一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,包括U形支杆(2)、整体骨架(3)和面套(1),整体骨架(3)外部包覆有面套(1),整体骨架(3)采用一体式构件,其下侧面以及内部采用中空结构,整体骨架(3)的内部安装有能上下移动的U形支杆(2),U形支杆(2)两端朝下,从整体骨架(3)下侧穿出,U形支杆(2)两端上均安装有与整体骨架(3)下部内壁卡扣相连的第一导向套(7),第一导向套(7)上方安装有套接在U形支杆(2)上的第二导向套(10),第一导向套(7)上安装有上端朝向U形支杆(2)弯折的解锁钢丝(14),U形支杆(2)的两个竖直部一侧均布置有一排与解锁钢丝(14)相配的解锁槽(9),第二导向套(10)上方横向移动安装有与解锁钢丝(14)相连的解锁杆(6),所述头枕具有结构简单、组装方便、降低了生产成本等特点。

Description

一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车头枕技术领域,特别是涉及一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕。
背景技术
原本的简易式双向头枕通常采用两种结构进行组装,一种结构是采用组合式头枕骨架以及U形单支杆,安装的时候先将U形单支杆安装在头枕骨架的一个拼接件内,之后再对整个产品进行组装,这种方式会造成头枕骨架本身强度降低同时也不方便头枕组装,增加了劳动力成本,第二种结构采用的是整体的头枕骨架以及两根分离式支杆,安装的时候首先将将两根分离式支杆安装在头枕骨架内之后,通过焊接将两根支杆进行连接,并完成组装,这种方式大大影响头枕的强度、同时不方便工人进行组装,为了解决上述两种双向头枕的缺陷同时提高头枕的生产效率,降低头枕的成本,设计一款新的双向头枕是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,通过设计一种下部以及中部中空的整体化头枕骨架以及U形单支杆,方便了双向头枕的组装、增加了头枕的强度、降低了头枕的成本以及生产过程中的劳动力成本等特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,包括U形支杆、整体骨架和面套,所述的整体骨架外部包覆有面套,所述的整体骨架采用一体式构件,其下侧面以及内部采用中空结构,所述的整体骨架的内部安装有能上下移动的U形支杆,所述的U形支杆两端朝下,从整体骨架下侧穿出,所述的U形支杆两端上均安装有与整体骨架下部内壁卡扣相连的第一导向套,所述的第一导向套上方安装有套接在U形支杆上的第二导向套,所述的第一导向套上安装有上端朝向U形支杆弯折的解锁钢丝,所述的U形支杆的两个竖直部一侧均布置有一排与解锁钢丝相配的解锁槽,所述的第二导向套上方横向移动安装有与解锁钢丝相连的解锁杆。
所述的第一导向套的前部朝上凸出形成延伸部,延伸部扣接在整体骨架下部外侧,第一导向套的后部扣接在整体骨架下部开口的内壁上。
所述的解锁钢丝下部嵌入安装在第一导向套的延伸部内。
所述的第二导向套前后侧中部均布置有与整体骨架内壁相扣的卡扣结构。
所述的解锁杆的一端与安装在整体骨架侧部的按钮座相连,所述的按钮座上安装有按钮。
所述的解锁杆上侧靠近按钮座处布置有弹簧安装座,所述的弹簧安装座内安装有复位弹簧。
所述的解锁杆下侧布置有两个与解锁钢丝弯折端相配的扣槽。
所述的解锁杆上侧中部处布置有限位凸起。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,结构紧凑,具有以下优点:(1)通过选择U形支杆作为头枕支杆,增加了头枕支杆的强度,避免头枕支杆使用时发生形变;(2)同时设计一种一体成型的塑料件作为整体骨架,摒弃了原来U形支杆必须使用分体式骨架的技术偏见,大大提高了头枕的强度,减少了用料,降低了成本;(3)在设计整体骨架的同时,改进了第一导向套和第二导向套的结构,使其可以先安装在U形支杆上,和U形支杆一起从整体骨架下部伸入的同时与骨架进行扣接定位,大大方便了头枕的组装、提高产品的生产效率;(4)通过在第一导向套上布置延伸部,方便了解锁钢丝的固定、同时避免解锁钢丝在工作之中放生形变等特点。

