- the feedstock may include petroleum gases and distillates such as naphtha, kerosene, and gas oil.
- the petroleum resin contains unsaturated bonds in some parts, 2019/132398 1 »(: 1 ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2018/016245
- the selective hydrogenation reaction for the olefin bond can be generally carried out by bringing the reaction object to be hydrogenated and the hydrogenation reaction into contact with a noble metal catalyst such as palladium phrase and platinum ().
- a noble metal catalyst such as palladium phrase and platinum ().
- a noble metal catalyst is very expensive, However, when a metal other than a noble metal catalyst, such as a nickel (noble) catalyst, is used, the aromatics are hydrogenated together to make it difficult to control the aromatic content of the petroleum resin.
- the present invention provides a process for producing a petroleum resin which is capable of performing a hydrogenation reaction with high selectivity for olefin bonding in the hydrogenation reaction of petroleum resin, Hydrogenation process.

- each element when each element is referred to as being formed on or "on " each element, it is meant that each element is formed directly on top of each element, Means that it can be additionally formed on the substrate, between the layers, on the object, and on the substrate.
- the selective hydrogenation method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of preparing a catalyst slurry by dispersing two or more kinds of hydrogenation catalysts in a solvent and performing a hydrogenation reaction by introducing a hydrogenation reaction product and hydrogen gas into the catalyst slurry .
- the selective hydrogenation process of the present invention can be carried out by reducing an unsaturated functional group such as ketone, aldehyde, imine or the like or reducing unsaturated functional groups such as olefinic compounds, aromatic compounds, petroleum resins and other unsaturated Although it can be applied to various hydrogenation reactions or hydrogenation processes that saturate bonds,
- the present invention can be applied to an object which requires two or more unsaturated bonds and a selective hydrogenation reaction with respect to the two or more unsaturated bonds.
- a substance having both an olefinic unsaturated bond and an aromatic unsaturated bond, Lt; RTI ID 0.0 > hydrogenation < / RTI >

- the APHA value indicating the color characteristic of the petroleum resin is not necessarily proportional thereto, but may be lowered as the selectivity to olefin bond is higher, and the APHA value can be measured according to ASTM D1209. As the APHA value is lower, a water white resin having almost no color and odor is formed, and the residual olefin content (NMR,% area) may be less than 0.1%. 2019/132398 1 »(: 1 ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2018/016245
- the conventional reactor type used in the hydrogenation process is a fixed bed reactor, and the fixed bed reactor has advantages such as low investment cost and low operating ratio.
- the fixed bed reactor includes a # bed reactor in which a liquid raw material is passed through from the upper part to the lower part or from the lower part to the upper part together with hydrogen, and the hydrogenation reaction is carried out.
- the catalyst bed of the fixed-bed reactor is filled with a sufficient amount of catalyst so that it can be used for a long period of usually several months or more than one year. As the hydrogenation reaction progresses further, the activity of the hydrogenation catalyst gradually decreases.
- the reduction of the catalytic activity depends on various physical and chemical influences on the catalyst, for example, as a result of thermal, mechanical or chemical treatments, Is caused by blocking of the active site or loss of the catalytically active site, and in the early stage of the reaction, the reaction proceeds rapidly due to the reaction material of high concentration, and the reaction heat is partially accumulated, thereby generating hot spots. As the sintering occurs by the hot spot, the deactivation of the catalyst is further accelerated. Such a decrease in catalytic activity leads to a decrease in the overall reactivity and causes a decrease in the degree of hydrogenation, selectivity, and purity of the hydrogenation product. Therefore, when the catalytic activity falls below a certain level, the catalyst is replaced.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a catalyst for a hydrogenation catalyst, which comprises two or more hydrogenation catalysts mixed to facilitate control of degree of aromatization and APHA value, It is easy to replace or add a catalyst for maintaining the activity of the hydrogenation catalyst and it is possible to easily control the selectivity of the hydrogenation reaction according to the combination of the hydrogenation catalysts 2019/132398 1 »(: 1 ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2018/016245
