혈자리 안마를 수행할 수 있는 안마 의자
본 발명은 안마 의자에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 혈자리 안마를 수행할 수 있는 안마 의자에 관한 것이다.
많은 사람들이 스트레스로 인해 경직된 신체, 운동 부족으로 인한 근육 뭉침 현상 등을 해소하고자 안마를 받는다. 그러나 다양한 이유로 전문 안마사에게 안마를 받지 못하는바, 가정에 구비하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 안마 의자가 개발되어 사용되어 왔다.
이에 더하여 최근에는, 특정 신체 부위를 단순히 안마하거나 지압하는 것뿐만 아니라, 한의학에 기반하여 신체 내에 분포하는 혈자리를 안마함으로써 사용자의 피로감 해소 및 건강 유지 등을 꾀할 수 있는 방법에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다.
그런데, 각 사용자의 신체 조건은 다르다. 즉, 신장, 체중, 성별, 나이 등 신체의 상태에 영향을 줄 수 있는 여러 인자들이 존재하고, 이에 따라 혈자리 위치가 상이해질 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자마다 서로 다른 혈자리 위치에 맞추어 안마를 받기 위해서는 안마 의자를 이용하는 것보다, 한의원 등을 내방하여 한의사에게 직접 시술을 받는 것이 더 효과적이라고 인식되고 있다.
이에, 에어백을 통해 압박감을 전달하거나, 안마볼을 통해 지압감을 전달하여 어깨, 팔, 다리 등 특정 부위를 단순히 안마하기만 하는 안마 의자를 넘어서서 혈자리를 안마할 수 있는 기능이 탑재된 안마 의자가 출시되고 있다.
예를 들어 한국공개특허공보 제10-2011-0112922호는 등의 5개의 경락 줄기를 따라 분포된 혈자리를 안마할 수 있는 안마 의자를 개시한다. 구체적으로, 등받이부 내측에 체중에 의한 압력을 가하는 다수의 바형 막대 조합으로 구성된 척추 기혈 소통기를 이용하여 척추를 따라 분포하는 혈자리를 안마할 수 있는 안마 의자를 개시한다.
그런데, 이런 유형의 안마 의자는 척추를 따라 분포하는 혈자리만을 안마할 수 있고, 또한, 각 혈자리마다 특화된 안마법이 아닌 단순히 막대를 통해 지압하는 방식이므로, 신체의 각 부위의 혈자리 안마가 불가능하고, 각 혈자리별 맞춤형 안마의 제공이 불가능하다는 단점이 있다.
다른 예로서, 한국공개특허공보 제10-2016-0119995호는 혈자리 안마를 위한 안마 의자에 사용될 수 있는 공기압 마사지기를 개시한다. 구체적으로, 인체의 피부와 접촉하는 공기압 마사지기의 내측에 지압 돌기를 형성하여 안마 기능을 수행함과 동시에, 특정 위치에는 혈자리 돌기를 구비하여 인체의 혈자리를 함께 안마할 수 있는 공기압 마사지기를 개시한다.
그런데, 이런 유형의 공기압 마사지기는 각 사용자의 서로 다른 혈자리 위치에 무관하게 특정 위치에만 혈자리 안마를 수행할 수 있으므로, 사용자에게 맞춤형 혈자리 안마 제공이 불가능하다는 단점이 있다.

따라서 본 발명의 주된 목적은, 서로 다른 사용자들의 혈자리 위치를 각 사용자들의 어깨 높이를 이용하여 예측함으로써, 사용자의 혈자리 위치에 맞춤형 혈자리 안마를 수행할 수 있는 안마 의자를 제공하는데 있다.

본 발명에 따르면, 사용자의 어깨 높이를 기준으로 사용자의 엉덩이뼈 위치를 예측하고, 예측된 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 기준으로 혈자리 위치를 예측하여 안마를 수행하므로 사용자마다 서로 다른 혈자리 위치에 맞춤형 안마를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자의 신장 정보를 이용하여 예측된 엉덩이뼈 위치를 보정하여, 혈자리 위치 예측의 정확도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 사용자의 신장 정보, 체중 정보, 나이 정보, 성별 정보 등을 통해 안마 강도를 조절할 수 있으므로, 사용자에게 최적의 안마 강도를 제공할 수 있다.
더 나아가, 각 혈자리에 에어백 또는 안마볼을 이용하여 서로 다른 방식으로 혈자리를 안마할 수 있으므로, 각 혈자리 특성에 맞추어진 혈자리 안마가 가능하다.

1. 용어의 정의

또한, 후술하는 조작부(600)에 따른 안마 모드 선택, 변경 및 이에 따른 안마 의자(10)의 작동은 조작부(600)에 신호가 인가되면 해당 신호가 제어부(미도시)에 전송되어 이루어지는데, 이 역시 알려진 기술이므로 그 작동 원리에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
이하의 설명에서, "지압"이라 함은 가장 좁은 부위를 엄지 손가락으로 누르는 양상의 압(press) 자극을 부여하는 안마 방식을 의미한다.
또한, "안압"이라 함은 경혈과 그 주변의 약간 넓은 범위에 엄지 손가락 아래의 손바닥 쪽 볼록한 부분으로 누르는 양상의 압 자극을 부여하는 안마 방식을 의미한다.
또한, "압박"이라 함은 가장 넓은 부위, 즉 대퇴부 근육, 하지 장딴지 근육 등을 손바닥 전체로 누르는 양상의 압 자극을 부여하는 안마 방식을 의미한다.
또한, "문지름"이라 함은 신체 부위에 따라 엄지 손가락, 손날이나 엄지 손가락 아래의 손바닥 쪽 볼록한 부분, 혹은 손바닥 전체로 비비는 양상의 자극을 부여하는 안마 방식을 의미한다.
또한, "주무름"이라 함은 신체 부위에 따라 엄지 손가락과 검지 손가락 또는 다섯 개의 손가락 전체를 이용하여 주무르는 양상의 자극을 부여하는 안마 방식을 의미한다.
또한, "롤링"이라 함은 롤러 등을 이용하여 손바닥 혹은 넓은 근육면에 대해 구름 자극을 부여하는 안마 방식을 의미한다.
또한, "순간적 안마"라 함은 신체 부위를 손날로 빠르게 두드리는 안마 방식을 의미하며, "순간적 안압"과 "순간적 압박"을 포함한다.
또한, "주자극 추나"라 함은 추나 자극 방법에 있어 자극 모드 적용 부위에 중강도 내지 고강도의 추나 자극을 주는 것을 의미하며, 교대 시술 중 치료 효과를 발생시킬 수 있다. 주자극 추나는 혈자리 중 주요 혈자리에 자극을 주기 위해 사용될 수 있다.
또한, "부자극 추나"라 함은 추나 자극 방법에 있어 저 강도의 추나 자극을 주는 것을 의미하며, 교대 시술 중 안정 효과를 발생시킬 수 있다. 부자극 추나는 치료 효과를 발생시키는 주자극 추나에 대해 사용자가 긴장 반응을 일으키지 않도록 하여 치료 효과를 유지하는 배경적 추나 자극으로서, 혈자리 중 주요 혈자리를 제외한 나머지 혈자리에 자극을 주기 위해 사용될 수 있다.
