钞箱及存取款机 技术领域
本公开涉及一种钞箱及使用该钞箱的存取款机。
背景技术
存取款机通常设置有钞箱,钞箱设置为存储和分发钞票。相关技术中的钞箱结构如图1所示,该钞箱包括壳体1′、开口2′、捻钞辊3′、阻钞辊4′、踢钞辊5′、引导板6′、输送通道7′、存钞腔8′、压钞板10′,以及压钞板驱动组件。开口2′设置在外壳的上端,存钞腔8′位于壳体1′内部,捻钞辊3′和阻钞辊4′位于存钞腔8′的邻近于开口2′的一侧,两者相对设置,形成钞票进出存钞腔8′的出入口,踢钞辊5′和引导板6′位于存钞腔8′内部,沿钞票进入存钞腔8′的方向位于出入口的下游,并且踢钞辊5′相对出入口的位置可调,具有初始位置和踢钞位置,引导板6′相对于出入口的位置可调,具有入钞位置和抬起位置,输送通道7′连接在开口2′与出入口之间,压钞板10′位于存钞腔8′内,可沿钞票堆叠方向移动。压钞板驱动组件包括电机(图中未示出)、第一带轮11′、第二带轮13′,以及传动带12′,其中,第一带轮11′和第二带轮13′沿钞票堆叠方向间隔设置在壳体1′上,传动带12′由第一带轮11′和第二带轮13′支撑,压钞板10′与传动带12′固定连接,电机与两个带轮中的一个传动连接,当电机驱动该带轮转动时,传动带12′随之移动,从而带动压钞板10′沿钞票堆叠方向移动。在存储钞票9′时,压钞板驱动组件驱动压钞板10′向下移动设定距离,使压钞板10′的上表面与引导板6′间隔设定距离,形成钞票的容纳空间,引导板6′和踢钞轮5′位于图1中所示的位置,引导板6′遮挡踢钞辊5′,钞票9′由捻钞辊3′与阻钞辊4′之间进入存钞腔8′,引导板6′可引导钞票9′堆叠在压钞板10′上;在分发钞票9′时,驱动组件驱动压钞板10′向上移动,钞票推动引导板6′绕捻钞辊3′沿图1中顺时针方向转动将踢钞辊5′露出,钞票9′被按压在踢钞辊5′上,此时,踢钞辊5′转动,驱动与其接触的钞票9′向捻钞辊3′和阻钞辊4′移动,捻钞辊3′和阻钞辊4′驱动单张钞票经过输送通道7′后由开口2′输出。
这种钞箱在取出钞箱内的钞票或者向钞箱装填钞票时,需要手工移动压钞板10′的位置,然而由于电机具有自锁功能,当电机停止转动时,传动机构中的所有零件的位置被锁定,此时手工移动压钞板10′的位置不但费时费力,而且还 可能对传动机构及电机造成破坏。
发明内容
本申请提供一种钞箱,该钞箱在取出钞箱内的钞票或者向钞箱装填钞票时能够容易地手工移动压钞板的位置。
本申请提供一种钞箱,该钞箱包括壳体和设置在壳体内的压钞板,壳体设置有钞票进出的出入口,钞箱还包括压钞电机、离合器和传动机构;其中,
传动机构与压钞板传动连接;离合器连接在压钞电机和传动机构之间,离合器具有连通状态和断开状态;
当离合器处于连通状态时,压钞电机与传动机构连接,压钞电机通过传动机构驱动压钞板靠近或远离出入口;
当离合器处于断开状态时,压钞电机与传动机构之间的连接断开。
在一实施例中,钞箱还包括:联动机构,联动机构与离合器连接,设置为:驱动离合器在连通状态和断开状态之间切换,且在壳体的箱门关闭时,箱门通过联动机构驱动离合器处于连通状态。
在一实施例中,离合器包括主动件和从动件,主动件与压钞电机连接,从动件与传动机构连接;
联动机构包括滑动座和设置在滑动座上的插接部;滑动座与壳体活动连接,并具有第一位置和第二位置;插接部与主动件和从动件两者中的一个连接;
当滑动座位于第一位置时,滑动座通过插接部驱动主动件和从动件分离,使离合器处于断开状态;
当滑动座位于第二位置时,滑动座通过插接部驱动主动件和从动件配合,使离合器处于连通状态。

在一实施例中,连接件的第一端与壳体的箱门枢接,连接件的第二端与滑动座活动连接,在箱门关闭时,箱门驱动连接件带动滑动座运动至第二位置;在箱门打开时,箱门通过连接件驱动滑动座运动至第一位置。
