本公开提供一种钞箱及存取款机,可以缓解相关技术中的钞箱搬运过程中钞票松散造成存取款机报错的技术问题。
本公开第一方面提供一种钞箱,包括:壳体,所述壳体包括设置为钞票进出的出入口;压钞板,所述压钞板设置在所述壳体内;压钞板驱动组件,所述压钞板驱动组件包括压钞电机,所述压钞电机与所述压钞板传动连接,所述压钞电机设置为驱动所述压钞板靠近或远离所述出入口;以及所述压钞板自锁组件,所述压钞板自锁组件包括锁止齿轮和转动限制组件,所述锁止齿轮与所述压钞电机传动连接,所述转动限制组件设置为通过限制所述锁止齿轮的转动方向使所述压钞板只能沿靠近或远离所述出入口的方向移动。

当向钞箱400输入钞票时,引导板24位于入钞位置、踢钞辊23位于初始位置,压钞板驱动组件驱动压钞板25向远离踢钞辊23的方向移动,使压钞板25的上表面(如果压钞板25上堆叠有钞票则是堆叠的钞票的上表面)与引导板24间隔设定距离,以形成钞票的容纳空间,捻钞辊21和阻钞辊22驱动钞票由出入口20输入,并在引导板24的引导下堆叠在压钞板25上;当钞箱400输出钞票时,压钞板驱动组件驱动压钞板25向踢钞辊23方向压迫钞票,钞票推动引导板24绕枢接轴线向远离压钞板25的方向转动,将踢钞辊23露出,继续移动压钞板25,直至压钞板25以一定的预紧力将钞票压紧在踢钞辊23上,此时踢钞辊23位于踢钞位置,而引导板24位于抬起位置,分钞电机驱动捻钞辊21、踢钞辊 23沿出钞方向转动时,踢钞辊23可驱动与该踢钞辊23接触的钞票向捻钞辊21移动,捻钞辊21和阻钞辊22驱动单张钞票进入输送通道13。
图3是根据一实施例的钞箱的局部结构示意图。如图2、图3所示,压钞板自锁组件5还包括锁钩52、摆杆53、第一弹性元件54以及第二弹性元件55。可选的,转动限制组件包括锁钩52,锁钩52枢接于壳体1且可相对于壳体1在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,锁钩52包括第一棘爪521和第二棘爪522;当锁钩52处于第一位置时,第一棘爪521与锁止齿轮51插接配合,第二棘爪522与锁止齿轮51分离,锁止齿轮51只能沿第一方向转动,以使压钞板25只能沿靠近出入口20的方向移动;当锁钩52处于第二位置时,第二棘爪522与锁止齿轮51插接配合,第一棘爪521与锁止齿轮51分离,锁止齿轮51只能沿第二方向转动,以使压钞板25只能沿远离出入口20的方向移动。
在一实施例中,锁钩52的中部通过第一转轴520与箱体101枢接,锁钩52可以绕第一转轴520的轴线转动,具有第一位置和第二位置。锁钩52包括第一棘爪521、第二棘爪522、以及端部523。参见图4,第一棘爪521包括呈锐角的第一直面521a和第一斜面521b;参见图5,第二棘爪522包括呈锐角的第二直面522a和第二斜面522b;第一斜面521b与第二斜面522b相对设置,第一直面521a与第二直面522a相背设置。当锁钩52绕第一转轴520的轴线沿第一方向(如图2中所示的顺时针方向)转动至第一位置时,第一棘爪521与锁止齿轮51配合,第二棘爪522与锁止齿轮51分离,如图2、图4所示,此时锁止齿轮51如果沿第一方向转动,第一棘爪521的第一斜面521b沿锁止齿轮51的齿顶滑动,锁止齿轮51如果沿第二方向转动,第一棘爪521的第一直面521a阻止锁止齿轮51继续转动,因此在第一棘爪521的作用下,锁止齿轮51只能沿第一方向转动,而不能沿第二方向转动;当锁钩52绕第一转轴520的轴线沿第二方向转动第二位置时,第一棘爪521与锁止齿轮51分离,第二棘爪522与锁止齿轮51配合,如图3、图5所示,此时,锁止齿轮51如果沿第一方向转动,第二棘爪522的第二直面522a阻止锁止齿轮51继续转动;锁止齿轮51如果沿第二方向转动,第二棘爪522的第二斜面522b沿锁止齿轮51的齿顶滑动,因此,锁止齿轮51在第二棘爪522的作用下,只能沿第二方向转动,而不能沿第一方向转动。
