由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
本发明设置的圆柱凸轮可带动第三传动件在旋转轴的轴线方向上摆动,同时设置了限位结构限制其在旋转轴的周向上转动,由于第三传动件与第一按摩手臂、第二按摩手臂连接,故可同步带动第一按摩手臂、第二按摩手臂也在旋转轴的轴线方向上摆动产生在该轴线方向上的第一个夹揉按摩动作。同时,第一偏心凸轮可带动第一传动件在旋转轴的周向摆动,第一传动件同步带动第一按摩手臂也产生周向摆动,同理,第二按摩手臂也产生周向摆动,二者相互开合产生第二个夹揉按摩动作。因此,在实际按摩时,第一按摩手臂和第二按摩手臂既在旋转轴的轴线方向上开合,又可以在旋转轴的周向上开合,同步产生两个夹揉按摩动作,按摩手法多样化,极大地提高了按摩的舒适性。
此外,本发明还有结构简单,实用性强,稳定可靠的技术优势。

实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,本发明涉及一种双向夹揉式按摩器,包括第一按摩手臂1、第二按摩手臂2、壳体3和驱动装置;所述驱动装置包括旋转轴4和将旋转轴4的旋转运动转换为第一按摩手臂1、第二按摩手臂2的夹揉按摩动作的转换组件5;驱动装置还包括电机和传动机构,传动机构可以是皮带传动或齿轮传动等,本发明中,为了降低传动噪音而采用了皮带传动,传动机构的末级传动部件安装在旋转轴4上,从而电机带动旋转轴4旋转,旋转轴4的两端通过轴承座结构安装在壳体3上从而实现定轴线旋转;所述转换组件5包括圆柱凸轮51,分别位于圆柱凸轮51两侧的第一偏心凸轮52、第二偏心凸轮53,以及第一传动件54、第二传动件55和第三传动件56,第一传动件54的作用取出第一偏心凸轮52在圆周方向上的凸轮运动,第二传动件55的作用是取出第二偏心凸轮53在圆周方向上的凸轮运动,第三传动件56的作用是取出圆柱凸轮51在轴线方向的凸轮运动,故第一偏心凸轮52、第二偏心凸轮53旋转时,第一传动件54和第二传动件55产生在圆周方向的摆动,圆柱凸轮51转动时,第三传动件56产生在轴线方向的摆动。因此,圆柱凸轮51,用以驱动第三传动件56沿旋转轴4的轴线方向上往复摆动,且该第三传动件56与壳体3之间具有限制第三传动件56沿旋转轴4的圆周方向上转动的限位结构6,该限位结构6的作用是允许第三传动件56在旋转轴4的轴线方向上摆动,但限制其在圆周方向上转动;所述第一偏心凸轮52,用以驱动第一传动件54沿旋转轴4的圆周方向上往复摆动;所述第二偏心凸轮53,用以驱动第二传动件55沿旋转轴4的圆周方向上往复摆动;所述第一传动件54和第三传动件56分别活动铰接于第一按摩手臂1下端部的上下两个位置,以驱动第一按摩手臂1靠近或远离第二按摩手臂2;所述第二传动件55和第三传动件56分别活动铰接于第二按摩手臂2下端部的上下两个位置,以驱动第二按摩手臂2靠近或远离第一按摩手臂1;所述第一按摩手臂1和第二按摩手臂2相对开合对用户实施夹揉按摩动作。
所谓的圆柱凸轮51是一个在圆柱面上开有曲线凹槽或在圆柱端面上作出曲线轮廓的构件,它可以看做是将移动凸轮卷成圆柱体演化而成的。而偏心凸轮就是偏心轮,其中心不在旋转点上,一般指代的就是圆形轮,当圆形轮没有绕着自己的中心旋转时,就成了偏心轮,其也为凸轮的一种。另外,第一按摩手臂1和第二按摩手臂2的端部均设有橡胶按摩头,在实施按摩动作时,橡胶按摩头作用于人体,以提高舒适性。
所述圆柱凸轮51、第一偏心凸轮52和第二偏心凸轮53均安装在旋转轴4上并随其转动,所述第一偏心凸轮52和第二偏心凸轮53的轴线与旋转轴4的轴线偏移一定距离并与之交错,所述圆柱凸轮51的轴线与旋转轴4的轴线相交错,本实施例中将圆柱体倾斜设置形成圆柱凸轮51,此外,第一偏心凸轮52和第二偏心凸轮53的轴线也在偏离旋转轴4的轴线一段距离后,也产生倾斜,这样使得第一按摩手臂1和第二按摩手臂2既可以在旋转轴4的轴线上摆动又可以在其圆周方向上摆动而不产生卡滞。所述圆柱凸轮51和第二偏心凸轮53一体设置,圆柱凸轮51和第一偏心凸轮52分体设置,这样安装比较方便,所述圆柱凸轮51和第二偏心凸轮53之间设有将二者分隔的环形凸台57;或者,所述圆柱凸轮51和第一偏心凸轮52一体设置,圆柱凸轮51和第二偏心凸轮53分体设置;又或者,所述圆柱凸轮51、第一偏心凸轮52和第二偏心凸轮53三者均分体设置;还或者,将圆柱凸轮51分割为两个部分,一个部分与第一偏心凸轮52一体设置,另一部分与第二偏心凸轮53一体设置,将二者对接后,其连接处形成圆柱凸轮51。