2. 안마 의자의 설명
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 도시된 실시 예에 따른 안마 의자(10)는 등받이부(100), 시트부(200), 지지 프레임(300), 종아리 안마부(400), 발 안마부(500) 및 조작부(600)를 포함한다.
등받이부(100)는 사용자의 등을 받쳐주는 부분으로, 시트부(200) 및 지지 프레임(300)에 대하여 상대적으로 소정의 각도로 조정될 수 있다.
등받이부(100)의 상부에는 사용자의 머리가 닿는 헤드 레스트(head rest)(110)가 위치한다.
등받이부(100)의 헤드 레스트(110)의 좌우 양측에는 한 쌍의 어깨 안마부(120)가 형성되며, 어깨 안마부(120)에는 각각 어깨를 압박하는 어깨 에어백(122)이 위치된다.
등받이부(100)의 좌우 양측에는 등받이부(100)의 상측 및 하측으로 길게 형성되어 후술될 시트부(200)까지 연속되는 한 쌍의 등 에어백(102)이 등받이부(100)에 위치된다. 등 에어백(102)은 사용자의 등의 좌측 및 우측을 압박할 수 있으며, 후술할 바와 같이 사용자의 골반을 압박할 수도 있다.
등 에어백(102) 및 어깨 에어백(122)을 포함하여, 후술하는 다양한 에어백(202, 204, 312, 402, 502, 504)에 인가되는 공기의 압력 내지 공기량은 조절될 수 있다.
시트부(200)는 사용자의 엉덩이와 허벅지 상부가 닿는 부분으로, 일반적으로 지지 프레임(300)에 고정되어 있다. 시트부(200)는 쿠션감을 제공할 수 있는 소재로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
시트부(200) 내측의 좌우에는 연장된 등 에어백(102)이 위치된다. 따라서, 등 에어백(102)은 사용자의 등 부위뿐만 아니라 골반 부위까지 압박할 수 있다.
시트부(200)의 전방 측에는 허벅지 에어백(204)이 위치된다. 허벅지 에어백(204)은 시트부(200)에 안착된 사용자의 허벅지 후면을 압박할 수 있다.

팔 안마부(310)의 내측에는 팔 에어백(312)이 위치된다. 하나의 팔 에어백(312)은 각각 상하 한 쌍의 에어백으로 구성될 수도 있고, 상하 한 쌍의 각각의 에어백이 각각 좌우 한 쌍으로 구성되어 하나의 팔 에어백(312)이 총 네 개의 에어백으로 구성될 수도 있다.
후술할 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 팔 에어백(312)은 상하에 각각 제1 팔 에어백(312a), 제2 팔 에어백(312b), 제3 팔 에어백(312c)을 포함하여, 팔 부위에 위치하는 다양한 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
종아리 안마부(400)는 사용자의 다리 부위, 구체적으로는 무릎 하측의 종아리 부분을 안마하는 부분이다. 종아리 안마부(400)는 사용자의 종아리가 삽입될 수 있도록 한 쌍의 홈이 구비된다.
종아리 안마부(400)는 시트부(200) 및 고정되어 있는 지지 프레임(300)에 대하여 상대적으로 소정의 각도로 이동 가능하다.
종아리 안마부(400)의 홈 내측에는 각각 외측 종아리 에어백(402), 내측 종아리 에어백(404), 후측 종아리 에어백(406)이 위치된다.
보다 구체적으로, 사용자의 종아리가 종아리 안마부(400)에 삽입된 것을 가정하면, 사용자의 종아리 바깥쪽을 압박하는 외측 종아리 에어백(402), 사용자의 종아리 안쪽을 압박하는 내측 종아리 에어백(404), 사용자의 종아리 뒤쪽을 압박하는 후측 종아리 에어백(406)이 위치된다.
후술할 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 각 종아리 에어백(402, 404, 406)은 상하로 각각 추가 에어백(402a, 402b, 404a, 404b, 406a, 406b)을 포함하여 종아리 부위에 위치하는 다양한 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
종아리 안마부(400)의 홈 내측 양 측면에는 종아리 안마볼(408)이 실장된다. 후술할 바와 같이, 종아리 안마볼(408)은 종아리 에어백(402, 404, 406)과 함께 종아리에 위치하는 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다. 종아리 안마볼(408)의 구동을 위해 별도의 제어 및 구동 수단(미도시)이 포함될 수 있다.
발 안마부(500)는 종아리 안마부(400)의 하측 말단에 위치한다. 발 안마부(500)에는 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석한 후 발 부위의 안마를 위해 발을 삽입할 수 있도록 한 쌍의 홈이 구비된다.
도시된 실시 예에서, 발 안마부(500)는 종아리 안마부(400)와 일체로서 구비된다. 발 안마부(500)는 종아리 안마부(400)에 대하여 상대적으로 상하 운동이 가능하여 사용자의 신체 사이즈(즉, 다리, 종아리, 또는 허벅지의 길이)에 따라 적절하게 맞추어질 수 있다.
대안적으로, 발 안마부(500)는 종아리 안마부(400)와 별도로 구비될 수도 있다.
발 안마부(500)의 홈 내측에는 발 에어백(502), 발바닥 에어백(504) 및 발바닥 안마볼(506)이 위치한다.
발 에어백(502)은 발의 정면과 후면 및 발등을 압박한다. 후술할 바와 같이, 발 에어백(502)은 정면 발 에어백(502a) 및 발등 에어백(502b)을 포함하여 발 부위에 위치하는 다양한 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
발바닥 에어백(504)은 발바닥을 압박한다.
발바닥 에어백(504)의 내측에는 발바닥 안마볼(506)이 실장되어, 발바닥 에어백(504)에 의한 안마뿐만 아니라 발바닥 안마볼(506)에 의한 안마도 가능하다.
조작부(600)는 사용자가 안마 의자(10)의 동작을 조작하는 부분으로, 버튼 또는 터치 패널로 이루어질 수 있다. 또한, 사용자가 안마 의자(10)의 작동 상태를 확인할 수 있는 표시창이 구비될 수 있다.
도시된 실시 예에서, 조작부(600)는 안마 의자(10)의 우측에 구비되어 오른손으로 조작이 가능하며, 대안적으로 좌측에 구비되어 왼손으로 조작이 가능할 수도 있다.
조작부(600)와 안마 의자(10)를 연결하는 연결부는 경질이면서도 어느 정도 그 형상이 변경될 수 있는 소재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 그 내측에는 조작부(600) 및 안마 의자(10) 내측의 제어부(미도시)를 연결하는 케이블(미도시)이 실장될 수 있다.
사용자는 조작부(600)를 통해 다양한 안마 모드를 선택하여 제어부에 그 신호를 인가할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 조작부(600)는 해당 안마 모드에 해당하는 신호를 제어부에 송신한다.
