Description

中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土搅拌运输车,尤其是一种带有中空轴回转密封机构的混凝土搅拌运输车。
背景技术
混凝土搅拌运输车进出料口的封闭是现在和未来混凝土搅拌运输车的发展方向,是提高建筑质量,实现安全、环保的生产作业所必不可少的。现有的回转密封技术,主要是对搅拌筒进出料口进行密封,密封形式有两种,一种是径向密封,一种是端面密封。由于搅拌筒的回转密封是对水泥砂石浆料的大口径、高相对线速度的回转密封,因此它的磨损是比较大的。径向密封具有密封效果好、可靠性高、承载能力大的优点,存在的问题是零部件的磨损较大,维护保养工作复杂。端面密封密封效果弱于径向密封,由于盖子是不转的,同样有磨损大、可靠性差的缺陷,因此很少应用。
技术问题
本发明提出了一种中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车,其目的是:在确保密封效果的同时,减少密封部件的磨损,提高搅拌运输车的可靠性,降低维护难度。
技术解决方案
本发明技术方案如下:
中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车,包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体回转的搅拌筒,所述搅拌筒出口中央处设置有进料筒,其特征在于:还包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体移动的移动部件,所述移动部件上通过回转支撑安装有密封盖,所述密封盖外边缘与所述搅拌筒出口外边缘相接触且该接触处设置有第一密封装置,所述密封盖在搅拌筒的驱动下随搅拌筒相对于移动部件回转;
所述密封盖中部开设有通孔,与回转支撑的内孔相通,所述移动部件上还安装有进料斗,所述进料斗的出口穿过密封盖中部的通孔以及回转支撑的内孔与进料筒相接,所述进料筒与进料斗相接处设有第二密封装置;
所述密封盖通孔的外边缘与进料筒之间设有第三密封装置。
作为本发明的进一步改进:为了达到更好的密封效果,第一密封装置可以是空心充气膨胀的,也可以是实心较厚的橡胶制成。

作为本发明的进一步改进:所述进料斗上与进料筒相接处设有伸入进料筒内的延长套。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述延长套包括弹性支撑体和由软质耐磨材料制成的软筒。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述回转支撑包括与移动部件固定连接的静环和与密封盖固定连接的动环。
有益效果
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下积极效果:(1)利用回转支撑带有中心内孔的特点,进料斗穿过这个中孔,与搅拌桶的进料筒相搭接,并将封堵搅拌筒的密封盖设置成可回转结构,使之随搅拌筒同步回转,从而将动密封部分改到进料筒与进料斗之间,大大缩小了动密封处的回转半径,降低了密封处的相对线速度,在确保密封效果的同时,减少了密封部件的磨损,提高了搅拌运输车的可靠性,降低了维护难度;(2)外密封圈不仅能够实现密封盖对搅拌筒的密封,同时还能作为阻尼部件驱使密封盖随搅拌筒同步回转,无需为密封盖单独提供驱动装置;(3)密封盖安装在移动部件上,本身即可作为卸料的开闭部件,开闭面积大,卸料快,同时密封盖上仅需要安装进料机构,无需再设立卸料口,因此可选用较大规格的进料斗,同时提高了进、出料的效率。

具体实施例一:
一种中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车,如图1,包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体回转的搅拌筒1,所述搅拌筒1出口中央处设置有进料筒2;
搅拌运输车还包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体移动的移动部件,所述移动部件为通过铰接轴8以转动连接方式安装在车体上的转动支架7,还设有驱动油缸,驱动油缸一端与回转支架铰接,另一端与车体铰接,转动支架7可在驱动油缸的作用下转动开合。
所述移动部件上通过回转支撑安装有密封盖3,所述回转支撑包括通过螺栓与移动部件固定连接的静环6和通过螺栓与密封盖3固定连接的动环5。
所述密封盖3外边缘与所述搅拌筒1出口外边缘相接触且该接触处设置有第一密封装置:所述搅拌筒1出口外边缘处设有第一翻边,所述密封盖3的外边缘处设有与第一翻边相平行的第二翻边,所述第一密封装置为安装在第一翻边或第二翻边上的外密封圈4;所述密封盖3在搅拌筒1的驱动下随搅拌筒1相对于移动部件回转。为了达到更好的密封效果,外密封圈4可以是空心充气膨胀式的,也可以是由实心较厚的橡胶制成。

所述密封盖3通孔的外边缘与进料筒2之间设有第三密封装置:所述进料筒2外圆周上设有第一挡环10,所述第三密封装置为安装在第一挡环10上并与密封盖3相接触的、或者是安装在密封盖3上并与第一挡环10相接触的内密封圈11。
工作时,通过驱动油缸将密封盖3盖在搅拌筒1后端,然后密封盖3跟随搅拌筒1一起回转,此时第一密封装置、第三密封装置处均为静密封,仅第二密封装置处为动密封,由于进料斗9的出口处直径远小于搅拌筒1外径,因此可以极大地降低密封处的相对线速度,在确保密封效果的同时,减少了密封部件的磨损,提高了搅拌运输车的可靠性,降低了维护难度。
需要卸料时,直接通过驱动油缸将密封盖3打开即可。
具体实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的区别仅在于:所述移动部件为通过滑动配合方式安装在车体上的滑动支架,可通过直线驱动装置相对于车体前后移动,实现搅拌筒1的开闭。
为确保进料斗9前后移动时能够始终与进料筒2相接,避免滑动支架前后移动时漏料,所述进料斗9上与进料筒2相接处设有伸入进料筒2内的延长套,所述延长套包括位于内层的由软质耐磨材料的软筒14、和位于外层的弹性支撑体13,所述弹性支撑体13与橡胶挡圈12相接触实现动密封。

    所述密封盖(3)中部开设有通孔,与回转支撑的内孔相通,所述移动部件上还安装有进料斗(9),所述进料斗(9)的出口穿过密封盖(3)中部的通孔以及回转支撑的内孔与进料筒(2)相接,所述进料筒(2)与进料斗(9)相接处设有第二密封装置;