转动限制组件还包括传动组件,传动组件与锁钩52传动连接,设置为驱动锁钩52在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。传动组件包括第一弹性元件54,第一弹性元件54的第一端固定于壳体1,第一弹性元件的第二端与锁钩52连接,第一弹性元件54使锁钩52始终具有向第一位置转动的趋势。
传动组件还包括与壳体1枢接的摆杆53,摆杆53的第一端531可与锁钩52配合或分离,摆杆53可相对于壳体1在第三位置和第四位置之间转动;当摆杆53处于第三位置时,摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52分离,锁钩52在第一弹性元件54的作用下处于第一位置;当摆杆53处于第四位置时,摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52配合,锁钩52在摆杆53的作用下克服第一弹性元件54的弹力处于第二位置。
在一实施例中,摆杆53的中部通过第二转轴530与箱体101枢接,摆杆53可绕第二转轴530的轴线转动,具有第三位置和第四位置;第二弹性元件55的第一端与箱体101连接,第二弹性元件55的第二端与摆杆53连接,在第二弹性元件55的作用下,摆杆53始终具有向第四位置转动的运动趋势。
摆杆53的第二端532靠近钞箱400的箱门102,传动组件还包括第二弹性元件55,第二弹性元件55的第一端与壳体1固定连接,第二弹性元件55的第二端与摆杆53连接,第二弹性元件55使摆杆53始终具有向第四位置转动的趋势;当箱门102关闭时,第二端532与箱门102配合,箱门102驱动摆杆53克服第二弹性元件55的弹力转至第三位置;当箱门102打开时,第二端532与箱门102分离,摆杆53在第二弹性元件55的作用下转至第四位置。
可选地,摆杆53包括第一端531和第二端532,其中,第一端531靠近于锁钩52设置,第二端532靠近箱门102设置,当摆杆53绕枢接轴线转动时,摆杆53的第一端531可与锁钩52接触或分离,第二端532可与相对于箱体101闭合的箱门102接触或者分离。其中,当箱门102相对于箱体101打开时,如图3所示,摆杆53在第二弹性元件55的作用下转动至第四位置,摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52的端部523配合,驱动锁钩52克服第一弹性元件54的作用力转动至第二位置;当箱门102相对于箱体101闭合时,如图2所示,箱门102与摆杆53的第二端532接触,并驱动摆杆53克服第二弹性元件55的作用力转动至第三位置, 从而使摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52的端部523分离,锁钩52在第一弹性元件54的作用下转动至第一位置。
压钞板驱动组件还包括两个带轮和传动带26;两个带轮沿钞票堆叠方向依次设置于壳体1上,传动带26由两个带轮支撑且与压钞板25固定连接;锁止齿轮51与两个带轮中的一个同轴固定连接。可选的,压钞板驱动组件包括传动带26、第一带轮27、第二带轮28、压钞电机6,其中,第一带轮27和第二带轮28沿钞票堆叠方向间隔设置在壳体1的侧壁上,传动带26由第一带轮27和第二带轮28支撑,传动带26还与压钞板25固定连接;压钞电机6与第一带轮27和第二带轮28两者中的一个传动连接,当压钞电机6驱动与该压钞电机6传动连接的带轮转动时,可驱动传动带26沿钞票堆叠方向移动,从而带动压钞板25沿钞票堆叠方向移动。
在本公开提供的其他实施例中,压钞板驱动组件包括传动齿轮组和压钞电机6,传动齿轮组传动连接于压钞电机6与压钞板25之间,锁止齿轮51为传动齿轮组件中的一个齿轮。
可选的,锁止齿轮51与压钞板驱动组件传动连接。
在本公开提供的其他实施例中,锁止齿轮51可与传动带26传动连接,可选的,传动带26为外部齿条结构,锁止齿轮51与齿条啮合,当锁止齿轮51沿第一方向转动时,限定传动带26的移动方向,压钞板25只能沿靠近出入口20的方向移动,当锁止齿轮51沿第二方向转动时,限定传动带26的移动方向,压钞板25只能沿远离出入口20的方向移动。