在一实施例中,主动件或从动件设置有环形槽,插接部与主动件或从动件上的环形槽插接。

本申请提供的钞箱在箱门打开时离合器处于断开状态,离合器断开了压钞电机与传动机构之间的连接,因此能够容易地手工移动压钞板的位置,便于向钞箱内装填钞票或者取走钞箱内的钞票,而且还不会损坏传动机构和压钞电机,便于使用。
本申请还提供一种存取款机,该存取款机包括如上所述的钞箱。

如图2所示,钞箱包括壳体1、集积分离机构2以及压钞机构3。本实施例中,壳体1呈长方体形状,包括箱体和箱门11,以及安全锁(图中未示出)。本 实施例中,箱体的侧面设置敞口,箱门11通过枢接轴111与箱体枢接,箱门11可绕枢接轴111的轴线转动,相对于箱体打开或者闭合,以敞开或者封闭箱体的敞口;安全锁设置为在箱门11封闭箱体的敞口时锁定箱门11的位置。
本实施例中,在箱体的表面设置有开口10,箱体的内部设置有存钞腔12和输送通道13,存钞腔12设置为堆叠和存储钞票,存钞腔12与箱体侧面的敞口连通,当箱门11打开时,存钞腔12被露出,此时可以向存钞腔12内放置钞票,或者将存钞腔12内的钞票取走;输送通道13连接在开口10与存钞腔12之间。本实施例中,开口10设置在箱体的上表面,钞票在存钞腔12内沿竖直方向堆叠。在其他实施例中,钞票在存钞腔12内沿水平方向堆叠,开口10也可以设置在壳体1的侧面。输送通道13内还可以设置驱动钞票沿输送通道13移动的驱动辊。
集积分离机构2设置为驱动钞票在存钞腔12与输送通道13之间移动。集积分离机构2包括捻钞辊21、阻钞辊22、踢钞辊23、引导板24、弹性元件以及分钞电机(图中未示出)。其中,捻钞辊21和阻钞辊22相对设置在存钞腔12的邻近于输送通道13一端,两者之间形成钞票进出存钞腔12的出入口20,出入口20与输送通道13连通;踢钞辊23设置在存钞腔12的内部,且沿钞票由存钞腔12向输送通道13输出的方向,踢钞辊23位于捻钞辊21的上游。踢钞辊23与壳体1活动连接,具有初始位置和踢钞位置;引导板24位于存钞腔12内部,引导板24被设置为引导由出入口20进入存钞腔12内的钞票的移动方向,引导板24的邻近出入口20的一端与壳体1枢接,引导板24可绕枢接轴线转动,并具有入钞位置和抬起位置;弹性元件的第一端与壳体1的内壁连接,弹性元件的第二端与踢钞辊23连接,在弹性元件的作用下,踢钞辊23始终具有与壳体1的阻挡部(图中未示出)抵接,稳定在初始位置上的运动趋势;分钞电机设置为驱动捻钞辊21、阻钞辊22,以及踢钞辊23三者转动,当分钞电机的输出轴沿设定方向转动时,可驱动捻钞辊21和阻钞辊22沿入钞方向转动,从而驱动位于输送通道13内的钞票进入存钞腔12内;当分钞电机的输出轴沿与设定方向相反的方向转动时,可驱动捻钞辊21和踢钞辊23沿出钞方向转动,踢钞辊23可驱动与其接触的钞票向捻钞辊21方向移动,捻钞辊21和阻钞辊22 驱动单张钞票进入输送通道13。

如图2至图6所示,压钞机构3包括压钞板31、压钞电机32、传动机构33、离合器4、联动机构5以及弹性件6。本实施例中,压钞板31设置在存钞腔12内,设置为支撑钞票,还设置为在钞箱输出钞票时向踢钞辊23方向压迫钞票;压钞电机32设置为驱动压钞板31沿钞票堆叠方向往返移动,以使压钞板31将钞票压在踢钞辊23上,或者使压钞板31远离踢钞辊23一设定距离,以使压钞板31与踢钞辊23之间形成空间堆叠钞票;离合器4连接在压钞电机32和传动机构33之间,离合器4具有连通状态和断开状态,当离合器4处于连通状态时,压钞电机32与传动机构33连接,能够通过传动机构33驱动压钞板31靠近或远离出入口20(即踢钞辊23);当离合器4处于断开状态时,压钞电机32与传动机构33之间的连接断开,此时可以容易地手工移动压钞板31。联动机构5与离合器4连接,设置为驱动离合器4在连通状态和断开状态之间进行切换,在箱门11关闭时,箱门11通过联动机构5驱动离合器4处于连通状态;弹性件6的第一端与联动机构5连接,弹性件6的第二端与壳体1连接,弹性件6设置为使联动机构5始终具有驱动离合器4处于断开状态的运动趋势。
