宠物食品标准内涵盖了水分、蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗纤维、无氮浸出物、矿物质、微量元素、氨基酸、维生素等几方面的内容,其中,粗灰分是非营养性内容,粗纤维有刺激胃肠蠕动的作用。宠物食品的营养设计制造必须由宠物营养学专业的宠物营养师指导,根据宠物不同生长阶段,自身体质,不同的季节等各方面内容综合考虑,根据营养需要,制定科学合理的宠物食品标准。在为宠物选购和使用食品时,应该根据宠物自身的生理特点、生长阶段选择,并合理搭配与饲喂。
现在的宠物食品中的宠物主粮和宠物零食都很难做到具有真实肉状纤维状的效果。大多数肉类都是经过搅碎活斩碎很难保存纤维状 的肉丝状。

(3).拌好好的原料放出来放在塑料袋中放置1小时,使原料和水充分吸收均匀;
(4).开启专用膨化机,一区温度75-85度,二区温度125-145度,三区150-160度;
(5).温度达到后启动膨化机;调节主机螺杆转速和喂料机转速;使原料在高温高压下产生理化反应形成具有肉丝状的组织结构。产品达到预定效果;
(6).产品经过各种形状磨具出来后,经过冷却后剪切成型;自然晾干一夜;
(7).产品按照25-35%的比例复水,形成一种肉丝状宠物食品,经过调味,包装,杀菌成品。
本产品经过监测,其营养成分为:蛋白质>50%;脂肪>1%;粗纤维<4%;灰分<5%;水分<35%。产品表面有肉丝状,产品掰开后有明显的肉丝状。
本发明技术方案是将植物蛋白与肉类、蔬菜水果通过机械膨化挤压工艺制取的含有肉丝状的一种宠物食品。通过对含水量、膨化机的温度以及喂料机的压力的控制,制备获得纤维状肉丝的产品;这种产品具有很好的感官效果和适口性效果。随着饲养宠物的人越来越多,这样产品具有很好的发展前景,急需要开发出来填补市场的空白。
与现有的宠物食品比较,本发明技术方案制备的产品有明显的肉丝感官效果。产品配方中,营养比较全面,产品含有丰富的维生素和 矿物质和氨基酸,蛋白质含量达到70%,能够满足宠物的蛋白质营养需求。产品中植物蛋白经过高温熟化后更容易被消化和吸收,由于植物蛋白中含脂肪类较低,富含纤维素等有益成分对宠物的心血管,胆固醇降低等,主要原料中的植物蛋白,其价格比普通宠物食品肉脯类的价格低很多,是普通鸡肉干的1/2,牛肉脯的1/3,具有明显的价格优势。

(4).开启专用膨化机,一区温度75-85度,二区温度125-145度,三区150-160度;
(5).温度达到后启动膨化机;调节主机螺杆转速和喂料机转速。使原料在高温高压下产生理化反应形成具有肉丝状的组织结构。产品达到预定效果;
(6).产品经过各种形状磨具出来后,经过冷却后剪切成型;自然晾干一夜;
(7).产品按照30%比例复水,形成一种肉丝状宠物食品,经过调味,包装,杀菌得到成品。

将实施例1-9的制备方法中:步骤(4)中温度范围低于75或大于160度;步骤(7)中,复水比例大于35%或小于25%;虽然蛋白质、脂肪等营养成分,均无差别,但外观上没有肉丝状。

    (4).设置膨化机:一区温度75-85度,二区温度125-145度,三区150-160度;
    (5).温度达到后启动膨化机;调节喂料机转速和主机转速使机器模头处形成4-7MPa的压力,使原料在高温高压下产生理化反应形成具有肉丝状的组织结构;产品达到预定效果;
