Description

一种炒锅的组合装置 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家电技术领域,特别是涉及一种炒锅的组合装置。
背景技术
目前,现有的炒菜机的炒锅一般通过其底座上的转轴可转动地连接在驱动装置上,通过驱动装置驱动炒锅进行旋转,以实现炒菜机的炒菜功能。
在炒菜机使用的过程中,由于炒锅具有一定的使用寿命,因此在炒锅达到使用寿命时需要更换炒锅;但是,由于炒锅通过其底座上的转轴直接与驱动装置连接,导致炒锅的拆卸不便,从而导致无法快速更换炒锅。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种炒锅的组合装置,以解决现有的炒锅在达到使用寿命时无法快速更换的技术问题,以实现炒锅的快速更换。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种炒锅的组合装置,包括法兰组件、炒锅、加热装置、支架和驱动装置,所述加热装置包括内胆和外壳,所述法兰组件包括第一法兰和第二法兰;所述外壳固定连接在所述支架上,所述内胆容置于所述外壳内,所述炒锅置于所述内胆上;所述第一法兰连接在所述炒锅的底部上,所述第一法兰依次穿过所述内胆和所述外壳的底部,且所述第一法兰可拆卸地连接在所述第二法兰上;所述第二法兰可转动地连接在所述驱动装置上;所述驱动装置固定连接在所述支架上。
作为优选方案,所述第一法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡销,所述第二法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡口,所述卡销与所述卡口卡接。
作为优选方案,所述第一法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡口,所述 第二法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡销,所述卡销与所述卡口卡接。
作为优选方案,所述卡口为U形;其中,所述卡口的一端为封闭端口,所述卡口的另一端为开放端口,且所述卡口的封闭端口与所述卡口的开放端口相距特定的垂直距离。
作为优选方案,所述法兰组件还包括至少一个第一弹性件,所述第一法兰上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔,所述第二法兰上设有第一容置槽,所述第一容置槽的底部上设有至少一个定位销,所述第一弹性件套设于所述定位销上;在所述卡销与所述卡口卡接时,所述第一弹性件的一端穿过所述第一通孔并抵靠在所述炒锅的底部上,所述第一弹性件的另一端抵靠在所述第一容置槽的底部上。

本发明提供的一种炒锅的组合装置,包括法兰组件、炒锅、加热装置、支架和驱动装置,加热装置包括内胆和外壳,法兰组件包括第一法兰和第二法兰;外壳固定连接在支架上,内胆容置于外壳内,炒锅置于内胆上;第一法兰连接在炒锅的底部上,第一法兰依次穿过内胆和外壳的底部,且第一法兰可拆卸地连接在第二法兰上;第二法兰可转动地连接在驱动装置上;驱动装置固定连接在支架上。在更换炒锅时,只需将第一法兰从第二法兰上快速拆卸下来,即可完成炒锅与 驱动装置的分离,从而实现炒锅的快速拆卸;再将新的炒锅通过第一法兰可拆卸地连接在第二法兰上,即可实现炒锅通过法兰组件快速安装在驱动装置上,从而实现炒锅的快速更换。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
结合图1和图2所示,本发明优选实施例的一种炒锅的组合装置,包括法兰组件1、炒锅2、加热装置3、支架4和驱动装置5,所述加热装置3包括内胆31和外壳32,所述法兰组件1包括第一法兰11和第二法兰12;所述外壳32固定连接在所述支架4上,所述内胆31容置于所述外壳32内,所述炒锅2置于所述内胆31上;所述第一法兰11连接在所述炒锅2的底部上,所述第一法兰11依次穿过所述内胆31和所述外壳32的底部,且所述第一法兰11可拆卸地连接在所述第二法兰12上;所述第二法兰12可转动地连接在所述驱动装置5上;所述驱动装置5固定连接在所述支架4上。
在本发明实施例中,在更换所述炒锅2时,只需将所述第一法兰11从所述第二法兰12上快速拆卸下来,即可完成所述炒锅2与所述驱动装置5的分离,从而实现所述炒锅2的快速拆卸;再将新的炒锅2通过所述第一法兰11可拆卸地连接在所述第二法兰12上,即可实现所述炒锅2通过所述法兰组件1快速安装在所述驱动装置5上,从而实现所述炒锅2的快速更换。
