[权利要求 1] 一种按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 包括机座、 电机、 传动组件、 第一传动 轴、 第一轴承、 第一按摩传动组件、 第一按摩头组件、 轴间传动组件 、 第二传动轴、 第二轴承、 第二按摩传动组件和第二按摩头, 所述电 机固定在所述机座上, 所述第一轴承套入所述第一传动轴的两端部并 固定在所述机座上, 所述第二轴承套入所述第二传动轴的两端部并固 定在所述机座上, 所述电机通过所述传动组件与所述第一传动轴连接 , 所述第一传动轴与所述第二传动轴之间通过所述轴间传动组件传动 连接, 当所述电机启动吋, 能带动所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴同步 转动;
所述第一按摩传动组件设有两组, 分别对称设置在所述第一传动轴的 两端, 所述第一按摩传动组件上设置有所述第一按摩头组件, 当所述 电机启动吋, 所述第一传动轴能带动两个所述第一按摩头组件在左右 方向上进行对称的往复扭摆, 对按摩部位形成内侧挤压和外侧放松的 捏松交替按摩动作;
所述第二按摩传动组件设有两组, 分别对称设置在所述第二传动轴的 两端, 所述第二按摩传动组件上设置有所述第二按摩头; 当所述电机 启动吋, 所述第二传动轴能带动两个所述第二按摩头在上下方向上进 行同步的往复圆弧转动, 对按摩部位形成往复推划的按摩动作。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述轴间传动组件包 括第一带轮、 传动带和第二带轮, 所述第一带轮套入并固定在所述第 一传动轴上, 所述第二传动轴与所述第一传动轴平行设置, 所述第二 带轮套入并固定在所述第二传动轴上, 所述第二带轮与所述第一带轮 之间通过所述传动带配合连接。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述传动组件包括蜗 杆和齿轮, 所述齿轮套入并固定在所述第一传动轴的中部, 所述电机 与所述蜗杆连接或是电机轴上车有蜗杆所述蜗杆与所述齿轮啮合连接
4、 如权利要求 1所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述第一按摩传动组 件包括第一斜面轮、 第二斜面轮和第一限位滑槽, 所述第一限位滑槽 固定在所述机座上, 所述第一斜面轮和所述第二斜面轮套入并固定在 所述第一传动轴上, 所述第一斜面轮和所述第二斜面轮相配合连接形 成斜面环形槽, 所述第一按摩头组件包括按摩头基体, 所述按摩头基 体设有环套和滑块, 所述环套嵌套在第一斜面轮和第二斜面轮之间并 与所述斜面环形槽相配合, 所述滑块固定连接在所述环套的底部并与 所述第一限位滑槽滑动配合; 工作吋, 所述第一传动轴带动所述第一 斜面轮和所述第二斜面轮一起转动, 所述第一按摩头组件在所述斜面 环形槽和所述第一限位滑槽的共同作用下发生左右往复扭摆。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述第二按摩传动组 件包括偏心轮、 固定转轴和第二限位滑槽, 所述固定转轴固定在所述 机座上, 所述偏心轮套入并固定在所述第二传动轴上, 所述偏心轮的 一端面设有偏心凸柱, 所述偏心凸柱可滑动连接在所述第二限位滑槽 上, 所述第二按摩头设有摆杆和滚球, 所述滚球可转动地连接在所述 摆杆的顶端, 所述摆杆的底端设有转轴孔, 所述转轴孔与所述固定转 轴配合连接, 所述摆杆可绕所述固定转轴转动, 所述第二限位滑槽设 置在所述摆杆上; 工作吋, 所述第二传动轴带动所述偏心轮转动, 所 述偏心凸柱在所述第二限位滑槽上相对滑动, 并带动所述第二按摩头 进行上下往复圆弧转动。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述第一按摩头组件 包括按摩头基体、 按摩头摆臂、 弹簧和销轴, 所述按摩头摆臂可转动 地连接在所述按摩头基体上, 所述弹簧的两端分别与所述按摩头基体 和所述按摩头摆臂连接。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述第一带轮和所述 第二带轮为同步带轮, 所述传动带为同步带。
8、 如权利要求 3所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述齿轮为斜齿轮。
9、 如权利要求 4所述的按摩机芯, 其特征在于, 所述第一斜面轮和所 述第二斜面轮之间的配合连接为凸柱-凹槽配合连接。
10、 一种按摩器, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的按 摩机芯。
