Description

内外套筒螺旋式密封装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于混凝土搅拌车上的回转密封装置。
背景技术
目前的搅拌车大多是敞口的,存在的问题是保温保湿性不好,雨水容易进入,物料洒漏,行车不安全,运输的混凝土质量不容易保证。
已有的回转密封技术,主要是对搅拌桶进出料口进行密封,密封形式有两种,一种是径向密封,一种是端面密封。由于搅拌桶的回转密封是对水泥砂石浆料的大口径、高相对线速度的回转密封,因此它的磨损是比较大的,而且该类密封不能保证回转轴承的防泥防水,影响轴承的正常使用,增加磨损,甚至失效。而且,还存在重量大,维护保养工作量大的问题。
为解决上述问题,烟台盛利达工程技术有限公司于2017年08月29日申请的、公告号为CN107344401A的专利《中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车》提出了一种新式中空轴回转密封机构,将搅拌桶的密封盖设置成随搅拌桶筒体回转的结构,密封部分在搅拌桶的桶口斜面处。
但是,由于搅拌桶的中心料桶的支撑和回转密封弹性作用力的存在,常导致密封盖不能很好地闭合,密封盖和搅拌桶之间、以及回转密封处都会存在泄漏,尤其是回转密封处泄漏的混凝土将影响回转支撑部分的正常工作,导致其磨损失效。
技术问题
本发明提出了一种内外套筒螺旋式密封装置,其目的在于:提升密封效果,避免泄漏。
技术解决方案
一种内外套筒螺旋式密封装置,用于搅拌车的回转密封,所述搅拌车包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体回转的搅拌桶以及安装在车体上并能够相对于车体移动的移动部件,所述移动部件上通过回转支撑安装有密封盖,所述密封盖外边缘与所述搅拌桶出口外边缘相接触以使密封盖在搅拌桶的驱动下随搅拌桶相对于移动部件回转,所述密封盖中部开设有通孔,所述移动部件上还安装有进料斗,其特征在于:所述内外套筒螺旋式密封装置包括安装在密封盖上的旋转筒和安装在进料斗出口处的固定内筒;所述固定内筒穿过回转支撑的中心孔和密封盖的通孔套装于旋转筒内,用于将进料斗中的物料输送至搅拌桶中;所述旋转筒内壁与固定内筒外壁之间具有缝隙,所述旋转筒内壁上盘设有螺旋叶片。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述旋转筒与固定内筒之间还设有密封部件,所述密封部件位于螺旋叶片的外侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述密封部件包括由内侧向外侧依次布置的挡圈、橡胶圈和密封圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述移动部件包括固定盖,所述回转支撑的固定环以及进料斗均安装在固定盖上,所述旋转筒的外端与固定盖之间留有间隙,所述固定盖上设有注油孔,用于为密封部件注润滑油。
有益效果
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下积极效果:(1)本发明采用套筒式结构,在套筒间隙处设置跟随搅拌桶和密封盖回转的螺旋叶片,利用回转时产生的推力将混凝土向搅拌桶方向推送,避免混凝土泄漏,提升密封效果;(2)本发明取消了搅拌桶中的进料筒,由进料斗所连接的固定内筒直接将物料送入搅拌桶中,密封盖开闭时,本密封装置整体跟随移动部件一同运动,不会产生泄漏,也不会因密封部件的弹性应力导致密封不严;(3)套筒结构的缝隙处还设置有密封装置,进一步提升密封效果。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的技术方案:
如图1和2,一种内外套筒螺旋式密封装置,用于搅拌车的回转密封。所述搅拌车采用公告号为CN107344401A的专利《中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车》所提出的新式中空轴回转密封结构:搅拌车包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体回转的搅拌桶以及安装在车体上并能够相对于车体移动的移动部件,所述移动部件上通过回转支撑2安装有密封盖1,所述密封盖1外边缘与所述搅拌桶出口外边缘相接触,接触处设有密封元件,一方面实现密封,另一方面使密封盖1在搅拌桶的驱动下随搅拌桶相对于移动部件回转,所述密封盖1中部开设有通孔,所述移动部件上还安装有进料斗3,用于向搅拌桶内输送物料。
所述移动部件可以是相对于车体转动,也可以是相对于车体前后移动,具体结构在公告号CN107344401A的专利《中空轴回转密封的混凝土搅拌运输车》中有所记载,在此不做赘述。
本实施例是在上述结构基础上实施的,目的在于提高回转密封性能。具体结构为:
所述内外套筒螺旋式密封装置包括安装在密封盖1上的旋转筒9和安装在进料斗3出口处的固定内筒10,取消搅拌桶中原有的进料筒;将所述固定内筒10进行延长,使之穿过回转支撑2的中心孔和密封盖1的通孔套装于旋转筒9内,直接将进料斗3中的物料输送至搅拌桶中;所述旋转筒9内壁与固定内筒10外壁之间具有缝隙,所述旋转筒9内壁上盘设有螺旋叶片8。
所述螺旋叶片8可以是金属、橡胶或其它材质。螺旋叶片8跟随搅拌桶和密封盖1回转,利用回转时产生的推力将混凝土向搅拌桶方向推送,避免混凝土泄漏,阻止其进入回转支撑2处,提升密封效果。
为进一步提升密封效果,在所述旋转筒9与固定内筒10之间还设有密封部件,所述密封部件位于螺旋叶片8的外侧,即位于螺旋叶片8和回转支撑2之间。
所述密封部件包括由内侧向外侧依次布置的挡圈7、橡胶圈6和两套密封圈5。
进一步的,所述移动部件包括固定盖,所述回转支撑2的固定环以及进料斗3均安装在固定盖上,所述旋转筒9的外端与固定盖之间留有间隙,避免其与固定盖之间摩擦。所述固定盖上设有注油孔4,用于为密封部件注润滑油。

  1. 内外套筒螺旋式密封装置,用于搅拌车的回转密封,所述搅拌车包括安装在车体上并能够相对于车体回转的搅拌桶以及安装在车体上并能够相对于车体移动的移动部件,所述移动部件上通过回转支撑(2)安装有密封盖(1),所述密封盖(1)外边缘与所述搅拌桶出口外边缘相接触以使密封盖(1)在搅拌桶的驱动下随搅拌桶相对于移动部件回转,所述密封盖(1)中部开设有通孔,所述移动部件上还安装有进料斗(3),其特征在于:所述内外套筒螺旋式密封装置包括安装在密封盖(1)上的旋转筒(9)和安装在进料斗(3)出口处的固定内筒(10);所述固定内筒(10)穿过回转支撑(2)的中心孔和密封盖(1)的通孔套装于旋转筒(9)内,用于将进料斗(3)中的物料输送至搅拌桶中;所述旋转筒(9)内壁与固定内筒(10)外壁之间具有缝隙,所述旋转筒(9)内壁上盘设有螺旋叶片(8)。

  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的内外套筒螺旋式密封装置,其特征在于:所述移动部件包括固定盖,所述回转支撑(2)的固定环以及进料斗(3)均安装在固定盖上,所述旋转筒(9)的外端与固定盖之间留有间隙,所述固定盖上设有注油孔(4),用于为密封部件注润滑油。
