机架转动式卷状板材折弯机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种机架转动式卷状板材折弯机。
背景技术
传统的卷状板材折弯机如在先发明专利(专利号;CN201510208149.3)中所介绍的,其工作原理主要通过驱动底盘转动带动卷材旋转,然后卷状板材转动的时候带动卷材上端与锥形压辊接触配合实现折弯;传统的底盘转动工作模式,由于卷材全部负重在底盘上,并且底盘本身较重,驱动的时候机器负载非常大,容易引起底盘晃动、运行不稳的情况,一旦出现底盘水平晃动的问题后,卷材上端便不能精准的与上端锥形压辊挤压接触配合,影响卷材折弯质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种机架转动式卷状板材折弯机,解决以往卷状板材折弯机运行不稳定的缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种机架转动式卷状板材折弯机,包括底盘,所述底盘上端设置有可转动的齿环,所述齿环内圈中的底盘区域形成凸起的卷状板材搁置区;
所述齿环上端对称设置有左立柱和右立柱,两根立柱上端固定连接有横梁,所述横梁上设置有可沿横梁右半部分长度方向移动的成型夹具装置。
进一步的,所述成型夹具装置包括右滑块、右滑杆以及成型夹具;
所述横梁右半部分开设有右滑槽,矩形的右滑块移动设置在右滑槽内,所述右滑杆上端与右滑块固定连接,所述成型夹具转动设置在右滑杆下端。
进一步的,所述成型夹具包括呈倒U型结构的夹具本体,所述夹具本体内腔顶壁上均布有滚柱;
所述夹具本体内腔前端具有开口朝下的引入腔,所述夹具本体内腔后端具有开口呈水平设置的导出腔,所述夹具本体内腔中部形成螺旋扭转90度的折弯腔,所述折弯脖的前后两端分别与引入腔和导出腔连通。
进一步的,所述成型夹具前端设置有用于对卷材上端待折弯边进行加热的加热装置。
进一步的,所述横梁侧壁上安装有可转动右丝杆,所述右丝杆与右滑块形成传动配合。
进一步的,所述左立柱和右立柱分别设置有抬升装置,所述抬升装置包括驱动电机和丝杆,所述丝杆与驱动电机固定连接;两个抬升装置的丝杆分别与横梁两端形成螺旋配合;两个驱动电机分别与控制器连接,两根丝杆同步转动带动横梁做上下运动。
进一步的,所述横梁上设置有可沿横梁左半部分长度方向移动的压紧装置;

本发明的有益效果是:由传统的底盘转动改为现在的成型夹具运动,使卷状板材在被折弯的时候机构能够更加稳定,提高折弯质量和折弯效率。
成型夹具的设计,通过引入腔、折弯腔和导出腔的结构设计,可以使成型夹具与板材配合的时候可以将板材上端夹紧在腔内,进一步提升折弯时候稳定性。

具体实施方式
现在结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至图3所示,一种机架转动式卷状板材折弯机,包括底盘1,底盘1上端设置有可转动的齿环2,齿环2内圈中的底盘1区域形成凸起的卷状板材搁置区;齿环2上端对称设置有左立杜和右立杜,两根立杜上端固定连接有横梁3,横梁3上设置有可沿横梁3右半部分长度方向移动的成型夹具装置。
成型夹具装置包括右滑块41、右滑杆42以及成型夹具43;横梁3右半部分开设有右滑槽,矩形的右滑块41移动设置在右滑槽内,右滑杆42上端与右滑块41固定连接,成型夹具43转动设置在右滑杆42下端。成型夹具43与右滑杆42之间通过销轴形成转动连接。
成型夹具43包括呈倒U型结构的夹具本体,夹具本体内腔顶壁上均布有滚柱;
夹具本体内腔前端具有开口朝下的引入脖421,夹具本体内脖后端具有开口呈水平设置的导出腔423,夹具本体内腔中部形成螺旋扭转90度的折弯腔422,折弯腔422的前后两端分别与引入腔421和导出腔423连通。
成型夹具43前端设置有用于对卷材上端待折弯边进行加热的加热装置44。加热装置44采用电磁加热,当然也可以采用其他加热方式,例如高压喷火;加热装置44的主要目的 就是对板材进行加热,使其方便后方的成型夹具43对板材进行折弯变形。
横梁3侧壁上安装有可转动右丝杆,右丝杆与右滑块形成传动配合。丝杆可以在右滑块不需要移动的时候进行位置锁定,使成型夹具43可以稳定作业。
左立杜和右立柱分别设置有抬升装置,抬升装置包括驱动电机6和丝杆,丝杆与驱动电机6固定连接;两个抬升装置的丝杆分别与横梁3两端形成螺旋配合;两个驱动电机6分别与控制器连接,两根丝杆同步转动带动横梁3做上下运动。两个驱动电机6型号相同,并且由同一个控制器驱动,在对两个丝杆与横梁3两端进行位置调节之后,控制器同时两个驱动电机6同时作业,进而带动两个丝杆同时转动,实现对横梁3的平稳抬升。横梁3的平稳抬升可以使成型夹具43针对不同高度的板材进行折弯作业。
横梁3上设置有可沿横梁3左半部分长度方向移动的压紧装置;压紧装置包括左滑块52、压杆53以及升降气缸51,横梁3左半部分开设有左滑槽,矩形的左滑块52移动设置在左滑槽内,升降气缸51竖向固定设置在左滑块52上,压杆53从左滑杆中穿过,升降器刚的推杆与左滑杆上端固定连接;升降气缸51作业带动压杆53做上下运动。
通过升降气缸51控制压杆53上下运动,实现对未能完全弯曲或者弯曲回弹的板材端边进行补充折弯作业,使板材最终完成折弯。
横梁3侧壁上安装有可转动左丝杆,左丝杆与左滑块52形成传动配合。丝杆可以在左滑块52不需要移动的时候进行位置锁定,使压杆53可以稳定作业。
底盘1上安装工作电机,工作电机经齿轮组与齿圈形成传动配合。齿圈上端面固定设置有环形滑块7,卷状板材搁置区的底盘1上固定设置有用于放置卷状板材的托盘8。
作业时,卷状板材方式在托盘8上并进行固定,具体固定方式,在专利(专利号;CN201510208149.3)中有所介绍,然后工作电机转动带动齿环2转动,然后成型夹具43转动,成型夹具43在横梁3上通过丝杆调节奸径向位置,使板材上端进入引入腔421,然后在经过折弯腔422将板材上端折弯90度进入导出腔423,最后从导出腔423移出,实现对板材的折弯。
本发明的折弯机改变传统折弯机构,由底部以往的卷材转动改为现在的成型夹具43转动,提升折弯机构稳定性;并且通过倒U型结构的夹具本体,可以更好的夹紧板材上端,实现卷材的稳定折弯。
