具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
结合图1至图4所示,本发明优选实施例的一种连接组件,包括第一连接件1、第二连接件2和弹性组件3,所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接,所述第一连接件上设有安装孔13,所述第一连接件1上还设有第一容置腔11,所述第二连接件2上设有第二容置腔21,所述弹性组件3设于所述第二容置腔21的底部上;在所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时,所述弹性组件3受压并容置于所述第一容置腔11与所述第二容置腔21所形成的安装腔4内。
在本发明实施例中,通过将所述第二连接件2可转动地连接在驱动装置上,将炒锅通过所述安装孔13固定连接在所述第一连接件1上,并压紧所述安装腔4内的所述弹性组件3,使得所述弹性组件的反作用力作用在所述第一连接件1和所述第二连接件2上,进而使得 所述第一连接件1牢靠地卡接在所述第二连接件2上,从而实现所述炒锅通过所述连接组件可转动地连接在所述驱动装置上;在更换所述炒锅时,只需将所述第一连接件1从所述第二连接件2上快速拆卸下来,即可完成所述炒锅与所述驱动装置的分离,从而实现所述炒锅的快速拆卸;再将新的炒锅通过所述第一连接件1卡接在所述第二连接件2上,即可实现所述炒锅通过所述连接组件快速安装在所述驱动装置上,从而实现所述炒锅的快速更换。
结合图1至图4所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述弹性组件3在受压后所产生的反作用力能够使所述第一连接件1牢靠地卡接在所述第二连接2上,本实施例中的所述第一容置腔11的顶部封闭,所述弹性组件3包括至少一个弹性件31,所述第二容置腔21的底部上设有至少一个定位销22,所述弹性件31套设于所述定位销22上;在所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时,所述弹性件31的一端抵靠在所述第二容置腔21的底部上,所述弹性件3的另一端抵靠在所述第一容置腔11的顶部上。在所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时,所述第一容置腔11的顶部压紧所述弹性件31,因此在所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接后,由于所述弹性件31的反作用力,使得所述弹性件31对所述第一容置腔11的顶部产生向上的推力,并对所述第二容置腔21的底部产生向下的推力,进而使得所述第一连接件1向上运动,所述第二连接件2向下运动,从而使得所述第一连接件1牢靠地卡接在所述第二连接件2上。
结合图1至图6所示,为了进一步提高所述弹性件31对所述第一容置腔11的底部的向上的推力,以进一步提高所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时的锁紧力,本实施例中所述弹性组件3还包括压弹内盖32和压弹外盖33,所述压弹内盖32的外壁上设有第一环形凸缘321,所述压弹内盖32上还设有第一容置槽322,所述压弹外盖33包括底座331和设于所述底座331上的第一凸台332,所 述压弹外盖33上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔333,且所述第一通孔333的内壁上设有第二环形凸缘334,所述压弹内盖32通过所述第一容置槽322盖设于所述弹性件31上,所述压弹外盖33通过所述第一通孔333套设于所述压弹内盖32上,且所述第一环形凸缘321与所述第二环形凸缘334相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘334的下方,所述压弹外盖33通过所述底座331固定连接在所述第二容置腔21的底部上;在所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时,所述弹性件31的一端抵靠在所述第二容置腔21的底部上,所述弹性件31的另一端通过所述压弹内盖32抵靠在所述第一容置腔11的顶部上。通过所述弹性件31向所述压弹内盖32施加向上的推力,使得所述压弹内盖32抵靠在所述第一容置腔11的底部上,从而使得所述压弹内盖32对所述第一容置腔11的底部产生向上的推力,由于所述压弹内盖32与所述第一容置腔11的底部的接触面积较大,使得所述压弹内盖32对所述第一容置腔11的底部产生的向上的推力较大,从而提高了所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时的锁紧力。