所述第一传动件54的一端部与第一偏心凸轮52相互嵌合,其另一端部与第一按摩手臂1活动铰接,所述第一偏心凸轮52的外侧安装有一挡片58,防止第一传动件54在旋转轴4的轴线方向来回移动,挡片58和第一偏心凸轮52固定连接,其和环形凸台57之间形成了环形槽,第一传动件54嵌合在该环形槽内,也即第一传动件54上具有一个套环,套环套设在该环形槽上;所述第三传动件56的一端部与圆柱凸轮51相互嵌合,其另一端部与第一按摩手臂1活动铰接,圆柱凸轮51上具有凸轮槽,第三传动件56嵌设在该凸轮槽内,也即第三传动件上具有一套环,套环套设在该凸轮槽内。所述第一按摩手臂1受第一传动件54和第三传动件56的共同驱动而产生开合运动,产生该开合运动主要是因为,第一传动件54和第三传动件56之间产生位移差,又由于其分别活动铰接在第一按摩手臂1的不同位置处,二者向内剪切时驱动第一按摩手臂1产生“合”的运动,二者向外剪切时驱动第一按摩手臂1产生“开”的运动。同样,所述第二传动件55的一端部与第二偏心凸轮53相互嵌合,其另一端部与第二按摩手臂2活动铰接,所述第二偏心凸轮53的外侧也安装有一挡片58,防止第二传动件55在旋转轴4的轴线方向来回移动;所述第三传动件56的一端部与圆柱凸轮51相互嵌合,其另一端部与第二按摩手臂2活动铰接;所述第二按摩手臂2受第二传动件55和第三传动件56的共同驱动而产生开合运动。
所述限位结构6包括导向槽61和可在导向槽61内滑动的导向柱62,所述导向槽61设置在壳体3上且其长度方向与旋转轴4的轴线方向平行,所述导向柱62一体式设置在第三传动件56上,该限位结构和专利01800437.7的导向构件作用和结构类似。在其他实施方式中,限位结构还可以是万向节结构,即设置一连杆,连杆的两端分别和第三传动件56、壳体3通过万向活动关节连接。
本实施例在工作过程中,电控装置控制电机8转动,通过皮带轮机构传动至安装在旋转轴4上的末级齿轮9,带动旋转轴4转动,圆柱凸轮51、第一偏心凸轮52和第二偏心凸轮53随旋转轴4而转动,圆柱凸轮51驱动第三传动件56沿旋转轴4的轴线方向摆动,同时限位结构限制了其在旋转轴4上的周向转动,故第三传动件56带动分别与其铰接的第一按摩手臂1与第二按摩手臂2也沿旋转轴4的轴线方向摆动,产生在该轴线方向上的第一个夹揉按摩动作。同时,第一偏心凸轮52带动第一传动件54在旋转轴4的周向摆动,第一传动件54同步带动与其铰接的第一按摩手臂1也产生周向摆动,同理,第二按摩手臂2也产生周向摆动,二者相互开合在旋转轴4的周向上产生第二个夹揉按摩动作。
实施例二:
如图3所示,本实施例的基本结构与实施例一相同,所不同之处在于,所述第二传动件55和第二按摩手臂2固定连接或一体设置,所述第三传动件56和第二传动件55之间通过滑动结构连接以在驱动第二按摩手臂2沿旋转轴4的轴线方向和圆周方向摆动的同时防止产生运动卡滞。所述第二传动件55的一端部与第二偏心凸轮53相互嵌合,其另一端部设置第二按摩手臂2;所述第二传动件55上具有一限位滑槽551,该限位滑槽551的长度方向与旋转轴4的径向平行,也即沿着第二传动件55的长度方向上,所述第三传动件56上设有一与限位滑槽551相适配的滑动件561,第三传动件56和第二偏心凸轮53驱动第二按摩手臂2摆动时,该滑动件561在限位滑槽551内滑动以防止卡滞。
在本实施例中,第三传动件56产生在旋转轴4的轴线方向上摆动,第二偏心凸轮53带动第二传动件55即产生轴线方向的摆动又产生周向上的摆动,滑动件561嵌入在限位滑槽551内同时将二者限位,即将第三传动件56和第二传动件55在旋转轴4的轴线方向上连接,使二者产生联动,但由于第二传动件55还会产生圆周方向的摆动,所以二者之间在圆周方向上就产生了位移差,故设置了这种滑动结构以防止运动卡滞。
实施例三:
如图4-6所示,本实施例的基本结构与实施例一相同,所不同之处在于,所述第二传动件55和第二按摩手臂2固定连接或一体设置,所述第三传动件56和第二传动件55之间通过销轴7活动连接,销轴7的作用是将第三传动件56和第二传动件55连接,并在旋转轴4的轴线方向上产生联动。所述第二传动件55和第二偏心凸轮53之间通过滑动结构连接以在驱动第二按摩手臂2沿旋转轴4的轴线方向和圆周方向上摆动的同时而防止产生运动卡滞。所述第二传动件55的下端部与第二偏心凸轮53相互嵌合,其上端部设置第二按摩手臂2,所述销轴7穿过设置在第二传动件55和第三传动件56的通孔71将二者活动连接。所述第二传动件55的下端部具有一长形滑槽551’,所述第二偏心凸轮53嵌设在该长形滑槽551’内并可滑动,该长形滑槽551’的长度方向与旋转轴4的径向平行。第二偏心凸轮53转动时可抵触该长形滑槽551’的侧壁以驱动第二按摩手臂2沿旋转轴4的圆周方向摆动并防止卡滞。