在本公开的实施例中,可选的,锁止齿轮51与第一带轮27和第二带轮28两者中的一个同轴固定连接,本实施例中,锁止齿轮51与第二带轮28同轴固定连接。
下面介绍本实施例提供的钞箱400的工作过程。
钞箱400在搬运时,此时箱门102相对于箱体101闭合,摆杆53位于第三位置,锁钩52位于第一位置,锁钩52的第一棘爪521与锁止齿轮51配合,锁止齿轮51只能沿第一方向转动而不能沿第二方向转动,因此,与锁止齿轮51同轴固定连接的第二带轮28同样只能沿第一方向转动而不能沿第二方向转动,而第二带轮28沿第一方向转动时通过传动 带26带动压钞板25沿靠近出入口20的方向移动。因此,在搬运时钞箱400内的钞票始终被压钞板25与踢钞辊23夹持而不会散乱。
钞箱400在装填钞票时,箱门102相对于箱体101打开,摆杆53位于第四位置,锁钩52位于第二位置,锁钩52的第二棘爪522与锁止齿轮51配合,锁止齿轮51只能沿第二方向转动而不能沿第一方向转动,第二带轮28同样只能沿第二方向转动而不能沿第一方向转动,而第二带轮28沿第二方向转动时通过传动带26带动压钞板25向远离出入口20的方向移动,因此,此时操作者可将压钞板25向远离出入口20的方向拉至适合位置进行钞票装填操作。
本实施例提供的钞箱400包括壳体1和设置在壳体1内的压钞板25,其中,壳体1设置有用于钞票进出的出入口,还包括压钞板驱动组件和压钞板自锁组件5;压钞板驱动组件包括压钞电机6,压钞电机6与压钞板25传动连接,设置为驱动压钞板25靠近或远离出入口20;压钞板自锁组件5包括锁止齿轮51和转动限制组件,锁止齿轮51与压钞电机传动连接,转动限制组件通过限制锁止齿轮51的转动方向使压钞板25只能沿靠近或远离出入口20的方向移动。
本实施例提供的钞箱400的压钞板自锁组件5包括锁止齿轮51、锁钩52、第一弹性元件54、摆杆53以及第二弹性元件55,其中,锁止齿轮51与压钞板驱动组件传动连接;锁钩52和摆杆53均匀与钞箱400的箱体101枢接,可绕各自的枢接轴线转动,锁钩52具有第一位置和第二位置,摆杆53具有第三位置和第四位置,其中,锁钩52包括第一棘爪521和第二棘爪522,摆杆53包括靠近于锁钩52的第一端531和靠近于钞箱400的箱门102的第二端532,当箱门102相对于箱体101闭合时,摆杆53的第二端532与箱门102抵接,且摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52分离,当箱门102相对于箱体101打开时,摆杆53的第二端532与箱门102分离,且摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52配合;第一弹性元件54设置为偏压锁钩52,使锁钩52始终具有向第一位置转动的运动趋势;第二弹性元件55连接在摆杆53与箱体101之间,使摆杆53始终具有向第四位置转动的运动趋势。
当钞箱400的箱门102相对于箱体101闭合时,箱门102与摆杆53的第二端532抵接并驱动摆杆53转动至第一位置,使摆杆53的第一端 531远离锁钩52,从而锁钩52在第一弹性元件54的作用下转动至第一位置,锁钩52的第一棘爪521与锁止齿轮51配合,锁止齿轮51沿第一方向的转动被锁定,只能沿第二方向转动,因此与压钞板驱动组件传动连接的压钞板25只能沿靠近出入口20的方向移动;当钞箱400的箱门102相对于箱体101打开时,摆杆53在第二弹性元件55的作用下转动至第四位置,摆杆53的第一端531与锁钩52配合,驱动锁钩52转动至第二位置,锁钩52的第二棘爪522与锁止齿轮51配合,锁止齿轮51沿第二方向的转动被锁定,只能沿第一方向转动,因此与压钞板驱动组件传动连接的压钞板25只能沿远离出入口20的方向移动。
根据钞箱400使用情况的不同,本实施例提供的压钞板自锁组件5可自动切换锁止齿轮51的锁定状态,而锁止齿轮51与压钞板驱动组件传动连接,因此可锁定与压钞板驱动组件传动连接的压钞板25的运动方向,使得在钞箱400搬运时,压钞板25只能向靠近出入口20的方向移动,钞票始终被夹持在压钞板25与踢钞辊23之间,可以防止钞票散乱;在钞箱400装填钞票时,压钞板25仅能向远离出入口20的方向移动,因此方便操作员将钞票装填在踢钞辊23与压钞板25之间。本公开提供的钞箱400由于压钞板自锁组件5锁定了压钞板25的位置,在搬运过程中即使出现意外情况压钞板25也不会移动窜位,因此能够始终保持钞票堆叠整齐。
