Description

无绳卷帘 技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷帘,尤其是涉及一种无绳卷帘。
背景技术
现有的一类卷帘通过珠链实现卷筒卷绕,与此同时,利用珠链实现卷筒在所需位置自锁来固定帘体的打开程度。这类卷帘在使用时需要用力拉动珠链,但容易造成珠链断裂,珠链断开后,则无法再使用卷帘,而且在帘体下拉时,帘体的重力对卷筒造成一定程度的扭矩,而自锁过程中,制头始终承载这个扭矩,容易造成制头损坏。这类卷帘需要悬挂珠链或者绳子,不仅影响美观,而且及其容易对儿童造成绕颈,存在安全隐患。还有一类卷帘是通过电机带动,通过电机旋转来带动卷筒旋转,与此同时,利用电机转轴来限制卷筒自锁的位置,帘体的重力对卷筒造成一定程度的扭矩,而这个扭矩完全作用在电机主轴上,对电机造成极大的负荷。
发明内容
本发明主要是针对上述问题,提供一种能够根据实际的使用需要手动上升或下拉帘体至所需位置并自锁、自锁过程中卷筒本身以及限位构件不会受到过大的扭矩而造成不可逆的损坏的无绳卷帘。
本发明的目的主要是通过下述方案得以实现的:一种无绳卷帘,包括内部设置有卷簧的卷筒以及卷绕在卷筒上的帘体,还包括:至少一个刹车装置;卷簧的扭力随着卷筒旋转而变化,卷簧的扭力、刹车装置提供的摩擦力和帘体下垂部分的重力三者相互平衡,帘体在没有外力作用下在任何位置静止。帘体通过卷筒卷绕,当帘体需要向上卷绕时,向上推动帘体,推动帘体的外力打破扭力、摩擦力和重力的平衡,卷筒回转带动帘体卷绕到卷筒上,回收帘体。当帘体卷绕到位后,外力撤掉,帘体受到扭力、摩擦力和重力重新平衡,帘体静止。当帘体需要下拉时,与帘体向上卷绕时一样,开始通过外力打破平衡,帘体运动,当位置确定后,卷簧的扭矩、刹车装置内的摩擦力、帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,使帘体自动锁止在所需位置处。整个卷帘能够根据实际的使用需要下拉帘体,下拉至所需位置后,能够实现自动锁止,锁止过程中,卷簧的扭矩、刹车装置内的摩擦力、帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,避免卷帘其他部件受到载荷。刹车装置的最大静摩擦力是不变的,通过外力打破静平衡,将静止状态调整到帘布可上下升降状态,撤掉外力后,卷簧的扭力、刹车装置提供的摩擦力和帘体下垂部分的重力三者重新相互平衡,此时刹车装置的提供的摩擦力是不大于刹车装置的 最大静摩擦力的,也就是说在每个静止的位置,刹车装置提供的摩擦力是根据静止位置时的帘体重力和卷簧扭力得到的,但是摩擦力都小于刹车装置能提供的最大静摩擦力,从而能保证帘体在没有外力作用下在任何位置的静止状态。当有外力作用时,外力大于最大静摩擦力,打破帘体的静止状态,让帘体进行卷绕,当外力消失时,刹车装置的摩擦力再次起作用,让帘体静止。卷簧的扭力和帘体下垂部分的重力方向始终相反,摩擦力的方向根据扭力和重力的差值来确定。
针对不同的卷帘,在安装前,刹车装置都可以进行调节。作为优选,刹车装置的摩擦力能够调节,刹车装置内的摩擦力根据不同帘体的重量不同而进行调整。面料的不同,使得帘体的重力不同,刹车装置的摩擦力根据重力不同进行设定。摩擦力大小能够手动调节的方式来调节大小,卷簧产生的扭矩能够手动调节大小,根据帘体下垂部分的重量来进行调节。
对于同一帘体而言,刹车装置的摩擦力在帘体卷绕过程中是可变的,外力推动帘体向上运动时,作用在刹车装置上的压力随着外力抵消帘体的重力而减小,摩擦力相应减小,卷簧的扭力带动帘体向上卷绕。外力撤销后,摩擦力增大,与卷簧的扭力和帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,让帘体静止。
