本发明涉及食品罐技术领域,特别是涉及一种食品罐。
背景技术
目前金属食品罐,不管是两片罐还是三片罐都采用双重卷边的方式进行封口,可以增加罐体强度,保证内容物不受二次污染。但是采用双重卷边的方式进行封口也存在如下缺点:需要复杂而且精度高的封口机,由于受铁皮厚薄,硬度,滚轮的高低远近,托底的压力大小和滚轮的槽形等诸多因素的影响,要熟练的操作工才能调好封好;罐装生产过程中故障率高,需不时进行停机调整;封好的罐子开启困难,且在打开封口的过程中,容易割伤操作者的手。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种食品罐,既能降低罐装生产过程的故障率,降低成本,又能方便和安全地开启食品罐。
其技术方案如下:
一种食品罐,包括用覆膜金属板材冲压制成的罐身及用覆膜金属板材冲压制成的罐盖,所述罐身包括设有敞口的罐体及环绕设置于所述敞口的边缘的第一环形粘接部,所述罐盖设有与所述第一环形粘接部相对应的第二环形粘接部,所述第一环形粘接部与所述第二环形粘接部之间设有环形熔接件,所述第一环形粘接部通过所述环形熔接件、与所述第二环形粘接部密封配合。
上述食品罐用于封装食品时,将需封装的食品放置于罐身的罐体中,再覆盖上罐盖,利用预设压力、并加热第一环形粘接部或第二环形粘接部,使罐身的第一环形粘接部通过环形熔接件、与罐盖的第二环形粘接部密封固定,从而可将食品密封保存于该食品罐中;同时罐体表面覆盖有覆膜,可避免食品与罐体金属的接触,避免罐体腐蚀损坏,浪费食品;当需取出保存的食品时,只需切开环形熔接件,使罐盖与罐身分开,即可从敞口中取出食品,此过程不会产 生锋利的边缘,有效避免割伤操作者的手。上述食品罐的密封只需利用环形熔接件即可使罐身与罐盖密封固定,便于操作,大大降低罐装线生产故障率,降低了成本;同时使用简易的开罐刀即可完成开启,不会割伤操作者的手。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食品罐,其特征在于,包括用覆膜金属板材冲压制成的罐身及用覆膜金属板材冲压制成的罐盖,所述罐身包括设有敞口的罐体及环绕设置于所述敞口的边缘的第一环形粘接部,所述罐盖设有与所述第一环形粘接部相对应的第二环形粘接部,所述第一环形粘接部与所述第二环形粘接部之间设有环形熔接件,所述第一环形粘接部通过所述环形熔接件、与所述第二环形粘接部密封配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述第一环形粘接部包括与所述罐体对接固定的第一环形过渡体、以及与所述第一环形过渡体对接固定的第一配合体,所述第一环形粘接部包括与所述第一环形过渡体套接配合的第二环形过渡体、以及与所述第二环形过渡体对接的第二配合体,所述环形熔接件设置于所述第一配合体及所述第二配合体之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述第一环形过渡体外壁与所述罐体的外壁间隔设置形成环形凸台。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的食品罐,其特征在于,当所述罐身固设于预设位置时,所述第一配合体及所述第二配合体均呈水平设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述第一环形过渡体的外壁与第二环形过渡体的内壁相抵压。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述第一环形过渡体与所述第一配合体圆滑过渡对接固定,所述第二环形过渡体与所述第二配合体圆滑过渡对接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述罐盖设有向外凹设形成的盖体,所述盖体与所述第二环形过渡体之间设有让位凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述第一配合体的外边缘设有第一防刮部,所述第二配合的外边缘设有第二防刮部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述第一防刮部向靠近所述第一侧部的方向向内卷曲、并呈环形凸起状,所述第二防刮部向远离所述第 一侧部的方向向外卷曲、并呈环形凸起状。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的食品罐,其特征在于,所述环形熔接件为物理发泡的热熔接材质。