제어부에 수신된 신호는 안마 의자(10)의 액추에이터(미도시) 등을 작동시켜서 등받이부(100), 종아리 안마부(400) 및 발 안마부(500)를 동작시키거나, 다양한 에어백(102, 122, 202, 204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)에 공기를 주입할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자는 조작부(600)를 통해 제어부에 신호를 인가하여 안마 강도를 조절하거나, 후술될 혈자리 안마를 위한 안마볼 조립체(700)의 움직임을 제어할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에서, 조작부(600)는 혈자리 위치를 예측하고, 예측된 혈자리 위치를 안마할 수 있는 다양한 모듈들(610, 620, 630, 640, 650, 660, 670, 680)을 포함한다. 이에 대해서는 후술하기로 한다.
3. 신체 내 혈자리 및 안마 방법의 설명
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마 의자(10)는 기존의 안마 의자와 달리 신체 내에 위치하는 각 혈자리의 특성에 맞추어 혈자리 안마를 수행할 수 있다. 이에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해, 이하 신체 내에 존재하는 혈자리 및 각 혈자리의 안마 방법에 대해 설명한다.
(1) 척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리 및 안마 방법의 설명
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 척추 뼈를 C1 내지 S5로 구분하고, 구분된 위치를 기준으로 혈자리의 위치를 표시할 수 있다. 이하 설명에서 C1 내지 S5라는 용어는 해당 척추 부위뿐만 아니라 그 주변을 포함하는 의미로 사용될 수 있다.
C1과 C2 사이에는 안면이 위치한다. 안면 혈자리는 주무름 또는 지압의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 경추 중심선을 기준으로 좌우에 주무름 자극을 주거나, 경혈 부위를 지압하여 안마할 수 있다.
또한, C1과 C2 사이에는 풍부가 위치한다. 풍부 혈자리는 문지름 또는 지압의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 경추 중심선을 기준으로 좌우에 문지름 자극을 주거나, 경혈 부위를 지압하여 안마할 수 있다. 이 때, 풍부는 해당 부위에 직접 안마를 하기 어려우므로, 가장 가까운 좌우 부위를 주무름 자극을 주거나 지압 자극을 부여하여 간접적으로 안마할 수 있다.
C2에는 천주가 위치한다. 천주 혈자리는 주무름 또는 지압의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 정중선 부위의 좌우로 약 2 cm의 부위에 주무름 자극을 주거나 지압하여 안마할 수 있다.
또한, C2에는 풍지가 위치한다. 풍지 혈자리는 주무름 또는 지압의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 정중선과 귀 아래 유양 돌기 밑의 완골혈 연장선의 2/2 지점 근처의 좌우에 주무름 자극을 주거나 지압하여 안마할 수 있다.
C7에는 견정이 위치한다. 견정 혈자리는 주무름 자극을 주거나 지압의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다.
또한, C7에는 견중수가 위치한다. 견중수 혈자리는 문지름 자극을 주거나 지압의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다.
상술한 안면, 풍부, 천주, 풍지, 견정, 견중수 혈자리는 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 상측 안마볼(720)에 의해 안마되는데, 이에 대한 설명은 후술한다.
T1 내지 L5 위치의 혈자리는 동일한 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 각 척추 부위에 위치하는 혈자리 및 안마 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
T1에는 견외수가 위치하고, T2에는 지수가 위치하며, T5와 T6 사이에는 심수가 위치한다. T6와 T7 사이에는 영대가 위치하고, T7과 T8 사이에는 독수, 의회가 위치한다. T8과 T9 사이에는 격수, 격관, 지양이 위치하며, T9과 T10 사이에는 혼문, 간수가 위치한다.

또한, 엉치뼈 및 꼬리뼈(S1 내지 S5) 위치의 혈자리는 동일한 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 각 척추 부위에 위치하는 혈자리 및 안마 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
엉치뼈에는 상료가 위치하고, 꼬리뼈에는 미골단, 차료가 위치한다.
상료, 미골단, 차료 혈자리는 지압 또는 문지름의 방법으로 안마할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 척추 중심선을 기준으로 좌우에 문지름 자극을 주어 안마할 수 있다. 대안적으로, 경혈 부위에 지압하거나 주무름 자극을 주어 안마할 수도 있다.
또한, 미골단은 꼬리뼈의 끝에 위치하여 안마가 어려우므로 가장 가까운 좌우 부위에 문지름 자극을 주어 간접적으로 안마할 수 있다.
상술한 견외수, 지수, 심수, 영대, 독수, 의회, 격수, 격관, 지양, 혼문, 간수, 담수, 양강, 비수, 의사, 위수, 위창, 삼초수, 신수, 지실, 명문, 기해수, 대장수, 관원수, 소장수, 방광수, 상료, 미골단, 차료 혈자리는 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 하측 안마볼(730)에 의해 안마되는데, 이에 대한 설명은 후술한다.
(2) 척추 뼈 근처에 위치하지 않는 혈자리 및 안마 방법의 설명
도 5 및 도 6을 참조하여 척추 뼈 근처에 위치하지 않는 혈자리 및 안마 방법을 설명한다.
혈자리 선으로 방광경 제 1선과 방광경 제 2선이 있다. 방광경 1선과 방광경 2선은 각각 문지름 자극을 주어 안마할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 롤링 자극을 주거나, 주무름 자극과 롤링 자극을 동시에 주어 안마할 수 있다. 대안적으로, 온열감을 추가로 전달하여 안마할 수도 있다.
1) 팔과 손 부위의 혈자리 및 안마 방법의 설명
팔과 손 부위에는 노궁, 소부, 내관, 합곡, 공최, 후계, 중저, 외관, 열결, 태연, 신문, 소상, 수삼리 혈자리가 위치한다.

척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리의 지압은 등 에어백(102) 및 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
척추 뼈 근처를 제외한 다른 신체 부위에 위치하는 혈자리의 지압은 후술될 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504) 및 이에 형성되는 돌기(410)와 안마볼(408, 506)에 의해 좁은 부위를 지속적으로 자극하여 수행될 수 있다.
또한, 발바닥에 위치하는 혈자리의 경우 발바닥 안마볼(506)에 의한 혈자리 자극에 의해 수행될 수도 있다.
2) 안압을 위한 안마 방법의 설명
척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리의 안압은 상술한 지압을 위한 움직임에 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)에 의한 주무름이 추가되어 수행될 수 있다.

척추 뼈 근처를 제외한 다른 신체 부위에 위치하는 혈자리의 압박은 후술될 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)의 공기 주입에 의해 혈자리 및 혈자리 주변의 넓은 부위를 동시에 자극하여 수행될 수 있다.
4) 문지름을 위한 안마 방법의 설명
척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리의 문지름은 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 이동에 의해 안마볼(720, 730)이 원형으로 이동되며 대상 혈자리에 문지름을 수행한다. 또한, 문지름 강도를 변경하기 위해 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극이 추가적으로 수행될 수도 있다.