作为一种优选,所述的刹车装置包括转盘和在转盘内的定位盘,定位盘与转盘之间相对转动,刹车装置的摩擦力由转盘与定位盘受力接触后,转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力提供。转盘与卷筒相接,卷筒的转动带动转盘转动,卷筒上的帘布向下拉或者向上推,作用在卷筒上的压力随着外力和卷筒上的帘布的重力变化,从而让转盘与定位盘之间接触部分的压力变化,压力变化带来两者之间的摩擦力变化。在没有外力作用下,摩擦力、扭力和重力三者平衡。
作为更优选,所述的定位盘是由一种或者一种以上的摩擦系数的耐磨材料组成,定位盘与转盘之间的摩擦力大小取决于定位盘与转盘接触部分的材料的摩擦系数。随着帘体的下拉或者上推,转盘随着安装有卷帘的卷筒旋转,转盘与定位盘接触的位置在运动过程中会有变化,由于定位盘材料的不同,摩擦力因为接触位置的不同也会产生变化。选择不同的定位盘的材料能确定不同的摩擦系数,从而确定不同的摩擦力,适应自锁需求。
作为另一种优选,所述的刹车装置包括转盘和在转盘内的定位盘,定位盘与转盘之间设有至少一个摩擦件,定位盘与转盘之间相对转动,刹车装置的摩擦力由两部分组成,其中一部分是由转盘与摩擦件之间的摩擦力提供,另外一部分是由转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力提供,转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力大于等于零。刹车装置的摩擦力大小是通过调整转盘与定位盘之间的相对角度实现的。设置摩擦件可以方便通过更换来调整摩擦力,并且磨损后也可以快速更换,成本低。摩擦件可以为一个固定在定位盘中的摩擦圈。
在卷帘的刹车装置进行安装时,转盘与定位盘是同心安装的,在转盘插入到卷筒的端部后,由于卷筒上帘布的重力,给转盘一个向下的压力,转盘和定位盘产生偏心,从而让转盘与定位盘或者摩擦件相接触,从而形成刹车装置的摩擦力。
作为优选,定位盘与摩擦件的摩擦系数不同。旋转转盘,转盘与定位盘和摩擦件之间均有接触,定位盘和摩擦件的摩擦系数不同,从而转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力和转盘与摩擦件之间的摩擦力不同,转盘在不同角度时,与定位盘和摩擦件接触的面积不同,从而让刹车装置的摩擦力不同。定位盘与转盘之间的摩擦力也许大于转盘与摩擦件之间的摩擦力,也可以定位盘与转盘之间的摩擦力小于转盘与摩擦件之间的摩擦力。
作为优选,所述的刹车装置还包括:第一定位板,第一定位板与定位盘相连,转盘与定位盘间隙配合,转盘远离定位盘的一端与卷筒固定相连。所述的第一定位板上设置有定位柱,定位盘上设置有与定位柱相配合的定位孔。定位盘安装以后通过定位柱与定位孔的配合,使得定位盘是不能旋转的。定位柱可以是圆形的柱体,柱体的外圆周表面均布有卡凸,定位孔设置成相应的形状。当然定位柱也可以是多边形等形状。
作为优选,还包括用于调节卷簧预紧力的调节装置,调节装置包括:与卷簧一端固定相连的固定筒,与卷簧另一端固定相连的调节盘,固定筒位于卷筒内并与卷筒固定,调节盘固定在卷筒端部。调节装置还包括与调节盘配合的定位片和第二定位板。固定筒与卷筒固定,固定筒与卷筒同步旋转,从而让卷簧的一端卷绕,产生不同的扭力。卷簧的另一端固定在调节盘上,调节装置安装到卷帘上以后,调节盘就是固定在第二定位板上,调节盘是固定不动的。
作为优选,所述的调节盘位于卷筒外部且能够正面手动调节或用工具调节。调节盘的调节装置位于卷筒和第二定位板之间。
作为优选,所述的固定筒和调节盘之间设有定位杆,卷簧套接在定位杆上。定位杆支撑卷簧,同时可以确定固定筒与调节盘之间的距离,方便对固定筒进行定位。
作为优选,所述的调节盘边缘分布有卡齿,定位片上设置有与卡齿相配合的卡柄。选择卡齿卡住的位置,来调节卷簧的初始位置,从而确定扭力。
作为优选,在刹车装置内的第一定位板和调节装置内的第二定位板之间设置有安装板。安装板的设置方便刹车装置和调节装置的一体式安装,就是将安装板两侧的刹车装置和调节装置分别预安装完成后,再整体装配到卷帘上。卷簧也可以预先调节安装预紧。
作为优选,第一定位板和第二定位板上均设置有与插槽配合的插脚。通过插脚与插槽的配合来完成第一定位板和第二定位板的相对位置。
