Abstract
Description
また、樹脂線は、銅線又はニクロム線からなる芯材を有し、芯材は樹脂によって被覆されるとともに、通電により発熱するものであってもよい。
まず、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1の具体的な構造について図1及び2を用いて説明する。
図1に示すように、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1は、ワイヤロープ本体2と、ワイヤロープ本体2に螺旋状に巻き付けられる3本の樹脂線3とを有する。図2に示すように、ワイヤロープ本体2は3本のストランド5a,5b,5cが撚り合わされたものである。ストランド5a,5b,5cの各々は、素線6が撚り合わされて形成されている。各々の樹脂線3はストランド5a,5b,5c同士の間の谷間である凹部2aに沿ってワイヤロープ本体2に巻き付けられる。また、樹脂線3はストランド5a,5b,5cの外形に沿って描かれる仮想円Rよりも径方向外側に突出して設けられている。
なお、樹脂線3は、蓄光剤を含む樹脂を押出成形することによって形成される線材である。
なお、樹脂線3を形成する樹脂は蓄光剤を含むものに限定されない。すなわち、樹脂線3が黄色や白色等に着色されたものであっても、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1の視認性を向上させることができ、視線誘導の効果を得ることができる。
なお、この実施の形態において、樹脂線3はストランド5a,5b,5cの外形に沿って描かれる仮想円Rよりも径方向外側に突出して設けられているが、これに限定されず、樹脂線3が仮想円Rの内側に設けられていても良い。
ここで、図3Aは樹脂線付きワイヤロープ301の正面図であるが、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ301の形状は図3Aの左右方向に連続する。また、図3Aに表される樹脂線付きワイヤロープ301の形状は、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ301の背面図、平面図及び底面図においても、同様に樹脂線付きワイヤロープ301の延長方向に連続して繰り返されるものとする。
図4A~4H及び図5に、樹脂線3をワイヤロープ本体2に巻き付けるための工具の基本的な形状の例として樹脂線巻付型110を示す。なお、図4Dは樹脂線巻付型110の平面図であるが、底面図も同様の形状であるものとする。また、図4Eは樹脂線巻付型110の右側面図であるが、左側面図も同様の形状であるものとする。
図4Aに示すように、樹脂線巻付型110は略円筒形状をなしている。図4B及び4Cに示すように、樹脂線巻付型110の中央部分には巻付孔111が形成される。巻付孔111の内周面には、ストランド5a,5b,5cの各々に対応するストランド溝112と、樹脂線3の各々に対応する樹脂線溝113とが形成される。すなわち、ストランド溝112にはストランド5a,5b,5cの各々が嵌合可能であり、樹脂線溝113には各々の樹脂線3が嵌合可能である。図4F及び4Gに示すように、ストランド溝112及び樹脂線溝113は樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1の捩れに沿って螺旋状に形成される。
また、樹脂線3を手作業で巻く場合は一本ずつしか巻くことができず、作業時間が長くかかるが、樹脂線巻付型110を使うことにより、図5に示すように樹脂線3を複数本まとめてワイヤロープ本体2に巻き付けることが可能となる。これにより、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1の製造にかかる作業時間が短縮される。
さらに、樹脂線3を手作業で巻く場合は、まだ巻かれていない樹脂線3の処理も手で同時に行わなければならないため、作業の途中で、既に巻き終わった部分から手を放さざるを得ない状況となる。そのため、既に巻き終わった部分の樹脂線3がスプリングバックによりワイヤロープ本体2から離れてしまい、そのような部分を再度ワイヤロープ本体2に巻き直すのに作業時間をとられてしまうおそれがある。一方、樹脂線巻付型110を使う場合、巻き終わった樹脂線3は樹脂線巻付型110によって押さえつけられているため、スプリングバックが発生するおそれがなく、作業効率が向上する。
ワイヤロープ本体2の一般的な製造工程を図6A~6Eに示す。
まず、図6Aに示すように、ワイヤロープ本体2の素線6を特殊熱処理炉91で熱処理した後、その素線6を塩酸槽92に通過させて洗線する。その後、図6Bに示すように、連続伸線機93によって素線6の伸線を行う。さらにその後、図6Cに示すように素線6をめっき槽94に浸してめっきを施す。そしてさらに、図6Dに示すように、複数の素線6がストランダ95によって撚り合わされストランド5となる。またさらに、図6Eに示すように、複数のストランド5が製鋼機96によって撚り合わされて製鋼され、ワイヤロープ本体2が形成される。
実施の形態1.
