Abstract
Disclosed is a lifting support, comprising an articulated plate (31) and a U-shaped rib groove (32). Weight reduction holes (33) and two articulating holes (34) are provided in the articulated plate (31), wherein the articulating holes (34) are located in the middle of the articulated plates (31), and the weight reduction holes (33) are located on two sides of the articulating holes (34). The U-shaped rib groove (32) continues between two articulated plates (31), and the U-shaped rib groove (32) is located on an outer side of the weight reduction holes (33). The U-shaped rib groove increases the contact area between the lifting support and a base plate of the carriage, increases a welding region and overlaps reinforcing ribs of the base plate of the carriage to form an integral structure, thereby effectively reducing high stress concentration at the articulated part between a lifting cylinder and the carriage base plate of a mine dumper carriage during unloading, and reducing a failure rate of the part. Further disclosed is a mine dumper carriage provided with the lifting support.
Description
[0001] The application is based upon and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201711297881.8, filed December 8, 2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The present disclosure relates to a mining dump vehicle, and more particularly, to a lifting bracket and a carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with the lifting bracket.
[0003] A mining dump vehicle is a main transportation equipment of open-pit mines, which has characteristics of heavy load, long continuous operation time and high structural reliability requirements. In an unloading process of the mining dump vehicle, a carriage is required to be quickly lifted to a designated position under an action of a lifting cylinder in a short time to realize a tilting of device materials.
[0004] Due to frequent loading and unloading of the mining dump vehicle during operation, and high stress concentration at a hinged part between the lifting cylinder and a bottom plate of the carriage during the unloading process of the carriage, it is easy to cause early damage to this part, thereby affecting a service life of the vehicle.
[0005] The technical problem solved by the present disclosure is to provide a lifting bracket and a carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with the lifting bracket, which can effectively reduce the high stress concentration at the hinged part between the lifting cylinder and the bottom plate of the carriage during the unloading process of the carriage of the mining dump vehicle, and reduce a failure rate at this part.
[0006] A lifting bracket, comprising two hinged plates and a U-shaped beading groove, wherein each hinged plate is provided with two lightening holes and a hinged hole, the hinged hole is located in a middle of the hinged plate, and the two lightening holes are respectively located at both sides of the hinged hole; the U-shaped beading groove is connected between the two hinged plates, and the U-shaped beading groove is located outside the lightening holes.
[0007] A carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with a lifting bracket, comprising a bottom plate and a bottom plate beading groove being connected to a bottom of the bottom plate, and further comprising a lifting bracket, the lifting bracket comprises two hinged plates and a U-shaped beading groove, wherein each hinged plate is provided with two lightening holes and a hinged hole, the hinged hole is located in a middle of the hinged plate, and the two lightening holes are respectively located at both sides of the hinged hole; the U-shaped beading groove is connected between the two hinged plates, and the U-shaped beading groove is located outside the lightening holes; two adjacent bottom plate beading grooves respectively pass through two lightening holes, the hinged plates are connected to a contact surface of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate beading groove is connected to a contact surface of the lightening holes.

[0010] Compared with the prior art, technical effects of the present disclosure include:
[0011] according to the present disclosure, by improving the lifting bracket of a traditional carriage, that is, increasing a contact area between the lifting bracket and the bottom plate of the carriage, increasing a welding area, and lapping the lifting bracket and the bottom plate of the carriage into an integral structure by using reinforcing ribs, the high stress concentration at the hinged part between the lifting cylinder and the bottom plate of the carriage during the unloading process of the carriage of the mining dump vehicle can be effectively reduced, and a failure rate at this part is reduced, thereby improving the reliability and the service life of the carriage, ensuring the attendance rate of the vehicle, saving the cost, and improving the production efficiency.

However, the example embodiments can be implemented in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that the present disclosure will be more comprehensive and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 1, it is a structural schematic diagram of a lifting bracket 3 in the present disclosure.
[00161 The lifting bracket 3 includes two hinged plates 31 and a U-shaped beading groove 32. Each hinged plate 31 is provided with two lightening holes 33 and a hinged hole 34, the hinged hole 34 is located in a middle of the hinged plate 31, and is used to connect to a lifting cylinder; the two lightening holes 33 are respectively located at both sides of the hinged hole 34, and are used to close a free circulation of exhaust gas of an engine in a bottom plate beading groove 2 and heat a bottom plate with waste heat of the exhaust gas. A U-shaped beading groove 32 is connected (welded) between the two hinged plates 31, and is located outside the lightening holes 33.
[00171 Two ends of the hinged plate 31 are arc-shaped, thereby ensuring a smooth transition of a welding bead, and avoiding the occurrence of welding stress concentration points. The U-shaped beading groove 32 is integrally formed by bending, and has a U-shaped cross section.
[00181 As shown in Fig. 2, it is a structural schematic diagram of a carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with a lifting bracket in the present disclosure.
[0019] A structure of a carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with a lifting bracket includes a bottom plate 1, a bottom plate beading groove 2 and a lifting bracket 3. The bottom plate beading groove 2 is welded to a bottom of the bottom plate 1, two adjacent bottom plate beading grooves 2 respectively pass through two lightening holes 33, the hinged plates 31 are welded to a contact surface of the bottom plate 1, and the bottom plate beading groove 2 is welded to a contact surface of the lightening holes 33, therefore, the bottom plate 1, the bottom plate beading groove 2 and the lifting bracket 3 are mutually welded to form an integral structure, so that strength and rigidity of the integral structure of the lifting bracket are improved, the stress concentration is effectively reduced, and early welding and cracking phenomena of the structure are avoided.

Claims (3)
1. A carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with a lifting bracket, comprising a bottom plate and a bottom plate beading groove being connected to a bottom of the bottom plate, and further comprising a lifting bracket, the lifting bracket comprises two hinged plates and a U-shaped beading groove, wherein each hinged plate is provided with two lightening holes and a hinged hole, the hinged hole is located in a middle of the hinged plate, and the two lightening holes are respectively located at both sides of the hinged hole; the U-shaped beading groove is connected between the two hinged plates, and the U-shaped beading groove is located outside the lightening holes; two adjacent bottom plate beading grooves respectively pass through two lightening holes, the hinged plates are connected to a contact surface of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate beading groove is connected to a contact surface of the lightening holes.
2. The carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with a lifting bracket according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the hinged plate are arc-shaped.
3. The carriage of a mining dump vehicle provided with a lifting bracket according to claim 1, wherein the U-shaped beading groove is integrally formed by bending and has a U-shaped cross section.
