Description

一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种直线电机结构,特别涉及一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构。
背景技术
直线电机通常包括定子组件和动子组件,定子组件安装固定在轨道上方,动子组件具有永磁体,平行安装于定子组件的下方,并与定子组件间隔一定的空隙。工作时,通过控制器改变定子组件中的电流,由于电磁感应原理,将能够驱动装有永磁体的动子组件在轨道中左右滑动,然后将动子组件与门体连接,将其运动传递到门体,就能实现门体的开和关。在现有技术中,动子组件通常是不可调节的,其一旦确定,将只能适用于特定宽度的门框上面,而对于其他宽度不同的门框,将只能重新生产与之相对应的动子组件,也就是说,现有技术中的动子组件适用的场合是固定不变的,不具备适应多种门框宽度的能力,这就导致厂家在生产时,就必须针对每种门框的宽度都设计一种规格的动子组件,从而造成品种繁多、成本较高等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,针对现有技术进行改进,提供一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构。本发明设计新颖,结构合理,动子组件的长度可灵活调节,从而能够适应多种门框宽度的使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,
一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,包括动子组件,动子组件包括固定部、活动部,固定部具有永磁体,该永磁体下方具有槽孔,活动部具有可从槽孔一端滑动插入的伸缩杆、以及可将动子组件的运动进行输出的运动输出部,活动部和固定部之间通过紧固件进行固定。
在现有技术中,动子组件通常是不可调节的,其一旦确定,将只能适用在特定宽度的门框上面,而对于其他宽度不同的门框,将只能重新生产与之相对应的动子组件,也就是说,现有技术中的动子组件适用的场合是固定不变的,不具备适应多种门框宽度的能力,这就导致厂家在生产时,就必须针对每种门框的宽度都设计一种规格的动子组件,从而造成品种繁多、成本较高等缺点。为了解决这一问题,本发明设计了一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,具体是设计了一种可伸缩的动子组件,该动子组件包括固定部和活动部,永磁体安装在固定部上,且一部分裸露在外,该裸露部分位于定子组件的正下方,使用时,当定子组件通电时,由于电磁感应原理,位于该定子组件下方的动子组件固定部将会在磁场力的推动作用下,沿着轨道左右移动。永磁体下方还具有槽孔,活动部的伸缩杆插入到该槽孔中,并能够在该槽孔中左右滑动,活动部还具有运动输出部,该运动输出部与门体相连,能够将动子组件的运动输出到门体上。由于固定部会在磁场力的作用下左右滑动,而活动部通过伸缩杆插入到固定部的槽孔中,因此,为了使固定部的滑动能够传递到活动部,还必须利用紧固件将活动部与固定部进行连接与固定。
这样一来,针对门框宽度不同的场合,只需要调节伸缩杆插入到槽孔中的长度,就能够实现动子组件的伸长与缩短,即当门框宽度较宽时,将伸缩杆从槽孔中多拉出一点,当门框宽度较窄时,将伸缩杆从槽孔中少拉出一点,也就是说,根据不同的需要可以灵活调节伸缩杆从槽孔中拉出的长度,从而使动子组件能够适用于多种门框宽度不同的场合,具有很好的通 用性。一旦根据特定场合调节好了伸缩杆的长度,就可以采用紧固件将活动部和固定部连接和固定起来,使得活动部与固定部的滑动同步,从而能够进一步将该滑动通过活动部上的运动输出部传递到门体,带动门体的开与关。
