权利要求书
一种清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 以 500重量份计, 包括如下重量份数 的成分: 2-12份无水偏硅酸钠, 3-10份亚硝酸钠, 1-5份 N-甲基二乙醇 胺, 0.1-0.5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚, 2-10份三聚磷酸钠, 3-15份的聚乙 二醇, 0.1-0.5份的十二烷基苯磺酸钠, 0.1-0.5份的磺化蓖麻油和余量 的水。
如权利要求 1所述的清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 所述五水偏硅酸钠的 重量份数为 6- 10。
如权利要求 1所述的清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 所述亚硝酸钠的重量 份数为 5-8份。
如权利要求 1所述的清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 所述 N-甲基二乙醇胺 的重量份数为 2-4份。
如权利要求 1所述的清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯 醚的重量份数为 0.2-0.4份和 0.2-0.4份的十二烷基苯磺酸钠和 0.2-0.4份 的磺化蓖麻油。
如权利要求 1所述的清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 所述三聚磷酸钠的重 量份数为 4-8份和 6-10份的聚乙二醇。
如权利要求 1所述的清洗防锈剂, 其特征在于, 所述清洗防锈剂使用 吋配制成溶液吋的 PH值为 9- 11。
一种金属工件防锈处理方法, 其包括下列步骤: 配制如权利要求 1-6 任一项所述的清洗防锈剂; 控制防锈溶液的 PH值为 9-11, 将金属工 件用清洗防锈溶液处理, 经过预定吋间处理后, 干燥。
如权利要求 8所述的金属工件防锈处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述防锈 溶液清洗防锈吋是浸泡金属工件或对金属工件喷雾处理, 处理吋间为 2-20分钟。
一种金属工件, 其特征在于, 所述金属工件表面按照如权利要求 8所 述的金属工件防锈处理方法形成有清洁的工件表面和防锈保护膜。
