如图1至4所示,在上述实施例基础上,环形扣部120凸设形成第一环形凸体121,环形卡部210凹设形成与第一环形凸体121过盈配合的第一环形凹槽211,环形密封件300设置于第一环形凸体121的端面或第一环形凹槽211的底面;或环形扣部120凹设形成第二环形凹槽,环形卡部210凸设形成与第二环形凹槽过盈配合的第二环形凸体,环形密封件300设置于第二环形凹槽的底面或第二环形凸体的端面。因而利用第一环形凸体121与第一环形凹槽211的过盈配合,或第二环形凸起与第二环形凹槽的过盈配合,实现罐盖200与罐身100的固定,同时利用环形密封件300进行密封。进一步的,环形密封件300设置于第一环形凹槽211,第一环形凸体121设有抵压环形密封件300的第一环形凸起122;或环形密封件300设置于第二环形凹槽,第二环形凸体设有抵压环形密封件300的第二环形凸起。因而提前设置好环形密封件300,便于利用第一环形凸起122或第二环形凸起挤压环形密封件300,使罐盖200与罐身100的密封效果更好。需要说明的是,环形扣部120、环形卡部210及环形密封件300之间的实施方式有多种,只要能使罐盖200固设于罐身100上、且能形成密封的腔体都属于本申请需要保护的范围,并不仅限于上述两个实施例。
在上述实施例基础上,罐盖200的外侧设有启开部。因而便于利用启开部来使环形卡部210或环形扣部120分离,打开罐身100的敞口112。该启开部可以是凸舌、卡位、拉环件等多种形式,其具体实现方式可以采用现有技术实现。
如图2至4所示,在上述任一实施例基础上,环形扣部120包括第一抵压部123、间隔固设于第一抵压部123的两侧的第一侧部124及第二侧部125,第一侧部124靠近敞口112设置,第一侧部124与第二侧部125间隔设置形成第一挤压部102;环形卡部210包括第二抵压部212、间隔固设于第二抵压部212的两侧的第三侧部213及第四侧部214,第二抵压部212与第一抵压部123相互抵压环形密封件300,第三侧部213靠近罐盖200的中心设置,第三侧部213与第四侧部214间隔设置形成与第一挤压部102相互套接挤压的第二挤压部202。因而便于利用覆膜板材冲压形成环形扣部120或环形卡部210,进而使第一侧部124与第二侧部125形成向外扩张的第一挤压部102,使第一挤压部102具有一 定的弹性挤压力;同理是第三侧部213与第四侧部214形成向内挤压的第二挤压部202,使第二挤压部202具有一定的弹性挤压力;因而在第一挤压部102与第二挤压部202套接挤压更牢靠,使第一抵压部123与第二抵压部212相互抵压环形密封件300,进而可使罐身100与罐盖200的密封更加可靠;同时又便于拆卸。
如图1、2及5所示,在前述实施例的基础上,罐盖200设有向外凹设形成的盖体220,所述盖体220与第三侧部213之间设有让位凹槽230。因而使盖体220与罐体110配合形成更大的容纳空间,同时设置让位凹槽230,便于夹持罐盖200与罐身100相互挤压,使环形扣部120与环形卡部210套接压合固定。
如图3或4所示,此外,该罐体110设有与第一抵压部123纵向间隔设置的托体130,托体130固设于敞口112与第一侧部124之间。亦可通过托体130承托罐身100,当多个罐体100重叠堆放时,使每个罐体110保持一定距离,便于分罐和罐装。进一步的,第一侧部124与第二侧部125间隔设置形成第一凹槽,第三侧部213与第四侧部214间隔设置形成第二凹槽,便于利用第一凹槽及第二凹槽容纳施力件,使罐盖200与罐身100压合的过程中不会改变环形扣部120与环形卡部210的形状,便于重复压合或分离。
如图3或4所示,同时,第二侧部125的边缘设有圆滑过渡的第一防刮部126,第四侧部214的边缘设有圆滑过渡的第二防刮部215。因而通过设置第一防刮部126及第二防刮部215防止刮伤操作者的手。进一步的,第一防刮部126向靠近第一侧部124的方向向内卷曲或向远离第一侧部124的方向向外卷曲、并呈环形凸起状,第二防刮部215向远离第一侧部124的方向向外卷曲、并呈环形凸起状。此实施例便于实现,且外形美观。优选的,第一防刮部126及第二防刮部215的横截面均呈圆环状。