5) 주무름을 위한 안마 방법의 설명
척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리의 주무름은 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 이동에 의해 안마볼(720, 730)이 주무름의 움직임을 형성하여 대상 혈자리에 주무름을 수행한다. 또한, 주무름 강도를 변경하기 위해 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극이 추가적으로 수행될 수도 있다.
척추 뼈 근처를 제외한 다른 신체 부위에 위치하는 혈자리의 주무름은 후술될 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 502, 504) 및 종아리 안마볼(408)에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 쌍으로 구비되는 각 에어백(312, 402, 404, 502, 504) 사이에 신체 부위가 삽입되고, 각 에어백(312, 402, 404, 502, 504)에 공기가 주입되어 삽입된 신체 부위의 양쪽에서 자극이 반복되어 주무름이 수행될 수 있다.
허벅지 에어백(204)의 경우 시트부(200)의 전면에 좌우로 길게 형성되므로, 허벅지 에어백(204)의 좌우의 공기 주입량을 서로 다르게 변경하는 과정이 지속되어 주무름이 수행될 수 있다.
또한, 종아리 부위의 경우, 종아리 에어백(402, 404)에 의한 압박에 추가하여 종아리 안마볼(408)의 종아리 양 측면 자극에 의해 주무름이 수행될 수도 있다.
6) 롤링을 위한 안마 방법의 설명
척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리의 롤링은 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 이동에 의해 안마볼(720, 730)이 회전하며 상하로 이동되어 대상 혈자리에 롤링을 수행할 수 있다.
척추 뼈 근처를 제외한 다른 신체 부위에 위치하는 혈자리의 롤링은 종아리 안마볼(408) 및 발바닥 안마볼(506)에 의해 수행될 수 있다.

7) 순간적 안마를 위한 안마 방법의 설명
척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리의 순간적 안마를 후술될 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)에 의한 혈자리 자극에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 안마볼 조립체(700)의 안마 뭉치(740)의 두드림 이동에 의해 안마볼(720, 730) 및 발열체(770)가 함께 이동되어 대상 혈자리에 두드림을 수행할 수 있다.
척추 뼈 근처를 제외한 다른 신체 부위에 위치하는 혈자리의 순간적 안마는 후술될 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 각 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)에 공기를 빠르게 주입하여 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)에 의한 압박 속도를 빠르게 함으로써 대상 혈자리에 순간적 안마를 수행할 수 있다.
4. 에어백에 의한 안마 방법의 설명
도 7을 참조하면, 도시된 실시 예에 따른 안마 의자(10)는 앞서 설명한 혈자리를 안마할 수 있는 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)를 포함한다. 이하 도 7 내지 도 10을 참조하여 설명되는 각 부위의 안마는 3.에서 설명한 혈자리 안마 방법에 따라 수행될 수 있다.
(1) 팔 부위의 혈자리 안마 방법의 설명
팔 에어백(312)은 제1 팔 에어백(312a), 제2 팔 에어백(312b), 제3 팔 에어백(312c)을 포함한다.
제1 팔 에어백(312a)은 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하여 팔 안마부(310)에 팔을 삽입한 것으로 가정하였을 때, 사용자에게 가장 가깝게 위치한다. 제1 팔 에어백(312a)은 공기 주입을 통해 공최, 수삼리 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
제2 팔 에어백(312b)은 제1 팔 에어백(312a)에 인접하게 안마 의자(10)의 전방 측으로 위치한다. 제2 팔 에어백(312b)은 공기 주입을 통해 소상, 합곡, 후계, 중저, 소부, 내관, 외관, 열결, 노궁, 신문, 태연 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
제3 팔 에어백(312c)은 제2 팔 에어백(312c)에 인접하게 안마 의자(10)의 전방 측으로 위치한다. 제3 팔 에어백(312c)은 공기 주입을 통해 소상, 합곡, 후계, 중저, 소부, 노궁, 신문, 태연 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
(2) 허벅지 부위의 혈자리 안마 방법의 설명
시트부(200)에는 허벅지 에어백(204)이 위치된다.
허벅지 에어백(204)은 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하면 허벅지 후면이 접촉되며, 공기 주입을 통해 음곡 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
(3) 종아리 부위의 혈자리 안마 방법의 설명
도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 종아리 안마부(400)는 외측 종아리 에어백(402), 내측 종아리 에어백(404), 후측 종아리 에어백(406)을 포함한다.
외측 종아리 에어백(402)은 종아리 안마부(400)의 바깥쪽 내면에 위치하여 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하여 종아리 안마부(400)에 종아리를 삽입하였을 때 종아리의 외측을 안마하며, 제1 외측 종아리 에어백(402a) 및 제2 외측 종아리 에어백(402b)을 포함한다.
제1 외측 종아리 에어백(402a)은 종아리 안마부(400)의 바깥쪽 내면의 상측에 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 양릉천, 족삼리 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
제2 외측 종아리 에어백(402b)은 제1 외측 종아리 에어백(402a)의 하측에 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 풍륭 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
내측 종아리 에어백(404)은 종아리 안마부(400)의 안쪽 내면에 위치하여 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하여 종아리 안마부(400)에 종아리를 삽입하였을 때 종아리 내측을 안마하며, 제1 내측 종아리 에어백(404a) 및 제2 내측 종아리 에어백(404b)을 포함한다.
제1 내측 종아리 에어백(404a)은 종아리 안마부(400)의 안쪽 내면의 상측에 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 음릉천, 중도 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
제2 내측 종아리 에어백(404b)은 제1 내측 종아리 에어백(404a)의 하측에 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 축빈, 중도, 부류 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
후측 종아리 에어백(406)은 종아리 안마부(400)의 후방쪽 내면에 위치하여 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하여 종아리 안마부(400)에 종아리를 삽입하였을 때 종아리 후측을 안마하며, 제1 후측 종아리 에어백(406a) 및 제2 후측 종아리 에어백(406b)을 포함한다.
제1 후측 종아리 에어백(406a)은 한 쌍으로서, 종아리 안마부(400)의 후측 내면의 상측 및 하측에 각각 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 승산 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
제2 후측 종아리 에어백(406b)은 각 제1 후측 종아리 에어백(406a) 사이에 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 승근 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
(4) 발 부위의 혈자리 안마 방법의 설명
도 9를 참조하면, 발 안마부(500)는 발 에어백(502), 발바닥 에어백(504)을 포함한다.
발 에어백(502)은 발 안마부(500)의 전방 쪽 내면에 형성되는 정면 발 에어백(502a) 및 발 안마부(500)의 양 측의 내면 및 후방 측 내면에 걸쳐 형성되는 발등 에어백(502b)을 포함한다.
정면 발 에어백(502a)은 공기 주입을 통해 중도, 대도 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다. 정면 발 에어백(502a)은 발 안마부(500)의 전방 쪽에 회전 가능하게 형성되어 발 안마부(500)에 삽입된 발의 앞 부분과 발등을 모두 덮도록 형성될 수도 있다.