传动机构33可以是带传动、链传动或齿轮齿条传动等传动结构,本实施例中,传动机构33为带传动结构,包括第一带轮331、第二带轮332以及传动带333。第一带轮331和第二带轮332沿钞票堆叠方向间隔设置在壳体1的侧壁14上,其中,第一带轮331套接在第一支撑轴(图中未标出)上,第一支撑轴与侧壁14垂直固定连接,第二带轮332固定套接在第二支撑轴330上,第二支撑轴330与侧壁14枢接,可绕自身轴线转动,当第二支撑轴330绕自身轴线转动时,第二带轮332随之转动;传动带333由第一带轮331和第二带轮332支撑,传动带333还与压钞板31固定连接,其中,第二支撑轴330为传动机构33的输入轴。
压钞电机32固定安装在侧壁14上,压钞电机32的输出轴321与第二支撑轴330同轴间隔设置,离合器4设置在输出轴321与第二支撑轴330之间,离合器4可以是牙嵌式离合器或齿式离合器等嵌合式离合器,离合器4包括主动件41和从动件42,主动件41与压钞电机32连接,从动件42与传动机构33连接。本实施例中,主动件41固定套接在压钞电机32的输出轴321上,当压钞电机32的输出轴321转动时,主动件41随之转动;从动件42套接在第二带轮332的第二支撑轴330上,从动件42可沿第二支撑轴330的轴向移动,从动件42和第二支撑轴330二者之间不能相对转动,当从动件42沿第二支撑轴330的轴向移动时,从动件42可与主动件41配合使离合器4处于连通状态,或者,从动件42可与主动件41分离使离合器4处于断开状态。离合器4处于连通状态时,从动件42与主动件41配合,连通了压钞电机32与传动机构33之间的传动,此时,从动件42和主动件41两者沿轴向固定连接,主动件41随输出轴321转动时将带动从动件42转动,从动件42带动第二支撑轴330转动,即压钞电机32的力矩能够传递给传动机构33;当离合器4处于断开状态时,从动件42与主动件41分离,压钞电机32与传动机构33之间的传动断开,压钞电机32的力矩不能够传递给传动机构33。
本实施例中,离合器4采用牙嵌式离合器,主动件41和从动件42均为套筒结构,主动件41的邻近于从动件42的端面上设置有齿411,从动件42的邻近于主动件41的端面上设置有齿421,从动件42还设置有沿轴向与齿421间隔设置的环形槽422,当离合器4处于连通状态时,齿421与齿411啮合连接;当离合器4处于断开状态时,齿421与齿411分离。
联动机构5安装在箱体上,联动机构5设置为驱动离合器4在连通状态和断开状态之间进行切换,且在箱门11关闭时,箱门11通过联动机构5驱动离合器4处于连通状态。
如图4和图5所示,联动机构5包括滑动座51和设置在滑动座51上的插接部511,以及连接件54,其中,滑动座51与底壁15活动连接,可沿第一方向往返移动,并具有第一位置和第二位置,该第一方向平行于压钞电机32的输出轴321的轴向。插接部511与从动件42的环形槽422插接配合,当滑动座51 在第一位置和第二位置之间移动时,滑动座51通过插接部511可带动从动件42沿第二支撑轴330移动,从而使从动件42与主动件41配合或者分离。在一实施例中,当滑动座51处于第一位置时,从动件42与主动件41分离,离合器4处于断开状态,当滑动座51处于第二位置时,从动件42与主动件41配合,离合器4处于连通状态。
弹性件6的第一端与滑动座51连接,弹性件6的第二端与底壁15连接,在弹性件6的弹性力的作用下,滑动座51始终具有向第一位置移动的趋势。当箱门11打开时,弹性件6通过联动机构5驱动离合器4处于断开状态。