此外,在本发明实施例中,为了防止所述压弹内盖32从所述压弹外盖33中脱出,所述第一环形凸缘321与所述第二环形凸缘334相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘334的下方;同时,也可以利用所述第一环形凸缘321与所述第二环形凸缘334的卡接来提高所述压弹内盖32对所述第一容置腔11的底部的向上的推力,从而进一步提高所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时的锁紧力。
结合图1至图6所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述压弹外盖33通过所述底座331固定连接在所述第二容置腔21的底部上,本实施例中所述底座331的底部上设有贯穿其上下表面的第二通孔335,所述第二容置腔12的底部上设有第三通孔23,所述第二通孔335通过第一螺丝连接在所述第三通孔23上。
在本发明实施例中,所述弹性件31的数量可以根据实际使用要 求设置,如1个,2个和3个等。为了确保所述弹性件31对所述第一容置腔11的底部有足够的向上的推力,并同时使结构简单化,优选地,本实施例中的所述弹性件31为1个,相应地,所述定位销22为1个。另外,当所述弹性件31为多个时,所述定位销22也为多个,且所述弹性件31与所述定位销22为一一对应的关系。
此外,在本发明实施例中,需要说明的是,所述弹性件31的材料为弹簧,当然,所述弹性件31也可以采用其它弹性材料,只需满足有足够的对所述第一容置腔11的向上的推力即可,在此不做更多的赘述。
结合图1至图7所示,为了引导所述弹压内盖32进入所述第一容置腔11内,以避免所述连接件1卡接在所述第二连接件2上时出现偏心,所述弹性组件3还包括引导件34,所述引导件34上设有第二容置槽341,所述引导件34通过所述第二容置槽341套设并连接在所述压弹内盖32上,通过所述引导件34的侧壁与所述第一容置腔11的侧壁相接触,以引导所述弹压内盖32进入所述第一容置腔11内,从而避免所述第一连接件1卡接在所述第二法连接件2上时出现偏心。
结合图1至图7所示,为了减少所述引导件34的侧壁与所述第一容置腔11的侧壁相接触时的摩擦力,本实施例中的所述引导件34的上部呈圆锥台状,以减少所述引导件34的侧壁与所述第一容置腔11的侧壁的接触面积,从而减少所述引导件34进入所述第一容置腔11时的摩擦力。
结合图1至图7所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述引导件34通过所述第二容置槽341套设并连接在所述压弹内盖32上,所述压弹内盖32上设有第四通孔323,所述第二容置槽341的底部上设有贯穿其底部的第五通孔342,所述第五通孔342通过第二螺丝连接在所述第四通孔323上。
结合图1至图4所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2的卡接,本实施例中的所述第一连接件1的侧面上设有至少一个卡销12,所述第二连接件2的侧面上设有至少一个卡口24,所述卡销12与所述卡口24卡接,通过所述卡销12与所述卡口24的卡接,使得所述炒锅可以通过所述第一连接件1快速拆卸或安装在所述第二连接件2上,从而实现所述炒锅的快速更换。
当然,在本发明实施例中,也可以采用在所述第一连接件1的侧壁上设有至少一个卡口24,在所述第二连接件2的侧壁上设有至少一个卡销12来实现所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2的卡接。
结合图1至图4所示,为了提高所述卡销12与所述卡口24卡接的牢固性与便利性,本实施例中的所述卡口24为U形;其中,所述卡口24的一端为封闭端口,所述卡口24的另一端为开放端口,且所述卡口24的封闭端口与所述卡口24的开放端口相距特定的垂直距离,所述卡销12从所述卡口24的开放端口进入所述卡口24内,并卡接于所述卡口24的封闭端口上,以实现所述卡销12牢靠地卡接在所述卡口24上,同时该卡口24的结构还有利于提高所述卡销12与所述卡口23卡接的便利性。
在本发明实施例中,所述卡销12的形状可根据实际使用要求设置,如长方体、圆柱体或其它任意形状等。为了使所述卡销12与所述卡口24的封闭端口充分的接触,以提高所述卡销12与所述卡口24卡接的牢固性,优选地,本实施例中的所述卡销12的形状为长方体。