结合图2至图5所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述第一法兰11可拆卸地连接在所述第二法兰12上,本实施例中的所述第一法兰11的侧面上设有至少一个卡销111(或卡口121),所述第二法兰12 的侧面上设有至少一个卡口121(或卡销111),所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接,通过所述卡销111与所述卡口121的卡接,使得所述炒锅2可以通过所述第一法兰11快速拆卸或安装在所述第二法兰12上,从而实现所述炒锅2的快速更换。
结合图2至图5所示,为了提高所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接的牢固性与便利性,本实施例中的所述卡口121为U形;其中,所述卡口121的一端为封闭端口,所述卡口121的另一端为开放端口,且所述卡口121的封闭端口与所述卡口121的开放端口相距特定的垂直距离,所述卡销111从所述卡口121的开放端口进入所述卡口121内,并卡接于所述卡口121的封闭端口上,以实现所述卡销111牢靠地卡接在所述卡口121上,同时还有利于提高所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接的便利性,从而有利于提高所述炒锅2的更换速度。
在本发明实施例中,所述卡销111的形状可根据实际使用要求设置,如长方体、圆柱体或其它任意形状等。为了使所述卡销111与所述卡口121的封闭端口充分的接触,以提高所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接的牢固性,优选地,本实施例中的所述卡销111的形状为长方体。
在本发明实施例中,所述卡销111的数量可根据实际使用要求设置,如3个,4个和5个等。为了确保所述第一法兰11能够牢靠地卡接在所述第二法兰12上,并使结构简单化,以降低成本,优选地,本实施例中的所述卡销111为4个,相应地,所述卡口121为4个,且所述卡销111和所述卡口121为一一对应的关系。
此外,在本发明实施例中,需要说明的是,当所述第一法兰11卡接在所述第二法兰12上时,为了使所述第一法兰11的侧面受力均匀,以确保所述第一法兰11的侧面的各个位置牢靠地卡接在所述第二法兰12上,本实施例中的4个所述卡销111(或所述卡口121)在所述第一法兰11的侧面上呈圆形排列,相应地,4个所述卡口121 (或所述卡销111)在所述第二法兰12的侧面上呈圆形排列。
结合图2至图5所示,为了在所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时,能够给所述炒锅2提供向上的支撑力,本实施例中的所述法兰组件1还包括至少一个弹性件13,所述第一法兰11上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔112,所述第二法兰12上设有第一容置槽122,所述第一容置槽122的底部上设有至少一个定位销123,所述弹性件13套设于所述定位销123上;在所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时,所述弹性件13的一端穿过所述第一通孔112并抵靠在所述炒锅2的底部上,所述弹性件13的另一端抵靠在所述第二容置槽122的底部上。在所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时,通过所述炒锅2的底部压紧所述弹性件13,使得在所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接完成后,所述弹性件13由于反作用力对所述炒锅2产生向上的支撑力,从而使得所述卡销111牢固地卡接在所述卡口121上。
此外,在本发明实施例中,需要说明的是,此时本实施例中的所述卡销111(或所述卡口121)设于所述第一通孔112的外侧璧上,所述卡口121(或所述卡销111)设于所述第一容置槽122的侧壁上。
在本发明实施例中,所述弹性件13的数量可以根据实际使用要求设置,如2个,3个和4个等。为了提高所述弹性件13对所述炒锅2的底部的向上的支撑力,以提高所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时的锁紧力,优选地,本实施例中的所述弹性件13为3个,相应地,所述定位销123为3个,且所述弹性件13与所述定位销123为一一对应的关系。
此外,在本发明实施例中,需要说明的是,所述弹性件13为弹簧,当然,所述弹性件13也可以采用其它弹性材料,只需满足有足够的对所述炒锅2的向上的支撑力即可,在此不做更多的赘述。
