一种座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,包括机架(1),机架(1)上布置有下滑轨分总成定位治具(2),下滑轨分总成定位治具(2)上方布置有自动涂油系统(3),自动涂油系统(3)包括滑轨(32)、伺服电机(31)以及滑块(33),伺服电机(31)的输出端通过丝杆(34)与滑块(33)连接,滑块(33)上安装有喷油安装座(35),喷油安装座(35)的下端安装有喷油头(36),喷油头(36)通过管道与油压泵(30)连接。该自动涂油专机实现了自动化涂油,降低了作业强度,提升了产品品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种设备,特别是一种座椅滑轨自动涂油专机。
背景技术
座椅下滑轨分成下滑轨分总成和上滑轨总成,上滑轨总成能沿着下滑轨分总成往复移动进而调整座椅的位置。现有技术中,下滑轨分总成一般需要在其U状的滑槽位置涂上黄油,并在其外表面相应的位置贴上标签。该工作需要2名作业员,1名作业员使用毛刷将油均匀涂在产品表面,尤其是下滑轨分总成的滑槽道内壁,另外1名专门负责贴标签;下滑轨分总成的滑槽内壁采用人工涂油的方式存在一定的难度,导致生产节拍低(40PCS/H)。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其实现自动化涂油,提高生产节拍,并通过外置激光打码机在下滑轨分总成上打上相应的标号。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,包括机架,所述机架上布置有下滑轨分总成定位治具,所述下滑轨分总成定位治具上方布置有自动涂油系统,所述自动涂油系统包括滑轨、伺服电机以及沿滑轨往复移动的滑块,所述伺服电机的输出端通过丝杆与滑块连接,所述滑块上安装有喷油安装座,所述喷油安装座的下端安装有喷油头,所述喷油头通过管道与油压泵连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述喷油头上布置有下喷孔和若干个侧喷孔,所述下喷孔位于喷油头的下端面,若干个所述侧喷孔布置在喷油头的两个相对侧面上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滑轨通过若干个L状的安装座安装在机架的上端面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述油压泵通过控油阀与喷油头连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述下滑轨分总成定位治具包括两个夹紧治具,每个所述夹紧治具包括定位块、第一夹紧气缸和第二夹紧气缸,所述第一夹紧气缸和第二夹紧气缸分布在定位块旁,所述第一夹紧气缸的工作端安装有第一夹紧块,所述第二夹紧气缸的工作端安装有第二夹紧块,所述第一夹紧块和第二夹紧块位于定位块上方。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,两个所述夹紧治具之间布置有两个推料气缸,每个所述推料气缸的工作端安装有推料块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括激光打码机,所述激光打码机的打码头水平朝向下滑轨分总成定位治具中的下滑轨分总成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置喷油头,当下滑轨分总成安装到下滑轨分总成定位治具上后,伺服电机驱使喷油头移动到下滑轨分总成中的滑槽内并沿着该滑槽移动,喷油头移动过程中往下滑轨分总成中的滑槽底壁和内壁分别涂油,实现自动化涂油,生产节拍由40PCS/H提升到80PCS/H,作业人员只需配置一名,该作业人员还能在喷油的过程中处理其他事情;降低作业强度,提升产品品质。

参照图1~图3,一种座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,包括机架1,所述机架1上布置有下滑轨分总成定位治具2,所述下滑轨分总成定位治具2上方布置有自动涂油系统3,所述自动涂油系统3包括滑轨32、伺服电机31以及沿滑轨32往复移动的滑块33,所述伺服电机31的输出端通过丝杆34与滑块33连接,所述滑块33上安装有喷油安装座35,所述喷油安装座35的下端安装有喷油头36,所述喷油头36通过管道与油压泵30连接。机架1的下端安装有若干个轮子,便于将本发明移动到合适的位置。当然,本发明中还安装有一些本领域人员所熟悉的感应器和控制系统,通过感应器和控制系统控制相应电机和气缸动作。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述喷油头36上布置有下喷孔和若干个侧喷孔,所述下喷孔位于喷油头36的下端面,若干个所述侧喷孔布置在喷油头36的两个相对侧面上,通过下喷孔对下滑轨分总成的滑槽底部喷油,通过侧喷孔对下滑轨分总成的滑槽侧壁喷油,实现自动化。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述滑轨32通过若干个L状的安装座37安装在机架1的上端面。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述油压泵30通过控油阀与喷油头36连接,通过控油阀控制喷油头36的出油量,配合伺服电机31驱使喷油头36的移动方向,进而控制下滑轨分总成的滑槽底壁部侧壁的喷油量。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述下滑轨分总成定位治具2包括两个夹紧治具,每个所述夹紧治具包括定位块20、第一夹紧气缸21和第二夹紧气缸22,所述第一夹紧气缸21和第二夹紧气缸22分布在定位块20旁,所述第一夹紧气缸21的工作端安装有第一夹紧块23,所述第二夹紧气缸22的工作端安装有第二夹紧块24,所述第一夹紧块23和第二夹紧块24位于定位块20上方。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,两个所述夹紧治具之间布置有两个推料气缸4,每个所述推料气缸4的工作端安装有推料块40。
涂油前,将下滑轨分总成的两端分别放置到相应的夹紧定位块20上后,第一夹紧气缸21和第二夹紧气缸22的工作端往下缩后第一夹紧块23和第二夹紧块24将下滑轨分总成固定好。涂油后,第一夹紧气缸21和第二夹紧气缸22的工作端往上伸后第一夹紧块23和第二夹紧块24将下滑轨分总成松开。推料气缸4的工作端往上伸出后,推料块40将下滑轨分总成顶起,便于作业人员将下滑轨分总成取出。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括激光打码机(没在附图中画出),所述激光打码机的打码头水平朝向下滑轨分总成定位治具2中的下滑轨分总成。
在喷油的过程中,通过激光打码机在下滑轨分总成的外侧面上实现打标,进而实现了喷油打标的自动化,提高生产节拍。

- 一种座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架上布置有下滑轨分总成定位治具,所述下滑轨分总成定位治具上方布置有自动涂油系统,所述自动涂油系统包括滑轨、伺服电机以及沿滑轨往复移动的滑块,所述伺服电机的输出端通过丝杆与滑块连接,所述滑块上安装有喷油安装座,所述喷油安装座的下端安装有喷油头,所述喷油头通过管道与油压泵连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:所述喷油头上布置有下喷孔和若干个侧喷孔,所述下喷孔位于喷油头的下端面,若干个所述侧喷孔布置在喷油头的两个相对侧面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:所述滑轨通过若干个L状的安装座安装在机架的上端面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:所述油压泵通过控油阀与喷油头连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:所述下滑轨分总成定位治具包括两个夹紧治具,每个所述夹紧治具包括定位块、第一夹紧气缸和第二夹紧气缸,所述第一夹紧气缸和第二夹紧气缸分布在定位块旁,所述第一夹紧气缸的工作端安装有第一夹紧块,所述第二夹紧气缸的工作端安装有第二夹紧块,所述第一夹紧块和第二夹紧块位于定位块上方。
- 根据权利要求5所述的座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:两个所述夹紧治具之间布置有两个推料气缸,每个所述推料气缸的工作端安装有推料块。
- 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的座椅滑轨自动涂油专机,其特征在于:还包括激光打码机,所述激光打码机的打码头水平朝向下滑轨分总成定位治具中的下滑轨分总成。
