一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,如图1-3所示,包括有底板1、原料罐2、出料管3、第一电控阀4、进料斗5、第二电控阀6、滑轨7、滑块8、电动绕线轮9、拉线10、旋转电机11、第一转轴12、第一皮带轮13、平皮带14、轴承座15、第二皮带轮16、第二转轴17、第一弹簧19、搅拌叶片20、固定板21和移动板22,底板1顶部通过螺栓的连接方式固定有原料罐2,原料罐2右侧底部通过法兰的连接方式连接有出料管3,出料管3上设有第一电控阀4,原料罐2左侧下部通过螺栓连接的方式连接有进料斗5,进料斗5上设置有第二电控阀6,原料罐2内左右两壁中部之间通过螺栓连接的方式连接有固定板21,固定板21中间开有导向孔18,原料罐2内左右两壁上部通过螺栓连接的方式左右对称连接有滑轨7,两滑轨7上均滑动式连接有滑块8,两滑块8之间通过螺栓连接的方式连接有移动板22,移动板22顶部与原料罐2内顶部通过挂钩的连接的方式左右对称连接有第一弹簧19,移动板22底部左侧通过螺栓连接的方式连接有旋转电机11,旋转电机11下端的输出轴通过联轴器连接有第一转轴12,第一转轴12底部通过平键的连接的方式连接有第一皮带轮13,移动板22底部中间通过螺栓连接的方式连接有轴承座15,轴承座15内的轴承通过过盈连接的方式连接有第二转轴17,第二转轴17上部通过平键的连接的方式连接有第二皮 带轮16,第二皮带轮16与第一皮带轮13上绕有平皮带14,第二转轴17下部穿过导向孔18并均匀的焊接有搅拌叶片20,原料罐2顶部左右两侧对称开有小孔23,原料罐2顶部通过螺栓连接的方式左右对称连接有电动绕线轮9,电动绕线轮9上均绕有拉线10,拉线10另一端均穿过小孔23并通过挂钩的连接的方式与移动板22顶部连接。
还包括有防护罩24,原料罐2顶部通过螺栓连接的方式连接有防护罩24,防护罩24将两电动绕线轮9盖住。
还包括有第二弹簧25和钢珠26,搅拌叶片20末端均通过挂钩的连接的方式连接有第二弹簧25,第二弹簧25末端均焊接有钢珠26。
底板1的材料为不锈钢。
移动板22材料为Q235钢。
旋转电机11为伺服旋转电机11。
工作原理:当需要防止环氧树脂凝固时,工作人员控制第二电控阀6打开,将环氧树脂从进料斗5倒进原料罐2,环氧树脂倒完后控制第二电控阀6关闭,然后工作人员控制旋转电机11旋转,带动第一转轴12转动,进而带动第一皮带轮13转动,使得平皮带14转动,带动第二皮带轮16转动,进而带动第二转轴17转动,使得搅拌叶片20转动,对原料罐2内的环氧树脂进行快速搅拌,防止原料罐2内的环氧树脂凝固。在控制旋转电机11旋转的同时,工作人员控制原料罐2顶部左侧电动绕线轮9顺时针旋转和原料罐2顶部右侧电动绕线轮9逆时针旋转,两电动绕线轮9相互配合将拉线10放出,被压缩的第一弹簧19慢慢恢复原状并带动移动板22及其上装置向下移动,当第二转轴17底端接近原料罐2底部时,工作人员控制原料罐2顶部左侧电动绕线轮9逆时针旋转和原料罐2顶部右侧电动绕线轮9顺时针旋转,两电动绕线轮9相互配合将拉线 10绕起,拉线10拉动移动板22及其上装置向上移动,第一弹簧19再次被压缩,待搅拌叶片20接近固定板21底部时,控制原料罐2顶部左侧电动绕线轮9顺时针旋转和原料罐2顶部右侧电动绕线轮9逆时针旋转。如此反复,使得原料罐2内的环氧树脂得到充分搅拌。工作结束后,待移动板22回到初始位置后,工作人员控制两电动绕线轮9停止工作,接着控制旋转电机11停止工作,然后控制第一电控阀4打开,需要使用的环氧树脂通过出料管3流出,待原料罐2内的环氧树脂流尽后控制第一电控阀4关闭。
因为还包括有防护罩24,原料罐2顶部通过螺栓连接的方式连接有防护罩24,防护罩24将两电动绕线轮9盖住,防护罩24可以保护电动绕线轮9不受外界因素的破坏,提高了电动绕线轮9使用寿命。
