Abstract

一种除油除锈钝化三合一钝化剂、钢铁件及其钝化处理方法。除油除锈钝化三合一钝化剂用于钢铁件表面预处理,以2000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:50‑100份磷酸,5‑20份植酸,2‑6份烷基聚氧乙烯醚,20‑40份氧化锌,5‑30份三聚磷酸铝,1‑5份硫脲,1‑5份六亚甲基四胺,余量的水。上述除油除锈钝化三合一钝化剂能同时去除油污、锈迹,并且形成的钝化层,钝化层结构细致,附着力牢固,能在钢钢铁表面上生成的钝化,具有良好防腐性。
