技术领域
本申请涉及厨房设备领域,具体涉及一种抽油烟机。
背景技术
厨房是制作美味食物的场所,但是油烟是长久以来困扰用户的问题,侧吸式烟机因为其“近吸”的优点成为用户选择的主流,但现有的油烟机无法做到彻底清洁,进而影响油烟机的抽吸能力。油烟机的清洁不只是清洁面板等表面的油污,风轮和蜗壳内部的清洗才是提高油烟机吸烟效果的根本。现有的油烟机不方便拆洗风轮和蜗壳,要想拆洗风轮和蜗壳必须拆除整机才能清洗,用户由于缺少油烟机装配的知识和涉及电器安全,所以很少有用户自己拆洗油烟机,要清洗风轮和蜗壳内部都需要请专业家政人员清洗,费钱、费时又费力。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的之一是提供一种方便风轮拆装、进而方便对风轮和蜗壳进行清洁的抽油烟机。
为达上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种抽油烟机,所述抽油烟机包括具有开口的壳体和设置在所述壳体上的进烟面板组件,所述进烟面板组件设置在所述壳体的开口处,所述壳体的内腔中设置有风轮,所述进烟面板组件构造为,至少能够将所述壳体的开口在与所述风轮对应的区域打开,并使得所述风轮能够由该区域取出。
优选地,所述进烟面板组件包括多块面板,在所述多块面板中,至少与所述风轮位置对应的面板设置为可打开结构。
优选地,所述可打开结构为可拆卸结构,或者,所述可打开结构为可翻转结构,或者,所述可打开结构为可滑动结构。
优选地,所述抽油烟机为侧吸式抽油烟机,所述多块面板包括上面板、下面板以及位于所述上面板和下面板之间的导烟板,所述上面板设置为可打开结构,所述导烟板设置为可拆卸结构。
优选地,所述导烟板具有打开状态和关闭状态,在所述打开状态,所述导烟板的下端相对上端位于远离所述壳体的位置,在所述关闭状态,所述导烟板与所述上面板、所述下面板相互拼合形成平整的进烟面板组件外表面。
优选地,所述壳体的开口处设置有集烟罩,所述集烟罩位于所述进烟面板组件的内侧,所述上面板和/或所述导烟板与所述集烟罩连接。
优选地,所述上面板通过第一连接件与所述集烟罩连接,所述第一连接件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述上面板的内侧表面连接,所述第二连接部与所述集烟罩连接;和/或,
所述导烟板通过第二连接件与所述集烟罩连接,所述第二连接件包括第三连接部和第四连接部,所述第三连接部与所述导烟板的内侧表面连接,所述第四连接部与所述集烟罩连接。
优选地,所述第一连接部与所述上面板粘接固定;和/或,
所述第二连接部通过紧固件与所述集烟罩固定连接;和/或,
所述第三连接部与所述导烟板粘接固定;和/或,
所述第四连接部通过紧固件与所述集烟罩固定连接。
优选地,所述集烟罩上设置有可伸缩支架,所述可伸缩支架上设置有插槽,所述第四连接部插入所述插槽内并通过紧固件与所述可伸缩支架固定连接。
优选地,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部均呈板状结构且所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互平行,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间通过连接板相互连接;
和/或,
所述第三连接部和所述第四连接部均呈板状结构,所述第四连接部与所述第三连接部的一侧边缘连接。
优选地,所述集烟罩上设置有与所述风轮位置对应的进风口,在所述风轮的径向上,所述进风口的边缘位于所述风轮的外侧。
优选地,所述抽油烟机还包括第一过滤结构,所述第一过滤结构安装于所述集烟罩上并覆盖所述进风口。
优选地,所述集烟罩上形成有向远离所述进风面板组件的方向凹陷的内凹部,所述进风口设置在所述内凹部的内底面上,所述第一过滤结构容置在所述内凹部中。
优选地,所述抽油烟机还包括第二过滤结构,所述内凹部包括与所述风轮的上半部分位置对应的第一部分和与所述风轮的下半部分及所述第二过滤结构位置对应的第二部分,所述第一部分的侧壁围成与所述风轮的径向外边缘相适配的形状,所述第二部分的侧壁围成与所述第二过滤结构的边缘相适配的形状,所述第二过滤结构安装在所述第二部分上。
优选地,当所述上面板安装于所述集烟罩上时,所述上面板覆盖所述第一部分。
优选地,所述上面板的一侧边与所述集烟罩或所述壳体形成铰接。
