一种卧铺车及列车 技术领域
本申请涉及轨道交通领域,尤其涉及一种卧铺车及列车。
背景技术
铁路硬卧客车每个包间设上、中、下各两个铺,全车共设66个铺,单车运输量较大,对乘客和铁路运输部门来说,在长途运输中性价比较高,是乘客远行的重要选择之一,也是铁路运输部门主营的产品之一。
如图1和图2所示分别为25G型和25T型硬卧车的截面示意图;现有的25G型和25T型硬卧车均分上中下三个铺,其中下铺与中铺之间的距离为900mm,中铺与上铺之间的距离为690mm、上铺与顶板之间的距离为660mm。下铺空间相对较大,中上铺空间狭小,乘客上下铺甚至休息都很困难,舒适性较差。
并且25G型硬卧采用顶板中部送风,即出风口1设置在顶板的中部,25T型硬卧采用顶板与行李柜上形成的条缝作为出风口1向卧铺中送风。空调送风口距上铺较近,距下铺较远,因此上、下铺之间温差较大,舒适度较差,容易导致上、下铺乘客对空调送风口送风量需求不一致的情况。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题之一,本申请提供了一种卧铺车,所述卧铺车包括车厢和设置在车厢上的空调机组,所述车厢内分为卧铺包间和走廊,车厢的车顶下部设置有顶板,位于所述走廊上部的车顶上设置有线槽,所述空调机组的接引线均穿过所述线槽,所述空调机组通过设置在卧铺包间顶板上的风道向卧铺包间吹风。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述风道包括主风道和支风道,所述主风道贯穿设置在所述车厢的车顶和顶板之间,且位于卧铺包间一侧,所述主风道为下端开口的箱体结构,所述主风道的开口端与顶板固定连接;所述顶板向下凸出, 所述主风道与顶板之间形成凸出空间,所述凸出空间为顶板支风道;所述卧铺包间的侧墙上设置有凸出侧墙表面的侧墙支风道,所述侧墙支风道与顶板支风道连通。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述侧墙支风道的底部开设有至少一个调节风口。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述顶板支风道和侧墙支风道均位于卧铺包间两侧卧铺中间的位置。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述侧墙支风道上还设置有灯具、扬声器和/或显示屏。

本申请的有益效果如下:
本申请首先将所有的线槽均放置在走廊的顶部,从而释放了卧铺包间顶板与车顶之间的空间。再通过将顶板与主风道结构进行合并的方式,取消了原本主风道与顶板的安装空间。使得顶板高度能够上提,释放了更多上铺空间。
本申请还通过独有的主风道与支风道的送风结构,能够对每个卧铺包间的温度进行独立调控,并结合设置在支风道上的调节风口,更加满足每位乘客的温度需求。使乘客旅途更为舒适。

为了使本申请实施例中的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图对本申请的示例性实施例进行进一步详细的说明,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本 申请的一部分实施例,而不是所有实施例的穷举。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图3至图8所示,本实施例提出一种卧铺车,所述卧铺车包括车厢和设置在车厢上空调通风系统,所述空调通风系统为现有系统,包括空调机组3、送风道、回风装置、自然通风装置以及废排装置等。所述车厢内分为卧铺包间和走廊,车厢的车顶下部设置有顶板4,位于所述走廊上部的车顶上设置有线槽2,所述线槽2通过线槽2安装座焊接在车顶上。所述空调机组3的接引线均穿过所述线槽2,所述空调机组3通过设置在卧铺包间顶板4上的风道将处理后的冷/热空气吹向卧铺包间,调节卧铺包间内的温度。卧铺包间内大部分空气经回风装置回到空调机组3,并与新风混合后继续制冷/暖,少部分空气通过自然通风装置以及废排装置排出车外。
具体的,现有的卧铺车辆在卧铺包间和走廊的车顶部位均设置有线槽2,由于线槽2的存在,使得位于卧铺包间上方的风道处在车体中心的位置,且距离上铺的高度较低,造成了上中下铺的距离也随之减小。
而本实施例将所有的线槽2均设置在了走廊的车顶处,使得卧铺包间上方的车顶有充足的空间来布置风道,同时,可以在保证通风面积的情况下将风道的高度上移。风道的高度上移后,就能够将上中下铺之间的距离增大,尤其是中铺与上铺以及上铺与顶板4之间的距离都可增大到700mm以上,从而使中铺和上铺的乘客更为舒适。
进一步的,所述风道包括主风道5和支风道,所述主风道5贯穿设置在所述车厢的车顶和顶板4之间,且位于卧铺包间一侧,所述主风道5为下端开口的箱体结构,所述主风道5的开口端与顶板4固定连接;所述顶板4向下凸出,所述主风道5与顶板4之间形成凸出空间,所述凸出空间为顶板支风道6;所述卧铺包间的侧墙上设置有凸出侧墙表面的侧墙支风道16,所述侧墙支风道16与顶板支风道6连通。
