本发明提出一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：包括绳芯、中间股、外层股，中间股位于绳芯外部，外层股位于中间股外部，绳芯和中间股的每股钢丝绳外部均设有包裹层，所述一种钢丝绳的中间股为多股，外层股为单股，所述一种钢丝绳的外层股螺旋缠绕于中间股外部，所述一种钢丝绳的包裹层为聚酯纤维材质。本钢丝绳结构简单，可减少绳芯钢丝与中间股及外层股钢丝之间的摩擦，并提高钢丝绳的强度以及韧性，提高工作安全系数，结构稳定，使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及制造领域，具体涉及一种钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝绳在很多领域中都被广泛的应用，尤其是在卷扬机等领域中是不可或缺的，钢丝绳是以绳芯为中心，在钢丝绳芯外依次设有由多股钢丝构成内层钢丝绳和外层钢丝绳，绳芯为金属绳芯。这种钢丝绳用在物料搬运机械中，供提升、牵引、拉紧和承载之用，现有的钢丝绳的韧性不好，使用性能不佳，且由于钢丝绳全是由钢丝绞合捻成导致整个钢丝绳柔软度低，弯曲性能差，在吊装一些柔性物品时箍紧能力差。
发明内容
本发明提出一种钢丝绳，该钢丝绳制造简单，可减少钢丝之间的摩擦，提高钢丝绳的强度以及韧性。
本发明通过如下技术实现上述目的：一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：包括绳芯、中间股、外层股，中间股位于绳芯外部，外层股位于中间股外部，绳芯和中间股的每股钢丝绳外部均设有包裹层。
所述一种钢丝绳的中间股为多股，外层股为单股。
所述一种钢丝绳的外层股螺旋缠绕于中间股外部。
所述一种钢丝绳的包裹层为聚酯纤维材质或塑料材质。
本发明的有益效果是：本钢丝绳结构简单，可减少绳芯钢丝与中间股及外层股钢丝之间的摩擦，并提高钢丝绳的强度以及韧性，提高工作安全系数，结构稳定，使用效果好。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述，一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：包括绳芯1、中间股2、外层股4，中间股2位于绳芯1外部，外层股4位于中间股2外部，绳芯1和中间股2的每股钢丝绳外部均设有包裹层3，所述一种钢丝绳的中间股2为多股，外层股4为单股，所述一种钢丝绳的外层股4螺旋缠绕于中间股2外部，所述一种钢丝绳的包裹层3为聚酯纤维材质或塑料材质。
本钢丝绳的绳芯1、中间股2的每股钢丝绳外部均包裹有聚酯纤维包裹层3，使得钢丝绳的韧性提高，而中间股2外部外层股4的缠绕可使得钢丝绳的强度进一步提高。

1.一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：包括绳芯(1)、中间股(2)、外层股(4)，中间股(2)位于绳芯(1)外部，外层股(4)位于中间股(2)外部，绳芯(1)和中间股(2)的每股钢丝绳外部均设有包裹层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：中间股(2)为多股，外层股(4)为单股。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：外层股(4)螺旋缠绕于中间股(2)外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳，其特征在于：包裹层(3)为聚酯纤维材质或塑料材质。