因为还包括有第二弹簧25和钢珠26,搅拌叶片20末端均通过挂钩的连接的方式连接有第二弹簧25,第二弹簧25末端均通过挂钩的连接的方式连接有钢珠26,钢珠26可以更好地敲碎环氧树脂内一些较大的颗粒,使得防凝固效果更好。
因为底板1的材料为不锈钢,不锈钢耐腐蚀强,能增强装置的使用寿命。
因为移动板22材料为Q235钢,Q235钢具有良好的塑性和焊接性能,成型能力很好并且具有一定的强度,Q235钢价格相对便宜,性价比高,实用性能好,所以选用Q235钢既可以节约成本,又能够延长本装置的使用寿命。
因为旋转电机11为伺服旋转电机11,伺服旋转电机11抗过载能力强,高速性能好,能精准控制其转速。

  1. 一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,其特征在于,包括有底板(1)、原料罐(2)、出料管(3)、第一电控阀(4)、进料斗(5)、第二电控阀(6)、滑轨(7)、滑块(8)、电动绕线轮(9)、拉线(10)、旋转电机(11)、第一转轴(12)、第一皮带轮(13)、平皮带(14)、轴承座(15)、第二皮带轮(16)、第二转轴(17)、第一弹簧(19)、搅拌叶片(20)、固定板(21)和移动板(22),底板(1)顶部通过螺栓的连接方式固定有原料罐(2),原料罐(2)右侧底部通过法兰的连接方式连接有出料管(3),出料管(3)上设有第一电控阀(4),原料罐(2)左侧下部通过螺栓连接的方式连接有进料斗(5),进料斗(5)上设置有第二电控阀(6),原料罐(2)内左右两壁中部之间通过螺栓连接的方式连接有固定板(21),固定板(21)中间开有导向孔(18),原料罐(2)内左右两壁上部通过螺栓连接的方式左右对称连接有滑轨(7),两滑轨(7)上均滑动式连接有滑块(8),两滑块(8)之间通过螺栓连接的方式连接有移动板(22),移动板(22)顶部与原料罐(2)内顶部通过挂钩的连接的方式左右对称连接有第一弹簧(19),移动板(22)底部左侧通过螺栓连接的方式连接有旋转电机(11),旋转电机(11)下端的输出轴通过联轴器连接有第一转轴(12),第一转轴(12)底部通过平键的连接的方式连接有第一皮带轮(13),移动板(22)底部中间通过螺栓连接的方式连接有轴承座(15),轴承座(15)内的轴承通过过盈连接的方式连接有第二转轴(17),第二转轴(17)上部通过平键的连接的方式连接有第二皮带轮(16),第二皮带轮(16)与第一皮带轮(13)上绕有平皮带(14),第二转轴(17)下部穿过导向孔(18)并均匀的焊接有搅拌叶片(20),原料罐(2)顶部左右两侧对称开有小孔(23),原料罐(2)顶部通过螺栓连接的方式左右对称连接有电动绕线轮(9),电动绕线轮(9)上均绕有拉线(10),拉线(10) 另一端均穿过小孔(23)并通过挂钩的连接的方式与移动板(22)顶部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,其特征在于,还包括有防护罩(24),原料罐(2)顶部通过螺栓连接的方式连接有防护罩(24),防护罩(24)将两电动绕线轮(9)盖住。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,其特征在于,还包括有第二弹簧(25)和钢珠(26),搅拌叶片(20)末端均通过挂钩的连接的方式连接有第二弹簧(25),第二弹簧(25)末端均焊接有钢珠(26)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,其特征在于,底板(1)的材料为不锈钢。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,其特征在于,移动板(22)材料为Q235钢。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯制造用环氧树脂防凝固设备,其特征在于,旋转电机(11)为伺服旋转电机(11)。