具体的,目前所有的车辆顶板4与主风道5之间都有一定的安装距离和空间,使得主风道5距离上铺的高度较小。本实施例所述的卧铺包间上方的顶板 4和主风道5均采用玻璃钢材质,主风道5的结构也采用一端为开口的箱体结构,将主风道5倒扣在顶板4上,使顶板4作为主风道5的下壁,从而节约了顶板4与主风道5之间的安装空间。将顶板4的高度上提,增加了上铺与顶板4之间的空间。
另外,由于卧铺包间两侧卧铺中间的顶板4高度并不影响两个上铺的空间,因此,在该位置的主风道5的下方还设置有支风道,支风道主要包括顶板支风道6和侧墙支风道16。顶板4在与主风道5安装的部位向下凸出,形成突出空间,该突出空间即为顶板支风道6,在侧墙上同样设置一个突出的侧墙支风道16,并将顶板支风道6与侧墙支风道16连通。这样,主风道5的风可以通过顶板支风道6进入侧墙支风道16中,并最终由侧墙支风道16流出,向卧铺包间送风。
其中,为了尽量满足卧铺包间内乘客的需求,可将侧墙支风道16的高度设置在卧铺包间侧墙的中部位置,这样可以使上中下铺的乘客都能感受到适宜的温度。同时,在侧墙支风道16的底部开设有至少一个调节风口7,乘客可以根据自身温度需求通过调节风口7来调节送风量,保证卧铺包间内垂直温差。为了满足乘客旅途期间的生活需求,也可在侧墙支风道16上设置灯具、扬声器和/或显示屏等辅助设备。
进一步的,所述主风道5通过托梁8固定在卧铺包间的车顶与平板之间,所述托梁8的底部与两个相邻卧铺包间的间壁9固定连接。
具体的,本实施例所述的卧铺包间的车顶部位设置有C型槽12,且所述C型槽12的开口向下,在C型槽12中安装有滑块13,通过螺栓14等固定件将设置在主风道5上的风道吊11固定在滑块13上,然后将风道吊11固定在托梁8上。同时,每两个相邻卧铺包间的间壁9也都分别固定有一个托梁8。
另外,为了保证托梁8不外露,同时为了将从走廊顶部线槽2出来的电线电缆布设到卧铺包间中,在顶板4和间壁9之间设置有装饰板10,在实现上述目的的同时还能够起到美观的作用。
进一步的,本实施例所述的卧铺车的走廊与车顶之间还设置有行李柜15, 所述行李柜15与卧铺包间连通。
对应的,本实施例还提出了一种包括至少一列如上所述的卧铺车的列车。通过目前卧铺车独有的主风道5与支风道的送风结构以满足不同乘客对于卧铺包间内温度的需求。同时,将主风道5与顶板4之间的安装结构进行优化,使得顶板4高度能够比现有卧铺车的顶板4高度提高,释放了更多的上铺空间。从而可以将上铺的空间整体向上平移,增大乘客的活动空间,使乘客更为舒适。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述顶板支风道和侧墙支风道均位于卧铺包间两侧卧铺中间的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述侧墙支风道上还设置有灯具、扬声器和/或显示屏。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述线槽通过线槽安装座焊接在车顶上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,
    所述主风道通过托梁固定在卧铺包间的车顶与平板之间,
    所述托梁的底部与两个相邻卧铺包间的间壁固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,
    所述车顶上设置有C型槽且开口朝下,
    所述C型槽中设置有滑块,所述滑块与设置在所述风道上的风道吊固定连接,
    所述托梁固定在所述风道吊上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述风道吊通过螺栓与滑块固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述每个间壁的两个侧壁与顶板之间均设置有装饰板,所述托梁位于间壁、顶板与装饰板形成的空间内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述走廊车顶的线槽内的接引线经所述间壁、顶板与装饰板形成的空间布置引入卧铺包间中。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述每两层相邻的卧铺之间的距离以及上铺与顶板之间的距离均大于700mm。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的卧铺车,其特征在于,所述走廊与车顶之间设置有行李柜,所述行李柜与卧铺包间连通。
  14. 一种列车,其特征在于,所述列车包括至少一节权利要求1至13所述的卧铺车。