进一步地,在一种实施例中,固定部分为上部分和下部分,其固定部上部分长度大于固定部下部分长度,上部分和下部分中间形成可供伸缩杆插入的槽孔。这样设置的目的,是为了使得活动部的运动输出部能够滑动到固定部上部分的下方,并与固定部下部分的端部接触,这样就能够进一步缩短整个动子组件的长度,从而使其能够适用于更窄的门框,最大限度地增强动子组件的适应性。
进一步地,伸缩杆一端插入槽孔,另一端连接导滑轮,该导滑轮可在槽孔中滑动,其两侧设有滑轮,运动输出部设置于导滑轮中部。
进一步地,伸缩杆一端插入槽孔中,并根据实际需要调节其从槽孔中拉出的长度,从而实现动子组件的伸缩功能。伸缩杆另一端连接导滑轮,该导滑轮可在槽孔中滑动,当门框较窄时,导滑轮跟随伸缩杆在槽孔中滑动,并能够滑行至固定部下部分的端部并位于固定部上部分的下方,这使得动子组件能够适应更窄的门框。此外,运动输出部设置于导滑轮中部,使用时,该运动输出部与门体相连,当导滑轮跟随伸缩杆在轨道中滑行时,将带动与之相连的门体同步滑动。在导滑轮两侧还设有滑轮,该滑轮一方面能够在轨道上滑行,给门体起到导向作用,另一方面也将承载门体的重量。
进一步地,固定部另一端设有不带伸缩杆的独立导滑轮。前面已经提到,与伸缩杆相连的导滑轮通过其运动输出部连接门体的一端,为了保持平衡,必须在门体另一端也进行相同的连接,具体做法是在固定部的另一端设置独立导滑轮,该独立导滑轮包括安装块,安装块两侧安装有滑轮,安装块上部两侧对称设有可沿动子组件长度方向插接于动子组件不同位置的插接部。这样一来,当门框较窄时,独立导滑轮可以滑入槽孔中,而当门框较 宽时,独立导滑轮可以从槽孔中脱离,并在距离固定部一端较远的位置与门体连接,也就是说,在固定部另一端设置不带伸缩杆的独立导滑轮,可以突破固定部长度的限制,进一步扩大了能够适应的门框宽度。
进一步地,独立导滑轮与固定部下部分之间还设有独立轮组,该独立轮组滑动设置于槽孔中,其前后两侧分别设有滑轮,且具有可用于与固定部相互固定的固定孔。由于固定部上部分的长度大于固定部下部分的长度,当独立导滑轮处于槽孔中时,独立导滑轮将对固定部上部分起到一定的支撑作用,阻止其变形。而当独立导滑轮脱离槽孔时,固定部上部分长于固定部下部分的部分将处于无支撑的状态,随着时间的推移将会有变形的风险,为解决这一问题,在该部分设置一个独立轮组,以支撑固定部上部分防止其变形。独立轮组可在槽孔中滑动,当门框较窄,独立导滑轮滑入槽孔时,可将该独立轮组滑至固定部下部分的端部,为独立导滑轮腾出空间;当门框较宽,独立导滑轮脱离槽孔时,可将独立轮组朝着槽孔的外端滑行,以支撑固定部上部分。独立轮组还设有固定孔,一旦其位置调整完毕,可以通过该固定孔将其与固定部连接固定起来,避免其在槽孔中自由滑动。此外,独立轮组两侧还分别设有滑轮,使固定部能够更好地在轨道上滑行。
进一步地,在另一实施例中,活动部具有两个,分别从左右两端插入通槽。在本实施例中,两个活动部均具有伸缩杆和运动输出部,呈左右对称状态。在使用时,根据门框的实际宽度,分别将左右两个活动部从通槽中同时拉出一定的长度,门框较宽时,拉出的长度较长,门框较窄时,拉出的长度较短,通过这种调节方式就能够使其适用于多种宽度的门框。
进一步地,伸缩杆中具有槽位,可使得运动输出部滑动插入到该槽位中。
进一步地,在本实施例中,运动输出部为T形结构,包括垂直杆和水平条,该垂直杆用于与门体连接,将动子组件的运动输出到门体,带动门体一起滑动。水平条用于插入伸缩杆的槽位中,与伸缩杆固定为一体。
进一步地,水平条与伸缩杆固定的具体方式为,在水平条上设置螺孔, 螺孔中装有螺丝,需要固定时,将该螺丝拧紧即可。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、外、内……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,如图1、10所示,包括动子组件1,动子组件1包括固定部11、活动部13,固定部11具有永磁体111,该永磁体111下方具有槽孔112,活动部13具有可从槽孔112一端滑动插入的伸缩杆14、以及可将动子组件1的运动进行输出的运动输出部15,活动部13和固定部11之间通过紧固件19进行固定。