在本实施例中,第三传动件56产生在旋转轴4的轴线方向上摆动,由于第二传动件55和第三传动件56通过销轴7连接产生联动,所以第二传动件55也产生了在旋转轴4的轴线方向的摆动,由于第二偏心凸轮53可以推动第二传动件55产生在旋转轴4周向方向的摆动,所以二者就产生了位移差,故本实施例中将第二传动件55的套环设置成了长形滑槽结构以防止运动卡滞。
上述实施例一、二和三中的限位结构,还可设置为球头连杆式结构(未图示),例如,包括限位座以及与限位座活动关节式连接的连杆,该限位座通过一枢轴安装在壳体3上,该连杆的一端活动连接限位座,其另一端具有一球头,第三传动件56上设有与前述球头相配合的球臼,在第三传动件56受圆柱凸轮51驱动沿旋转轴4的轴线方向摆动时,连杆拉扯第三传动件56以限制其沿旋转轴4的周向转动。
上述双向夹揉式按摩器可应用在肩颈按摩器、按摩椅、按摩脚机、按摩背靠、按摩座垫、按摩床或按摩枕等按摩产品上。如图7所示,将实施例一配合升降机构10应用在按摩脚机上,可对用户的小腿进行夹揉式移动按摩。

  1. 一种双向夹揉式按摩器,包括第一按摩手臂、第二按摩手臂、壳体和驱动装置;所述驱动装置包括旋转轴和将旋转轴的旋转运动转换为第一按摩手臂、第二按摩手臂的夹揉按摩动作的转换组件; 其特征在于,所述转换组件包括圆柱凸轮,分别位于圆柱凸轮两侧的第一偏心凸轮、第二偏心凸轮,以及第一传动件、第二传动件和第三传动件; 所述圆柱凸轮,用以驱动第三传动件沿旋转轴的轴线方向上往复摆动,且该第三传动件与壳体之间具有限制第三传动件沿旋转轴的圆周方向上转动的限位结构; 所述第一偏心凸轮,用以驱动第一传动件沿旋转轴的圆周方向上往复摆动; 所述第二偏心凸轮,用以驱动第二传动件沿旋转轴的圆周方向上往复摆动; 所述第一传动件和第三传动件分别活动铰接于第一按摩手臂下端部的上下两个位置,以驱动第一按摩手臂靠近或远离第二按摩手臂; 所述第二传动件和第三传动件分别活动铰接于第二按摩手臂下端部的上下两个位置,以驱动第二按摩手臂靠近或远离第一按摩手臂; 所述第一按摩手臂和第二按摩手臂相对开合对用户实施夹揉按摩动作。

  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述圆柱凸轮、第一偏心凸轮和第二偏心凸轮均安装在旋转轴上并随其转动,所述第一偏心凸轮和第二偏心凸轮的轴线与旋转轴的轴线偏移一定距离后并与之交错,所述圆柱凸轮的轴线与旋转轴的轴线相交错。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述圆柱凸轮和第二偏心凸轮一体设置,圆柱凸轮和第一偏心凸轮分体设置,所述圆柱凸轮和第二偏心凸轮之间设有将二者分隔的环形凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述第一传动件的一端部与第一偏心凸轮相互嵌合,其另一端部与第一按摩手臂活动铰接;所述第三传动件的一端部与圆柱凸轮相互嵌合,其另一端部与第一按摩手臂活动铰接;所述第一按摩手臂受第一传动件和第三传动件的共同驱动而产生开合运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括导向槽和可在导向槽内滑动的导向柱,所述导向槽设置在壳体上且其长度方向与旋转轴的轴线方向平行,所述导向柱一体式设置在第三传动件上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述第二传动件的一端部与第二偏心凸轮相互嵌合,其另一端部设置第二按摩手臂;所述第二传动件上具有一限位滑槽,该限位滑槽的长度方向与旋转轴的径向平行,所述第三传动件上设有一与限位滑槽相适配的滑动件。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述第二传动件的下端部与第二偏心凸轮相互嵌合,其上端部设置第二按摩手臂,所述销轴穿过设置在第二传动件和第三传动件的通孔将二者活动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的双向夹揉式按摩器,其特征在于,所述第二传动件的下端部具有一长形滑槽,所述第二偏心凸轮嵌设在该长形滑槽内并可滑动,该长形滑槽的长度方向与旋转轴的径向平行。