在本发明实施例中,所述卡销12的数量可根据实际使用要求设置,如3个,4个和5个等。为了确保所述第一连接件1能够牢靠地卡接在所述第二连接件2上,并使结构简单化,以降低成本,优选地,本实施例中的所述卡销12为4个,相应地,所述卡口24为4个,且所述卡销12和所述卡口24为一一对应的关系。
此外,在本发明实施例中,需要说明的是,当所述第一连接件1卡接在所述第二连接件2上时,为了使所述第一连接件1的侧面受力均匀,以确保所述第一连接件1的侧面的各个位置牢靠地卡接在所述第二连接件2上,本实施例中的4个所述卡销12(或所述卡口24)在所述第一连接件1的侧面上呈圆形排列,相应地,4个所述卡口24(或所述卡销12)在所述第二连接件2的侧面上呈圆形排列。
结合图1至图6所示,为了使结构合理化,以实现所述第二连接件2可转动地连接在所述驱动装置上,本实施例中所述第二连接件2的底部上设有连接孔25,所述第二连接件2通过所述连接孔25可转动地连接在所述驱动装置上。
此外,在本发明实施例中,所述安装孔13的数量可根据实际使用要求设置,如3个,4个和5个等。为了确保所述炒锅牢靠地固定连接在所述第一连接件1上,并使结构简单化,以降低成本,优选地,本实施例中的所述安装孔13的数量为4个。
实施例二
结合图8至图10所示,本实施例中的连接组件,其与实施例一的区别在于,本实施中的所述第一容置腔11贯穿所述第一连接件1的上下表面,所述弹性组件3包括压弹内盖32、压弹外盖33和至少一个弹性件31,所述第二容置腔21的底部上设有至少一个定位销22,所述弹性件31套设于所述定位销22上;所述压弹内盖32的外壁上设有第一环形凸缘321,所述压弹内盖32上还设有第一容置槽322,所述压弹外盖33包括底座331和设于所述底座331上的第一凸台332,所述压弹外盖33上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔333,且所述第一通孔333的内壁上设有第二环形凸缘334,所述压弹内盖32通过所述第一容置槽322盖设于所述弹性件31上,所述压弹外盖33通过所述第一通孔333套设于所述压弹内盖32上,且所述第一环形凸缘321与所述第二环形凸缘334相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘334 的下方,所述压弹外盖33通过所述底座331固定连接在所述第二容置腔21的底部上;在所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时,所述弹性件31的一端抵靠在所述第二容置腔21的底部上,所述弹性件3的另一端抵靠在所述第一容置槽11的顶部上,且所述弹性组件3的顶部露出所述第一容置腔11。
在本发明实施例中,由于所述炒锅固定连接在所述第一连接件1上,且所述炒锅的底部设于所述第一容置腔11的正上方,因此通过所述弹性件31向所述压弹内盖32施加向上的推力,使得所述压弹内盖32穿过所述第一容置腔11并抵靠在所述炒锅的底部上,从而使得所述压弹内盖32对所述炒锅的底部产生向上的推力,进而确保了所述第一连接件1牢靠地卡接在所述第二连接件2上;同时,由于所述压弹内盖32与所述炒锅的底部的接触面积较大,使得所述压弹内盖32对所述炒锅的底部产生的向上的推力较大,从而提高了所述第一连接件1与所述第二连接件2卡接时的锁紧力。本实施例的其它结构和工作原理与实施例一相同,在此不再更多的赘述。
综上,本发明提供的一种连接组件,通过将第二连接件2可转动地连接在驱动装置上,将炒锅通过安装孔13固定连接在第一连接件1上,并压紧安装腔4内的弹性组件3,使得弹性组件3的反作用力作用在第一连接件1和第二连接件2上,进而使得第一连接件1牢靠地卡接在第二连接件2上,从而实现炒锅通过连接组件可转动地连接在驱动装置上;在更换炒锅时,只需将第一连接件1从第二连接件2上快速拆卸下来,即可完成炒锅与驱动装置的分离,从而实现炒锅的快速拆卸;再将新的炒锅通过第一连接件1卡接在第二连接件2上,即可实现炒锅通过连接组件快速安装在驱动装置上,从而实现炒锅的快速更换,进而提高炒菜机的工作效率。