Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve rigidity of the important part of a wire by obliquely deforming a coil spring so as to be closely contacted with a wire, by sliding a coil spring being fit around the necessary part of an inner wire in the direction of the central axis of the wire and pushing it pressed around the wire.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical coil spring 3 thickly coiled is slowly fitted-in around the necessary part of a wire so as to constitute a small extruded part of the wire. In the next place, the coil spring 3 is gradually pressed by upper and lower patterns 6, 7 and finally contacted with the inside surfaces of straight grooves 10, 10'. At this time, in accordance with relative sliding contact between guiding surfaces 8, 9 caused by the deviation (e) being provided between two press patterns 6, 7, the direction of the central axis of inner wire so as to press from outside the surface of the coil spring 3 in the direction of inclined angle θ.