발등 에어백(502b)은 공기 주입을 통해 곤륜, 현종, 삼음교, 태계, 부류, 수천, 태충 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
이 때, 발등 에어백(502b)은 공기 주입을 통해 발등 부위뿐만 아니라 발 뒤꿈치 부위도 안마할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 사용자가 발 안마부(500)에 발 부위를 삽입하면, 정면 발 에어백(502a)이 발의 앞 부분을 감싸고, 발등 에어백(502b)이 발등 부위, 발의 옆 부분 및 발의 뒷 부분을 모두 감쌀 수 있도록 발 에어백(502)의 아래쪽에 공간이 형성될 수 있다(미도시).
발바닥 에어백(504)은 발 안마부(500)의 하측에 위치되며, 공기 주입을 통해 용천, 실면 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
또한, 발 안마부(500)는 하측에 실장되는 발바닥 안마볼(506)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 발바닥 안마볼(506)은 롤링 자극을 주어 용천, 실면 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다.
(5) 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)에 형성되는 돌기(410)의 설명
도 10을 참조하면, 혈자리 안마가 가능한 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)의 외측 또는 내측에는 돌기(410)가 형성될 수 있다.
돌기(410)의 형상은 원통형 및 아령형으로 형성되며, 이에 제한되지 않고 혈자리에 자극을 줄 수 있는 여타 형상을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 돌기(410)의 재질은 경질 또는 연질로 형성된다.
각 에어백(204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504)에 형성되는 돌기(410)의 개수, 형상 및 재질 등은 돌기(410)가 안마를 수행할 혈자리의 특성에 맞추어 변경될 수 있다.
일 예로서, 외측 종아리 에어백(402)에는 경질의 원통형 돌기(410)가 가로로 배치되고, 내측 종아리 에어백(404)에는 연질의 아령형 돌기(410)가 가로로 배치되며, 후측 종아리 에어백(406)에는 연질의 원통형 또는 아령형 돌기(410)가 가로로 배치될 수 있다.
또다른 예로서, 발등 에어백(502b)에는 연질의 원통형 돌기(410)가 가로로 배치될 수 있고, 각 돌기(410)는 지면과 소정의 각도를 이루도록 기울어져 형성될 수 있다. 일 예로, 각 돌기(410)는 지면과 20도 내지 25도의 각도를 이루도록 형성될 수 있다.
5. 안마볼 조립체(700)의 설명
도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 안마 의자(10)는 척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리 안마를 위한 안마볼 조립체(700)를 포함한다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마볼 조립체(700)가 종래 기술과 구분되는 특징 중 하나는, 혈자리에 따라 상측 안마볼(720), 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)가 각각 혈자리 안마를 수행할 수 있고, 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)는 정확한 혈자리 위치를 안마하기 위해 직선으로 이동될 수 있다는 점이다.
구체적으로, 전술한 바와 같이 T1 내지 L5 주변에 위치하는 혈자리는 혈자리 및 좁은 주변 부위를 안마하는 지압 중심으로 안마가 수행된다. 그런데, 기존의 안마볼 조립체는 안마볼이 축을 중심으로 회전 이동하여 신체에 접촉되어 안마가 수행되기 때문에, 측정된 혈자리의 위치의 상하 방향으로 어긋난 위치를 안마할 우려가 있었다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마볼 조립체(700)는 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)는 축을 중심으로 하는 회전 이동이 아닌, 구동부(780)의 작동에 의해 등받이부(100)를 향하는 방향 및 이에 대향되는 방향으로 직선 이동되어 예측된 혈자리에 정확하게 안마를 수행할 수 있다.
이하, 도 11 내지 도 14를 참조하여 안마볼 조립체(700)를 구체적으로 설명한다.
(1) 안마볼 조립체(700)의 구성의 설명
도시된 실시 예에서, 안마볼 조립체(700)는 제1 브라켓(710), 상측 안마볼(720), 하측 안마볼(730), 안마 뭉치(740), 제2 브라켓(750), 지지부(760), 발열체(770) 및 구동부(780)를 포함한다.
제1 브라켓(710)에는 상측 안마볼(720) 및 하측 안마볼(730)이 회전 가능하게 장착된다. 제1 브라켓(710)은 안마 뭉치(740)에 회전 가능하게 장착되어 안마 뭉치(740)의 상하 또는 좌우 이동시 함께 이동될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 상측 안마볼(720) 및 하측 안마볼(730)도 같이 이동될 수 있다.
또한, 제1 브라켓(710)의 회전에 의해 사용자의 등 부위와 접촉하는 안마볼(720, 730)의 선택이 가능하다. 즉, 상측 안마볼(720)만에 의한 안마 또는 하측 안마볼(730)만에 의한 안마가 가능하며, 발열체(770)만에 의한 안마도 가능하다.
상측 안마볼(720)은 제1 브라켓(710)의 일측 단부에 회전 가능하게 장착된다. 상측 안마볼(720)은 제1 브라켓(710)과 함께 움직일 수 있으며, 사용자에게 안마 자극을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 상측 안마볼(720)은 사용자의 신체에 닿으면서 회전이 가능하므로 사용자에게 롤링 자극을 줄 수 있다.
하측 안마볼(730)은 제1 브라켓(710)의 타측 단부에 회전 가능하게 장착된다. 하측 안마볼(730)은 제1 브라켓(710)과 함께 움직일 수 있으며, 사용자에게 안마 자극을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 하측 안마볼(730)은 사용자의 신체에 닿으면서 회전이 가능하므로 사용자에게 롤링 자극을 줄 수 있다.
상측 안마볼(720) 및 하측 안마볼(730)의 재질은 사용자에게 최적의 안마감을 제공하고, 회전시 소음을 최소화할 수 있는 어떠한 재질이어도 무방하다.
안마 뭉치(740)는 안마볼 조립체(700)가 상하 운동 또는 좌우 운동 중 어느 하나 이상을 수행할 수 있는 동력을 제공한다. 안마 뭉치(740)에는 안마볼 조립체(700)에 동력을 제공하기 위한 액추에이터(742)가 구비된다.
또한, 안마 뭉치(740)는 전력 공급부(미도시)에서 공급받은 전력을 제1 브라켓(710) 및 제2 브라켓(750) 등에 구비된 별도의 전선(미도시)을 통하여 후술할 발열체(770) 및 구동부(780)에 제공한다.
안마 뭉치(740)는 여러 형태로 움직일 수 있다. 상하 이동, 좌우 이동뿐만 아니라 회전 이동도 가능하며, 주무름 동작을 위한 주무름 이동, 순간적 압박을 위한 두드림 이동이 가능하다.
즉, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마볼 조립체(700)는 상술한 지압, 안압, 압박, 문지름, 주무름, 롤링, 순간적 안마 등을 모두 수행할 수 있다.
안마 뭉치(740)에는 제1 브라켓(710) 및 제2 브라켓(750)이 회전 가능하게 장착된다.
