Description

口唇化粧料
　本発明は、塗布した際の化粧の仕上がりにおいて、唇のツヤを適度に抑えつつ、すぐれた使用性と唇の立体感を演出することができる口唇化粧料に関する。
　メーキャップの中でも口紅による化粧効果は、きわめて高いことから、従来より、種々の口紅が開発されており、唇にツヤを与える通常の口紅の他に、ツヤを抑え、マット感のある仕上がりを付与する、所謂、マット口紅がある。
　このようなマット口紅は、隠蔽力の高い粉体や白色顔料を多量に配合して、光の反射を抑えているが、このような粉末を配合すると、口紅の硬度が上昇し、唇の表面を上滑りし易くなるため、塗布しづらくなる傾向にある。また、このような上滑りする感触は、化粧品として必要な高級感を損ない易い。
　さらに、マット口紅は、光の透過が少ないことから、不自然な仕上がりとなり易く、唇の立体感を十分に演出することが困難であった。
　このため、塗布した際の化粧の仕上がりにおいて、唇のツヤを適度に抑えつつ、すぐれた使用性と唇の立体感を演出することができる口唇化粧料の開発が求められる。

　本発明は、塗布した際の化粧の仕上がりにおいて、唇のツヤを適度に抑えつつ、すぐれた使用性と唇の立体感を演出することができる口唇化粧料を提供することを課題とする。
　前記課題を解決するために本発明者が検討を行った結果、所定の粉末組成物と流動油分を所定量配合することにより、唇のツヤを適度に抑えながら、すぐれた使用性と唇の立体感を演出できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
　すなわち本発明は、（Ａ）４０質量％以上がシリコーン粉末、ウレタン粉末、及びナイロン粉末から選ばれる１種又は２種以上で構成される、有色顔料以外の粉末組成物１２～３５質量％と、（Ｂ）４４質量％以上が粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓの油分で構成される、粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓを備えた流動油分５０～６８質量％と、を配合したことを特徴とする口唇化粧料である。
　さらに本発明は、１ｍｇ／ｃｍ２ の塗布膜の光沢度が７１以下であることを特徴とする口唇化粧料である。
　本発明の口唇化粧料によれば、塗布した際に、ツヤを適度に抑えた、マット感のある仕上がりとしながら、すぐれた使用性と唇の立体感を演出することが可能となる。
　本発明の口唇化粧料は、（Ａ）４０質量％以上がシリコーン粉末、ウレタン粉末、及びナイロン粉末から選ばれる１種又は２種以上で構成される、有色顔料以外の粉末組成物１２～３５質量％と、（Ｂ）４４質量％以上が粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓの油分で構成される、粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓを備えた流動油分５０～６８質量％と、を配合ことを特徴とする。
　本発明の口唇化粧料は、成分（Ａ）として、有色顔料以外の粉末組成物を１２～３５質量％配合する。成分（Ａ）を所定量配合することにより、唇のツヤを適度に抑えながら、すぐれた使用性を得ることが可能となる。成分（Ａ）の配合量が１２質量％より少ないと、のびが軽くなり過ぎ、逆に、３５質量％より多く配合すると、のびが重くなり過ぎ、使用性に劣るものとなる。
　本発明の成分（Ａ）は、その４０質量％以上をシリコーン粉末、ウレタン粉末、及びナイロン粉末から選ばれる１種又は２種以上で構成される。シリコーン粉末等を４０質量％以上配合することにより、唇への感触がやわらかくなり、すぐれた使用性を得ることができる。
　本発明に用いるシリコーン粉末としては、（ジフェニルジメチコン／ビニルジフェニルジメチコン／シルセスキオキサン）クロスポリマー、（ジメチコン／ビニルジメチコン）クロスポリマー、（ビニルジメチコン／メチコンシルセスキオキサン）クロスポリマー、（ジフェニルジメチコン／ビニルジフェニルジメチコン／シルセスキオキサン）クロスポリマーなどが挙げられ、これら市販品としては、ＫＳＰシリーズ（ＫＳＰ－１００、ＫＳＰ－１０１、ＫＳＰ１０２、ＫＳＰ－１０５、ＫＳＰ－３００、ＫＳＰ－４１１、ＫＳＰ－４４１（信越化学工業社製））等が挙げられる。また、ウレタン粉末としては、（ＨＤＩ／トリメチロールヘキシルラクトン）クロスポリマー、（ＩＰＤＩ／ポリ（１，４－ブタンジオール）－１４）クロスポリマーなどが挙げられ、これら市販品としては、プラスティックパウダーＤ－４００（東色ピグメント社製）、ウレパールＵＳ－０１（コニシ株式会社製）が挙げられる。ナイロン粉末は、ナイロンパウダー等として市販されている球状ナイロン粉末が好ましく用いられる。
　本発明は、成分（Ｂ）として粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓを備えた流動油分５０～６８質量％を配合する。粘度は、３０℃における測定値である。尚、粘度の測定には、アントンパール社製粘弾性測定装置を用いることができる。
　成分（Ｂ）の流動油分は、その４４質量％以上が粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓの油分で構成される。粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓの油分としては、例えば、オレフィノリゴマーあるいは水添ポリデセン(市販品として、例えば「ノムコートHP-30」(日清オイリオグループ製))、ミネラルオイル(市販品として、例えば「ハイホワイト22S」(新日本石油株式会社製))、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシル(市販品として、例えば「サラコスP-8」(Patech Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.製))、エチルヘキサン酸セチル(市販品として、例えば「NIKKOL CIO-JP」(日本サーファクタント工業株式会社製))、トリエチルヘキサン酸トリメチロールプロパン(市販品として、例えば「TA-TM-308」(日本精化株式会社製))、トリイソステアリン(市販品として、例えば「サンエスポールG-318」(太陽化学製))、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスリチル(市販品として、例えば「RA-PE-408(日本精化株式会社製))、ジメチコン(市販品として、例えば「KF-96A-2CS」(信越化学工業(株)製)、「KF-96L-1.5CS」(信越化学工業（株）製)、「Wacker-Belsil(R) DM1 PLUS」(旭化成ワッカーシリコーン株式会社製)、「KF-96A-6CS」(信越化学工業(株)製)、シクロペンタシロキサン(市販品として、例えば「EXECOL-D-5」(信越化学工業(株)製)、ジフェニルシロキシフェニルトリメチコン(市販品として、例えば「KF-56A」(信越化学工業(株)製)、オクチルドデカノール(市販品として、例えば「エヌジェコール２００A」(新日本理化株式会社製))、デシルテトラデカノール(市販品として、例えば「エヌジェコール２４０A」(新日本理化株式会社製))、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール(市販品として、例えば、「エステモールN-01」（日清オイリオグループ株式会社製）)がある。
　以下、実施例等を挙げて詳細に記載するが、これらの実施例は本発明を限定するものではない。なお、表中の数値は、特に記載のない限り質量％を示す。
　各試料は、口唇化粧料に用いる常法により調製することができる。各試料は、試料を唇に塗布した際に感じる使用感及び外観について評価した専門パネラー１０名による結果から、以下の基準にしたがい判定した。
＜判定基準＞
◎：良好と評価したパネラーが８名以上（合格）
○：良好と評価したパネラーが７名（合格）
△：良好と評価したパネラーが４～６名（合格）
×：良好と評価したパネラーが３名以下（不合格）