本发明的实施方式涉及一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,如图1—5所示, 包括U形支杆2、整体骨架3和面套1,所述的整体骨架3外部包覆有面套1,所述的整体骨架3采用一体式构件,其下侧面以及内部采用中空结构,所述的整体骨架3的内部安装有能上下移动的U形支杆2,所述的U形支杆2两端朝下,从整体骨架3下侧穿出,所述的U形支杆2两端上均安装有与整体骨架3下部内壁卡扣相连的第一导向套7,所述的第一导向套7上方安装有套接在U形支杆2上的第二导向套10,所述的第一导向套7上安装有上端朝向U形支杆2弯折的解锁钢丝14,所述的U形支杆2的两个竖直部一侧均布置有一排与解锁钢丝14相配的解锁槽9,所述的第二导向套10上方横向移动安装有与解锁钢丝14相连的解锁杆6。
所述的第一导向套7的前部朝上凸出形成延伸部15,延伸部15扣接在整体骨架3下部外侧,第一导向套7的后部扣接在整体骨架3下部开口的内壁上。
所述的解锁钢丝14下部嵌入安装在第一导向套7的延伸部内。
所述的第二导向套10前后侧中部均布置有与整体骨架3内壁相扣的卡扣结构。
所述的解锁杆6的一端与安装在整体骨架3侧部的按钮座4相连,所述的按钮座4上安装有按钮5。
所述的解锁杆6上侧靠近按钮座4处布置有弹簧安装座11,所述的弹簧安装座11内安装有复位弹簧8。
所述的解锁杆6下侧布置有两个与解锁钢丝14弯折端相配的扣槽13。
所述的解锁杆6上侧中部处布置有限位凸起12。
实施例
当进行组装头枕的时候,首先取出一根U形支杆2,在U形支杆2的两个竖直部位上对称安装好第二导向套10和第一导向套7,每个竖直部均安装有一组,之后将安装好的U形支杆2从整体骨架3下部的中空位置处装入到整体骨架3内部,通过第二导向套10和第一导向套7的卡扣与整体骨架3进行连接,大大节约了工人的组装速度,同时避免拆解整体骨架3或者U形支杆2,使得头枕的强度降低,之后将复位弹簧8安装在解锁杆6的弹簧安装座11内,并将解锁杆6从安装按钮座4的孔位插入安装到整体骨架3内,之后安装按钮座4以及按钮5,最后进行面套1的安装,这种安装方式大大提高了双向头枕的生产效率,有很大的经济效益。
同时本技术突破性节约了双向头枕原本组装难、结构强度低的问题。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,包括U形支杆(2)、整体骨架(3)和面套(1),所述的整体骨架(3)外部包覆有面套(1),其特征在于:所述的整体骨架(3)采用一体式构件,其下侧面以及内部采用中空结构,所述的整体骨架(3)的内部安装有能上下移动的U形支杆(2),所述的U形支杆(2)两端朝下,从整体骨架(3)下侧穿出,所述的U形支杆(2)两端上均安装有与整体骨架(3)下部内壁卡扣相连的第一导向套(7),所述的第一导向套(7)上方安装有套接在U形支杆(2)上的第二导向套(10),所述的第一导向套(7)上安装有上端朝向U形支杆(2)弯折的解锁钢丝(14),所述的U形支杆(2)的两个竖直部一侧均布置有一排与解锁钢丝(14)相配的解锁槽(9),所述的第二导向套(10)上方横向移动安装有与解锁钢丝(14)相连的解锁杆(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的第一导向套(7)的前部朝上凸出形成延伸部(15),延伸部(15)扣接在整体骨架(3)下部外侧,第一导向套(7)的后部扣接在整体骨架(3)下部开口的内壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的解锁钢丝(14)下部嵌入安装在第一导向套(7)的延伸部内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的第二导向套(10)前后侧中部均布置有与整体骨架(3)内壁相扣的卡扣结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的解锁杆(6)的一端与安装在整体骨架(3)侧部的按钮座(4)相连,所述的按钮座(4)上安装有按钮(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的解锁杆(6)上侧靠近按钮座(4)处布置有弹簧安装座(11),所述的弹簧安装座(11)内安装有复位弹簧(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的解锁杆(6)下侧布置有两个与解锁钢丝(14)弯折端相配的扣槽(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用U形单支杆的整体单骨架双向头枕,其特征在于:所述的解锁杆(6)上侧中部处布置有限位凸起(12)。