如图2、6及7所示,在上述实施例的基础上,第一侧部124设有向第二侧部125凹设形成的第一排气槽104,第一抵压部123设有与第一排气槽104相通的第一缺口106;或第四侧部214设有向外凹设形成的第二排气槽,第二抵压部212设有与第二排气槽相通的第二缺口。因而通过设置第一排气槽104或第二排气槽,便于排除罐体110内的气体,避免罐身100和罐盖200压合时,罐内气 体被压缩而变正压,影响罐身100与罐盖200的密封性。
本发明实施例的有益效果:
1、使封口工序简单化,故障率低,易调整,无需复杂昂贵的二重卷边封口机,无需有经验的封口工,便于自动化控制。
2、因为只需上下压合,封口机构简单,故障率低,适用于无菌罐装,便于无菌灌装的推广应用。
3、开启容易,方便消费。如设计碗形罐身100,开罐后可直接放在电磁炉上作为锅对食品进行加热,食用时可以作为碗,消费后罐体110可重叠,和圆柱体的罐头比,大大减少了废物堆放空间。
4、此食品压合罐开启方便,废物占据空间少,适合航天食品的封装。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食品压合罐,其特征在于,包括用覆膜金属板材冲压制成的罐身及用覆膜金属板材冲压制成的罐盖,所述罐身包括设有敞口的罐体及环绕设置于所述敞口的边缘的环形扣部,所述罐盖设有与所述环形扣部相互夹固配合的环形卡部,所述环形扣部与所述环形卡部之间设有环形密封件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述环形扣部凸设形成第一环形凸体,所述环形卡部凹设形成与所述第一环形凸体过盈配合的第一环形凹槽,所述环形密封件设置于所述第一环形凸体的端面或所述第一环形凹槽的底面;或所述环形扣部凹设形成第二环形凹槽,所述环形卡部凸设形成与第二环形凹槽过盈配合的第二环形凸体,所述环形密封件设置于第二环形凹槽的底面或第二环形凸体的端面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述环形密封件设置于所述第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凸体设有抵压所述环形密封件的第一环形凸起;或所述环形密封件设置于所述第二环形凹槽,所述第二环形凸体设有抵压所述环形密封件的第二环形凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述罐盖的外侧设有启开部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述环形扣部包括第一抵压部、间隔固设于所述第一抵压部的两侧的第一侧部及第二侧部,所述第一侧部靠近所述敞口设置,所述第一侧部与所述第二侧部间隔设置形成第一挤压部;所述环形卡部包括第二抵压部、间隔固设于所述第二抵压部的两侧的第三侧部及第四侧部,所述第二抵压部与所述第一抵压部相互抵压所述环形密封件,所述第三侧部靠近所述罐盖的中心设置,所述第三侧部与所述第四侧部间隔设置形成与所述第一挤压部相互套接挤压的第二挤压部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述罐盖设有向外凹设形成的盖体,所述盖体与所述第三侧部之间设有让位凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述罐体设有与所述第一抵压部纵向间隔设置的托体,所述托体固设于所述敞口与所述第一侧部之 间。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述第二侧部的边缘设有圆滑过渡的第一防刮部,所述第四侧部的边缘设有圆滑过渡的第二防刮部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述第一防刮部向靠近所述第一侧部的方向向内卷曲或向远离所述第一侧部的方向向外卷曲、并呈环形凸起状,所述第二防刮部向远离所述第一侧部的方向向外卷曲、并呈环形凸起状。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的食品压合罐,其特征在于,所述第一侧部设有向所述第二侧部凹设形成的第一排气槽,所述第一抵压部设有与所述第一排气槽相通的第一缺口;或所述第四侧部设有向外凹设形成的第二排气槽,所述第二抵压部设有与所述第二排气槽相通的第二缺口。
