The three-in-one coating agent for oil removal, rust removal and phosphorization is used for surface pretreatment of steel parts and comprises the following components in parts by weight in 4000 parts by weight: 100 portions of phosphoric acid, 0.5 to 5 portions of gelatin, 0.5 to 5 portions of alum, 5 to 30 portions of sodium tripolyphosphate, 30 to 60 portions of zinc oxide, 2 to 6 portions of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 2 to 20 portions of magnesium oxide and the balance of water.
