Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of steel surface treatment, in particular to a three-in-one coating agent for oil removal, rust removal and phosphorization
Steel and iron pieces and a film forming treatment method thereof.
Background
[0002] In order to improve the surface properties or appearance of the product, the surface of the workpiece is usually treated. For example, surface treatment processes for aluminum, steel and their alloys are in great use in various industries. Furthermore, most of the works require pretreatment, such as cleaning, decontamination and degreasing, before surface treatment, and some steel parts require surface treatment.
[0003] The film coating treatment generally adopts a film coating agent to pretreat the steel piece so as to form a film layer on the surface of the steel piece, so that the subsequent surface treatment is carried out, and the bonding force and the corrosion resistance of the subsequent film are increased. For example, the prior phosphating treatment needs to carry out treatments such as oil removal, rust removal, surface adjustment and the like on steel pieces, is very complex and troublesome to use, has high energy consumption, needs more treatment tanks and has long treatment time.
Technical problem
[0004] In view of this, the utility model provides a simple to use, once only carry out deoiling rust cleaning bonderizing trinity involucra treatment, save time and energy consumption. The film layer has fine structure and firm adhesion, and the steel part is prepared by a steel part skinning treatment method and skinning treatment.
Solution to the problem
Technical solution
[0005] A three-in-one coating agent for removing oil, rust and phosphorization is used for forming a coating on the surface of a steel part and comprises the following components in parts by weight in 4000 parts by weight: 100 portions of phosphoric acid, 0.5 to 5 portions of gelatin, 0.5 to 5 portions of alum, 5 to 30 portions of sodium tripolyphosphate, 30 to 60 portions of zinc oxide, 2 to 6 portions of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 2 to 20 portions of magnesium oxide and the balance of water.
[0006] A steel piece skinning treatment method comprises the following steps: preparing the oil-removing rust-removing phosphatizing three-in-one coating agent as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8; immersing the steel piece into the coating agent solution, after a predetermined time interval treatment, removing oil and rust on the surface of the steel piece to form a coating, washing the steel piece with water, and drying.
[0007] And a steel member having a surface film formed by the steel member film forming method.
Advantageous effects of the invention
Advantageous effects
[0008] The oil-removing rust-removing phosphating three-in-one coating agent can remove oil and rust and form a coating with inch phosphating, the structure of the coating is fine, the adhesive force is firm, and a gray coating with good corrosion resistance can be generated on the surface of a steel part.
Modes for carrying out the invention
[0009] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
[0010] The embodiment of the invention provides an oil-removing rust-removing phosphating three-in-one coating agent for surface pretreatment of steel parts, which comprises the following components in parts by weight in 4000 parts by weight: 100 portions of phosphoric acid, 0.5 to 5 portions of gelatin, 0.5 to 5 portions of alum, 5 to 30 portions of sodium tripolyphosphate, 30 to 60 portions of zinc oxide, 2 to 6 portions of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 2 to 20 portions of magnesium oxide and the balance of water.
[0011] Specifically, the weight portion of the phosphoric acid is 130-170 parts. Preferably, the weight portion of the gelatin is 2-4 parts, the weight portion of the alum is preferably 2-4 parts, the weight portion of the sodium tripolyphosphate is preferably 10-20 parts, the weight portion of the zinc oxide is preferably 40-50 parts, and the weight portion of the alkyl polyoxyethylene ether is preferably 3-5 parts. The weight portion of the magnesium oxide is preferably 5 to 10 parts.
[0012] In the oil-removing rust-removing phosphating three-in-one coating agent, a better film forming effect is achieved by controlling the proportion balance of the components. For example, when the content of phosphoric acid is low, rust removal is slow or impossible, and film formation is too slow, too thin, or even impossible, whereas reaction is too fast, resulting in too fast film formation, and the as-formed film is dissolved again, and the film is not strong enough, so the weight part of phosphoric acid is preferred in this embodiment. Phosphoric acid, zinc oxide and magnesium oxide are used as main components of the coating layer, a surfactant is used as an oil removing component, and other components are used as auxiliary components, so that the generation of the coating layer is promoted and the corrosion resistance is improved.
[0013] In the embodiment, the oil-removing, rust-removing and phosphorizing three-in-one coating agent can remove oil and rust and form a film layer with inch phosphorization, the film layer has a delicate structure and firm adhesive force, and can remove grease and rust on the surface of a steel part and generate a gray skin film with good corrosion resistance. [0014] The embodiment of the invention also provides a steel piece skinning treatment method, which comprises the following steps: preparing the oil-removing rust-removing phosphatizing three-in-one coating agent; immersing the steel piece into the coating agent solution, after a predetermined time interval treatment, removing oil and rust on the surface of the steel piece to form a coating, washing the steel piece with water, and drying.
[0015] Specifically, the steel pieces are preferably immersed in the coating agent solution for 3 to 30 minutes.
[0016] The embodiment of the invention also provides the steel part which is processed by the steel part skinning processing method to form a skin on the surface of the steel part. The involucra can protect the steel piece and has firm adhesive force.