在现有技术中,动子组件1通常是不可调节的,其一旦确定,将只能适用在特定宽度的门框上面,而对于其他宽度不同的门框,将只能重新生产 与之相对应的动子组件1,也就是说,现有技术中的动子组件1适用的场合是固定不变的,不具备适应多种门框宽度的能力,这就导致厂家在生产时,就必须针对每种门框的宽度都设计一种规格的动子组件1,从而造成品种繁多、成本较高等缺点。为了解决这一问题,本发明设计了一种可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,具体是设计了一种可伸缩的动子组件1,该动子组件1包括固定部11和活动部13,永磁体111安装在固定部11上,且一部分裸露在外,该裸露部分位于定子组件2的正下方,使用时,当定子组件2通电时,由于电磁感应原理,位于该定子组件2下方的动子组件1固定部11将会在磁场力的推动作用下,沿着轨道3左右移动。永磁体111下方还具有槽孔112,活动部13的伸缩杆14插入到该槽孔112中,并能够在该槽孔112中左右滑动,活动部13还具有运动输出部15,该运动输出部15与门体4相连,能够将动子组件1的运动输出到门体4上。由于固定部11会在磁场力的作用下左右滑动,而活动部13通过伸缩杆14插入到固定部11的槽孔112中,因此,为了使固定部11的滑动能够传递到活动部13,还必须利用紧固件19将活动部13与固定部11进行连接与固定。
这样一来,针对门框宽度不同的场合,只需要调节伸缩杆14插入到槽孔112中的长度,就能够实现动子组件1的伸长与缩短,即当门框宽度较宽时,将伸缩杆14从槽孔112中多拉出一点,当门框宽度较窄时,将伸缩杆14从槽孔112中少拉出一点,也就是说,根据不同的需要可以灵活调节伸缩杆14从槽孔112中拉出的长度,从而使动子组件1能够适用于多种门框宽度不同的场合,具有很好的通用性。一旦根据特定场合调节好了伸缩杆14的长度,就可以采用紧固件19将活动部13和固定部11连接和固定起来,使得活动部13与固定部11的滑动同步,从而能够进一步将该滑动通过活动部13上的运动输出部15传递到门体4,带动门体4的开与关。
进一步地,在一种实施例中,如图2-9所示,固定部11分为上部分114和下部分115,其固定部上部分114长度大于固定部下部分115长度,上部 分114和下部分115中间形成可供伸缩杆14插入的槽孔112。这样设置的目的,是为了使得活动部13的运动输出部15能够滑动到固定部上部分114的下方,并与固定部下部分115的端部接触,这样就能够进一步缩短整个动子组件1的长度,从而使其能够适用于更窄的门框,最大限度地增强动子组件1的适应性。
进一步地,伸缩杆14一端插入槽孔112,另一端连接导滑轮,该导滑轮16可在槽孔112中滑动,其两侧设有滑轮12,运动输出部15设置于导滑轮16中部。
进一步地,伸缩杆14一端插入槽孔112中,并根据实际需要调节其从槽孔112中拉出的长度,从而实现动子组件1的伸缩功能。伸缩杆14另一端连接导滑轮16,该导滑轮16可在槽孔112中滑动,当门框较窄时,导滑轮16跟随伸缩杆14在槽孔112中滑动,并能够滑行至固定部下部分115的端部并位于固定部上部分114的下方,这使得动子组件1能够适应更窄的门框。此外,运动输出部15设置于导滑轮16中部,使用时,该运动输出部15与门体4相连,当导滑轮16跟随伸缩杆14在轨道3中滑行时,将带动与之相连的门体4同步滑动。在导滑轮16两侧还设有滑轮12,该滑轮12一方面能够在轨道3上滑行,给门体4起到导向作用,另一方面也将承载门体4的重量。