结合图2至图7所示,为了进一步提高所述弹性件13对所述炒锅2的底部的向上的支撑力,以进一步提高所述卡销111与所述卡口 121卡接时的锁紧力,本实施例中所述法兰组件1还包括压弹内盖14和压弹外盖15,所述压弹内盖14的外壁上设有第一环形凸缘141,所述压弹内盖14上还设有第二容置槽142,所述压弹外盖15包括底座151和设于所述底座151上的第一凸台152,所述压弹外盖15上设有贯穿其上下表面的第二通孔153,且所述第二通孔153的内壁上设有第二环形凸缘154;所述压弹内盖14通过所述第二容置槽142盖设于所述弹性件13上,所述压弹外盖15通过所述第二通孔153套设于所述压弹内盖14上,且所述第一环形凸缘141与所述第二环形凸缘154相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘154的下方,所述压弹外盖15通过所述底座151固定连接在所述第一容置槽122的底部上;在所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时,所述弹性件13的一端通过所述第二容置槽142的底部抵靠在所述炒锅2的底部上。通过所述弹性件13向所述压弹内盖14施加向上的支撑力,使得所述压弹内盖14抵靠在所述炒锅2的底部上,从而使得所述压弹内盖14对所述炒锅2的底部产生向上的支撑力,由于所述压弹内盖14与所述炒锅2的底部的接触面积较大,使得所述压弹内盖14对所述炒锅2的底部产生的向上的支撑力较大,从而提高了所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时的锁紧力。
此外,在本发明实施例中,为了防止所述压弹内盖14从所述压弹外盖15中脱出,所述第一环形凸缘141与所述第二环形凸缘154相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘154的下方;同时,也可以利用所述第一环形凸缘141与所述第二环形凸缘154的卡接来提高所述压弹内盖14对所述炒锅2的底部的向上的支撑力,从而进一步提高所述卡销111与所述卡口121卡接时的锁紧力。
结合图2至图7所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述压弹外盖15通过所述底座151固定连接在所述第一容置槽122的底部上,本实施例中所述底座151的底部上设有贯穿其上下表面的第五通孔 1511,所述第一容置槽122的底部上设有第六通孔1221,所述第五通孔1511通过第一螺丝连接在所述第六通孔1221上。
结合图2至图8所示,为了引导所述弹压内盖14进入所述第一法兰11的所述第一通孔112内,以避免所述第一法兰11卡接在所述第二法兰12上时出现偏心,本实施例中的所述法兰组件1还包括引导件16,所述引导件16上设有第三容置槽161,所述引导件16通过所述第三容置槽161套设并连接在所述压弹内盖14上,通过所述引导件16的侧壁与所述第一通孔112的侧壁相接触,以引导所述弹压内盖14进入所述第一法兰11的所述第一通孔112内,从而避免所述第一法兰11卡接在所述第二法兰12上时出现偏心。
结合图2至图8所示,为了减少所述引导件16的侧壁与所述第一通孔112的侧壁相接触时的摩擦力,本实施例中的所述引导件16的上部呈圆锥台状,以减少所述引导件16的侧壁与所述第一通孔112的侧壁的接触面积,从而减少所述引导件16进入所述第一通孔112时的摩擦力。
结合图2至图8所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述引导件16通过所述第三容置槽161套设并连接在所述压弹内盖14上,所述压弹内盖14上设有第七通孔143,所述第三容置槽161的底部上设有贯穿其底部的第八通孔1611,所述第八通孔1611通过第二螺丝连接在所述第七通孔143上。

在本发明实施例中,所述弹性支撑结构62的数量可以根据实际使用要求设置,如3个,4个和5个等。为了提高所述弹性支撑结构62对所述炒锅2的定心作用,以自动纠正所述炒锅2的偏心,本实施例中的所述弹性支撑结构62为4个,且4个所述弹性支撑结构62在所述环形底座61上呈圆周排列。
结合图2、图12和图13所示,为了使所述炒锅的组合装置的内部形成密封的空间,以保护所述炒锅的组合装置不受到损坏,本实施例中的所述炒锅的组合装置还包括保护壳7,所述炒锅2、所述加热装置3、所述支架4和所述驱动装置5均容置于所述保护壳7内;所述保护壳7包括上保护壳71和下保护壳72,所述支架4包括支架本 体41和至少一个设于所述支架本体41上的连接臂42,所述连接臂42的上部设有第一插接部421,所述上保护壳71上设有第一插接口711,所述第一插接部421插设于所述第一插接口711内;所述连接臂42的下部设有第二插接部422,所述下保护壳72上设有第二插接口721,所述第二插接部422插设于所述第二插接口721内。通过所述上保护壳71、所述下保护壳72与所述支架4的插接,使得所述上保护壳71的底部和所述下保护壳72的顶部贴合在一起,同时结合所述炒锅2的镶嵌配合,在所述炒锅的组合装置的内部形成密封空间。
此外,需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述连接臂42的形状为V形,所述第一插接部421设于所述连接臂42的一个分支上,所述第二插接部422设于所述连接臂42的另一个分支上。