在一实施例中,环形槽422可设置在主动件41和从动件42两者中的任意一个上,插接部511与设置有环形槽422的主动件41或从动件42插接。本实施例中,环形槽422设置在从动件42上,插接部511与从动件42上的环形槽422插接。
联动机构5还包括连杆组件,该连杆组件包括第一连杆52和第二连杆53,第一连杆52的第一端与滑动座51通过第一轴521枢接,第二连杆53的第一端通过第二轴531与底壁15枢接,第一连杆52的第二端和第二连杆53的第二端通过转轴522枢接;连接件54与底壁15活动连接;连接件54为杆状结构,连接件的第一端541邻近于箱门11设置,连接件的第一端541可与箱门11接触或者分离,连接件的第二端542邻近于转轴522设置,连接件的第二端542可与转轴522接触或分离,连接件54可沿与第一方向呈夹角的第二方向往返移动,连接件54具有第三位置和第四位置。本实施例中,第二方向与第一方向之间的夹角为90度。
本实施例中,当连接件54处于第三位置时,连接件的第一端541与箱门11分离,此时,滑动座51在弹性件6的弹性力的作用下移动至第一位置,滑动座51的插接部511带动从动件42与主动件41分离,使离合器4处于断开状态;当连接件54位于第四位置时,连接件54的第二端542与转轴522抵接,此时,连接件54推动转轴522移动,转轴522带动第一连杆52和第二连杆53分别绕第一轴521和第二轴531转动,第一连杆52的第一端带动滑动座51克服弹性件6的弹性力移动至第二位置,滑动座51的插接部511带动从动件42与主动 件41配合,使离合器4处于连通状态。
当箱门11相对于箱体闭合时,箱门11与连接件的第一端541抵接,推动连接件54由第三位置移动至第四位置,使离合器4处于连通状态;当箱门11相对于箱体打开时,箱门11与连接件的第一端541分离,此时,在弹性件6的弹性力作用下滑动座51由第二位置移动至第一位置,使离合器4处于断开状态。
其他实施例中,联动机构5可仅包括滑动座51和设置在滑动座51上的插接部511,以及连接件54,连接件54和滑动座51上均设置有倾斜的对接面,连接件54上的对接面与滑动座51上的对接面对接,连接件54通过倾斜的对接面驱动滑动座51由第二位置向第一位置运动,以使离合器4由连通状态切换为断开状态。
其他实施例中,连杆组件可仅包括第一连杆52,第一连杆52的第一端与滑动座51通过第一轴521枢接,第一连杆52的第二端与连接件54抵接或枢接,通过连接件54驱动第一连杆52带动滑动座51移动。本实施例中,连杆组件包括第一连杆52和第二连杆51,其稳定性好。
其他实施例中,压钞机构3包括压钞板31、压钞电机32、传动机构33、离合器4和联动机构5,其中,离合器4连接在压钞电机32与传动机构33之间,设置为连接或者断开压钞电机32与传动机构33之间的连接,联动机构5的一端与箱门11枢接,在箱门11打开时,箱门11通过联动机构5驱动离合器4处于断开状态。
在一实施例中,联动机构5中的连接件的第一端541与箱门11枢接,连接件的第二端542与滑动座51活动连接,或者,连接件的第二端542与转轴522枢接。连接件54具有第三位置和第四位置。当关闭箱门11时,箱门11推动连接件54移动至第三位置,连接件54推动转轴522移动,转轴522带动第一连杆52和第二连杆53分别绕第一轴521和第二轴531转动,第一连杆52的第一端带动滑动座51由第一位置移动至第二位置,滑动座51的插接部511带动从动件42与主动件41配合,使离合器4处于连通状态;当打开箱门11时,箱门11拉动连接件54移动至第四位置,连接件54拉动转轴522移动,转轴522带动第一连杆52和第二连杆53分别绕第一轴521和第二轴531转动,第一连杆 52的第一端带动滑动座51由第二位置移动至第一位置,滑动座51的插接部511带动从动件42与主动件41配合,使离合器4处于断开状态。
