雕机加工行业多采用结构简单的料仓结构用于放置待加工的物料,这种料仓没有定位功能,精度不高,容易发生差错。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有定位功能的精雕机用上下料设备,采用传感器控制,精度高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种具有定位功能的精雕机用上下料设备,包括:
一底座,所述底座上表面安装有第一安装台和第二安装台,所述第一安装台和所述第二安装台相互垂直,所述第二安装台靠近所述底座右侧,所述第二安装台右侧安装有定位机构;
所述第一安装台上安装有控制面板和四轴机器人;
所述第二安装台右侧与所述第一安装台围城两个凹槽,所述凹槽内分别安 装有两升降机,两所述升降机分别为入料升降机和出料升降机,所述升降机由电机、轨道和料盘组成,所述电机和所述轨道内嵌与所述第二安装台内,所述出料升降机侧壁安装有传感器。

该设备用于精雕机加工的自动上下料,使用时,首先人工将装有物料放在所述入料升降机15上的所述料盘14上,此时所述四轴机器人6根据所述控制面板5的设置通过所述夹具11单片取物料,并将物料放置在所述定位机构7上,物料定位后,所述四轴机器人6抓取物料放到精雕机上面,开始加工,加工完毕后,所述四轴机器人机器人6吸取成品放置到所述出料升降机16,直到所述出料升降机16上的所述料盘14放满,当所述出料升降机16装满成品时所述传感器17对所述出料升降机16上的所述料盘14进行定位,从而显示在所述控制面板5上,等工人们卸料,该设备通过机器人上下料,不仅节省了空间,还能保证定位精度,定位简单、可靠,设备体积小,节约了占地面积,适合大多数精雕机设备。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种具有定位功能的精雕机用上下料设备,该料仓采用传感器控制定位,精度高,不容易发生差错,结构简单可靠,最大满足150pcs产品一次性上料。
