Description

素肉成型机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品加工设备,尤其涉及一种素肉加工成型机。
背景技术
仿生食品是食品行业的一个新品种,是为满足消费者需要开发的“人造食品”,在产品特性上具备模仿天然食品、食用方便、营养健康等特点。素肉是仿生食品中颇受欢迎的一大类,它是采用先进的现代食品加工技术,经成型、蒸煮、炒制等过程加工而成的仿荤食品,外形、色、香、味等与荤食相似。用于生产素肉的原料主要包括大豆蛋白、小麦蛋白、魔芋及食用菌等。大豆蛋白营养丰富,蛋白质含量高,富含人体所需的8种必需氨基酸,是非常理想的植物蛋白。小麦蛋白又称谷朊粉,含有人体必须的15种氨基酸,是营养丰富的植物蛋白资源。魔芋中富含葡甘聚糖,是一种优质的水溶性膳食纤维,兼具药食两用功能,可有效预防多种疾病。食用菌含有丰富的人体必需氨基酸、矿物质、维生素和多糖等营养物质,对于调节机体平衡,提高机体免疫力等具有重要作用。因此,随着人们对营养保健食品消费需求的日益增长,以上述原料开发的素肉制品有着巨大的市场前景。素肉制品具有高蛋白、低脂肪、不含胆固醇等优点,具有较强的吸水性、吸油性,类似于动物肉的组织结构和口感。因其植物性来源可有效规避食用动物肉的潜在风险,因此可有效防治高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等慢性疾病的发生,长期食用可有效增强体质,有益于身体健康。根据加工方式不同,素肉制品可分为纤维状、挤压型及加热凝胶化型等。已研制出来的素肉制品主要包括素肉丸子、仿生肉饼、素肉块、素火腿肠、仿生牛肉及仿生鸡肉等,但是目前的机械加工设备制作的素肉口感不细腻,设备不是全自动化,导致工人劳动量增大,降温系统的能源浪费,都是要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种一体成型,节省能源全自动化的素肉成型机,为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:素肉成型机,包括设备骨架,其特征是:骨架上设置有传动系统,传动系统连接有螺杆,螺杆外设置有外筒,外 筒上设置有入料系统,外筒外设置有加热圈,外筒的端部设置有降温套,降温套为空心结构,连接有进水管和出水管,骨架下设置有与降温套相连接的降温装置。所述的降温装置包括固定在支架的若干中空的圆锥盘,最上面的圆锥盘的角向下,下面的角向上,最上面的圆锥盘带有表面带有穿透的孔,圆锥盘的直径由上至下逐渐变大,降温装置下设置有储水池,所述的降温装置一侧设置有风扇,风扇的风向对着降温装置。所述的外筒之间通过连接盘固定连接,并且在中间部位设置有固定。所述的入料系统包括入料机,入料机下面设置有入料口,入料口与外筒连接。所述的传动系统包括发动机、减速机、联轴器。
本发明的优点在于节约资源,反复利用水的温度来将食品在出口处成型,水反复利用,反复降温,本装置更是一体化操作,解决了劳动成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-5对本发明进行进一步的说明:素肉成型机,包括设备骨架,其特征是:骨架上设置有传动系统,传动系统连接有螺杆14,螺杆14外设置有外筒4,外筒4上设置有入料系统,外筒4外设置有加热圈8,外筒4的端部设置有降温套10,骨架下设置有与降温套相连接的降温装置10。所述的降温装置10包括固定在支架13的若干中空的圆锥盘,最上面的圆锥盘的角向下,下面的角向上,最上面的圆锥盘带有表面带有穿透的孔,降温装置10下设置有储水池12。所述的降温装置10一侧设置有风扇,风扇的风向对着降温装置10。所述的外筒4之间通过连接盘7固定连接,并且在中间部位设置有固定架9。所 述的入料系统包括入料机5,入料机5下面设置有入料口6,入料口6与外筒4连接。所述的传动系统包括发动机1、减速机2、联轴器3。
使用过程:将材料放入入料口6中,在入料机5的带动下,材料会进入到外筒4中,材料位于外筒4与螺杆14并且被两者挤压,经过挤压足够细腻后会经过外面设置有加热圈8的外筒,此时,大豆粉已经熟化为素肉,并在素肉熟化过程中把长肉纤维紧密地粘合在一起,互相渗透固化,然后经过降温套10冷却成型,降温套10的水是经降温装置11循环反复利用,降温套10的水从降温装置11的顶部流出,然后经过第一个的圆锥盘,因为角朝下,所以水从第一个圆锥盘的孔流出,然后经过第二个,第二个以及以后的圆锥盘的角均朝上,水从表面留下,最后流入出水池,降温装置11的一侧设置有吹风系统,整个过程风加速的水散发热量,进入储水池的水比刚进入降温装置的水大幅度降低,实现了水的循环,节省了水资源。

  1. 素肉成型机,包括设备骨架,其特征是:骨架上设置有传动系统,传动系统连接有螺杆(14),螺杆(14)外设置有外筒(4),外筒(4)上设置有入料系统,外筒(4)外设置有加热圈(8),外筒(4)的端部设置有降温套(10),降温套为空心结构,连接有进水管和出水管,骨架下设置有与降温套相连接的降温装置(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的素肉成型机,其特征是:所述的降温装置(11)包括固定在支架(13)的若干中空的圆锥盘,最上面的圆锥盘的角向下,下面的角向上,最上面的圆锥盘带有表面带有穿透的孔,圆锥盘的直径由上至下逐渐变大,降温装置(11)下设置有储水池(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的素肉成型机,其特征是:所述的降温装置(10)一侧设置有风扇,风扇的风向对着降温装置(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的素肉成型机,其特征是:所述的外筒(4)之间通过连接盘(7)固定连接,并且在中间部位设置有固定架(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的素肉成型机,其特征是:所述的入料系统包括入料机(5),入料机(5)下面设置有入料口(6),入料口(6)与外筒(4)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的素肉成型机,其特征是:所述的传动系统包括发动机(1)、减速机(2)、联轴器(3)。
