本申请基于下列中国专利申请提出:

技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿用自卸车,具体说,涉及一种举升支架及其设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢。
背景技术
矿用自卸车是露天矿山的主要运输设备,该设备有着载重大、连续运行时间长、结构可靠性要求高的特点。矿用自卸车在卸料过程中,要求车厢在短时间内在举升油缸的作用下快速举升到指定位置实现装置物料的倾斜。
由于矿用自卸车在运行过程中要进行频繁的装载和卸料,加上车厢在卸料过程中举升油缸与车厢底板铰接部位的高度应力集中,很容易造成该部位早期损坏,从而影响车辆的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种举升支架及其设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢,能够有效降低矿用自卸车车厢在卸料过程中举升油缸与车厢底板铰接部位的高度应力集中,降低该部位的故障率。
一种举升支架,包括铰接板、U形筋槽;铰接板开有减重孔和两个铰接孔,铰接孔位于铰接板的中部,铰接孔位于铰接孔两侧;U形筋槽连接在两块铰接板之间,U形筋槽位于减重孔外侧。
一种设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢,包括底板和底板筋槽,底板筋槽连接在底板的底部;还包括举升支架,举升支架包括铰接板、U形筋槽; 铰接板开有减重孔和两个铰接孔,铰接孔位于铰接板的中部,铰接孔位于铰接孔两侧;U形筋槽连接在两块铰接板之间,U形筋槽位于减重孔外侧;相邻的两个底板筋槽分别穿过两个减重孔,铰接板与底板的接触面相连接,底板筋槽与减重孔的接触面相连接。
进一步:铰接板两个端部为圆弧形。
进一步:U形筋槽采用一体式折弯成型,截面为U形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明技术效果包括:
本发明通过对传统车厢举升支座的改进,增加了举升支架与车厢底板的接触面积,增大了焊接区域,并与车厢底板加强筋搭接为整体结构,从而能够有效降低矿用自卸车车厢在卸料过程中举升油缸与车厢底板铰接部位的高度应力集中,降低该部位的故障率,提高了车厢的可靠性和使用寿命,保证了整车的出勤率,节省了成本,提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,是本发明中举升支架3的结构示意图。
举升支架3包括:两块铰接板31、U形筋槽32;铰接板31开有减重孔33和两个铰接孔34,铰接孔34位于铰接板31的中部,铰接孔34用于与举升油缸连接;铰接孔34位于铰接孔34两侧,减重孔33用于封闭底板筋槽2内发动机尾气的自由流通,利用尾气余热加热底板。U形筋槽32连接(焊接)在两块铰接板31之间,U形筋槽32位于减重孔33外侧。
铰接板31两个端部为圆弧形,保证了焊道的平滑过渡,避免焊接应力集中点的出现。U形筋槽5采用一体式折弯成型,截面为U形结构。
如图2所示,是本发明中设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢的结构示意图。
设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢的结构包括:底板1、底板筋槽2、举升支架3;
底板筋槽2焊接在底板1的底部,相邻的两个底板筋槽2分别穿过两个减重孔33,铰接板31与底板1的接触面焊接连接,底板筋槽2与减重孔33的接触面焊接连接。从而使底板1、底板筋槽2、举升支架3三者之间通过相互焊接形成整体结构,从而提高举升支座部位整体结构的强度和刚度,有效降低应力集中,避免结构早期开焊、开裂现象的出现。

本发明通过对传统车厢举升支座的改进,增加了举升支架与车厢底板的接触面积,增大了焊接区域,并与车厢底板加强筋搭接为整体结构,从而能够有效降低矿用自卸车车厢在卸料过程中举升油缸与车厢底板铰接部位的高度应力集中。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种举升支架,其特征在于:包括铰接板、U形筋槽;铰接板开有减重孔和两个铰接孔,铰接孔位于铰接板的中部,铰接孔位于铰接孔两侧;U形筋槽连接在两块铰接板之间,U形筋槽位于减重孔外侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述举升支架,其特征在于:铰接板两个端部为圆弧形。
  3. 如权利要求1所述举升支架,其特征在于:U形筋槽采用一体式折弯成型,截面为U形结构。
  4. 一种设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢,包括底板和底板筋槽,底板筋槽连接在底板的底部,其特征在于:还包括举升支架,举升支架包括铰接板、U形筋槽;铰接板开有减重孔和两个铰接孔,铰接孔位于铰接板的中部,铰接孔位于铰接孔两侧;U形筋槽连接在两块铰接板之间,U形筋槽位于减重孔外侧;相邻的两个底板筋槽分别穿过两个减重孔,铰接板与底板的接触面相连接,底板筋槽与减重孔的接触面相连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢,其特征在于:铰接板两个端部为圆弧形。
  6. 如权利要求4所述设置有举升支架的矿用自卸车车厢,其特征在于:U形筋槽采用一体式折弯成型,截面为U形结构。