本实施例第二方面提供一种存取款机,包括机架以及上述的钞箱400;存取款机的机架上设置有解锁机构700,该解锁机构700设置为解除钞箱400的压钞板自锁组件5对于钞箱400的压钞板25的运动方向的锁定。
图6是使用一实施例提供的钞箱的存取款机的结构示意图。如图6所示,本实施例中,存取款机还包括存取口机构100、识别机构200、暂存机构300、钞箱400、输送机构500,以及回收箱600,其中,存取口机构100设置为将用户由放入的钞票一张接一张地送给识别机构200,或将识别机构200识别的钞票一张接一张地输出,等待用户取走;识别机构200设置为进行钞票检测识别;暂存机构300设置为暂时保存钞票;钞箱400设置为存储和分发钞票,钞箱400的结构形式及工作原理同上述本公开提供的钞箱实施例所述,在此不再赘述;回收箱600设置为存 储不再流通的钞票;输送机构500设置为在上述多个机构之间,以及多个机构与钞箱400及回收箱600之间传送钞票。
在存取款机的机架上设置有压钞板自锁组件的解锁机构700,当本公开提供的钞箱安装在机架上时,解锁机构700解除钞箱400的压钞板自锁组件5对于压钞板25的运动方向的锁定,使得压钞板25可以根据需要在压钞板驱动组件的驱动下靠近或者远离出入口20。
图7是使用一实施例提供的钞箱的存取款机的局部结构示意图。如图7所示,本实施例中,钞箱400的压钞板自锁组件的锁钩52由磁性材料制成,解锁机构700为磁铁,磁铁与锁钩52相对配合设置,以使锁钩52处于第一位置和第二位置之间。钞箱400的摆杆53的第一端531具有阻挡部533,沿第一方向,阻挡部533位于锁钩52的上游;在钞箱400的箱门102关闭的状态下,当磁铁驱动锁钩52由第一位置向第二位置转动时,阻挡部533阻挡离开第一位置的锁钩52继续转动,实现锁钩52处于第一位置和第二位置之间。可选的,解锁机构700为磁铁,钞箱400的锁钩52为磁性材料,磁铁固定设置机架上,与钞箱400的锁钩52相对,在磁铁的磁力作用下,锁钩52始终具有向第二位置转动的趋势;相应地,摆杆53上还设置有阻挡部533,阻挡部533与第一端531位于摆杆53的同一侧,沿第一方向,阻挡部533位于第一端531的下游,且与第一端531间隔设定距离,当磁铁的磁力驱动锁钩52向第二位置转动时,摆杆53的阻挡部533阻挡锁钩52继续沿第二方向转动,锁钩52的第一棘爪521和第二棘爪522均未与锁止齿轮51配合,因此,锁止齿轮51既能沿第一方向转动,又能沿第二方向转动,锁止齿轮51处于自由转动状态,第二带轮28同样处于自由转动状态,在压钞板驱动组件的压钞电机6的驱动下,第二带轮28可以通过传动带26带动压钞板25靠近或者远离出入口20,钞箱400可以存储或分发钞票。本实施例中的存取款机由于使用本公开提供的钞箱400,钞箱400能够始终保持钞票堆叠整齐,安装在存取款机上使用时降低了设备的故障率。
工业实用性
本公开提供的钞箱在搬运过程中即使出现意外情况压钞板也不会移动窜位,因此能够始终保持钞票堆叠整齐。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钞箱,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括设置为钞票进出的出入口;
    压钞板,所述压钞板设置在所述壳体内;
    压钞板驱动组件,所述压钞板驱动组件包括压钞电机,所述压钞电机与所述压钞板传动连接,所述压钞电机设置为驱动所述压钞板靠近或远离所述出入口;以及
    所述压钞板自锁组件,所述压钞板自锁组件包括锁止齿轮和转动限制组件,所述锁止齿轮与所述压钞电机传动连接,所述转动限制组件设置为通过限制所述锁止齿轮的转动方向使所述压钞板只能沿靠近或远离所述出入口的方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钞箱,其中,所述转动限制组件包括锁钩,所述锁钩枢接于所述壳体且可相对于所述壳体在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,所述锁钩包括第一棘爪和第二棘爪;