　表１は、粉末と流動油分の配合量が、「のびのなめらかさ」、「塗布時のやわらかさ」に与える影響を示す。実施例１～４の結果から、有色顔料以外の粉末組成物１２～３５質量％と、流動油分を５０～６８質量％を配合することにより良好な結果を得ることができることを確認した。

　表２は、粉末組成物を構成する粉末の種類とその配合量が、「塗布時のやわらかさ」、「のびのなめらかさ」、化粧後の「立体感」に与える影響について検討した結果を示す。実施例５～８の結果から、有色顔料以外の粉末組成物に含まれるシリコーン粉末、ウレタン粉末、ナイロン粉末の割合を４０質量％以上とすることにより、良好な結果が得られることを確認した。

　表３は、流動油分の粘度が、塗布時の「のびのなめらかさ」に与える影響を示す。尚、流動油分の粘度は、３０℃においてアントンパール社製粘弾性測定装置を用いて計測した数値を示す。
　表３に示す実施例９～１６の結果から、流動油分中に含まれる１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓの流動油分を４４質量％以上とし、流動油分全体の粘度を１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓとすることにより、良好な結果が得られることを確認した。

　表４は、口唇化粧料にマット感を与えるための、粉末組成物と流動油分の配合量、及び、マット感と光沢度との関係を検討した結果を示す。尚、光沢度は、PETフィルムの表面に、塗膜の厚さが１ｍｇ／ｃｍ２ となるよう試料を指で均一に塗布し、２５℃の条件下に１時間静置後、日本電色工業株式会社製のGloss Meter VG 2000を用いて計測した数値である。
　表４に示す実施例１７～１９の結果から、有機顔料以外の粉末組成物を１４質量％以上配合することにより、光沢度を７１以下に抑えることができ、すぐれたマット感を得ることができた。

Claims (2)

  1. 　（Ａ）４０質量％以上がシリコーン粉末、ウレタン粉末、及びナイロン粉末から選ばれる１種又は２種以上で構成される、有色顔料以外の粉末組成物１２～３５質量％と、
    　（Ｂ）４４質量％以上が粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓの油分で構成される、粘度１５～１００ｍＰａ・ｓを備えた流動油分５０～６８質量％と、
    を配合したことを特徴とする口唇化粧料。
  2. 　１ｍｇ／ｃｍ２　の塗布膜の光沢度が７１以下であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の口唇化粧料。