제2 브라켓(750)은 안마 뭉치(740)에 회전 가능하게 장착되며, 후술될 지지부(760)에 연결된다. 제2 브라켓(750)에 의해 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)의 움직임이 회전 이동이 아닌 직선 운동으로 제한될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 제1 브라켓(710)은 안마 뭉치(740)에 회전 가능하게 장착되어 상측 안마볼(720) 및 하측 안마볼(730)은 안마 뭉치(740)의 움직임에 따라, 또는 제1 브라켓(710)이 안마 뭉치(740)에 연결된 축을 중심으로 회전 운동하여 안마를 수행함이 일반적이다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마볼 조립체(700)는 제2 브라켓(750)에 의해 후술될 구동부(780)가 고정될 수 있다. 따라서, 구동부(780)의 작동에 의해 하측 안마볼(730) 또는 발열체(770)가 등받이부(100)를 향하는 방향 및 이에 대향되는 방향으로 직선 이동할 수 있으므로, 예측된 혈자리에 정확한 안마를 수행할 수 있다.
지지부(760)의 일 측에는 후술될 구동부(780)가 연결된다. 또한, 지지부(760)의 타 측에는 구동부(780)에 대향되게 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)가 위치된다.
발열체(770)는 발열을 통해 사용자에게 온열감을 제공한다. 또한, 발열체(770)는 발열과 동시에 압박을 통해 사용자에게 압박 자극을 가할 수도 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 원하는 특정 부위에 뜸 지압과 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
구동부(780)는 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)가 직선 운동할 수 있는 동력을 제공한다.
도시된 실시 예에서, 구동부(780)는 모터로 구비될 수 있다. 모터가 구동되면, 제1 브라켓(710)의 움직임 없이도 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)가 사용자를 향해 직선 운동하여 원하는 부위를 압박할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 모터는 주무름 동작을 수행할 수 있고, 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)를 상하로 이동시킬 수 있다.
다른 실시 예에서, 구동부(780)는 에어백으로 구비될 수 있다. 에어백에 공기가 주입되면, 제1 브라켓(710)의 움직임 없이도 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)가 사용자를 향해 직선 운동하여 원하는 부위를 압박할 수 있다.
대안적으로, 모터는 복수 개가 구비되어, 각각 주무름 동작을 수행할 수 있는 주무름 모터와 하측 안마볼(730) 및 발열체(770)를 이동시킬 수 있는 이동 모터로 구분될 수도 있다.
구동부(780)의 작동을 위해, 모터에 전력을 공급하는 전선(미도시) 또는 에어백에 공기를 주입하는 공기 주입 수단(미도시)이 구비될 수 있다.
(2) 안마볼 조립체(700)에 의한 혈자리 안마 과정의 설명
안마볼 조립체(700)는 상측 안마볼(720) 및 하측 안마볼(730)에 의해 척추 뼈 근처에 위치하는 혈자리를 안마할 수 있다(도 4 참조). 이하, 척추 뼈의 위치를 기준으로 혈자리 안마 수행 과정을 설명한다.
1) 상측 안마볼(720)이 혈자리 안마를 수행하는 과정의 설명
먼저, C1 내지 C7, 즉 경추 부위의 혈자리는 상측 안마볼(720)에 의해 안마되는 것이 바람직하다. 만약, 하측 안마볼(730)에 의해 안마를 수행하기 위해서는 하측 안마볼(730)이 C1 내지 C7 부위에 접촉할 수 있도록 제1 브라켓(710)이 회전되어야 한다.
이 경우, 제1 브라켓(710)의 회전에 의해 상측 안마볼(720)이 C1 부위보다 높게 올라가게 되어 안마볼 조립체(700)의 구조상 구현이 어렵기 때문이다.
상술한 바와 같이, C1 내지 C7 주변에 위치하는 혈자리에는 주무름 또는 문지름을 중심으로 안마가 수행되므로, 정확한 혈자리의 위치에만 안마가 수행되는 것보다 해당 혈자리를 중심으로 주변까지 함께 안마가 수행되는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 제1 브라켓(710)의 회전에 의해 상측 안마볼(720)이 회전 이동되어 안면, 풍부, 천주, 풍지, 견정 및 견중수 혈자리 및 각 혈자리의 주변을 안마하게 된다.
물론, 상측 안마볼(720)이 혈자리를 안마하기 전에 안마 뭉치(740)의 이동에 의해 상측 안마볼(720)이 이동되어 각 혈자리에 맞추어질 수 있다.
2) 하측 안마볼(730)이 혈자리 안마를 수행하는 과정의 설명
T1 내지 L5, 즉 흉추, 요추 및 엉치뼈의 혈자리는 하측 안마볼(730)에 의해 안마되는 것이 바람직하다. 이는, 상측 안마볼(720)에 의해 안마가 수행될 경우 방광경 1선과 방광경 2선의 중 2선, 즉 약 180 mm 부근의 폭 조절에 있어 구조적으로 간섭이 발생할 수 있기 때문이다.
상술한 바와 같이, T1 내지 L5 주변에 위치하는 혈자리에는 지압 중심으로 안마가 수행되므로, 정확한 혈자리의 위치에 안마가 수행되는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 구동부(780)에 의해 하측 안마볼(730)이 직선 이동되어 견외수, 지수, 심수, 영대, 독수, 의회, 격수, 격관, 지양, 혼문, 간수, 담수, 양강, 비수, 의사, 위수, 위창, 삼초수, 신수, 지실, 명문, 기해수, 대장수, 관원수, 소장수, 방광수, 상료, 미골단, 차료 혈자리를 안마하게 된다.
대안적으로, 하측 안마볼(730)에 인접하게 위치되는 발열체(770)가 함께 직선 이동되어 안마와 동시에 온열감을 전달할 수도 있고, 발열체(770)만이 단독으로 직선 이동되어 안마와 온열감 전달을 수행할 수도 있다.
물론, 하측 안마볼(730) 또는 발열체(770)가 혈자리를 안마하기 전에 안마 뭉치(740)의 이동에 의해 하측 안마볼(730) 또는 발열체(770)가 이동되어 각 혈자리에 맞추어질 수 있다.
7. 조작부(600)를 통한 혈자리 안마 과정의 설명
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마 의자(10)는 사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하면 일차적으로 어깨 위치를 검출하여 이를 통해 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 예측하고, 예측된 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 기준으로 혈자리 위치를 예측하여 안마를 수행한다.
또한, 사용자의 신장 정보 등을 더 입력받고, 이를 토대로 예측된 혈자리 위치를 보정하여 예측된 혈자리 위치의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
이를 위해 조작부(600)는 어깨 높이 측정 모듈(610), 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620), 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630), 안마 모드 선택 모듈(640), 사용자 정보 입력 모듈(650), BMI(Body Mass Index) 지수 연산 모듈(660), 안마 강도 설정 모듈(670), 엉덩이뼈 위치 보정 모듈(680)을 포함한다.
이하, 도 15 내지 도 17을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 안마 의자(10)가 사용자의 혈자리 위치를 예측하고 안마를 수행하는 과정을 상세하게 설명한다.