    当所述锁钩处于所述第一位置时,所述第一棘爪与所述锁止齿轮插接配合,所述第二棘爪与所述锁止齿轮分离,所述锁止齿轮只能沿第一方向转动,以使所述压钞板只能沿靠近所述出入口的方向移动;
    当所述锁钩处于所述第二位置时,所述第二棘爪与所述锁止齿轮插接配合,所述第一棘爪与所述锁止齿轮分离,所述锁止齿轮只能沿第二方向转动,以使所述压钞板只能沿远离所述出入口的方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钞箱,其中,所述第一棘爪包括第一直面和第一斜面,所述第一直面和第一斜面之间夹角为锐角;所述第二棘爪包括第二直面和第二斜面,所述第二直面和第二斜面之间夹角为锐角;所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面相对设置,所述第一直面与所述第二直面相背设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的钞箱,其中,所述转动限制组件还包括传动组件,所述传动组件与所述锁钩传动连接,设置为驱动所述锁钩在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钞箱,其中,所述传动组件包括第一弹性元件,所述第一弹性元件的第一端固定于所述壳体,所述第一弹性元件的第二端与所述锁钩连接,所述第一弹性元件设置为使所述锁钩始终具有向所述第一位置转动的趋势。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的钞箱,其中,所述传动组件还包括与所述壳体枢接的摆杆,所述摆杆的第一端可与所述锁钩配合或分离,所述摆杆可相对于所述壳体在第三位置和第四位置之间转动;
    当所述摆杆处于所述第三位置时,所述摆杆的第一端与所述锁钩分离,所述锁钩在所述第一弹性元件的作用下处于所述第一位置;
    当所述摆杆处于所述第四位置时,所述摆杆的第一端与所述锁钩配合,所述锁钩在所述摆杆的作用下克服所述第一弹性元件的弹力处于所述第二位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的钞箱,其中,所述摆杆的第二端靠近于所述钞箱的箱门,所述传动组件还包括第二弹性元件,所述第二弹性元件的第一端与所述壳体固定连接,第二弹性元件的第二端与所述摆杆连接,所述第二弹性元件设置为使所述摆杆始终具有向所述第四位置转动的趋势;
    当所述箱门关闭时,所述摆杆的第二端与所述箱门配合,所述摆杆克服所述第二弹性元件的弹力转至所述第三位置;
    当所述箱门打开时,所述摆杆的第二端与所述箱门分离,所述摆杆在所述第二弹性元件的作用下转至所述第四位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的钞箱,其中,所述压钞板驱动组件还包括两个带轮和传动带;两个所述带轮沿钞票堆叠方向依次设置于所述壳体上,所述传动带由两个所述带轮支撑且与所述压钞板固定连接;
    所述锁止齿轮与两个所述带轮中的一个同轴固定连接。
  9. 一种存取款机,包括:
    机架;
    权利要求2-8任一项所述的钞箱;以及
    设置在所述存取款机的机架上的解锁机构,所述解锁机构设置为解除所述钞箱的压钞板自锁组件对于所述钞箱的压钞板的运动方向的锁定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的存取款机,其中,所述压钞板自锁组件的锁钩由磁性材料制成,所述解锁机构包括磁铁,所述磁铁与所述锁钩相对配合设置,以使所述锁钩处于所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间。