在本发明实施例中,所述连接臂42的数量可以根据实际使用要求设置,如1个,2个和3个等。为了实现所述上保护壳71、所述下保护壳72牢靠地插接在所述支架4上,优选地,本实施例中的所述连接臂42为2个,且2个所述连接臂42在所述支架本体41上呈圆周排列;相应地,所述安装部611也为2个,且2个所述安装部611在所述环形底座61上呈圆周排列,以实现所述环形底座61与所述连接臂41的牢靠固定,从而实现所述环形底座61与内胆的顶部311的紧密接触。
在本发明实施例中,为了降低所述支架4的制造难度,以降低成本,优选地,本实施例中的所述支架本体41与所述连接臂42采用钣金一体成型。当然,所述支架本体41与所述连接臂42也可以分别成型再连接在一起,在此不做更多的赘述。
如图2所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述加热装置3固定连接在所述支架4上,本实施例中的所述支架4还包括支撑座43,所述外壳32通过所述支撑座43固定连接在所述支架4上;所述支撑座上43设有第四通孔431,所述第一法兰11依次穿过所述内胆31的 底部、所述外壳32的底部和所述第四通孔431。具体地,所述支撑座43上设有安装支座432,所述支撑座43通过所述安装支座432固定连接在所述支架本体41上。
结合图2和图5所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述第二法兰12可转动地连接在所述驱动装置5上,本实施例中的所述驱动装置5为电机,所述第二法兰12的底部上设有连接孔124,所述第二法兰12通过所述连接孔124可转动地连接在所述电机5的输出轴上。此外,在本发明实施例中,为了提高所述电机5对所述法兰组件1的驱动力矩,本实施例中的所述连接孔的截面为六边形,相应地,所述电机5的输出轴的截面为六边形;当然,在本发明实施例中,所述连接孔124的截面也可以为圆形或其它任意形状,只需满足能够提高所述电机5对所述法兰组件1的驱动力矩即可,在此不做更多的赘述。
结合图1和图2所示,为了实现所述炒锅的翻转,本实施例中的所述炒锅的组合装置还包括机架(图中未示出),一个所述连接臂42通过第一转轴8可转动地连接在所述机架上,另一个所述连接臂42通过第二转轴9可转动地连接在所述机架上。
结合图2、图4和图14所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述第一法兰11固定连接在所述炒锅2的底部上,本实施例中的所述第一法兰11的底部上设有至少一个贯穿其上下表面的安装孔113,所述炒锅2的底部上设有至少一个螺柱21,所述螺柱21与所述安装孔113可拆卸地连接。
在本发明实施例中,所述螺柱21的数量可根据实际使用要求设置,如3个,4个和5个等。为了确保所述第一法兰11牢靠地连接在所述炒锅2的底部上,并使结构简单化,以降低成本,优选地,本实施例中的所述螺柱21的数量为4个,相应地,所述安装孔113的数量为4个,且所述螺柱21与所述安装孔113为一一对应的关系。
结合图1和图14所示,为了防止在更换所述炒菜机的炒锅时, 所述炒锅2的开口划伤用户,给用户造成伤害,本实施例中的所述炒锅2的开口上设有翻边结构22。此外,所述翻边结构22的设计还可以防止垃圾等杂物掉进所述密封空间内。
此外,在本实用新型实施例中,需要说明的是,本实施例中的所述翻边结构22可采用圆弧结构或直角结构,且所述翻边结构22的大小可以在一定的范围内调节,只需满足避免所述炒锅2的开口划伤用户即可,在此不做更多的赘述。
综上,本发明提供的一种炒锅的组合装置,包括法兰组件1、炒锅2、加热装置3、支架4和驱动装置5,加热装置3包括内胆31和外壳32,法兰组件1包括第一法兰11和第二法兰12;外壳32固定连接在支架4上,内胆31容置于外壳32内,炒锅2置于内胆31上;第一法兰11连接在炒锅2的底部上,第一法兰11依次穿过内胆31和外壳32的底部,且第一法兰11可拆卸地连接在第二法兰12上;第二法兰12可转动地连接在驱动装置5上;驱动装置5固定连接在支架4上。在更换炒锅2时,只需将第一法兰11从第二法兰12上快速拆卸下来,即可完成炒锅2与驱动装置5的分离,从而实现炒锅2的快速拆卸;再将新的炒锅2通过第一法兰11可拆卸地连接在第二法兰12上,即可实现炒锅2通过法兰组件1快速安装在驱动装置5上,从而实现炒锅2的快速更换。