优选地,所述抽油烟机还包括用于驱动所述风轮的驱动装置,所述风轮的远离所述进烟面板组件的一端设置有端件,所述驱动装置通过紧固件与所述端件连接,所述紧固件在所述端件的靠近所述进烟面板组件的一侧进行拆装。
本申请提供的抽油烟机将进烟面板组件设置为能够将壳体的开口在与风轮对应的区域打开,因此,当用户需要对风轮和蜗壳内侧壁进行清洁时,只需要将进烟面板组件打开即可方便地将风轮从进烟面板组件一侧取出,从而方便用户对取出的风轮进行清洁,以及伸入到蜗壳内部对蜗壳内侧壁进行清洁,以保证抽油烟机的抽吸能力,延长抽油烟机的使用寿命。

以下基于实施例对本申请进行描述,但是本申请并不仅仅限于这些实施例。在下文对本申请的细节描述中,详尽描述了一些特定的细节部分。对本领域技术人员来说没有这些细节部分的描述也可以完全理解本申请。为了避免混淆本申请的实质,公知的方法、过程、流程、 元件并没有详细叙述。
此外,本领域普通技术人员应当理解,在此提供的附图都是为了说明的目的,并且附图不一定是按比例绘制的。
除非上下文明确要求,否则整个说明书和权利要求书中的“包括”、“包含”等类似词语应当解释为包含的含义而不是排他或穷举的含义;也就是说,是“包括但不限于”的含义。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。此外,在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
本申请所述的“外”和“内”是相对于抽油烟机本身而言,靠近抽油烟机内部的一侧为内,远离抽油烟机内部的一侧为外。本申请所述的“上”“下”为抽油烟机在正常工作时的方位,具体可参考图1所示的方位。
本申请提供了一种抽油烟机,如图1所示,其包括具有开口的壳体1和设置在壳体1上的进烟面板组件2,进烟面板组件2设置在壳体1的开口处,并与壳体1共同围成一容置空腔,该容置空腔内设置有蜗壳(图中未示出)、设置在蜗壳内的风轮3和驱动风轮3转动的驱动装置(图中未示出),驱动装置例如可以是电机。进烟面板组件2构造为,至少能够将壳体1的开口在与风轮3对应的区域打开,从使得风轮3能够由该区域取出,因此,当用户需要对风轮3和蜗壳内侧壁进行清洁时,只需要将进烟面板组件2打开即可方便地将风轮3从进烟面板组件2一侧取出,从而方便用户对取出的风轮进行清洁,以及伸入到蜗壳内部对蜗壳内侧壁进行清洁,以保证抽油烟机的抽吸能力,延长抽油烟机的使用寿命。
本申请提供的抽油烟机结构适用于各种类型的抽油烟机,下面以侧吸式抽油烟机为例来介绍其各种实施例。进烟面板组件2即设置在抽油烟机进烟侧的面板组件,其包括多块面板,在多块面板中,至少与风轮3位置对应的面板设置为可打开结构。例如,在图1所示的实施例中,多块面板包括上面板21、下面板22以及位于上面板21和下面板22之间的导烟板23,由于在取出风轮3时,上面板21和导烟板23会影响风轮3的取出(后面有具体介绍),因此,将上面板21和导烟板23设置为可打开结构,进一步地,由于导烟板23位于中间位置,只有将其拆卸下来才不会影响风轮3的取出,因此,导烟板23设置为可拆卸结构,即导烟板23可以完全从抽油烟机上拆下来,而上面板21可以设置为如图1所示的可拆卸结构,也可以设置为如图6所示的可翻转结构,还可以设置为可上下滑动的结构,这些结构均能够达到方便风轮3取出的目的。
进风面板组件2可以与壳体1连接,也可以是如图1所示,在壳体1的开口处设置有集烟罩4,集烟罩4位于进风面板组件2的内侧,进风面板组件2与集烟罩4连接。具体地,在图1所示的实施例中,上面板21通过第一连接件5与集烟罩4连接,如图2所示,第一连 接件5包括第一连接部51和第二连接部52,第一连接部51与上面板21的内侧表面连接,连接方式例如可以为粘结、卡接、插接、紧固件连接,优选通过粘结方式形成连接,第二连接部52与集烟罩4形成可拆卸连接,例如卡接、插接等,优选地,为方便拆装,第二连接部52与集烟罩4通过紧固件固定连接。第一连接件5的数量不限,可以为一个,也可以为多个,在图2所示的实施例中,第一连接件5设置有两个,分别位于上面板21的两侧。