作为优选,所述的帘体包括帘布和位于帘布下端的底杆。
因此,本发明的无绳卷帘具备下述优点:整个卷帘能够根据实际的使用需要下拉帘体,下拉至所需位置后,能够实现自动锁止,锁止过程中,卷簧的扭矩、转盘与定位盘的摩擦力、帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,避免卷帘其他部件受到载荷。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种无绳卷帘,包括内部设置有卷簧的卷筒1以及卷绕在卷筒上的帘体2,帘体是由帘布和位于帘布下端的底杆构成。还包括:用于实现卷筒旋转和自锁的刹车装置4,刹车装置位于卷筒的一端;用于调节卷簧预紧力的调节装置5,调节装置位于卷筒的另一端,当然调节装置有可以布置在与刹车装置的相同端。
如图2和3和4所示,刹车装置包括:与卷筒轴线垂直相连的第一定位板6、与第一定位板固定连接的定位盘7以及套设在定位盘外侧的转盘10,转盘与定位盘间隙配合。转盘包括一体成型的连接盘24和连接柱25,连接盘24套在定位盘7外,连接柱25外表面均布有凸起,连接柱25插接在卷筒1内,通过凸起与卷筒内壁固定,从而让转盘10与卷筒1同步旋转。
在第一定位板6的下方一体成型有定位柱11,定位柱11外圆周表面一体成型有卡凸,在定位盘7的定位孔的形状与定位柱的形状相同,从而保证将定位盘7固定在第一定位板6上。在定位盘的端面上开设有定位槽8,定位槽呈“U”形,在定位槽内安装有摩擦圈。定位盘与摩擦圈采用不同的材质,两者的摩擦系数不同。
在安装时,定位盘7与转盘10同心布置。将转盘10插接到卷筒1内后,由于卷筒1上卷绕有帘体2,由于帘体的重力,使得转盘受压力,从而转盘与定位盘产生一定的偏心,转盘10与定位盘7和定位盘上的摩擦圈9接触,接触部分L的长度决定了摩擦力的大小。
如图5所示,调节装置包括:卷簧23,卷簧23的一端固定在固定筒21上,卷簧23的另一端固定在调节盘14上,调节盘14的外圆周表面一体成型有卡齿15,在调节盘的一侧布置有卡柄,卡柄上一体成型有定位片16,通过定位片卡住卡齿,让调节盘不能转动。固定筒21和调节盘14之间通过定位杆20相连,卷簧套接在定位杆20上。固定筒21位于卷筒1内,固定筒21与卷筒1同步旋转,从而将带动卷簧23的一端扭转,产生扭力。调节盘位于卷筒外,调节盘的外侧设置有第二定位板18,第二定位板上设有固定凸起,定位片16固定在第二定位板18上。同时,第二定位板18的下方还有圆形定位柱,在调节盘的中心开设有定位孔,调节盘与第二定位板通过定位柱和定位孔的配合连接在一起。
第一定位板6和第二定位板18通过安装板3相连,在第一定位板6和第二定位板18上一体成型有插脚19,插脚19插接在安装板内,从而将第一定位板、第二定位板与安装板连接在一起。
刹车装置和调节装置在安装到卷帘上之前,先进行预安装和调节。刹车装置的定位盘和转盘同心布置,卷簧的初始扭力设置好,将定位片卡紧调节盘上的卡齿,刹车装置安装在第一定位板上,调节装置安装在第二定位板上,然后将第一定位板和第二定位板通过安装板连接后,整体安装到卷帘上。
转盘的端部插接到卷筒的一端,固定筒插接到卷筒的另一端。由于卷筒上的帘体的重量,将转盘压向定位盘,产生偏心,转盘和定位盘及定位盘上的摩擦件接触部分由于压力作用产生摩擦力,刹车装置的最大静摩擦力是不变的。在没有外力作用下,卷簧的扭力、刹车装置提供的摩擦力和帘体下垂部分的重力三者相互平衡,帘体静止。
在需要对帘体进行上推或者下来调整位置时,对帘体施加了一个外力,破坏了平衡状态,外力大于最大静摩擦力,让帘体可以调整,在帘体卷绕过程中摩擦力是可变的,外力推动帘体向上运动时,作用在刹车装置上的压力随着外力抵消帘体的重力和的作用而减小,摩擦力相应减小,卷簧的扭力带动帘体向上卷绕。当调整到位后,外力消失,由于摩擦力的作用,卷簧的扭力、刹车装置提供的摩擦力和帘体下垂部分的重力三者再次达到相互平衡,帘体静止
