Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 여러 가닥의 와이어들이 꼬이면서 합쳐져서 된 일정 길이의 제1 코어와이어와;상기 제1 코어와이어에 결합되되, 상기 제1 코어와이어의 외주면을 감싸도록 삽입되어 조립되는 나선형의 코일드 와이어와;상기 제1 코어와이어와 동형(同形)으로서 외면에 일정 두께의 합성수지피복이 형성된 제2 코어와이어와;상기 제1 코어와이어 외면에 상기 나선형의 코일드 와이어가 결합되어 만들어진 조립체와 상기 제2코어와이어를 상호 연결시키는 커넥터;를 포함하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지피복은 나일론 재질임을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커넥터는 가늘고 긴 원통형을 이루게 됨을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 커넥터는 길이방향을 따르는 중앙 일부분이 막혀 있거나, 입구로부터 일정 거리 내측에 단턱이 형성된 구조임을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커넥터는 턴(turn)과 턴 사이에 유격이 없는 인장코일스프링 형태의 코일드 와이어임을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블.
- 여러 가닥의 와이어들이 꼬이면서 합쳐져서 된 제1 코어와이어를 제조하는 단계와;상기 제1 코어와이어의 일단부측을 통해 미리 나선형으로 감겨진 형태로 별도 제작된 코일드 와이어를 삽입하여 조립체를 만드는 단계와;상기 제1 코어와이어와 동형(同形)으로서 외면에 일정 두께의 합성수지피복이 형성되는 제2 코어와이어를 형성하는 단계와;상기 제1 코어와이어 외면에 코일드 와이어가 결합되어 만들어진 조립체와 상기 제2 코어와이어를 커넥터를 이용하여 상호 연결시키는 단계;를 포함하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 코어와이어 외주면에 조립된 코일드 와이어의 피치 정렬을 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 코일드 와이어의 피치 정렬은,홈이 일정 피치로 형성된 상형 및 하형 사이에 상기 제1 코어와이어와 코일드 와이어의 조립체를 위치시킨 상태에서, 상기 상형 및 하형을 형합시킴에 따라 상기 코일드 와이어가 상형 및 하형의 홈으로 들어가면서 이루어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 코일드 와이어의 피치 정렬 후에, 상기 코일드 와이어가 코어와이어에 외주면에 물려 들어가 결착되도록 상기 코일드 와이어의 외주면을 해머링(hammering)하는 단계가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 코일드 와이어는 코어와이어 외주면에 삽입시, 코일드 와이어의 나선 방향으로 돌리면서 삽입하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 합성수지피복은 나일론 코팅에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 코어와이어 외면에 코일드 와이어가 결합되어 만들어진 조립체와 상기 제2 코어와이어를 커넥터를 이용하여 상호 연결시키는 단계는,커넥터 양측으로 제1 코어와이어 및 제2 코어와이어의 각 일단부를 삽입하는 단계와,상기 커넥터 외주면을 가압하여 커넥터 양단부에 상기 조립체 및 제2 코어와이어의 각 일단부가 커넥터에 물려 빠지지 않도록 결착시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨트롤 케이블 제조방법.