(1) 어깨 높이 측정 모듈(610)이 사용자의 어깨 높이를 측정하는 과정의 설명
사용자가 안마 의자(10)에 착석하면, 어깨 높이 측정 모듈(610)이 사용자의 어깨 높이를 측정한다. 이를 위해, 안마 의자(10)는 어깨 위치 검출 수단(미도시)을 포함할 수 있다.
어깨 위치를 검출하는 이유는 후술될 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 예측하기 위함인데, 사람의 신체 부위에 분포하는 혈자리의 위치는 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 기준으로 설정될 수 있기 때문이다.
이 때, 엉덩이뼈의 위치는 신장에 비례하여 위치되는데, 어깨 위치 또한 신장에 비례하여 위치된다. 따라서, 어깨 위치를 측정함으로써 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 예측할 수 있다.
(2) 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 예측하는 과정의 설명
상술한 바와 같이, 어깨 높이 측정 모듈(610)이 측정한 사용자의 어깨 높이를 이용하여 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 예측한다. 이를 위해, 사람의 신장, 엉덩이뼈의 위치, 어깨 위치의 상관 관계가 매핑되어 있는 빅데이터를 저장하는 신체 정보 데이터베이스(미도시)가 더 포함될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)은 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 예측하기 위해, 먼저 측정된 사용자의 어깨 위치를 높이에 따라 그룹화한다. 일 예로, 어깨 높이는 1단계에서 19단계까지 총 19단계로 구분될 수 있다. 이 때, 가장 낮은 어깨 높이는 1단계로, 가장 높은 어깨 높이는 19단계로 구분될 수 있다.
측정된 어깨 높이가 특정 단계로 구분되면, 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)은 측정된 어깨 높이의 단계를 소정의 제1 어깨 높이값 및 제2 어깨 높이값과 비교한다.
이 때, 제1 어깨 높이값은 제2 어깨 높이값보다 작게 정해진다. 즉, 제1 어깨 높이값 및 제2 어깨 높이값에 의해 측정된 어깨 높이는 세 가지 그룹 중 어느 하나로 분류될 수 있다. 일 예로, 제1 어깨 높이값은 10단계로, 제2 어깨 높이값은 13단계로 정해질 수 있다.
측정된 어깨 높이가 제1 어깨 높이값 미만일 경우, 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)은 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 소정의 제1 엉덩이뼈 위치값으로 예측한다. 일 예로, 제1 엉덩이뼈 위치값은 '낮음'일 수 있다.

각 혈자리 안마에 따른 효과는 다음과 같다.

안신도면 모드는 심신 안정 및 수면장애 개선을 위한 경락 경혈 안마모드이다. 한의학의 경락 이론에 따라 수면생리는 양교맥과 음교맥의 경락생리가 중요한 기능을 하게 된다. 양교맥과 음교맥은 하지부에서 두면부로 순행하는 바, 정신을 안정시키고 수면장애를 개선하는 안신도면 모드는 하지부에서 시작될 수 있다.

견정(족소양담경)을 안마하면 경락을 소통시키고 기능을 정상화 하며, 담을 제거하고 의식을 맑게 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 기역(氣逆), 두통, 현훈, 경항통, 견배통 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
풍지(족소양담경)를 안마하면 풍사를 제거하고 땀을 내어 표사를 제거하며, 열을 내리고 관절을 원활하게 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 두통, 비염, 부비동염, 경항통, 요통, 배통, 고혈압, 불면증 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
부분(족태양방광경)을 안마하면 폐기를 소통시키고 통증을 완화시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라 경항통, 상지통, 늑간신경통 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
백호(족태양방광경)를 안마하면 폐기가 펴지고 통하게 하며, 천식을 진정시키고 기침을 멎게 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 해수, 천식, 견배통, 목 뻣뻣함 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
고황(족태양방광경)을 안마하면 폐를 보하고 비장을 건강하게 하며, 허약을 보강하고, 심장을 편안하게 하며, 신장을 보강할 수 있다. 이에 따라 호흡기질환, 심장병, 신경증, 위산과다, 건망증, 견배통 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
삼초수(족태양방광경)를 안마하면 기화를 고르게 하고 수분배설을 잘하게 하며, 적취를 삭이고 삼초의 기능을 순조롭게 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 발기부전, 위장경련, 소화불량, 야뇨증, 요통, 부종 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
방광수(족태양방광경)를 안마하면 방광을 고르게 하고 하초의 기운 펴며, 허리와 척추를 원활하게 하고, 풍습을 제거할 수 있다. 이에 따라 좌골신경통, 요통, 척추통, 하지무력, 변비, 비뇨생식기 질환 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
격수(족태양방광경)를 안마하면 가슴부위의 맺힘을 풀어주고 위장의 기를 조화롭게 하며 혈열을 맑게 하고 허약한 것을 조리할 수 있다. 이에 따라 위산과다, 식도협착, 신경증, 두근거림, 황격막경련, 기관지염, 흉통, 협심증, 등과 척추의 통증 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
중도(족궐음간경)를 안마하면 소화기능과 생식기능을 개선할 수 있다. 이에 따라 장산통, 복통, 자궁출혈, 하지통, 족관절통 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
삼음교(족태음비경)를 안마하면 비장을 보하고 소화를 도우며, 기가 맺힌 것을 풀어주고 하초의 긴장을 느슨하게 하며 자궁 및 난소와 고환의 기능을 정상화하고 하체의 통증을 치료할 수 있다. 이에 따라 식욕부진, 소화불량, 신경쇠약, 비뇨생식기 질환, 수족냉증 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
수천(족소음신경)을 안마하면 경락을 소통하고 영기를 조화롭게 하며, 화기를 배출하고 기를 소통하며, 정신을 맑게 하고 인후를 편안하게 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 배뇨장애, 월경병, 복통, 하지통 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
부류(족소음신경)를 안마하면 땀의 배설을 정상화하며, 방광의 소변 배설을 돕고, 습사를 제거하며 체기를 풀어주고 신정을 자윤할 수 있다. 이에 따라 사지부종, 부종, 하지통, 복부팽만, 치질, 곽란, 발한조절 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
음릉천(족태음비경)을 안마하면 중초를 운행하고, 습체를 풀고 방광의 기능을 고르게 하며 풍냉을 제거할 수 있다. 이에 따라 하지부종, 하지통, 복냉, 소화장애, 요통, 식욕부진, 복부팽만 등의 증상이 호전될 수 있다.