帘体通过卷筒卷绕,当帘体不需要下拉时,向上推动底杆,卷簧能够带动卷筒回转,卷绕并回收帘体。当帘体需要下拉时,只需拉动帘体本身,便可以使帘体下拉至所需位置,当 位置确定后,卷簧的扭矩、转盘与定位盘的摩擦力、帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,使帘体自动锁止在所需位置处。而且当使用一段时间之后,卷簧松紧程度发生变化,能够根据调节装置来调节卷簧的预紧力,保证预紧力刚好能够提供卷筒回转。整个卷帘能够根据实际的使用需要下拉帘体,下拉至所需位置后,能够实现自动锁止,锁止过程中,卷簧的扭矩、转盘与定位盘的摩擦力、帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,避免卷帘其他部件受到载荷。利用第一定位板来固定定位盘和转盘,转盘套设在定位盘外侧并与定位盘间隙配合,当下拉帘体时,帘体带动卷筒旋转,卷筒能够带动转盘相对于定位盘转动。当帘体下拉至所需位置时,松开帘体,帘体的重力作用在转盘上,使转盘受到向下的拉力,此时,转盘与定位盘发生偏心,当转盘与定位盘偏心时,转盘内壁与定位盘和摩擦圈紧密接触产生摩擦力,卷簧的扭矩、转盘与定位盘的摩擦力、帘体下垂部分的重力达到平衡,使转盘和卷筒停止旋转,帘体自锁在所需位置处。当需要回收帘体时,只需由下向上轻抬帘体,帘体的重力减小,转盘所受的下拉力减小,转盘与定位盘趋近同心,转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力减小,此时卷簧的扭矩能够带动卷筒回转并收回帘体。整个装置通过转盘受到帘体重力的大小不同,转盘与定位盘之间的偏心方向不同,定位盘、摩擦件与转盘内壁之间的摩擦力不同,卷簧的扭矩的不同来实现帘体的自锁和回收。定位盘端面上设置定位槽,在定位槽处设置摩擦圈,当摩擦圈嵌设在定位槽内时,摩擦圈远离定位盘轴线的一侧具有一段裸露在定位槽之外的部分,这一部分可以凸出于定位盘的边缘,能够利用这个凸出部分来实现转盘与定位盘不同偏心位置时与转盘内壁的摩擦。定位槽呈“U”形,当摩擦圈嵌入定位槽内后,“U”形的定位槽的开口处正好是摩擦圈凸出于定位盘的部分。第一定位板上垂直于第一定位板设置有定位柱,定位柱的外表面径向设置若干个卡凸,而且卡凸沿着定位柱的轴线设置并围绕定位柱的轴线分布,在定位盘上设置定位孔,当定位柱插入定位孔内时,定位孔能够通过卡凸对定位柱限位,来实现第一定位板与定位盘之间的同轴固定,在转盘相对定位盘转动时能够保证定位盘与第一定位板相对静止。调节装置包括调节盘和定位片,调节盘和定位片通过第二定位板连接在一起。调节盘外边缘分布有卡齿,在定位片上设置与卡齿相配合的卡柄,卡柄相对于第二定位板是静止状态,当需要加紧卷簧的预紧力时,只需转动调节盘,利用卡齿在动卷簧旋转加紧卷簧的预紧力,此时,卡柄并不会对卡齿造成限位干涉,当调节完成后,松开调节盘,调节盘反转的扭矩作用在卡齿上,卡柄支撑在卡齿处对卡齿限位,实现卷簧预紧力的固定。当需要放松卷簧的预紧力时,只需将定位片转动并拨离调节盘,卡柄与卡齿脱离,卷簧带动调节盘反转并放松卷簧预紧力。卷簧卷绕在定位杆上,卷簧的一端固定在调节盘上、另一端固定在固定筒上,利用固定筒与调节盘之间的相对转动差来扭动卷簧。刹车装置和调节装置之间设置有 安装板,通过安装板能够实现卷帘与墙面或者天花板之间的固定,而且能够利用安装板来实现刹车装置和调节装置之间的固定,增强刹车装置和调节装置的同轴性,避免刹车装置和调节装置扭矩相反时造成卷筒两端扭矩不协调。帘体下端设置有底杆,利用底杆不仅能够便于手持拉动帘体,而且能够利用底杆来增大帘体重量,便于调节帘体自重与摩擦装置产生的摩擦力和卷簧产生的扭矩之间的配合关系。帘体下垂的一侧可以是靠近窗户的一侧,也可是远离窗户的一侧,根据实际安装需要进行调整,与此同时,根据帘体下垂的一侧的方向不同,来调整刹车装置的位置。

