Description
Three-in-one passivator for oil removal, rust removal and passivation, steel part and passivation treatment method thereof
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of steel surface treatment, in particular to a three-in-one passivator for oil removal, rust removal and passivation
Steel and iron pieces and a surface oil removing, rust removing and passivating treatment method thereof.
Background
[0002] In order to improve the surface properties or appearance of the product, the surface of the workpiece is usually treated. For example, surface treatment processes for aluminum, steel and their alloys are in great use in various industries. Moreover, most of the works require pretreatment before surface treatment, such as cleaning, decontamination and degreasing, and some steel parts require passivation.
[0003] The passivation treatment generally adopts a passivating agent to pretreat the steel piece so as to form a passivation layer on the surface of the steel piece, so as to increase the corrosion resistance of the workpiece. For example, the prior passivation treatment needs to carry out treatments such as oil removal and rust removal on steel pieces, the use is very complicated and troublesome, the energy consumption is high, a plurality of treatment tanks are needed, and long technical problems are needed during the treatment
[0004] In view of the above, the three-in-one passivation method is simple and convenient to use, can perform oil removal, rust removal and passivation at one time, and saves time and energy consumption. The passivation layer has a delicate structure and strong corrosion resistance, and the steel part surface passivation method and the steel part prepared by passivation treatment.
Solution to the problem
Technical solution
[0005] A three-in-one passivator for oil removal, rust removal and passivation is used for forming passivation on the surface of a steel part, and comprises the following components in parts by weight, wherein the components in parts by weight are as follows: 50-100 parts of phosphoric acid, 5-20 parts of phytic acid, 2-6 parts of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 20-40 parts of zinc oxide, 5-30 parts of aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1-5 parts of thiourea, 1-5 parts of hexamethylenetetramine and the balance of water.
[0006] A passivation treatment method for steel parts comprises the following steps: preparing the three-in-one passivator for oil, rust and passivation as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6; and (3) immersing the steel piece into a passivating agent solution, performing treatment for a preset time interval, washing the steel piece with water, and drying. [0007] And a steel member having a surface with a passivation formed by the steel member passivation treatment method as described above.
Advantageous effects of the invention
Advantageous effects
[0008] The three-in-one passivator for oil and rust removal and passivation can remove oil and rust and form a film layer with the same inch passivation, and the formed passivation layer has a fine structure and strong corrosion resistance and can generate a passivation layer with good corrosion resistance on the surface of a steel part.
Modes for carrying out the invention
[0009] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
[0010] The embodiment of the invention provides a three-in-one passivator for oil removal, rust removal and passivation, which is used for surface pretreatment of steel parts and comprises the following components in parts by weight in 2000 parts: 50-100 parts of phosphoric acid, 5-20 parts of phytic acid, 2-6 parts of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 20-40 parts of zinc oxide, 5-30 parts of aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1-5 parts of thiourea, 1-5 parts of hexamethylenetetramine and the balance of water.
[0011] Specifically, the weight part of the phosphoric acid is 60-80 parts. Preferably, the phytic acid is 10-15 parts by weight, the alkyl polyoxyethylene ether is preferably 3-5 parts by weight, the zinc oxide is preferably 25-35 parts by weight, the aluminum tripolyphosphate is preferably 15-20 parts by weight, the thiourea is preferably 2-4 parts by weight, and the hexamethylenetetramine is preferably 2-4 parts by weight.
[0012] In the three-in-one passivator for oil removal, rust removal and passivation, a better passivation effect is achieved by controlling the proportion balance of the components. For example, when the content of phosphoric acid is low, rust removal is slow or impossible, and formation of a passivation film is too slow or too thin, whereas reaction is too fast, which results in too fast film formation, and the newly formed passivation film is dissolved again, and the passivation film is not strong enough, so the weight part of phosphoric acid is preferable in this embodiment. Phosphoric acid, phytic acid and zinc oxide are used as main components of the passivation layer, alkyl polyoxyethylene ether is used as an oil removing component, thiourea and hexamethylenetetramine are used as auxiliary components, and the corrosion resistance of the passivation layer is improved.
[0013] In the embodiment, the three-in-one passivator for oil and rust removal and passivation can remove oil and rust and form a film layer with inch passivation, and the formed passivation film has a fine structure and firm adhesion, can remove grease and rust on the surface of a steel part and generates passivation with good corrosion resistance.
[0014] The embodiment of the invention also provides a steel part passivation treatment method, which comprises the following steps: preparing the three-in-one passivator for oil removal, rust removal and passivation; and (3) immersing the steel piece into a passivating agent solution, performing treatment for a preset time interval, washing the steel piece with water, and drying.
[0015] Specifically, the steel pieces are preferably immersed in the passivating agent solution for 3 to 30 minutes.
[0016] The embodiment of the invention also provides the steel part which is processed by the steel part passivation processing method, so that passivation is formed on the surface of the steel part. The passivation can protect the steel piece, and the corrosion resistance is strong.