下面介绍本实施例提供的钞箱的工作原理。
钞箱在工作过程中,由于箱门11相对于箱体闭合,连接件54位于第四位置,滑动座51位于第二位置,离合器4处于连通状态,压钞电机32的输出轴321转动时依次通过离合器4以及传动机构33驱动压钞板31沿钞票堆叠方向移动,压钞板31靠近或远离出入口20,因此,钞箱可以正常地输入或输出钞票。
钞箱在搬运过程中,由于箱门11相对于箱体闭合,连接件54位于第四位置,滑动座51位于第二位置,离合器4处于连通状态,压钞电机32的自锁力矩使得与其传动连接的传动机构33的所有零件位置被锁定,因此压钞板31的位置也被锁定,因此能够始终保持夹持在压钞板31与踢钞辊23和引导板24之间的钞票堆叠整齐。
钞箱在装填钞票时,箱门11相对于箱体打开,连接件54位于第三位置,滑动座51位于第一位置,离合器4处于断开状态,压钞电机32与传动机构33之间的连接被断开,传动机构33的所有零件处于自由状态,因此与传动机构33连接的压钞板31的位置也可以容易地进行调节。
本实施例提供的钞箱的压钞板由压钞电机通过传动机构驱动,在压钞电机与传动机构之间设置有离合器,在箱门打开时可通过离合器断开压钞电机与传动机构之间的连接,在箱门闭合时可通过离合器连通压钞电机与传动机构之间的连接。与相关技术中的钞箱相比,由于本实施例提供的钞箱在箱门打开时断开了压钞电机与传动机构之间的连接,因此能够容易地手工移动压钞板的位置,还不会损坏传动机构和电机,便于使用。
图7是本申请一实施例提供的存取款机的结构示意图。
如图7所示,本实施例中,存取款机包括存取口机构100、识别机构200、暂存机构300、循环钞箱400、输送机构500以及回收箱600,其中,存取口机构100设置为将用户放入的钞票一张接一张地送给识别机构200,或将识别机构200识别的钞票一张接一张地输出,等待用户取走;识别机构200设置为进行钞票检测识别;暂存机构300设置为暂时保存钞票;循环钞箱400设置为存储和 分发钞票,循环钞箱400的结构形式及工作原理同上述本申请提供的钞箱实施例所述的钞箱,在此不再赘述;回收箱600设置为存储不再流通的钞票;输送机构500设置为在上述多个机构之间,以及多个机构与循环钞箱400及回收箱600之间传送钞票。
本实施例中的存取款机因为使用本申请实施例提供的钞箱,可以容易地手工移动压钞板的位置,便于向钞箱内装填钞票或者取出钞箱内的钞票,因此便于用户使用。
以上多个实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制。
工业实用性
本公开在箱门打开时离合器处于断开状态,断开了压钞电机与传动机构之间的连接,因此能够容易地手工移动压钞板的位置,便于向钞箱内装填钞票或者取走钞箱内的钞票,而且还不会损坏传动机构和压钞电机,便于使用。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种钞箱,包括壳体和设置在所述壳体内的压钞板,所述壳体设置有钞票进出的出入口,所述钞箱还包括:压钞电机、离合器和传动机构;其中,
    所述传动机构与所述压钞板传动连接;所述离合器连接在所述压钞电机和所述传动机构之间,所述离合器具有连通状态和断开状态;
    当所述离合器处于所述连通状态时,所述压钞电机与所述传动机构连接,所述压钞电机通过所述传动机构驱动所述压钞板靠近或远离所述出入口;