  1. 一种无绳卷帘,包括内部设置有卷簧的卷筒以及卷绕在卷筒上的帘体,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个刹车装置;卷簧的扭力随着卷筒旋转而变化,卷簧的扭力、刹车装置提供的摩擦力和帘体下垂部分的重力三者相互平衡,帘体在没有外力作用下在任何位置静止。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,刹车装置的摩擦力能够调节,刹车装置内的摩擦力根据不同帘体的重量不同而进行调整。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,刹车装置的摩擦力在帘体卷绕过程中是可变的,外力推动帘体向上运动时,作用在刹车装置上的压力随着外力抵消帘体的重力而减小,摩擦力相应减小,卷簧的扭力带动帘体向上卷绕。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的刹车装置包括转盘和在转盘内的定位盘,定位盘与转盘之间相对转动,刹车装置的摩擦力由转盘与定位盘受力接触后,转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力提供。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的定位盘是由一种或者一种以上的摩擦系数的耐磨材料组成,定位盘与转盘之间的摩擦力大小取决于定位盘与转盘接触部分的材料的摩擦系数。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的刹车装置包括转盘和在转盘内的定位盘,定位盘与转盘之间设有至少一个摩擦件,定位盘与转盘之间相对转动,刹车装置的摩擦力由两部分组成,其中一部分是由转盘与摩擦件之间的摩擦力提供,另外一部分是由转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力提供,转盘与定位盘之间的摩擦力大于等于零。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,刹车装置的摩擦力大小是通过调整转盘与定位盘之间的相对角度实现的。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,定位盘与摩擦件的摩擦系数不同。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的刹车装置还包括:第一定位板,第一定位板与定位盘相连,转盘与定位盘间隙配合,转盘远离定位盘的一端与卷筒固定相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的第一定位板上设置有定位柱,定位盘上设置有与定位柱相配合的定位孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,还包括用于调节卷簧预紧力的调节装置,调节装置包括:与卷簧一端固定相连的固定筒,与卷簧另一端固定相连的调节盘,固定筒位于卷筒内并与卷筒固定,调节盘固定在卷筒端部。
  12. 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,调节装置还包括与调节盘 配合的定位片和第二定位板。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的调节盘位于卷筒外部且能够正面手动调节或用工具调节,调节盘的调节结构位于卷筒和第二定位板之间。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的固定筒和调节盘之间设有定位杆,卷簧套接在定位杆上。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的调节盘边缘分布有卡齿,定位片上设置有与卡齿相配合的卡柄。

  18. 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的无绳卷帘,其特征在于,所述的帘体包括帘布和位于帘布下端的底杆。