第一连接部51和第二连接部52可以设置为任意能够实现上面板21与集烟罩4连接的结构,优选地,为方便加工和装配,如图2所示,第一连接部51和第二连接部52均呈板状结构且第一连接部51和第二连接部52相互平行,第一连接部51与第二连接部52之间通过连接板53相互连接,优选地,连接板53的一侧边缘与第一连接部51的一边缘连接,相对的另一侧边缘与第二连接部52的一边缘连接,进一步优选地,第一连接部51和第二连接部52相对连接板53向相反的方向延伸。具体地,连接板53为沿第一连接部51的一侧边缘延伸的长形板状结构,连接板53的一长边与第一连接部51连接,相对的另一长边连接第二连接部52,第二连接部52优选设置为两个并分别位于连接板53的两端位置。进一步优选地,在连接板53的两条短边上还设置有凸起结构。连接板53可以分别与第一连接部51和第二连接部52相互垂直,也可以呈锐角或者钝角设置,通过连接板53连接第一连接部51和第二连接部52的连接方式能够方便对第一连接部51和第二连接部52之间的距离进行调整,以适应第一连接件5与集烟罩4之间的装配。
进一步地,在集烟罩4的侧壁上设置有开口41,第二连接部52和至少部分连接板53能够由开口41穿入到集烟罩4的内侧,并在内侧与集烟罩4形成连接。具体地,如图5和图9所示,壳体1的侧板上设置有翻边101,翻边101向其开口的外侧外翻形成,集烟罩4的后侧设置有框形结构35,框形结构35套在壳体1靠近其开口的结构上,翻边101与框形结构35固定,例如通过紧固件102固定,从而将集烟罩4固定在壳体1上,穿入集烟罩4内侧的第二连接部52也通过紧固件102与框形结构45连接,优选地,第二连接部52和翻边101通过同一紧固件102与框形结构45固定连接,从而提高装配效率。为了方便装配,紧固件102从后侧实现各部分之间的固定连接。
进一步地,如图1所示,集烟罩4上设置有与风轮3位置对应的进风口42,优选地,集烟罩4上形成有向远离进风面板组件2的方向凹陷的内凹部43,进风口42设置在内凹部43的内底面上,在风轮3的径向上,进风口42的边缘位于风轮3的外侧,从而避免集烟罩4影响风轮3的取出。在集烟罩4上安装有第一过滤结构6,第一过滤结构6将进风口42覆盖,以对进风进行过滤,第一过滤结构6优选为油网61,油网61的外边缘设置有安装盘62,安装盘62与集烟罩5形成可拆卸连接,例如,安装盘62通过紧固件与集烟罩4固定连接。优选地,第一过滤结构6容置在集烟罩4的内凹部43中,以使得抽油烟机的结构更加紧凑。
进一步地,上面板21和下面板22之间的空间构成抽油烟机的进风口,抽油烟机还包括第二过滤结构7,设置在上面板21和下面板22之间,与导风板23的位置对应,即,当导风板23处于第二位置(后面有具体介绍)时,导风板23正好将第二过滤结构7覆盖,第二过滤结构7用于对进入抽油烟机的进风口的空气进行过滤,第二过滤结构7例如可以为图1所示的格栅滤网。
优选地,内凹部43包括与风轮3的上半部分位置对应的第一部分431和与风轮3的下半部分及第二过滤结构7位置对应的第二部分432,第一部分431的侧壁4311围成与风轮3的径向外边缘相适配的形状,第二部分432的侧壁4321围成与第二过滤结构7的边部相适配的形状,第二过滤结构7安装到第二部分432上,当上面板21安装于集烟罩4上时,上面板21将第一部分431覆盖,因此,上面板21会对风轮3的取出形成干涉,在需要取出风轮3时,需要将上面板21打开。在一个优选的实施例中,第二过滤结构7安装在集烟罩4上的碰珠44上。
进一步地,导烟板23具有如图7所示处于打开状态的第一位置和处于关闭状态的第二位置,在打开状态,导烟板23的下端相对上端位于远离壳体1的位置,即导烟板23自上而下向远离壳体1的方向倾斜设置,从而对油烟进行导向,在关闭状态,导烟板23与上面板21、下面板22相互拼合,形成平整的进烟面板组件2外表面,一方面保证外观的完整性,另一方面能够避免灰尘等异物进入到抽油烟机内。
导烟板23可以与外壳1形成连接,也可以如图1所示与集烟罩4形成连接,在一个优选的实施例中,导烟板23通过第二连接件8与集烟罩4连接,如图3所示,第二连接件8包括第三连接部81和第四连接部82,第三连接部81与导烟板23的内侧表面连接,连接方式例如可以为粘结、卡接、插接、紧固件连接,优选通过粘结方式形成连接,第四连接部82与集烟罩4形成可拆卸连接,例如卡接、插接等,优选地,为方便拆装,第四连接部82与集烟罩4通过紧固件固定连接。第二连接件8的数量不限,可以为一个,也可以为多个,在图3所示的实施例中,第二连接件8设置有两个,分别位于导烟板23的两侧。
第三连接部81和第四连接部82可以为任意能够实现导烟板23与集烟罩4连接的结构,优选地,为方便加工和装配,如图3所示,第三连接部81和第四连接部82均呈板状结构,第四连接部82与第三连接部81的一侧边缘连接,两者可以相互垂直设置,也可以呈锐角或者钝角设置,以方便第四连接部82与集烟罩4之间的装配。