図7に示すように、樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1の製造に用いられる巻付装置100は、樹脂線保持部53と、たわみ防止部54と、樹脂線巻付部101とを備える。巻付装置100の樹脂線保持部53、たわみ防止部54及び樹脂線巻付部101の中心にはワイヤロープ本体2が通過する。また、樹脂線保持部53は3つの樹脂線ロール52を有しており、各々の樹脂線ロール52は樹脂線3を保持する。各々の樹脂線ロール52から引き出される樹脂線3はたるみ防止部54を通過し、樹脂線巻付部101でワイヤロープ本体2に巻き付けられる。製造された樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1は完成品ロール55に巻き取られる。樹脂線保持部53と、たわみ防止部54と、樹脂線巻付部101とは互いに一体的に接続され、ワイヤロープ本体2を中心として回転可能に設けられている。
なお、図10において、樹脂線巻付型10の外周の突起部10aは省略されているものとする。
次に、既設のワイヤロープ本体2に樹脂線3を取り付けて樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1を製造するためのハンドル型巻付装置200について、図12~15を用いて説明する。
図12及び13に示すように、ハンドル型巻付装置200は、樹脂線巻付型10を内部に収納する略円筒形状の外郭21と、外郭21の径方向外側に突出して設けられる4本の把持部22とを有する。また、外郭21は二分割された形状であり、蝶番24を介して開閉可能である。また、外郭21は略U字形状の板状部材である押えクランプ23によって、図12に示すようにロックされる。
次に、既設のワイヤロープ本体2に樹脂線3を取り付けて樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1を製造するためのシリンダ型巻付装置300について、図17~19を用いて説明する。
図17に示すように、シリンダ型巻付装置300は、内部に樹脂線巻付型30を有する樹脂線巻付部103と、樹脂線巻付部103を押圧して移動させる油圧式のシリンダであるシリンダ部31とを有する。また、樹脂線巻付部103とシリンダ部31との間には板状の押出部35が設けられる。押出部35は、ワイヤロープ本体2の延長方向とは垂直な方向に張り出した一対のハンドル35aを有している。
なお、ワイヤロープ本体2の長さに応じて、樹脂線巻付部103を押し出す都度、延長棒34は適宜継ぎ足されるものとする。
なお、この実施の形態において、シリンダ部31は油圧シリンダであるが、これに限定されず、電動シリンダであってもよい。
次に、既設のワイヤロープ本体2に樹脂線3を取り付けて樹脂線付きワイヤロープ1を製造するためのウィンチ型巻付装置400について、図20~23を用いて説明する。
図20に示すように、ウィンチ型巻付装置400は、樹脂線巻付部104と、樹脂線巻付部104をワイヤロープ本体2に沿って移動させるためのウィンチ41とを有する。既設のガードケーブル80の隣り合うポール8a,8bの間で、樹脂線巻付部104がワイヤロープ本体2に樹脂線3を巻き付ける場合、ポール8bに隣り合うポール8cに、ウィンチ41は取り付けられる。なお、ポール8cは、ポール8bを挟んでポール8aとは反対側に位置するものとする。
また、樹脂線巻付型30の巻付孔36の内周面には、樹脂線巻付型10と同様に、ストランド5a,5b,5cの各々が嵌合可能なストランド溝37と、樹脂線3の各々が嵌合可能な樹脂線溝38とが形成される。
なお、この実施の形態において、ウィンチ41は手動式のものであるが、これに限定されず、電動式のウィンチであってもよい。
Claims (6)
- ストランドを複数本撚り合わせたワイヤロープ本体と、
前記ストランド同士の間の凹部に沿って前記ワイヤロープ本体に螺旋状に巻き付けられる少なくとも1本の樹脂線とを備える樹脂線付きワイヤロープ。 - 前記樹脂線は、蓄光剤を含む樹脂によって形成される請求項1に記載の樹脂線付きワイヤロープ。
- 前記樹脂線は、銅線又はニクロム線からなる芯材を有し、前記芯材は樹脂によって被覆されるとともに、通電により発熱する請求項1に記載の樹脂線付きワイヤロープ。
- ストランドを複数本撚り合わせたワイヤロープ本体に対して、前記ストランド同士の間の凹部に沿って少なくとも1本の樹脂線を螺旋状に巻き付けて樹脂線付きワイヤロープを製造するために使用される樹脂線巻付型であって、
前記ワイヤロープ本体及び前記樹脂線が貫通可能な巻付孔が形成され、
前記巻付孔の内周面には、前記ストランドの各々が嵌合可能なストランド溝と、前記樹脂線が嵌合可能な樹脂線溝とが、前記樹脂線付きワイヤロープの捩れに沿って螺旋状に形成される樹脂線巻付型。 - 請求項4に記載の樹脂線巻付型を用いて前記ワイヤロープ本体に前記樹脂線を巻き付ける、樹脂線付きワイヤロープの製造方法であって、
前記ワイヤロープ本体及び前記樹脂線を前記巻付孔に貫通させた状態で、前記ワイヤロープ本体及び前記樹脂線を軸方向に引っ張って移動させることにより、前記樹脂線巻付型を回転させながら前記樹脂線を前記ワイヤロープ本体に螺旋状に巻き付ける、樹脂線付きワイヤロープの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の樹脂線巻付型を用いて前記ワイヤロープ本体に前記樹脂線を巻き付ける、樹脂線付きワイヤロープの製造方法であって、
前記ワイヤロープ本体及び前記樹脂線を前記巻付孔に貫通させた状態で、前記樹脂線巻付型を回転させながら前記ワイヤロープ本体に沿って移動させることにより、前記樹脂線を前記ワイヤロープ本体に螺旋状に巻き付ける、樹脂線付きワイヤロープの製造方法。