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,包括法兰组件、炒锅、加热装置、支架和驱动装置,所述加热装置包括内胆和外壳,所述法兰组件包括第一法兰和第二法兰;所述外壳固定连接在所述支架上,所述内胆容置于所述外壳内,所述炒锅置于所述内胆上;所述第一法兰连接在所述炒锅的底部上,所述第一法兰依次穿过所述内胆和所述外壳的底部,且所述第一法兰可拆卸地连接在所述第二法兰上;所述第二法兰可转动地连接在所述驱动装置上;所述驱动装置固定连接在所述支架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述第一法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡销,所述第二法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡口,所述卡销与所述卡口卡接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述第一法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡口,所述第二法兰的侧面上设有至少一个卡销,所述卡销与所述卡口卡接。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述卡口为U形;其中,所述卡口的一端为封闭端口,所述卡口的另一端为开放端口,且所述卡口的封闭端口与所述卡口的开放端口相距特定的垂直距离。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述法兰组件还包括至少一个第一弹性件,所述第一法兰上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔,所述第二法兰上设有第一容置槽,所述第一容置槽的底部上设有至少一个定位销,所述第一弹性件套设于所述定位销上;在所述卡销与所述卡口卡接时,所述第一弹性件的一端穿过所述第一通孔并抵靠在所述炒锅的底部上,所述第一弹性件的另一端抵靠在所述第一容置槽的底部上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述法 兰组件还包括压弹内盖和压弹外盖,所述压弹内盖的外壁上设有第一环形凸缘,所述压弹内盖上还设有第二容置槽,所述压弹外盖包括底座和设于所述底座上的第一凸台,所述压弹外盖上设有贯穿其上下表面的第二通孔,且所述第二通孔的内壁上设有第二环形凸缘;所述压弹内盖通过所述第二容置槽盖设于所述第一弹性件上,所述压弹外盖通过所述第二通孔套设于所述压弹内盖上,且所述第一环形凸缘与所述第二环形凸缘相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘的下方,所述压弹外盖通过所述底座固定连接在所述第一容置槽的底部上;在所述卡销与所述卡口卡接时,所述第一弹性件的一端通过所述第二容置槽的底部抵靠在所述炒锅的底部上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述法兰组件还包括引导件,所述引导件上设有第三容置槽,所述引导件通过所述第三容置槽套设并连接在所述压弹内盖上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅的组合装置还包括弹力支撑装置,所述弹力支撑装置包括环形底座和多个均布于所述环形底座上的弹力支撑结构;所述环形底座上设有至少一个安装部,所述环形底座与内胆的顶部相接触,且所述环形底座通过所述安装部固定连接在所述支架上;所述弹力支撑结构包括安装座、压紧件、顶轴、顶珠和第二弹性件,所述安装座上设有第三通孔,所述顶轴的一端固定连接在所述压紧件上,所述顶轴的另一端穿过所述第三通孔,所述顶轴的侧面上设有第二凸台,所述第二弹性件套设于所述顶轴上,且所述第二弹性件的一端抵靠在所述压紧件上,所述第二弹性件的另一端抵靠在所述第二凸台的一端上,所述第二凸台的另一端抵靠在所述安装座上,所述压紧件固定连接在所述安装座上,所述顶珠固定连接在所述顶轴的另一端上,所述弹力支撑结构通过所述安装座固定连接在所述环形底座上;在所述炒锅置于所述加热装置上时,所述顶珠抵靠在所述炒锅的外侧壁上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述炒锅的组合装置还包括保护壳,所述炒锅、所述加热装置、所述支架和所述驱动装置均容置于所述保护壳内;所述保护壳包括上保护壳和下保护壳,所述支架包括支架本体和至少一个设于所述支架本体上的连接臂,所述连接臂的上部设有第一插接部,所述上保护壳上设有第一插接口,所述第一插接部插设于所述第一插接口内;所述连接臂的下部设有第二插接部,所述下保护壳上设有第二插接口,所述第二插接部插设于所述第二插接口内。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的炒锅的组合装置,其特征在于,所述支架还包括支撑座,所述外壳通过所述支撑座固定连接在所述支架上;所述支撑座上设有第四通孔,所述第一法兰依次穿过所述内胆的底部、所述外壳的底部和所述第四通孔。