进一步地,集烟罩4上设置有可伸缩支架9,第四连接部82通过可伸缩支架9与集烟罩4形成连接,可伸缩支架9能够在驱动装置(图中未示出)的驱动下相对集烟罩4运动,即相对集烟罩4做伸出和缩回的运动,以使得导烟板23能够在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。在一个优选的实施例中,可伸缩支架9如图4所示,可伸缩支架9上设置有插槽91,插槽91 优选设置在可伸缩支架9的端面上,第四连接部82插入到插槽91内,并通过紧固件92与可伸缩支架9固定连接,为了确定导烟板23的方位,优选的,紧固件92设置有三个,三个紧固件92位于三角形的三个顶点位置,使得导烟板23在安装到可伸缩支架9上时有唯一确定的安装方位,当然,可以理解的是,紧固件92也可以设置为两个。进一步地,为方便对第四连接部82的定位,在插槽91的侧壁上设置有凸起定位结构93,凸起定位结构93例如可以为形成在插槽91侧壁上的筋条,筋条优选沿第四定位部82插入的方向延伸。可伸缩支架9优选呈弯勾形结构。
进一步地,风轮3的远离进烟面板组件2的一端设置有端件(图中未示出),例如可以为端板,驱动装置的驱动轴驱动端板转动以带动风轮3转动,驱动装置的驱动轴通过紧固件与端件连接,例如,在图1所示的实施例中,紧固件为旋转螺母10,为了方便风轮3的拆卸,优选地,旋转螺母10在端件的靠近进烟面板组件2的一侧进行拆装。
如此,当需要取出风轮3进行清洁时,依次进行如下操作;
将导烟板23从可伸缩支架9上拆卸下来;
将第二过滤结构7从集烟罩4上拆卸下来;
将上面板21从集烟罩4上拆卸下来;
将第一过滤结构6从集烟罩4上拆卸下来;
转动旋转螺母10,以使得风轮3松脱,从而将风轮3从进风口42取出。
可以理解的是,上面板21不局限于设置为如图1所示的可拆卸结构,例如,在图6所示的实施例中上面板21设置为可翻转结构,优选地,上面板21与壳体1形成铰接,进一步优选地,上面板21的顶边与壳体1形成铰接,如此,如图7所示,上面板21可以绕铰轴转动,使得上面板21翻转到避开风轮3取出空间的位置,在一个具体的实施例中,上面板21通过合页结构11与外壳1连接,合页结构11的第一合页(图中为示出)与上面板21连接,第二合页111与外壳1连接,优选地,如图8所示,第二合页111与外壳1的顶板连接,第一合页与第二合页111通过铰轴铰接,从而实现上面板21与壳体1的铰接。在替代的实施例中,还可以在壳体1上设置铰轴,使得上面板21能够绕铰轴转动,在壳体1上还设置有供上面板21滑动的滑轨,当上面板21绕铰轴翻转到一定角度后,上面板21与滑轨对接,上面板21沿滑轨滑动至壳体1上方,以将上面板21定位在壳体1上方,从而方便风轮3的取出。抽油烟机的其他结构与图1所示的实施例类似,在此不再赘述。当然,可以理解的是上面板21也可以是与集烟罩4形成铰接。另外,上面板21还可以设置为能够上下滑动的结构,当需要取出风轮3时,将上面板21上滑以避让出风轮3的取出空间。
本申请提供的抽油烟机将进烟面板组件2设置为能够将壳体1的开口在与风轮3对应的区域打开,因此,当用户需要对风轮3和蜗壳内侧壁进行清洁时,只需要将进烟面板组件2 打开即可方便地将风轮3从进烟面板组件2一侧取出,从而方便用户对取出的风轮3进行清洁,以及伸入到蜗壳内部对蜗壳内侧壁进行清洁,以保证抽油烟机的抽吸能力,延长抽油烟机的使用寿命。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本申请的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本申请的权利要求范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述抽油烟机包括具有开口的壳体和设置在所述壳体上的进烟面板组件,所述进烟面板组件设置在所述壳体的开口处,所述壳体的内腔中设置有风轮,所述进烟面板组件构造为:至少能够将所述壳体的开口在与所述风轮对应的区域打开,并使得所述风轮能够由该区域取出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述进烟面板组件包括多块面板,在所述多块面板中,至少与所述风轮位置对应的面板设置为可打开结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述可打开结构为可拆卸结构,或者,所述可打开结构为可翻转结构,或者,所述可打开结构为可滑动结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