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以 做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接组件,其特征在于,包括第一连接件、第二连接件和弹性组件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件卡接,所述第一连接件上设有安装孔,所述第一连接件上还设有第一容置腔,所述第二连接件上设有第二容置腔,所述弹性组件设于所述第二容置腔的底部上;在所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件卡接时,所述弹性组件受压并容置于所述第一容置腔与所述第二容置腔所形成的安装腔内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一容置腔的顶部封闭,所述弹性组件包括至少一个弹性件,所述第二容置腔的底部上设有至少一个定位销,所述弹性件套设于所述定位销上;在所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件卡接时,所述弹性件的一端抵靠在所述第二容置腔的底部上,所述弹性件的另一端抵靠在所述第一容置腔的顶部上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述弹性组件还包括压弹内盖和压弹外盖,所述压弹内盖的外壁上设有第一环形凸缘,所述压弹内盖上还设有第一容置槽,所述压弹外盖包括底座和设于所述底座上的第一凸台,所述压弹外盖上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔,且所述第一通孔的内壁上设有第二环形凸缘,所述压弹内盖通过所述第一容置槽盖设于所述弹性件上,所述压弹外盖通过所述第一通孔套设于所述压弹内盖上,且所述第一环形凸缘与所述第二环形凸缘相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘的下方,所述压弹外盖通过所述底座固定连接在所述第二容置腔的底部上;在所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件卡接时,所述弹性件的一端抵靠在所述第二容置腔的底部上,所述弹性件的另一端通过所述压弹内盖抵靠在所述第一容置腔的顶部上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一容置腔贯穿所述第一连接件的上下表面,所述弹性组件包括压弹内盖、压 弹外盖和至少一个弹性件,所述第二容置腔的底部上设有至少一个定位销,所述弹性件套设于所述定位销上;所述压弹内盖的外壁上设有第一环形凸缘,所述压弹内盖上还设有第一容置槽,所述压弹外盖包括底座和设于所述底座上的第一凸台,所述压弹外盖上设有贯穿其上下表面的第一通孔,且所述第一通孔的内壁上设有第二环形凸缘,所述压弹内盖通过所述第一容置槽盖设于所述弹性件上,所述压弹外盖通过所述第一通孔套设于所述压弹内盖上,且所述第一环形凸缘与所述第二环形凸缘相对设置并设于所述第二环形凸缘的下方,所述压弹外盖通过所述底座固定连接在所述第二容置腔的底部上;在所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件卡接时,所述弹性件的一端抵靠在所述第二容置腔的底部上,所述弹性件的另一端抵靠在所述第一容置槽的顶部上,且所述弹性组件的顶部露出所述第一容置腔。
  5. 如权利要求2-4任一项所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件为1个,所述定位销为1个。
  6. 如权利要求3或4所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述弹性组件还包括引导件,所述引导件上设有第二容置槽,所述引导件通过所述第二容置槽套设并连接在所述压弹内盖上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的侧面上设有至少一个卡销,所述第二连接件的侧面上设有至少一个卡口,所述卡销与所述卡口卡接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的侧面上设有至少一个卡口,所述第二连接件的侧面上设有至少一个卡销,所述卡销与所述卡口卡接。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述卡口为U形;其中,所述卡口的一端为封闭端口,所述卡口的另一端为开放端口,且所述卡口的封闭端口与所述卡口的开放端口相距特定的垂直距离。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的连接组件,其特征在于,所述卡销为4个,所述卡口为4个,且所述卡销与所述卡口为一一对应的关系。