이상 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 시트부(200);
    상기 시트부(200)의 일측에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 등받이부(100);
    상기 시트부(200)의 타측에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 종아리 안마부(400); 및
    상기 등받이부(100) 및 상기 종아리 안마부(400)의 움직임을 조절할 수 있는 조작부(600)를 포함하며,
    상기 조작부(600)는,
    사용자의 어깨 높이를 측정하는 어깨 높이 측정 모듈(610);
    상기 어깨 높이 측정 모듈(610)이 측정한 어깨 높이를 이용하여 기 설정된 제1 방법으로 엉덩이뼈 위치를 예측하는 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620);
    상기 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 예측한 엉덩이뼈 위치를 기준으로 복수의 안마 위치를 결정하는 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630); 및
    상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)이 결정한 복수의 안마 위치를 기준으로 미리 저장된 복수의 안마 모드 중 어느 하나의 안마 모드를 선택하는 안마 모드 선택 모듈(640)을 포함하며,
    상기 안마 모드 선택 모듈(640)이 선택한 안마 모드에 따라 상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)이 결정한 복수의 안마 위치가 안마되는,
    안마 의자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 기 설정된 제1 방법은,
    상기 측정된 어깨 높이가 소정의 제1 어깨 높이값 미만일 경우 상기 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 상기 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 소정의 제1 엉덩이뼈 위치값으로 예측하고,
    상기 측정된 어깨 높이가 상기 소정의 제1 어깨 높이값 이상이되, 소정의 제2 어깨 높이값 미만인 경우 상기 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 상기 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 소정의 제2 엉덩이뼈 위치값으로 예측하며,
    상기 측정된 어깨 높이가 소정의 제2 어깨 높이값 이상인 경우 상기 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 상기 엉덩이뼈의 위치를 소정의 제3 엉덩이뼈 위치값으로 예측하는 것이며,
    상기 제2 어깨 높이값은 상기 제1 어깨 높이값보다 크고,
    상기 제2 엉덩이뼈 위치값은 상기 제1 엉덩이뼈 위치값보다 크고, 상기 제3 엉덩이뼈 위치값보다 작은,
    안마 의자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 조작부(600)는,
    상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)이 결정한 복수의 안마 위치로 상기 등받이부(100), 상기 종아리 안마부(400) 및 발 안마부(500) 중 어느 하나 이상을 이동시키는 안마부 구동 모듈(632); 및
    상기 안마 모드 선택 모듈(640)이 결정한 안마 모드에 따라 에어백(102, 122, 202, 204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504), 안마볼(408, 506) 및 안마볼 조립체(700) 중 어느 하나 이상을 제어하는 안마 수행 모듈(642)을 더 포함하는,
    안마 의자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 조작부(600)는,
    사용자의 성별 정보 및 나이 정보 중 어느 하나 이상과 신장 정보 및 체중 정보를 입력 받는 사용자 정보 입력 모듈(650);
    상기 사용자 정보 입력 모듈(650)에 입력된 신장 정보 및 체중 정보를 이용하여 BMI(Body Mass Index) 지수를 연산하는 BMI 지수 연산 모듈(660);
    상기 BMI 지수 연산 모듈(660)에 의해 연산된 BMI 지수를 이용하여 기 설정된 제2 방법으로 안마 강도를 설정하는 안마 강도 설정 모듈(670)을 더 포함하며,
    상기 안마 강도 설정 모듈(670)이 설정한 안마 강도에 따라 상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)이 결정한 복수의 안마 위치가 안마되는,
    안마 의자.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 기 설정된 제2 방법은,
    상기 연산된 BMI 지수가 소정의 제1 BMI 지수값 미만인 경우 상기 안마 강도 설정 모듈(670)이 상기 안마 강도를 소정의 제1 값으로 설정하고,
    상기 연산된 BMI 지수가 소정의 제1 BMI 지수값 이상이고 제2 BMI 지수값 미만인 경우 상기 안마 강도 설정 모듈(670)이 상기 안마 강도를 소정의 제2 값으로 설정하며,
    상기 연산된 BMI 지수가 소정의 제2 BMI 지수값 이상인 경우 상기 안마 강도 설정 모듈(670)이 상기 안마 강도를 소정의 제3 값으로 설정하는 것이며,
    상기 제2 BMI 지수값은 상기 제1 BMI 지수값보다 크고,
    상기 제2 값은 상기 제1 값보다 크고, 상기 제3 값보다 작은,
    안마 의자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 조작부(600)는,
    상기 엉덩이뼈 위치 예측 모듈(620)이 예측한 엉덩이뼈 위치를 상기 사용자 정보 입력 모듈(650)에 입력된 신장 정보를 이용하여 보정하는 엉덩이뼈 위치 보정 모듈(680)을 더 포함하고,
    상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)은 상기 엉덩이뼈 위치 보정 모듈(680)이 보정한 엉덩이뼈 위치를 기준으로 복수의 안마 위치를 결정하며,
    상기 안마 모드 선택 모듈(640)은 상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)이 결정한 복수의 안마 위치를 기준으로 안마 모드를 결정하는,
    안마 의자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 안마부 구동 모듈(632)은 상기 안마 위치 결정 모듈(630)이 결정한 복수의 안마 위치에 따라 상기 등받이부(100), 상기 종아리 안마부(400) 및 발 안마부(500) 중 어느 하나 이상을 이동시키고,
    상기 안마 수행 모듈(642)은 상기 안마 모드 선택 모듈(640)이 결정한 안마 모드에 따라 에어백(102, 122, 202, 204, 312, 402, 404, 406, 502, 504), 안마볼(408, 506) 및 안마볼 조립체(700) 중 어느 하나 이상을 제어하는,
    안마 의자.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 해울청심 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 해울청심 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 태충, 삼음교, 축빈, 음곡, 격수, 간수, 심수, 폐수, 백호, 고황, 신당, 견정 풍지, 노궁, 소부, 신문, 내관, 수삼리 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
    안마 의자.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 안신도면 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 안신도면 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 안면혈, 풍지, 내관, 소부, 견정, 심수, 비수, 음릉천, 삼음교, 내충, 실면 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
    안마 의자.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 서근제통-요통 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 서근제통-요통 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 음릉천, 승근, 승산, 대도, 신수, 지실, 대장수, 관원수, 소장수, 격수, 공최, 합곡, 수삼리, 견정, 풍지 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
    안마 의자.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 서근제통-경항통 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 서근제통-경항통 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 현종, 곤륜, 음릉천, 승근, 승산, 견외수, 견중수, 천주, 풍지, 완골, 후계, 중저, 열결, 외관, 소상 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
    안마 의자.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 생혈발기 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 생혈발기 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 용천, 태계, 족삼리, 혈해, 소부, 견정, 간수, 비수, 신수, 상료, 차료 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
    안마 의자.
  13. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 건위소식 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 건위소식 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 태충, 족삼리, 풍륭, 삼음교, 합곡, 내관, 소부, 수삼리, 독수, 격수, 간수, 담수, 비수, 위수, 삼초수, 격관, 백문, 양강, 의사, 위창, 견정, 견중수, 견외수, 천정, 풍지 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
    안마 의자.
  14. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 안마 모드는 소종미각 모드를 포함하며,
    상기 소종미각 모드는 상기 결정된 복수의 안마 위치 중 태연, 신문, 공최, 외관, 수삼리, 견정, 풍지, 부분, 백호, 고황, 삼초수, 방광수, 격수, 중도, 삼음교, 수천, 부류, 음릉천 혈자리 중 어느 하나 이상을 안마하는 것인,