述抽油烟机为侧吸式抽油烟机,所述多块面板包括上面板、下面板以及位于所述上面板和下面板之间的导烟板,所述上面板设置为可打开结构,所述导烟板设置为可拆卸结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述导烟板具有打开状态和关闭状态,在所述打开状态,所述导烟板的下端相对上端位于远离所述壳体的位置,在所述关闭状态,所述导烟板与所述上面板、所述下面板相互拼合形成平整的进烟面板组件外表面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述壳体的开口处设置有集烟罩,所述集烟罩位于所述进烟面板组件的内侧,所述上面板和/或所述导烟板与所述集烟罩连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述上面板通过第一连接件与所述集烟罩连接,所述第一连接件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述上面板的内侧表面连接,所述第二连接部与所述集烟罩连接;和/或,
    所述导烟板通过第二连接件与所述集烟罩连接,所述第二连接件包括第三连接部和第四连接部,所述第三连接部与所述导烟板的内侧表面连接,所述第四连接部与所述集烟罩连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述上面板粘接固定;和/或,
    所述第二连接部通过紧固件与所述集烟罩固定连接;和/或,
    所述第三连接部与所述导烟板粘接固定;和/或,
    所述第四连接部通过紧固件与所述集烟罩固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述集烟罩上设置有可伸缩支架,所述可伸缩支架上设置有插槽,所述第四连接部插入所述插槽内并通过紧固件与所述可伸缩支架固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部 均呈板状结构且所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互平行,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间通过连接板相互连接;
    和/或,
    所述第三连接部和所述第四连接部均呈板状结构,所述第四连接部与所述第三连接部的一侧边缘连接。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述集烟罩上设置有与所述风轮位置对应的进风口,在所述风轮的径向上,所述进风口的边缘位于所述风轮的外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述抽油烟机还包括第一过滤结构,所述第一过滤结构安装于所述集烟罩上并覆盖所述进风口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述集烟罩上形成有向远离所述进风面板组件的方向凹陷的内凹部,所述进风口设置在所述内凹部的内底面上,所述第一过滤结构容置在所述内凹部中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述抽油烟机还包括第二过滤结构,所述内凹部包括与所述风轮的上半部分位置对应的第一部分和与所述风轮的下半部分及所述第二过滤结构位置对应的第二部分,所述第一部分的侧壁围成与所述风轮的径向外边缘相适配的形状,所述第二部分的侧壁围成与所述第二过滤结构的边缘相适配的形状,所述第二过滤结构安装在所述第二部分上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,当所述上面板安装于所述集烟罩上时,所述上面板覆盖所述第一部分。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述上面板的一侧边与所述集烟罩或所述壳体形成铰接。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述抽油烟机还包括用于驱动所述风轮的驱动装置,所述风轮的远离所述进烟面板组件的一端设置有端件,所述驱动装置通过紧固件与所述端件连接,所述紧固件在所述端件的靠近所述进烟面板组件的一侧进行拆装。