    当所述离合器处于所述断开状态时,所述压钞电机与所述传动机构之间的连接断开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钞箱,还包括联动机构,所述联动机构与所述离合器连接,设置为驱动所述离合器在所述连通状态和所述断开状态之间切换,且在所述壳体的箱门关闭时,所述箱门通过所述联动机构驱动所述离合器处于所述连通状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钞箱,其中,所述离合器包括主动件和从动件,所述主动件与所述压钞电机连接,所述从动件与所述传动机构连接;
    所述联动机构包括滑动座和设置在所述滑动座上的插接部;所述滑动座与所述壳体活动连接,并具有第一位置和第二位置;所述插接部与所述主动件和所述从动件两者中的一个连接;
    当所述滑动座位于所述第一位置时,所述滑动座通过所述插接部驱动所述主动件和所述从动件分离,使所述离合器处于所述断开状态;当所述滑动座位于所述第二位置时,所述滑动座通过所述插接部驱动所述主动件和所述从动件配合,使所述离合器处于所述连通状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的钞箱,其中,所述联动机构还包括连接件;所述连接件与所述滑动座活动连接,设置为驱动所述滑动座运动至所述第二位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钞箱,其中,所述连接件的第一端邻近于所述箱门,所述连接件的第二端与所述滑动座活动连接;
    在所述箱门关闭时,所述箱门与所述连接件的第一端抵接,驱动所述连接件带动所述滑动座运动至所述第二位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的钞箱,其中,所述联动机构还包括连杆组件,所述连接件的第二端通过所述连杆组件与所述滑动座活动连接;
    在所述箱门关闭时,所述箱门驱动所述连接件通过所述连杆组件带动所述滑动座运动至所述第二位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的钞箱,其中,所述连杆组件包括第一连杆和第二连杆;其中,
    所述第一连杆的第一端与所述滑动座通过第一轴枢接,所述第二连杆的第一端通过第二轴与所述壳体枢接,所述第一连杆的第二端与所述第二连杆的第二端通过转轴枢接;
    所述连接件的第二端与所述第一连杆和所述第二连杆之间的转轴抵接;
    所述连接件通过所述转轴驱动所述第一连杆和所述第二连杆分别绕所述第一轴和所述第二轴转动,使所述第一连杆驱动所述滑动座运动至所述第二位置。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7任一项所述的钞箱,还包括弹性件,所述弹性件的第一端与所述滑动座连接,所述弹性件的第二端与所述壳体连接,所述弹性件设置为使所述滑动座始终具有向所述第一位置移动的趋势。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的钞箱,其中,所述连接件的第一端与所述壳体的箱门枢接,所述连接件的第二端与所述滑动座活动连接;
    在所述箱门关闭时,所述箱门驱动所述连接件带动所述滑动座运动至所述第二位置;
    在所述箱门打开时,所述箱门通过所述连接件驱动所述滑动座运动至第一位置。
  10. 根据权利要求3-9任一项所述的钞箱,其中,所述主动件或所述从动件设置有环形槽,所述插接部与所述主动件或所述从动件上的所述环形槽插接。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的钞箱,其中,所述离合器为嵌合式离合器。
  12. 一种存取款机,包括权利要求1-11中任一项所述的钞箱。