进一步地,固定部11另一端设有不带伸缩杆14的独立导滑轮20。前面已经提到,与伸缩杆14相连的导滑轮16通过其运动输出部15连接门体4的一端,为了保持平衡,必须在门体4另一端也进行相同的连接,具体做法是在固定部11的另一端设置独立导滑轮20,该独立导滑轮20包括安装块,安装块两侧安装有滑轮12,安装块上部两侧对称设有可沿动子组件1长度方向插接于动子组件1不同位置的插接部。这样一来,当门框较窄时,独立导滑轮20可以滑入槽孔112中,而当门框较宽时,独立导滑轮20可以从槽孔112中脱离,并在距离固定部11一端较远的位置与门体4连接, 也就是说,在固定部11另一端设置不带伸缩杆14的独立导滑轮20,可以突破固定部11长度的限制,进一步扩大了能够适应的门框宽度。
进一步地,独立导滑轮20与固定部下部分115之间还设有独立轮组18,该独立轮组18滑动设置于槽孔112中,其前后两侧分别设有滑轮12,且具有可用于与固定部11相互固定的固定孔181。由于固定部上部分114的长度大于固定部下部分115的长度,当独立导滑轮20处于槽孔112中时,独立导滑轮20将对固定部上部分114起到一定的支撑作用,阻止其变形。而当独立导滑轮20脱离槽孔112时,固定部上部分114长于固定部下部分115的部分将处于无支撑的状态,随着时间的推移将会有变形的风险,为解决这一问题,在该部分设置一个独立轮组18,以支撑固定部上部分114防止其变形。独立轮组18可在槽孔112中滑动,当门框较窄,独立导滑轮20滑入槽孔112时,可将该独立轮组18滑至固定部下部分115的端部,为独立导滑轮20腾出空间;当门框较宽,独立导滑轮20脱离槽孔112时,可将独立轮组18朝着槽孔112的外端滑行,以支撑固定部上部分114。独立轮组18还设有固定孔181,一旦其位置调整完毕,可以通过该固定孔181将其与固定部11连接固定起来,避免其在槽孔112中自由滑动。此外,独立轮组18两侧还分别设有滑轮12,使固定部11能够更好地在轨道3上滑行。
进一步地,在另一实施例中,活动部13具有两个,分别从左右两端插入通槽112。在本实施例中,两个活动部13均具有伸缩杆14和运动输出部15,呈左右对称状态。在使用时,根据门框的实际宽度,分别将左右两个活动部13从通槽112中同时拉出一定的长度,门框较宽时,拉出的长度较长,门框较窄时,拉出的长度较短,通过这种调节方式就能够使其适用于多种宽度的门框。
进一步地,伸缩杆14中具有槽位,可使得运动输出部15滑动插入到该槽位中。
进一步地,在本实施例中,运动输出部15为T形结构,包括垂直杆151和水平条152,该垂直杆151用于与门体4连接,将动子组件1的运动输出到门体4,带动门体5一起滑动。水平条152用于插入伸缩杆14的槽位中,与伸缩杆14固定为一体。
进一步地,水平条152与伸缩杆14固定的具体方式为,在水平条152上设置螺孔153,螺孔153中装有螺丝154,需要固定时,将该螺丝154拧紧即可。

    包括动子组件,所述动子组件包括固定部、活动部,所述固定部具有永磁体以及位于该永磁体下方的槽孔,所述活动部具有可从所述槽孔一端滑动插入的伸缩杆、以及可将所述动子组件的运动进行输出的运动输出部,所述活动部和所述固定部之间通过紧固件进行固定。

    所述固定部分为上部分和下部分,其上部分长度大于其下部分长度,所述上部分和所述下部分中间形成可供所述伸缩杆插入的所述槽孔。

    所述伸缩杆具有可供所述运动输出部滑动插入的槽位。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,其特征在于:
    所述运动输出部包括垂直杆和水平条,该水平条可插入所述伸缩杆的槽位中。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可伸缩的滑动门用直线电机结构,其特征在于:
    所述水平条上具有螺孔,该螺孔中装有用于固定所述运动输出部与所述伸缩杆的螺丝。
